To respected sir I filled petrol today evening at IOC petrol pump Jalgaon JMD 443402. My digital petrol Meyer of bike show less petrol than he fill.So I get cheated while filling petrol so take necessary action against mundada petrol pump Jalgaon JMD 443402.

My wallet has been stolen from the petrol pump. I am waiting at the petrol pump to see CCTV recording but there is no one incharge present here
I have some important things in my wallet hence I need to see recording as soon as possible

Sir/madam, even though government announced not to give extra money for cylinder delivery, they are collecting Rs 50 per cylinder. Already we registered complaint in indian oil corporation before 2 months, but you haven't taken any action on them.
Please sir/madam this is a kind request take some action on them.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am customer of your indane gas service and I have my connection under Prabhat indane gas service, Roorkee, Uttarakhand. My customer ID is -1290917
Sir Prabhat indane gas service charges rs 177 as annual gas inspection charge and they don't even check the gas connection. According to them it is mandatory to pay the amount otherwise they will not supply LPG cylinder to us. Kindly look into the matter and please make sure if we are bound to pay the amount we get proper inspection and insurance confirmation.

I filled my car with 40l of diesel on 26.10.2020 around 9:30AM. And left for delhi. Midway the car stopped. And the mechanic questioned the diesel quality. And said it was contaminated. When he removed the diesel. It was completely black. It cost me 2828.55 Rs.

I purchased petrol for Rs. 1700/= on Indian Oil Petrol Pump, Madan Fuel Station, Village Nayagaon, NH-25 Jhansi, on 18.10.2020 at 12:30 PM and paid through a SBI master card debit card. Though I receive 0.75% cashback on fuel filling every time by next working day, I did not get any cash back on the above transaction till date. Invoice Number 003454.

Request Please look into it.

I order online indain gas from city gas agency my id is [protected] name ritu bala order on 6 oct but not get cylinder . I complained 2 times but not any action taken .my complained number is[protected]

I have lost my gas connection's original papers and now I need a duplicate copy of that. Although the connection is active and in use as I book the gas refill via online/phone. Please suggest the procedure of the same.

Should I to be paid for replacement of pressure regulator?

Today dated 24-oct-2020, bearing Indane gas Number 2241. I went to Siddhivinayak gas agency (Indian gas distributor) Kurnool Andhra Pradesh for replacement of gas regulator. My regulator was damaged condition was the button was seized and broken, regulator is difficult to fit to gas cylinder and everytime I have to call a technicIan. So after explaining all these they state that this can't be replaced and I have to pay 250Rs and bought it, where's it should be the responsibility of gas agency to replace it free of cost. After sometime I got a message to my mobile stating that replacement was done freely without any cost. And sms say that 0 Rupees were taken. Is that not a fraudulent scan. Can I get my money back ? Please stop this scam

We got a delivered message on 17/10/20 " Your cyl is delivered with invoice no.[protected]." No such delivery happen. This is the situation of every booking. Kindly look into the matter and delivery it as soon as possible.

On 22.10.2020 I have visited the IOC franchise petrol bunk names GHP QUALITY FUELS located in padarayanapura main road, gowripalya, Bangalore -560023 for fuel refiling of my DIO two-wheeler vehicle. I have asked the employee to fill the petrol of Rs. 200. I have explicitly asked twice in regional language Kannada and English each to fill for Rs.200. However, the employee intentionally put petrol for Rs. 50 and when I asked him for another 150, he again adjusted the meter and put petrol for Rs. 150 in just a second by disturbing my concentration. The employee is tried to be very nice and cheated on me. After the payment when I started the vehicle the meter did not show the proper level of fuel. But suddenly I got to remember the same drama of putting for 50 Rs first and then for 150 Rs a few days back. Then I went back and asked the employee. The employee requested me to put another 50 Rs complimentary fuel. However, I strongly scold and did not take any complementary fuel.

I hereby request the concerned authority to take strict action against the petrol bunk by suspending their franchise. Otherwise, I will take this matter to the higher authority of IOC and social media.

To support my grievance, I have attached the following documents.

1. My vehicle meter photo was taken after the filling of petrol.

2. Receipt of payment.

3. Payment Acknowledgment bank message details.

I have lost LPG indane gas papers while shifting house, consumer No. .[protected]
(Shri Dwarkamaayee Indane, 11-6-6, rock Dale layout, waltair main road, Visakhapatnam.
I got my connection transferred from Visakhapatnam to Chennai between 25 Feb to 28 Feb 20. I have tried best but duplicate copy is not being provided by outlet.
In this regard, i kindly request you to issue duplicate gas papers.

A certain Filling Station in srinagar keeps its Filling outlets unattended.
If there are 6, only three are attended by people for fuelling.

Also workers keep customer's waiting for fuelling. If someone is in hurry they dont care.

I called indane gas (Jai Gas Service) Address: Sco-76 First Floor, 40C, Sector 40C, Sector 40B, Chandigarh, 16003, I asked for a new connection price and they said it will cost you 2800 rupees only for cylinder and copy. because I only need 1 cylinder. but when I checked the price on the indane website it is only 1450 security deposit for a new connection. what to do where to go...

महोदय मामले को संज्ञान में लेते हुए उत्तर प्रदेश के श्रावस्ती जनपद के भिनगा में स्थित भिनगा सिरसिया मार्ग पर मां यशोदा फीलिंग सेंटर पर प्रार्थी की विटारा ब्रेजा पेट्रोल गाड़ी में लापरवाही पूर्वक डीजल डाल दिया जिसके कारण प्रार्थी की गाड़ी वही बंद हो गई मैनेजर द्वारा मकैनिक बुलाकर डीजल खाली कराया और पेट्रोल डलवाया परंतु गाड़ी स्टार्ट नहीं हुई गाड़ी को किसी तरह धक्का देकर स्टार्ट किया गया प्रति अपने घर जा रहा था रास्ते में गाड़ी बंद हो गई दूसरे दिन मारुति सुजुकी के सर्विस सेंटर थे मैकेनिक आया जिस ने बताया कि गाड़ी में डीजल डालने से तकनीकी खराबी आई है और गाड़ी में स्टार्टर मोटर खराब हो गया प्रार्थी यह सूचना पेट्रोल पंप मैनेजर को बताया किंतु उनके द्वारा प्रार्थी से अभद्र अभद्र व्यवहार ब गाली देते हुए मरने की धमकी दी जा रही है यदि कहीं शिकायत करेंगे तो देख लेंगे

My gas regulator is not functioning ! When I went to my service provider, the office assistant asked me to purchase it from outside. What shall I do? As per my knowledge and belief, there is a provision to replace it by the agency !

One of your petrol pumb at mararithottam named Mythanath Fuels, kollam, kerala does not accept debit card. Every time they says that their POS mechine is out of working. There is an atm near the pumb and that may be the reason for denying the cards. Always says if you have liquid money, then get lost. Their customer dealing is also arrogant. Also whenever i used the pertrol from there, the mileage is utterly worse. Kindly take an action against them. An ealry responce in this regard is highly appreaciated.
