Hi..i am manjunatha from Mangalore, 10/03/2023 i filled petrol in on of your petrol pump in Mangalore, then i go to fill the air to my scooter, after filling the air the one of your staff is directly insulting me to not give any tips to filling the air...i am hurted about this type of behavior about your staff.. please go through this and train your staff to do not beg in the petrol pump..

Sir yesterday I fill my bike petrol with 300 there they did no provide so afer 1 km bike stop
And I comeback from there they tell we do not do something go from here

They always do that
Petrol pump is in lalukheri titawi muzaffarnagar uttar pradesh
Sir take a leegal action against them
They make fool to the public
They also tried to beat up me there

They do daily fraud for there profit
Sir please do something

There is one Indane gas godown is in resedential area in Jhumri tilaiya, Jharkhand.There are many houses nearby this godown.Everytime they load and unload cylinders from vehicle and make noise. And alse we have safety concerns regarding this godown is situated in resedential area so kindly take action and shift it to commercial area.

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident of indecent behavior that I experienced at your petrol pump station. On[protected] at 5.30 am, I visited your petrol pump station kochulloor near medical college Thiruvananthapuram pin 695011 to refuel my vehicle. While I was waiting for the petrol to be dispensed, I noticed that one of your employees, Vishak Aravind, was behaving inappropriately.

Specifically, the employee was making lewd and suggestive comments towards me, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable and violated. I was deeply disturbed by this behavior, and I believe that it is unacceptable for an employee to behave in this manner towards a customer.

I would like to request that you take immediate action to address this issue. I expect that your employees will behave in a professional and respectful manner towards all customers, and that any instances of indecent behavior will be dealt with swiftly and appropriately.

I would appreciate a response to this letter, outlining the steps that you will take to address this issue and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

I booked an LPG gas cylinder through Indane App and payment for the samewas made though app. At the time of booking i paid Rs 1079 for cylibder and got SMS of invoice genration of the same amount.
Next day i was called by the delivery agent regarding delviery which i couldn't able to recieve as i was outside the town for official work. i asked them to deliver me after 6 PM. although the agent refused to deliver.
Again next day i get the SMS regarding cancellation of my previous Invoice and Genration of New Invoice of amount Rs. 1129.
Why my invoice get cancelled even i booked and made payment before any price hike.

I had applied for gas on 28/2/23 and paid through online payment. I got invoice generated for payment. They delivered gas on 01/3/23 and asked for extra amount of Rs.50/- i asked what for? Today we are delivering you have to pay today extra. One person from agency spoke through delivery boy phone he threatened me if you don't pay extra 50 we will disconnect your gas connection and take back your gas

I filled up my car with fuel on 21/01/2023:12:08:31, but the salesperson entered Rs.40603 instead of Rs.4603, and I paid with my credit card. I didn't receive a transaction confirmation, and I checked today because I received my bill. Can anyone assist me with this problem because I paid an extra Rs.36000?

There are around 20 petrol stations available in and around Tirupati town of Andhra Pradesh state. 90% of stations do not have air / nitrogen tyre filling and bathroom facilities. Also quality of fuel display display is not provided. Another really hopeless PSU company.
I request you maintain ISO standards in all petrol stations.

I would like to raise a complaint and sharing my feedback for "parathasarathy agencies, porur, chennai - 600116", this is a petrol bunk and i have been cheating twice in a row since last 2 weeks.
The complaint is when we ask to fill the petrol for certain amount, they purposely put it for rs.50 or rs.100 and then says sorry i didn't hear properly and then trying to fill for the remaining amount...

I have received half filled gas cylinder as I ordered it on 7th feb n dobe the payment asap and on 8th feb received half filled LPG ...I want it to get refill soon

My Consumer No. is CX7918105 /[protected]. I had booked a refill online and paid for the same on 12th Feb. On 13th I got message saying invoice has been issued, but delivery of the refill has not been done till now. Yet another message was sent to my registered mobile at 6.31 pm yesterday saying that delivery has been made. Earlier occasions also this type of behavior by the agency is common. And never ever they come with a weighing machine to ensure a properly filled refill is delivered.

I'm resident of kurnool district andhra pradesh. myself mahesh. i had taken petrol from indian oil petrol pump ( address - R29G+244, NH 44, SAMPATH NAGAR, KURNOOL, ANDHRA PRADESH 518003.
The workers who are working there. they misbehave with me. actually i have taken petrol and i said i will pay through upi they said they don't accept digital money so pay only cash. i said i don't have cash. they started scolding me.
they scolded me boldly and wilder. I'm demanding an apology from the dealership.. and surroundings of petrol pump is not clean and unhygienic. I'm requesting higher officals to look into this.

I used to refuel everytime from Indian oil for short and long drives. Never had a problem but this time it gave a terrible damage to my brand new car. My last refuel was on 29th January and while driving i noticed a sudden acceleration drop, im shocked to see that performance of my latest car. so i took it to the service center and after a deep inspection they found the black metal dust in the tank which caused damage of fuel injectors and fuel pump, they are asking me to replace them as both are totally damaged and gave me an estimated bill of 22000inr. I am all upset. I started a very good day but after refuel in indian oil i get into unnecessary trouble which impacting the car, went into a major repair within 2 months. I need Indian Oil standby and take the responsibility of Loss happen to me. Hoping for a positive call back from team.

I have ordered LPG cylinder on the date of 05/02/2023.got a message saying that I will get delivered within 2 days.Called so many times to delivery tracking person .he is not yet responding.I have prepaid amount for Cylinder and ordered through Indian oil app .I wanted to know when they are delivering.Booking Reference number[protected].

1. COCO Sahar Indian oil petrol pump with dealer code:312477 located at Sahar Sir road, Mumbai not accepting UPI payments & card payments from 1st February 2023. Whenever I requested all the employees they denied for any cooperation.

2. Daily afternoon & evening petrol pump not ready to provide normal petrol. They only provide Xtra premium petrol at said times.

My consumer number 25120, I booked my cyclinder on Feb 2nd and got message that refill expected delivery in 3 days, and on Feb 6th got another message your order is delivered and give feedback, but still I did not recieve my booking . So sir please I request you to see in this matter and I am having problem every time in this issue.

There is a chance of stopping the service of pumps for 3 days or take a decision otherwise I will be visited in the Ministry of Pele and Jai Garuda will give a mirror about the scam on the pumps.
You take this topic seriously, I am not going to leave you people, I have filed an appointment with the Ministry of Petroleum.

Totally disappointed sale after service zero. Follow up from 2 days but no one responding anything wrong responsible is Zirakpur indane agaency and his staff.

Cancelled cylinder order on februar 1st, 2023. Until now refund is not provided. Called to the lpg customer service several times but no use. They talk very rudely. In IndianOil ONE app, it was showing amount was refunded. Customer service people said that it might be a technical error. I paid from my 'Simpl' account. Please provide my refund of 1105rs as soon as possible.
