I had gone to Devaraj Enterprises, Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, Bengaluru this morning at about 7am and asked for 500 petrol. The attendent (nagaraj) started filling the tank and didn't pay attention. When I looked at the meter, it was 2570 when I banged at my door to get his attention and asked him to stop. He went and brought who, I assume, was the manager and another man. They apologized for the "mistake" and asked if I was paying by card or cash. When I told him I was not going to pay for the extra and that he should pump out the extra, they refused. We talked for over 10 minutes regarding the same but one of the managers (dhanapal) starting calling me a cheapskate for not paying and leaving. He said I can pay little by little in three days. I insisted he pumped out the fuel but he got angry and walked away mumbling that we are creating a problem instead of just paying and leaving. We paid 2570 and left. In their defense, the manager said it was Nagaraj's first day at work. Why was he allowed to handle customers of he wasn't fully trained? Why is there no option to pump the extra fuel that was accidently put into the tank? Why should I have to pay for someone else's mistake? I don't know if this is a regular practice there but this is wrong and I would appreciate immediate action. Thank you

He got the manager and two men came out of the office. One of them (Dhanapal) walked to my car and asked if I was going to pay by card or cash. I told him about the problem and he apologized but still asked me to pay. He said it was the attendant's first day at work so he made a mistake. Then he started calling me a cheapskate for not paying up and leaving. I asked him to pump it out as I had asked him to fill for only 500. So some 10 minutes of explaining, he got angry and walked away. We had to pay 2570. I have heard about this scam before too and don't really know if this is a regular practice there. But why should I have to pay for someone else's mistake. If the attendant was not trained enough then why was he allowed to handle customers? I wonder what they would do on a busy day.!!

I have made a payment of Rs. 2318.00 on 26th June 23, but still now this payment is not reflecting in Distributors Account. For this reason they are unable to issue a second cylinder from their end.
The distributor called me many times to cancel the payment and make it in their place since this online payment is not reflecting to their account. We are working and going there is not possible. I request the concern to look into this issue.

Operators speaks very rudely to me because they installed big stone near dispensing unit to save black marble installed at petrol pump which caused damage my car front. If I want cctv footage they are denied because cameras are not working. Even they are busy with preparation of food on gas cylinders. One operator is busy with delivery of petrol through 5ltr of can not by dispensing unit machine. Please take strick action otherwise I file complaint to petroleum minister department also.

Operators are delivered petrol to customers by 5ltrs of can of testing openly. Secondly, they dn't respect customers also they speak very rudely because they installed big stone near dispensing unit it's damaged my car front part. Even don't provide cold water and recording of cctv footage.
They are preparing food on gas cylinder it's very harm for us. Please take strick action against guru nanak filling station 109202 village thatha otherwise I will file complaint to head office and petroleum minister department also.

Between my journey from Bengaluru to Hyderabad i stope my car for washroom near GATES INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY BESIDE PETROL BUNK, INDIAN OIL Ramarajupalle, Andhra Pradesh 515401 I ENTER bunk and i ask for washroom the staf told mii its not for public and he use wrong language and i told about rules they told no rules for there bunk and lastly they told first you buy petrol then u use it then i told him i will complain your bunk then i leave

I have encountered a complaint against employees (fillers at filling station). Actually today evening approximately after 08:30 Pm went to Indian oil filling station at Mogalthur toNarsapur road, Narsapur, Andhra Pradesh West Godavari District 534275. Employees at this filling station is very irresponsible. They can't answer properly to the customers. Customers are waiting in long queue in single pump only. They can't fill with any other pump which is free at that time.

I am customer from more than 10 years for Indane. I am regularly facing one issue which is collecting extra charges to delivery cylinder to home or when we take it from Indian office as well. I had complaints many times, but problem is not yet solved....

There is a problem with SRIRAM FILLING STATION
situated in narasapuram, west godavari district, Andhra Pradesh.
I went for petrol refuelling after by bike ran out of petrol. I managed to reach petrol bunk using choke on around 10:30 pm. So asked to refuel my bike and asked if they are accepting Upi. But they are not accepting. I visit this filling station quite often, I have an idea that they will not accept upi. I haven't taken it seriously, but this time during night I have called my friends they didn't answered my calls. So It became very hard for me to get cash from one of my friends.

Out of 5 petrol pumps in narasapuram all are accepting Upi payments except this SRIRAM FILLING STATION.
So please take necessary action.

When we go to fill the petrol pump in Ejipura, they ask how much and i will say an amount like 800 or 600 something they fill like 100 and ask "you said 100 right?", then when I replay now I said this much amount, what they used to do like they wont zero out the meter continue filling to a 100 rupee less than what we ask and say like I have filled 100 earlier and filling rest now, i have checked it many time I got 3 time, then one day they asked "you said 100 right? "then I said yes, that guy is like wait you said 800 right i will fill that then I said no 100 is enough. not only a person does it every one is doing the same .I just test with other guys also. If I pay 800 only 700 is petrol is credited, it is a big scam I don't want any refunds but kindly look careful on this issue because they are consuming lot of money from innocent peoples by fraud practice

Petrol pump at Kavadiguda road Hyderabad Telangana. The dealer is not accepting online payment only cash is accepting from long time and the quality and quantity of petrol is not good . Pls have a thorough check and fine the dealer.

Its ok but the service is laking/ couldn't give me garlic bread and never asked me how my meal was which was very unprofessional and simple disgusting to see how far this restaurant has fallen i have been going here since before i was born and its never been this bad, simply disgusting

At the time of petrol refueling they used hand tricks. For confirmation i asked for bill then they started Harassing me while providing the bill. Employ is aged person and half bald. For lack of proof i couldn't do anything.

I have prepaid for cylinder, 17th july 2022
. No gas was delivered but status is shown as delivered. I have called customer care and asked many times like I want cylinder Or refund but none of them happened

On 03 may 2023 i have ordered the gas cylinder from paytm wallet RS/ 1, 155 . but my order has cancelled because of empty cylinder not available. but I did not received my refund .Indian oil gas app is showing as refunded but I did not received any refund in my paytm wallet or bank account. provide my refund as soon as possible. kindly look to this issue

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your notice regarding Free Air service is not available, mostly unavailable for customers at the outlet "Cyber Filling Station" chandanagar, near My Home Jewel apartments, Hyderabad 500050.

Though they have facilitated the air filling equipment, most of the times they say, air filling staff is not available or the machine is not working.

This causes inconvenience. Kindly act on this at the earliest possible.

Adi Mallik Enterprises Ameerpet Hyderabad: they are not refunding full deposit amount on closure of connection. They bullied me to return a regulator that they never supplied in the first place. And now deducting money from my deposit refund amount for the non existent regulator. This is a clear case of bullying and harassment. Please ensure they refund my full deposit amount.

LPG Consumer No.[protected], I ordered a refill cylinder on 30.05.2023 vide order no.2.[protected]. On 30.05.2023, I received a message . Subsequently on 31.05.2023 I received another message with DAC 4257.
But, my LPG distributor generated E.INVOICE ON[protected] at 08.33 A.M but not delivered the LPG cylinder on 01.06.2023. My LPG Distributor, JEEVAN INDANE GAS AGENCY, - [protected], Door no 54, Reddy St, Villivakkam, 600049. This is not the first occasion, on every time he is wantonly/ purposefully delaying the delivery of LPG cylinders for at least one or two days, this may create a suspicion that the cylinders given to hotels on a daily basis for one day tamper the seal put by the IOC. I visited indian oil station at "SV service station, 22 4B kengari mn rd vishnuvardhan rd bangalore" . The workers are so careless there, i drove into the gas station rolling my windows trying to get out of the car telling them i have a voucher and this employee yelled is it for 1000rs, i didn't confirm and he started filling petrol without confirmation and started to have fight with me saying we dont accept vouchers and not all stations accept vouchers, which was wrong because i went to the manager and they accepted the voucher, but i had to lose 200 rs because of this. These people mislead customers into believing vouchers are not accepted just because they want cash and dont want to apply voucher.
