Its ok but the service is laking/ couldn't give me garlic bread and never asked me how my meal was which was very unprofessional and simple disgusting to see how far this restaurant has fallen i have been going here since before i was born and its never been this bad, simply disgusting

At the time of petrol refueling they used hand tricks. For confirmation i asked for bill then they started Harassing me while providing the bill. Employ is aged person and half bald. For lack of proof i couldn't do anything.

I have prepaid for cylinder, 17th july 2022
. No gas was delivered but status is shown as delivered. I have called customer care and asked many times like I want cylinder Or refund but none of them happened

On 03 may 2023 i have ordered the gas cylinder from paytm wallet RS/ 1, 155 . but my order has cancelled because of empty cylinder not available. but I did not received my refund .Indian oil gas app is showing as refunded but I did not received any refund in my paytm wallet or bank account. provide my refund as soon as possible. kindly look to this issue

This is to bring to your notice regarding Free Air service is not available, mostly unavailable for customers at the outlet "Cyber Filling Station" chandanagar, near My Home Jewel apartments, Hyderabad 500050.

Though they have facilitated the air filling equipment, most of the times they say, air filling staff is not available or the machine is not working.

This causes inconvenience. Kindly act on this at the earliest possible.

Adi Mallik Enterprises Ameerpet Hyderabad: they are not refunding full deposit amount on closure of connection. They bullied me to return a regulator that they never supplied in the first place. And now deducting money from my deposit refund amount for the non existent regulator. This is a clear case of bullying and harassment. Please ensure they refund my full deposit amount.

LPG Consumer No.[protected], I ordered a refill cylinder on 30.05.2023 vide order no.2.[protected]. On 30.05.2023, I received a message . Subsequently on 31.05.2023 I received another message with DAC 4257.
But, my LPG distributor generated E.INVOICE ON[protected] at 08.33 A.M but not delivered the LPG cylinder on 01.06.2023. This is not the first occasion, on every time he is wantonly/ purposefully delaying the delivery of LPG cylinders for at least one or two days, this may create a suspicion that the cylinders given to hotels on a daily basis for one day tamper the seal put by the IOC. I visited indian oil station at "SV service station, 22 4B kengari mn rd vishnuvardhan rd bangalore" . The workers are so careless there, i drove into the gas station rolling my windows trying to get out of the car telling them i have a voucher and this employee yelled is it for 1000rs, i didn't confirm and he started filling petrol without confirmation and started to have fight with me saying we dont accept vouchers and not all stations accept vouchers, which was wrong because i went to the manager and they accepted the voucher, but i had to lose 200 rs because of this. These people mislead customers into believing vouchers are not accepted just because they want cash and dont want to apply voucher.

Indian oil petrol pump stafe abnormal behaviour with customer. First of my need toilet and stafe saying toilet not available in this perticular pump. But I'm see toilet was there . Am here morning 2 am and for opening 6am so am waiting Stafe ask CNG gas was not available time 5 am . This totally answered wrong by the person who?? Am mentioning in photos

Booking cylinder Indane online and paid payment. Got confirmation from Indane for payment with GST. But invoice raised on next day. Customer care told that invoice will be raised within 7days that is the Indane system (told by Mrs Sandy of customer care @ 11.55 hrs 26.05.23) and customer has to pay any increase in price with in the invoice period. This indicates that getting payment with GST and billing on any day, as Govt PSU not allowing...

They refused to fill air in the tyres.

Aaj me jab indian oil se diesel dalane gaya to mene usse ₹4440 ka dalne ka bola tha, Par usne pehle ₹400 ka diesel dala aur baad me usse bina reset kiye ₹4040 tak dala. jab mene bill ka bola to bolne laga ki printer kharab hai ap likhit bill le lo. yaha par ₹400 ka kaam diesel dala. aur ek baar nahi bohot baar ho chuka hai. par haar baar koi proof na hone ke karan kuch sabit bhi nahi ho pata hai .

Team I ordered gas cylinder for Cons No 18017 on 8 th May and showing my order is delivered with invoice no.[protected].but I didn't receive it plz do needful for me

When I received cylinder on 15/05/23 around 2:00 pm I could hear liquid wobbling sound unusually from my cylinder when I shake but the gas is not dispensed and the delivery boy said that the cylinder is not delivered by them.

I Mrs. Deepika Naik was scammed at the indian oil petrol pump at sec 13 khanda colony, panvel petrol pump . date[protected]. I noticed a scam happening few days back too but ignored it as i thought that i might be wrong. But today my scooty already had a half tank filled with petrol and yet when told to full the tank the bill was 446 rupees. even when my scooty is emptied i require petrol of maximum 420 rupees. Today instead of having the petrol half filled the bill was 420. And i being a motor trainer understand how much of petrol is required. I am a regular customer of that petrol pump .i full my tank every 2 days and yet the scam is carried out so easily. I even spoke to manager but he doesnt listen to any of it. The worker put the power petrol instead of normal one even when i had told him to put the normal one. And when i told him to full the tank he said he heard of 100 and then stoppped and asked again and then filled petrol starting from 100 i think. i was making transaction hence couldnt check but that is the most common scam as on google. kindly check with your petrol pumps.

In SRI GANAPATHY AGENCY, malkapuram Visakhapatnam, on 11th may 7pm. After filling full tank in my car (auto stopped after fill up 30 ltr approx 3340 rs) operator lady started filling in empty bottle( about 2ltrs) without stopping the meter. After that she calculated all bill ( 32ltrs 3560rs )in my account. When I complained this, she started arguing that she filled all petrol in my after auto stop also, which is not correct. I saw her filling in bottles and taking cash money from a person. Resolve the issue as this completely cheating to customer and the company also.

I have Renault Triber which have a fuel tank of 40 lits capacity. every time I fills 30 lits of petrol in tank. the fuel indicators shows tank almost full, ie remaining petrol in tank +30 lits. on dated 08/05/2023, I filled 30 lits petrol from 3 STAR FUEL STATION, G BLOCK, 50 INDIAN OIL CO MUMBAI.
After filling the fuel tank indicator was not showing full. according to my calculation I got 8 to 10 lits petrol less .KMs showing at the time of fueling 6565kms. photo taken at 6615 km. one white line of fuel tank indicator exist up to average 93 kms. the two white lines exist up to 186 km -50 kms= 136 km less running. means 136/15.5 [average] = 9 liters of petrol received less.
please take strict action against the 3 star fuel station.

I had booked my gas cylinder on the 5th of May. My consumer number is CX6943978. The order number was[protected]. Yesterday I received a message that invoice has been generated and today I received that cylinder has been delivered. I have not received my cylinder at all. I have made full payment for this cylinder. How can it be marked as delivered when it is not??? Kindly let me know what I should do?
