Gas leakage

I sannepally sekhar with consumer number 22850273 phone number: [protected] booked the gas with reference number:[protected] and made the payment. Which the gateway was provided by the company with the reference number :[protected] but the gas which was booked by us was delivered to the another person with consumer number:AK-15213
The amount was deducted from our account and the gas was not received .so please refund our amount . Our bank details

At Sarita Vihar IOCL petrol pump, I asked the attendant to fill Petrol for Rs. 950 but he first filled for Rs.300 and then distracted me for change of rupees and without making me check zero again, started refilling and total filled up for Rs. 650 only and refused to give me bill for total amount of Rs. 950.
I was given a receipt of Rs. 650 only saying it cannot be generated as zero has already been adjusted.

दिनांक 2/11/2020 को शाम के करीब 8:15 सुभाष पेट्रोल पंप जिंदल पार्क हिसार के सामने से ₹2000 का डीजल स्विफ्ट कार में डलवाया |मैंने क्रेडिट कार्ड के द्वारा पेमेंट करनी चाही लेकिन ट्रांजैक्शन फेल हो गया| मैने दूसरी स्वैप मशीन के बारे में पूछा तो सेल्समैन भड़क गया और कहने लगा 25 पैसे जेब में नहीं होते पेट्रोल पंप पर आ जाते हैं| सेल्समेन का नाम बलराज सिंह है |उसने गाली गलौज की और मुझे देख लेने की धमकी दी| मेरी आपसे विनती है सेल्समैन बलराज सिंह के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाए|

I have applied for new connection of LPG on[protected] through online filing and submission of kyc document to RTPS ECCS limited distributor till now the process is not completed.

Also, regarding this I have raised a complaint in Indian portal, but the issue is not resolved.

The response received in portal "As per portal records your Relationship status with consumer number [protected] is IN PROCESS and connection documents can be released on release of the OMC Dedup. It is requested to contact our showroom manager on [protected] in this regard Indane"

When I have personally visited the office, the dealer openly declined to provide connection based on an online application.

The dealer is insisting on to pay more than the stipulated amount.

Today I tried the new IVRS refill booking system.
My consumer number connected with my phone number was not correct. Though I booked a refill, I did not get any confirmation message for the same

M/s. Bairwa filling station (Licence no. 171) located at Jaipur Agra Highway (NH 11) Meenapaldi staff member and manager violationg COVID 19 guidelines and missbehave with customers.
I requested to you kindly go througt M/s. Bairwa filling station (Licence no. 171) CCTV footage dated 03.11.2020 onwards 18:00 hrs and take necessary action.

The order was placed, however the cylinder was not supplied. Also the boking was cancelled also the distributer was not taking fresh booking.

The delivery invoice was then sent via SMS.

Thats the last we herd of our booking.

The benefit of having two cylinders is lost.

Fear is if the working cylinders gets completed, without a replacement. This will be a troublesome situation.

Complaint informed was that there was no receiver of the cylinder, sent earlier. This claim is incorrect, as we were not away from home ever There is always some one home .

I am r..N. Kadari gas customer no. 004179 of samir gas agency code no. [protected], una, dist. Girsomnath. Sir i have regid.My gas bottle on 30/10/2020 voide ordered no. 2-[protected] and invoice was issued on[protected] vide invoice
no.[protected]. But sir the gas bottle still to day not deliver. I inquiry with deliver boy named shailanisha mohmohmadsha. But told me that you have to pay rs. 20 to rs. 30 extra to get the gas bottle. My neighbor amiinaben abdulajij jafai has booked on dtae[protected] and she has reved. Bottle on[protected] vide invocie bill no,[protected]. I here with submit the my invoce and also the aminaben abdulajij jafair for the reference. This delivery boy regularly get extra money from the customer. His conduct is very insulting and rough. I here with attached the copy both invoice. I request to take action against the delevery boy and turminate his service.

Sir i have applied a new indian gas connection from a gas agency alaknanda indian gas service uttrakhand srinagar garhwal my consumer no is [protected] and lpg id is [protected] and register no is [protected] sir the alaknanda gas service says to me you have multiple connection but i have no connection so pls sir help me to activate my indian gas connection for this agency thanks i hope u solve this probelm thanks

Dear Sir I am an Indane LPG customer.I have lost my consumer number and blue book.
As I was out of station for a few years, I had not even used gas for that duration. Now I have returned back to Bangalore but Im staying in a different part of Bangalore.

I hereby request your help to guide me on how to get my connection transferred from my previous agency to a new agency in absence of BlueBook and original Voucher.

Please help me and my family.

I recieved a message on my phone number [protected] on date 31/10/2020 that my cylinder has been deliveeed. But i did not recieve it till today ie 02/11/2020. Plese look into the matter and help

Got an cylinder deluvered sms without delivering the cylinder. Against e-invoice number[protected] inspite DAC code not shared.

Today I have visited to Gas godown of Shree Darshan Gas agency to collect my gas cylinder personally & ask them to less delivery charge but refused to do so.
I have talked to customer support personnel Mr. Gaurav Garg for help. He said first you have to give an application to them that you will collect your gas cylinder your self only then they will waive delivery charges.
Sir from last six when I checked I found that we are receiving short approx 2kg to 4 kg LPG gas from Shri Darshan Gas agency (Pallavpuram- Meerut), Anil Kumar delivery man.
I have also talked to Mr. Gaurav Garg ( customer service personnel - Meerut) regarding this matter but didn't get support from him. He said we can't do anything in this matter. We can only change your cylinder.
Please help & support you customers to stop this malpractice.

My father had booked an lpg refill(Consumer no.9366, Agency name:Nikita Indane [protected]) at Raipur Chhattisgarh on 01 Nov 2020 on lpg booking mobile no. [protected], But unfortunately the e-invoice he received in his registered mobile number was of different consumer from Bihar.
Completely unaware of this error in invoice, he unknowingly gave DAC no.(in a call back expected from indane from mobile no. [protected]) to a person saying that he is delivery boy of indane and then suddenly that lpg refill was delivered to the consumer at Bihar. I have lodged a complaint to Indane toll free number also but not received any aknowledgement or revert action from indane.
Dear authorities please solve this problem and provide us LPG refill.

Petrol pump employee didn't fill single ml petrol and collected rupees 500 from us.when we asked r the bill he gave a fake bill.we were in pump at 19:30 pm on[protected], he gave bill of 21:23 . You can check the timings in the bill I'm uploading, also I'm raising the complaint at 8:25 on the same day .even petrol pump owner replied to us .

i am a ioc lpg customer since 2000 may. And i am not getting lpg subsidy since aprill 2020. I am living in kerala, trivandrum city . My customer no:8546 and sv no:22759. Let me know the reason of why am not getting a subsidy on regular basis. Kindly look into this issue and solve the issue as soon as possible and update me.

This complaint is about your dealer pump "K.V. Varghese & Sons" located in Nellad, Ernakulam District, Kerala which we residents of Nellad are facing for quite some period.

Even though located near an Industrial Area (KINFRA SIP), the facilities offered are terrible. No Nitrogen facility, unclean environment and top of all that, worst customer service from the staff. If you want to fill air in your tyres, the vehicle driver / owner should himself get out, check the air compressor machine and fill the tyres. None helps and no authorized personal to complain to. We visit your pump to get our requirements done, not to see the staff attitude. Also, No clean facilities available for Toilet / Wash Areas.

As a customer of IOC, I request proper actions to be taken to ensure quality
