My gas cylinders filled with water, I tried to contact customer care but they sometimes received my call and put in the hold and sometimes didn’t pick up.

Dear Sir, Rajeshwari Service station, Civil line road, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh is not setting Zero in machine before refil another bike or other vehicles. I am using this petrol pump since last 1 month . I have noticed that Rajeshwari Service station is cheating with the people in jaunpur uttar pradesh. Whole we ask staff for doing Zero before refil the tank of bike or other vehicles. When we ask staff son many times they said my machine get locked .. This is reddiculus behaviour from Petrol pump owners .. I have request to you please take strict action against Rajeshwari Service station, Civil line, Jaunpur, Uttar Pradesh. ...

I booked indane on[protected]. I received a message on[protected] at 05:27 pm that invoice[protected] has been cancelled. Again i received a message on[protected] at 6:48 am that invoice has been generated. On[protected] i got a call from [protected] at 2:19 pm. He told me to share dac number which i should share at delivery. But he insisted me to share over the phone, i gave him that number i. E. 1952 as he promised me to deliver on[protected] morning. But i received a message on[protected] at 04:18 pm as cylinder is delivered with invoice no.[protected]. I couldn't notice the message earlier. I called him on[protected]:32 am, he said if i wouldn't share that dac number that day, cylinder would got cancelled. He also said that the bill mistakenly received by him. He gave the number of the delivery boy [protected] to contact but he didn't receive my call. I already downloaded the bill from indane site. My question is how could the bill has been generated with my address whereas the cylinder didn't come to my address? Please look into this matter asap.

I visited indian oil petrol pump (Pur/vivanta petroleum/mumbai), this petrol pump is at one end of eastern free-way, mankhurd, mumbai.
I asked to fill pertol of rs 300/-. Piad by my debit card.
As there is very less petrol in tank already (Showing 5km range in my car), i expected the range will change and i may get enough milage to reach office on time. The car running range didn't change (Which increases always earlier, when i got my car's petrol tank filled) to my surprise, after driving 4km the range was showing 1 km (Here i noticed that, no petrol is filled in my car in petrol pump, i have been cheated).
It was traumatazing realising that on eastern express way, where i have no where to go.
This exprience was very bad, coudn't reach office on time and effected my whole day.
I demand for compensation and strict action against the petrol pump handlers.

Indian oil petrol pump near sanganer Thana Jaipur refuse to take one rupees coin. I wanted to take petrol of 211 rupees but salesman refuse to take one rupees coin. He give me petrol of 210 rupees. I think anyone not refuse to take Indian currency without any proper reason. Salesman also tell me that his owner also told him not to take coins.

I had booked a gas cylinder on 10.09.2020.
Invoice was issued on the same day.
Online payment was also made on the same day.
ETA was 2 days. I have not received the refill
till date.

Today i had visited indian oil petrol pump in thirumala, thiruvananthapuram and asked to fill by bike with 1liter petrol (As i have to check millage of vehicle) after filling by theattender i handover my debt card for paying the amount. He went to his supervisor and came back informing me i will have a bill amount atleast 100 rs to use the card
I enquired is this any rule by bank (Pos machine provider) or ioc that rs 100 is minimum amount
They started arguing that i will have to pay eit by google pay for 1 ltr or they will charge 100 rs from my card and pay me back remaining balance amount as cash

Irony is this new digital india where even pertrol station attender can give you atm services

I have no issue with modi sarkar but some people are using illicit way to trouble ordinary people

With reference to application for award of ro dealership at within 5 kms from dimna chowk towards bahragora on lhs on nh 33 district east singhbhum, jharkhand under open category advertised on 25-nov-2018, we had deposited rs 50000 which should have been refunded after the cancellation of our candidature but we have not got back our money. Please do the needful.

I regret to inform you that yesterday i went to iocl petrol pump (Kishan seva kendra nayabad-sonarpur) to fill petrol full tank in my motorcycle.
In my bike tank capacity is 11 ltr. As per honda co. Mentioned in the booklet. But petrol pump guy filled 12.18 ltr for full tank, though there was about 2 ltr petrol in the tank as reserve. So as per my knowledge if 2 ltr petrol in reserve in the tank, then full tank filling would be 9 ltr, as the tank capacity is 11 ltr.
I raised the issue to petrol pump guy but they could not listen my urge and they asked me to pay and leave the place. Therefore i would request you to look into the matter and take necessary action for this type of frauding case we are suffering. Please find attached copy of cash memo (Inspite of request for putting bike no.in the memo which they denied) and money receipt for your information.

Sar main 1 year se aavedan diya gya he. Indian oil dhara jo area diya gaya tha uske antargat meri land aati hai inka hua hai unki land vah area mein nahin aati fir bhi unka chain hua hai main dedh sal se iska vate kar raha hun aur koi bhi indianoil ka officer mujhe iski jankari nahin de raha tumhen kya karun kripya mujhe iski jankari dijiye

Me nd my friend went to miyapur jubilee auto services, near metro railway station miyapur r. R. Dist telangana to fill the petro lat 4.08pm we wait at one outlet for about 5to 10mins we asked beside outlet boy he told me the out let boy went to gas service we again wait for another 10mins finally we asked what is happening hear who is responsible to this outlet then the another outlet boy irrespectively answered and scoled both with loud voice and all other boys came and all are attacked us
In this petrol station when i went to full petrol always i observed the boys and management not gave respect nd response
They behave roodly each nd every customer they don't giving free petrol first of all customers expect minimum respect they don't give so please take necessary action s in this issue

Hi,
It's been from long time I was trying to find Indian oil complain site.
This complain is about petrol quality, I have some understanding after I used many petrol pumps that the petrol station in our area has bad quality petrol (something mixed with petrol).
The smell of the product is very unidentified.
When ever I/we get filled up petrol from this pump our engine sounds gets so unhealthy and the vehicle performance downgrades alot.
My request is please make a random quality check in this petrol pump . Also check if they are providing the right quantity..

Petrol pump in telephone exhng square nagpur (Maharashtra) doing dishonesty in filling petrol.. They are asking you for change and when you check your waleet for having change the filling the petrol without doing the meter on zero. This is very shameful bcuz indan oil is a very reputed company and not expected this from their side...

Our house is far from road. Its just 10 meter far from main road. But delivery boy he just came near road. He distribute gas for those people who have house near road. He always forget to dristubute gas

Maine date 05/09/2020 ko sylender refill Ka request kiya tha, Jiska refill no[protected] hai. Aur delevry expected time 1 days hai. Date 08/09/2020 ko mera bill no generate hota hai bill no[protected] . Rs 657.5 Ka. Fir next day date 09/09/2020 ko msg aata hai ki apko sylender delevered Ho chuka hai. Jabki aaj date 12/09/2020 hai mere sylender abhi tak nahi aaya hai sir ye Pahali bar Aisa nahi hua hai. Hamare sath aksar Aisa hota hai ki delivery janbujhkar late se Di jati hai. Trolly man ki dusari complain ye hai ki vo rular area me bhi 40 rs extra money Leta hai delevry charge ke roop me. Aur unke pas koi electronic weight machine bhi nahi hoti hai jisase sylender ka weight Ho sake. Sir apse request hai ki at once Eski jaanch karaakar nyaay kare. Apki aseem kripa hogi. Thank you sir

I had purchased petrol of ₹ 500/- wide invoice no 1699 dated 08/09/2019 from singh fuels add.37, udhyog nagar nemaver road indore. (Mp)
I had also applied in scheme tel bharao innam pao. Further on 26/10/2019 i had received sms from (Qp-ioclbp) mentioning "congrats! You won maxima watch in"tel bharao innam pao" scheme of iocl. For collecting the prize you will be informed later. Thanks for patronizing iocl.

I am getting SMSs from spandan.indianoil.co.in/iocro/ for filling up fuel in Kanpur. This is obviously some mistake while giving mobile number by some consumer.

Visited spandan.indianoil.co.in website. There is no provision for registering a compliant...

Kd vyas filling station in prayagraj is the worst filling station to get petrol from, first of all the staff is very rude and misbehaves with you, secondly they wont let you get the petrol filled from all the machines (Its there choice from which machine to provide the petrol and from which not to provide it), there have been incidents in the past where this filling station has benn temporary shut down, i request you take strict action against the owner and against the staff.

Iocl tanuku gas dealer has been collecting rs.50 per cylinder to deliver in rural areas around 10 kilometres.
I asked him why should we give 50 rupees to deliver the cylinder
He said that he would not deliver the cylinder if i did not give him the said amount, and he said that"you would come to office and tke the cylinder,"then he would give to the invoice rate
