SIR MY CONSUMER NO. IS GS4547 M/S GODAVRI GAS SERVIC, DONAR, DARBHANGA. MY BOOKING DATE IS 25/03/2012 I HAVE MANY TIMES TO COMPLAIN THIS OFFICE BUT NOT ANY DELIVERY ACTION ON DOMESTIC GAS SERVICES IN TILL DATE.

Indane Gas — non-availability of new gas connection

Sir
I am an Employee in DMRC, living in Delhi So I needed a New LPG connection in the city. I have sufficient documents to prove my local address and identity.

There is the Indane Gas Agency Named "Dagar Gas Service" in my locality. I am regularly in contact with that gas agency for getting the new connection but there is one Answer always that No new connections are available now and come after one month. Is it possible that So big Named PSU has non availability of LPG connections.

It is very inconvenient to live without Gas as I am living with my small family so please look into the matter and try to solve out the problem.

Indane Gas — Non availability of new connection

I live in Pilibangan at hanumangarh. my complaint is that here is no new connection since last two month and facility of changing connection in (DBC) double gas cylender is now closed. by this we bear more problem . Please check the system with paying your moral & official duty.
Hope that solution should be recovered..

I (naveen kumar Jain) am resident of R/o-A-24/1 Gali no.1, Punjabi colony Gamari ext.DELHI-110053 residing at this adress last 2010 but i have no LPG connection at my side of any company/ govt side also, I afraid that last week i have hearing some source that Indane have issue new LPG connection so i aproch to our nearet Lpg dealer M/S. Shekhawat gas service chndbagh delhi. but he refuse me that issuing the new connection, why i do not know.then i had approch to our Area officer mr. VISHAL PANDEY now. they have issue order to above said DEALER.when i re enquries at there they have re refuse me .after that i re approch to mr.Pandey. they have re order but resulte is now Zerrow. then what can I do.Please look this matet and oblide.

We are suffering lot due to not delivery of gas cylinder in time.

They take 1,2 months to deliver after booking.

They sale in black first. then deliver to other

Indane Gas — Long waiting in delivery of gas cylinder.

Sir, This is with regard to long waiting period of Gas Cylinder by Indane Gas Services having its Distributor by name M/s Gas O Mhow, Station Road, Mhow (MP). I have booked my gas cylinder 17884 on 22 November 2010 and it was informed to me that it will take atleast eight days for delivery at my residence. Till dt I have not received my cylinder. May I request to take appropriate action against the concerned agency for customer satisfaction at the earliest. My address is 1527 Kayasth Mohalla, Mhow (MP) Distt Indore. indane LPG - Erratic Supply of Refill of Cylinders — Erratic Supply of Refill of Cylinders

I, Lt Col P G Mehta, SC, am holding cosumer no 19161 with RATHWA GAS AGENCY, SUBHANPURA, Vadodara Gujarat. Regularly I am being harassed in supply of gas cylinders .This inspite of the fact that my wife is staying alone and my location of posting is in far North East.My last drawal of gas was on 07Oct 2008 . you would agree that any cylinder would not last for so long. I then booked a cylinder on 19 Nov 2008. It is now more than 25 days that i Have drawn my gas cylinder but without delivery till date.

Indane Gas — Gas Leakage Registration

I tried to reach my gas agent, after recieving a panic call from my wife, stating that the gas cyclinder is leaking (While I am at office). When I called my agent - Triloks-Adyar and asked them to send the mechanic, they were asking me the cunsumer #. Is this the time to ask this when the call is an SOS. We need to change the mechanism.

i m digvijy singh i m complaining aginst indane gas, brnch at (bansgaon)gorakhpur vijy laxmi indane gas all of employee is thief they are blacking gas & misbehaving with customers, there for gas booking
our presence is must important, they are distributing gas at 5-7 am so we fiil more difficulty
some people comes from10-15 k.m. but they are also go back their home with-out gas .
here gas is like awar so plz help us

On 11/11/08 I Had Booked And The Booking No Is :-607 They Said That The Cylinder Will B Delivered In Next 2 Weeks And After That Still The Cylinder Is Not At All Delivered And When We Call Up The Agency People And Ask For The Cylinder They Say That Already Your Cylinder Is Been Given And They Talk To The Cmr In Juch Worst Languages. And Even They Say They Cant Give Cylinder For This Month And Again I Should Wait For More Than A Month Again This Is rediclus And The Services Which Is Given By Cauvery Gas Agencey K.R Puram Is Worst So Whom So Ever Is This Concerned Kindly Go Through It And kindly Take Necessary Action Against It And See That The Cylinder Is Delivered In Next 2 Days

IOC - Indane LPG — Booking not accepted before 21 days

I am a consumer of Indane LPG Cylender of Chandini Gas Service, RZA3/4, Vijay Enclave, Main Palam Dabri Road, New Delhi-45.

The agency people say, booking is not permissible before 21 days, after delivering the cylinder. They count the days 0, means delivery date of the LPG cylinder.

After 21 days later we book the LPG, but it takes another 6-7 days to deliver. It means after one month I will get the cylinder. But sometimes cylinder emptied on around 25th days. We bound to bye from open marked with huge amount of premium.

This is the condition of capital of the country.

IOC-Indane LPG — Re-fill booked on 11/03/2010 not delivered

I am Sr.Woman Citizen, pure vegiterian cooking myself in own seperate Kitchen at my Vill: BANDHAWA MAHABIR-house (1st Floor), upon return from my son's residence abroad, personally booked for a LPG-Refill (consumer No.PGS/17918) on 11/03/2010 at Padmashree Gas Service, Ganeshganj, Mirzapur (U.P). But no delivery yet, no responce to phone-call. Is it called Customer Service ?

IOC Indane — Re-fill booked on 11/03/2010, not delivered yet.

I am Woman Sr Citizen being a Diabetic have Food & Diet Restrictions, always cooking myself in my separate kitchen, booked LPG-Refill (Consumer No.PGS/17918) on 11/03/2010 at Padmashree Gas Service, Ganeshgunj, Mirzapur. No delivery yet - being old lady, recently returned from states, I am unable. .

Corrupted Distributors bribe Field Officers of respective areas; They do whatever they wish - they don't care Costomers/Consumers. Complaints are lodged but no action.

IOC Indane — Delay of delivery of lpg cylinder

consumer no.16231 booked on 7/12/10 vide no3451 and order no.2988 for lpg booking but the lpg cylender was delivered on 22/12/10after 20 days delay. the ajent name is SHANTI INDANE WZ-427 Sadh nagar gali no.18 K, Palam Colony, New Delhi-45

This agent must be dismmised

i am residing in bhavnagar gujarat. my consumer no. 03688

i book my lpg cylinder as on date 11/06/2012 monday. at my distributor's code 118483 & name shree bajrangdasji indane, sardarnagar bhavnagar.

he told me u will get your lpg cylinder within 7 day's.

i call to agency dt 18/06/2012, for supply lpg cylinder. he call come here before 5:30 pm & gate your lpg cylinder. i went there and wait 1 hour then

he told me your cash memo no. 2553 with delivery boy. u will get your lpg cylinder tomory morning. yet today lpg cylinder not received.

last received lpg cylinder date, agency not booked next lpg cylinder before 21 days.

he deliver late, and i get problem, so pl, z do needful in this matter.

i want to inform you that in my home town town pilani the indanr owner is is very bad nature. he cannot distribute gas cylinder . he is doing black marketing of gas cylinders

Indane Gas delivery — Refusal to allow me collect gas from godown

Sir,
The gas connection is in my husband's name and our Customer No is SGK41238. The dealer M/s Gurukrupa Agencies, Bangalore. has two "dumps" and the gas is supplied from these points to the residences. As we are both working we are unable to stay back and receive delivery of the booked cylinder.
Your people do not allow me to collect it from them and I am expected to collect it from one particular "dump". But today they have made me wait for hours saying that the load will be delivered any time. Finally the said "dump" office tells me that the load can come at 7AM onwards any time. Am I expected to wait at the so called dump? Please note that your people do not answer us properly and behave very rudely and laugh at us. Please sort out any ego issues they have with working women amongst yourselves and see that you have points where we can collect the cylinder in a decent way. They refuse to answer us and give us the timing of the load arrival for that day and also they always bring it home at any hour and then say 'door locked' and the same cylinder is not kept for us but delivered to some one else and we are made to wait indefinitely. My request is please have collection points from where we can collect our cylinders and also give us the freedom to choose our dealer instead of alloting a particular dealer for a particular area. Kindly sort out this issue immediatly. Also note that only the Governament is subsidising the gas and nobody else is doing us any favours by giving us our rightful quota of gas nor are you people doing any social service.

Rathwa Indian Gas Agency — no delivery of Gas Bottle

i have gas connection of RATHWA GAS AGENCY ( VADODARA SUBHANPURA). I have book my bottel date of[protected]. and now today[protected] no delievery of bottel. when i call them they says just wait 3 days sir. we have no stock.
