Today on 28/09/2020 at around 9:00 am i purchased petrol of rupees 1000 but my vehicle fuel gauge don't show any filling of the petrol. I have seen the meter 0 reading from inside the car and reading on fuel gauge still not showing any reading i feel cheated please look into the matter as soon as possible.

Today i. E. September 27th, 2020 i fill up the petrol to the united engineers indian oil fuel pump at nehru place, new delhi of rs. 115.00 only. I pay the amount to mr. Gopal tender of 100 note and small coins of 1 rupee i. E. 15 rupees. But mr. Gopal reject to take these coins and he told me that these coins are not in service.
Then i complained to night shift manager he told me that my shift is over your problem resolved by the morning shift manager, and you have to wait for 15 min.

Over 15 min. Later morning shift manager came to office, then i go to the manager mr. Subhash to take the coins then he also reject it. He was saying to me that no one taking to me these coins so, i can't take to you, and it is too much give me just 2 or 3 coins. He also told me if you want to complain against me, you can do anywhere. But i don't receive these coins.
So, i request to you please take the legal action those person mr. Gopal and mr. Subhash.

Dear sir,
i am one of our customer, i am filling petrol in my car last week my car tyre air prsure is low, i want to fill my air for my car your outlet. But the sales man say to me air pump was repair past 10 days, its ok i am manage my problem that day, but today i am filling petrol in my bike, unfortunetlly my bike front tyre air presure is very very low, i am requst to sales man please fill air in my bike, but he say repeatly the air pump repair past 17 days, kindly take neccerry action to above said the problem

A lady was filling she doesn’t know how to put itself spills all over the scooty and then saying reasons, this is the third time it’s happening, so please file a complaint against her and take a necessary action

Before yesterday i have filled 100 rs. Petrol, and find that petrol meter is not getting up then i told to filler person and he said, no problem, some time it happens, fuel meter point not getting up but petrol is inserted.
I have also seen last time when i was there, someone complaining that you have not filled petrol how much i have paid.

Indian oil petrol pump is located near janpath in the name of pearey lal and sons pvt. Ltd.

The staff over there always misbehave with two wheelers and kept on waiting them in the evening and always keep on changing there rule for two wheeler like today from this petrol machine only we will fill the petrol whether second machine is free
And they don’t show complaint register and don’t have free air facilities and also don’t allow to use toilets.
I have recorded the video asking them to give me complaint register but they denied and threaten me saying chala jaa nahi to pit jayega, kaha kaha se aa jate hai tere jaise, tu kuch nahi kar sakta something like this the supervisor said to me.
And they don’t wear name card or batch

I went to bettegowda fuel station, marasandra, bengaluru-rural, yesterday. I asked for refueling of my 2 wheeler for rs110, the attendant entered rs100 on fueling machine and when i asked why he did so, he started yelling at me in kannada. After the yelling, i still was not convinced however i asked him to start refueling as i was getting late for reaching somewhere. So he started but initially he spilled out some fuel outside fuel tank, when i asked him that who'll pay for that wasted fuel, he again started yelling and abusing me. When i asked him about the manager of the fuel station he said he is the manager. I was not convinced, so i went towards the office in the fuel station. There was no one in the office, so i took out my phone to save the manager's no., which was on display outside the office. Just as i started to save the manager's no., the attendant came charging towards me to hit me and he was abusing me and also threatened me if i call the manager. He even tried to snatch the keys of my vehicle. But as he was charging towards me i started my camera and then he backed off.

Whenever i went for fill up petrol at different petrol stations in tirupati town, and check for tyre pressure nearly 100 percent air pumps not working.
Indian oil executive who supposed to check functioning of it, may not be knowing what airpump means. You people are good for nothing, country/ people has to bear consequences. Only god can save us.
Please check atleast once a week, how many airpumps are working. Please keep complaint box near the airpump, so customers can drop

On 24 sept 2020 at 06:25 pm i took diesel in my innova car dl1zz2980 for rs.3154.63/-from jashn f s meham road bhiwani. After taking diesel i paid the vendor through my sbi credit card vide receipt number -16590 and t. I. D.[protected] at 06:32pm.
Then i asked the vendor - where to get the tyre pressure checked in reply of which he gave me a frusty nosed state and opine ginger towards the air pump.
I tried to park my car at the point where the tyre pressure could be checked but as there was a lot of metallic goods (Heavy metal pipes and angles) which could have destroyed my car; i parked my innova at a place where the tyre pressure could be checked.
After a few minutes, one of the two vendors came and filled up/checked air pressure in one pump and asked me to change the direction of the car to opposite side so that the tyre pressure of other side tyres can be checked.
Meanwhile i managed to park the car at a suitable place; the vendor went away to the fuel filling machine and started ignoring g me and filling the vehicles.
After about 5 minutes, i went to him and asked to let me meet the manager or give me the complaint book but he refused for both these things and said यहा कोई नही है -ना मैनेजर है - ना ही कमलेश रजिस्टर है। जो करना है कर ले...

Then i moved towards managers cabin where a lady with a baby in her lap was sitting - to whom i asked for manager.
The lady pointed her finger towards a man who was just coming out of his car at that petrol pump only and who started shouted that कोई कमपलेन रजिस्टर नही है यहाॅ।
Online karo complaint.

He used bad language and said that i am the petrol pump owner and "जो करना है कर ले"

I hereby request the authorities of indian oil corporation to initiate legal action against the above said petrol pump and cancel his licence so that in future he cannot misbehave with his customers and spoil the image of indian oil corporation.

Hi, this is the second time i am facing issues from this petrol bunk, yesterday i had filled petrol for 200 rs, and came back to my home, when again i went to outside immediately the petrol got over, i asked the bunk manager he said he is not responsible for it, this bunk is totally cheating the people

Indian oil petrol bunk sivam auto hitec in hitech city kukatpally road is skimming petrol. Yesterday i asked for 200 rupees of petrol in my bike. They showed zero then off it jumped to eighty and when i moved i saw that the petrol level indicator barely moved. My friends also had similar experience with this bunk.

Free air for two wheeler not provided by dealer

I have not received refund for my booking reference[protected]. Kindly share the bank details and reference to track my refund, as I am not seeing any refund in my acc.

I swipe my credit card on 3 sep to indian oil petrol pump naraingarh distt ambala sate haryana. The trasction is failed due to some technical error and no slip is generated from pos and i received the msg that payment is deduct from my card and after 72 hrs i put a complaint to credit card team. They ask me to fill a dispute form regarding this and i also do same and at last i check it from the pos machine team for my this trasction. They send me the screenshot of the transaction which are complete on the 3 sep on the pos machine of indian oil petrol pump. After this the manager of the pump ask me that i have no proof regarding this trasction. I ask him to check the statement but he can't do nothing in this. So i request byou to plese submit my complaint on priority basis.

There is an illegal construction of petrol pump going on in kaptanpada, khushkeebagh, nh31 purnea, bihar. The landlord has violeted all hse norms in the set up of new proposed iocl petrol pump.

On 20 sep 20, my car was filled by one of the ioc petrol pump (Arjun enterprises, raibha, agra, bichpuri road, kiraoli. Post filling i observed the mileage indicator from 19 km/l to 11-12 km/l. This shows substandard petrol quality by petrol pump. It is shaming ioc reputation and i decided not to use that ioc petrol pump again

Petrol quantity given less. I had taken 900 Rs petrol for my Baleno car but after 2 days found car is in reserve condition. I had taken petrol when car found reserve condition the how within 2 days it again goes reserve where maximum travel may be 30-40 KM
