fraud in supplying booked cylindrs

We have indane gas connection bearing consumer number CX2333750 and the agent is Anusha Gas Agency Kadirenahalli, Bangalore. Every time when we book the gas we will recive a message stating that cash memo generated but after this message we are not receiving cylinder for a long time until we go to agency and quarrel with them. LPG distributor is charging more amount apart from billed amount

Regulator not fixing properly

unlink adhaar number with closed gas connection
