The incident is at IOC petrol pump Sarojini Nagar ring road Delhi and every time I used to fill full tank and after auto cut the attendant tried to fill extra oil. Today around 9.40 am I visited the petrol pump for full tank oil, the attendant again tried to fill extra petrol after auto cut without my permission. i raised a query and asked to see Manager and after a lot of struggle got mobile no [protected] of manger Mr Khanna. I called him and narrated the incidence and on his direction lodge a written complain of the incidence.
Extra oil after auto cut is a threat to vehicle, Requested to look into it and do a suitable action under intimation to me.

I have ordered cylinder on 7.1.23 with cons no [protected] and ref no[protected]. But I received a message like your order is delivered on 9.1.23.
Last time also I faced the same problem and i have complaint then the next day itself they delivered with the excuse of there is no time so that we have marked as delivered...
And this time also they are doing the same thing So i have waited for another one day.. There is no call or any message.
I hope this will be the last problem i have faced like this..

This is to inform that today 10/01/23, I got my Car I20 Asta 1.2, tank filled through auto cut at Sushanti Filling Station, Dwarka at 9:12Am and inspite of fuel tank capacity of 40litres as per company, the station meter filled 43litres of petrol. It clearly indicates, dysfunctional machines being used or intentional tampering wbeing done to dupe customer by this filling station.
Request you please look into the issue and take appropriate action against the vendor and get me the appropriate refund at the earliest.

I have not received the cylinder. But have received the message that it has been delivered on 04/01/2023.
But my cylinder is not delivered yet.
When contacted the delivery person. He said they are out of stock. My supplier Chatterjee hat gas service is also not responding.

There is no trained people who are working in our town in Petrol Bunk and also There is no Toilet and also Air which has to be mandatory in all the Petrol Bunk.

The language which they use with people are horrible need support to close the dealer ship or please change people & also management from this place

This is the New Bunk which opened few months ago but we are facing many problems need help by solving the issue.

I ask to flipkart he say wait for days no problem and rised ticked in house Bill but is no option in my application. Now bill is generation on 1jan2023
We want refund amount were why not add in paylater. How to I pay. In flipkart side not respond. Please help for refund my amount in paylater account and revised that payment before 5 th of jan.

Hi, Request you to kindly look into the below issue as the Puncture Man operating in your IOC Outlet of Nr Manyata Tech Park, Nagawara, Bangalore-560045 has been doing his work very unethical.

On 3rd Jan'22 had my vehicle punctured took it there and he removed and checked tube and identified there was one puncture. During the puncture placement he started speaking this vehicles and all we dont do and created a story as it will be 2 punctures. I did not had any say I just came in considering it as a IOC outlet and they would do good. I asked him he told he will not support all this vehicles hence he did as a favor. The person was aged and I did not had urge to even curse him or argue. Hence paid and moved out but I am bringing this to your attention as people specify it as a Puncture Man IOC outlet and it will impact you.

I am not worried about the impact to me of paying double charges but the good will of the company like IOC. Request you to take necessary action as there might be more number of people suffering as it is next to IT park.

I have filled fuel to my car at IOC Petrol Bunk, Mannagudda many times. I have noticed the behavioral issues with the fuel filling staffs. Some of the bunk staffs (Not All) are very harsh and they do not know how to behave with the customers. Today I have went there and the person pulled the card from my hand and his attitude was not at all good.

Service also is not yet satisfactory level.

Request you take proper action on the same and arrange the proper system at the bunk.

Indane dealer at Payyoli, Kozhikode district, Kerala, Thayyil gas agency, is not keeping weigh machines in their delivery vehicles. So the customers can not assure the actual weight of the gas cylinders. Kindly take this issue seriously and make necessary steps to ensure the availability of weigh machines in all delivery vehicles.

I am Dealer of iocl pump. My ID is 349326. I want to complaint against the constructor give to us by IOCL to prepare our petrol pump. He has scammed us wid[protected] rs . As he belonged to hisar. His name is vickram kumar . He said us that he doesn’t know anyone here therefore he needs us to help him in getting raw materials for construction as cement, sand, bricks etc. he did not pay the ful payments even after the six months of completion of our work ..
moreover he is not attending our calls and now he simply said he will not pay anything.. we are requesting him from last two months to pay off the remaining amount.. but he is not …
In addition to tel u that we have asked him to change pipes as he has used old and out dated pips that are leaking While refilling the fuel .. all this is creating a lot problems to us as the people are coming at our pump for the payments .. I request you to take a strict action against the constructor.. waiting for your reply

Delay in getting indane gas connection application number[protected], facing problem of regular food for patient in my home.Kindly help.

Extremely Dirty Toilets at Arambagh Road when traveling from Champadanda on left side just before the Arambag more. Need to maintain properly, just construction of large number toilets in each pump are not serve the purpose.

When I went to Indian Oil's Byculla petrol pump because I had to urinate, I was told that an outsider cannot use the washroom and was given reasons that the manager had taken away the key.

Today I fill petrol 500rs from Mahua kothi jalalpur kasba prayagraj but not received any one litre petrol, Can you take Action Against him
