indane gas online payment not reflecting in bill.

Booked a refill for consumer number 8374 on 4th september 2019 and made a payment of 588.50 on 5th september 2019. Received successful payment receipt on sms but physical bill is not reflecting the payment. Delivery boy demanding cash payment even though sms was shown with same invoice number. I am providing the screenshot of the payment success message and the smses received. Please look into the transaction details and update invoices accordingly....

website/app both are really annoying, always comes up with error (something went wrong at our end)

I have done refill booking a week ago, now both website and app are such annoying comes up with same error — "oops - something went wrong at our end". This message is being popped up from past 2 days. Cant even check the status. All this problems started after moving from existing website/app to new.

unable to book gas cylinder no resolution from 15 days

I am unable to book gas cylinder online showing error.
While booking through ivrs, i got booking reference number every time i booked. (3 times - 18 july, 29 july, 2 august) but my booking history doesn't show any booking during this period.
I called customer care several times but no resolution.
No way to book manually with distributor also.

How can i get cylinder?...

regarding name correction in lpg indane connection

I am the holder of consumer number [protected], lpg id is[protected]. That my name is rupak dutta but in the indane records it is being reflected as rupak dot dutta, there is a dot between rupak and dutta.
Upon questioning the indane distributor at new barrackpore renuka indane, they said it was my fault. It couldn't be rectified.

online payment failed, & refund not processing

Hello,

On 21 april, i placed refill request though phone and i got link for making payment online but after making payment transaction got failed and amount is deducted from my debit card with invalid error

I have already contact distributor and he says i have not received payment you will have to contact indane support

Then i contact indane support where you have a robot sitting and replaying...

unsolicited checkup of gas connection

I have a few questions to you, sir.

A) can’t we initiate a system from ioc – by which the consumer will know about the mandatory routine check up? I do appreciate the concern for safety – but the same should be initiated by the parent organisation (Similar to the banking industry who keep warning us about the transactions effected, not to disclose our passwords etc. Etc.).
B) the routine check up should be offered...

I am using gas services from Indane through the above mentioned vendor. Today i faced 2nd time an issue from the cylinder that they provided to us. The first time was on Jan 1st 2019 when we realized that the cylinder was heavily leaking. lost my gas card book.

My gas card book got misplaced during shifting. I want a duplicate book for further process. As i'm facing lots of problem for booking. I specially visit to the dealer (M/s red horn gas agency), nalbari. They didn't respond on my complaint. I'm purchasing my cylinder in black. registration for new user not permitted

While trying for new registration in the relevant page after giving the information details the information of "consumer no." or "17 digit consumer id" is not standing on the plea that it is already existed.
