I have registered complaint on 7th feb but till now no response

There is a chance of stopping the service of pumps for 3 days or take a high panalty decision otherwise I will be visited in the Ministry of Petrolium and Jai Garuda will give a mirror about the scam on the pumps.

Totally disappointed sale after service zero. Follow up from 2 days but no one responding anything wrong responsible is Zirakpur indane agaency and his staff.

Cancelled cylinder order on februar 1st, 2023. Until now refund is not provided. Called to the lpg customer service several times but no use. They talk very rudely. In IndianOil ONE app, it was showing amount was refunded. Customer service people said that it might be a technical error. I paid from my 'Simpl' account. Please provide my refund of 1105rs as soon as possible.

My order id:[protected]. Consumer number: [protected]. Gas agency : Sphurthy gas agency. Order date is 26th jan and still I've not received my gas, this is pathetic!. Looks like the gas agency has sold the gas to someone else an made money. Request indane to deliver my gas asap

I am using my mobile number [protected] for more then 5 years but unable to get registered in indane LPG services. I tried customer service but no use. Please check and do the needful.

I cancelled my cylinder order on 1st february. But until now I did not received my refund of 1105rs. In IndianOil oNE app, it was showing amount refunded but I didnt get my refund. I called to customer care number several times, filed comllants in official app, but no use. I will file a complaint regarding this in Consumer court for sure.

I was waiting for half hour but the filing station was close and no body was present here time was 7:00 am. I have called them but no response and not only u was waiting 2 more vehicles was also waiting so I request you to take strict action...

They Dont keep swap machine and insist on cash.If phone pay is available they insist customer to fill petrol in round figure in multiple of zero /five.If we pay any figure other than above they dont fill petrol.This make doubt of having setting to the meter of petrol pump.Request to check their meter and stop harassment of innocent villagers of Satana.

I have done online payment of 1079 ₹ for LPG gas cylinder on 8th jan 2023 transaction detail is operator ref no:- MK013008BAAEJYTGR000 the amount got debited from my account but same I cancelled the order

today 28th jan still I have not receive my refund

Today went ti the Indian oil petrol bunk jai Hanuman s s iocl dealer Nagawara Bangalore 45 ..after filling petrol asked doe rhe bill of rs 300 for which rhe employee said it can't be fetched in rude manner ans started to threaten. Me in abusive language, when I went to check the manager, they informed he has gone to have lunch ..one more staff joined him and lecturing me I should say I need bills before filling fuel it seems ..he was threating only with the receipt and saykng take and go ..isn't law we get bills foe rye amount we pay ...not even expecting any service but basic getting the bill for rg3 amount paid...They re not employees they look like dangerous to talk to onky

I have filled fuel in my Mercedes GLC 200 vehicle at IOC petrol pump at Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road at Andheri E close to SEEPZ in Mumbai on Tuesday the 17th of Jan at 1.05 pm. However, inspite me telling the attendant to put petro, he has filled diesel in my vehicle which has damaged my under warranty car. Mercedes is now fixing the car and it is costing me Rs. 236000 to repair the damage.

While procuring a new Indane gas connection (single cylinder) from the below vendor
Mohan Gas Service ([protected])
Jalahalli, Next to Ioc petrol pump,
Near Bel Circle,
Bangalore - 560013
I was asked to pay for extra accessories as follows
Gas Lighter - Rs 170
Gas Lighter Refill Can - Rs 80
Cylinder Trolley - Rs 210
Total - Rs 460
I raised the issue with the staff present as I have an automatic gas stove and did not require these extra accessories to which I was informed that these are mandatory and the only thing they can do is give an apron instead of the trolley. They asked me to go ahead and make a complaint as they are not willing to remove the same from the bill.
I am attaching the documents and snapshots of the bills and the accessories.
I would like the agency to take back the accessories and give me a refund for Rs 460.

1. Why The IOCL Company Is Charging Money To Provide Mandatory Inspection To Consumer?

It Is The Duty Of IOCL To Provide Us Safety ...We, The Customers Buying LPG For Rs.1100 And Still The IOCL Charging Us In The Name Of So Called Mandatory Inspection. IOCL Please Provide Us Free Safety Service Not Chargeable Inspection Service.

2. Is There Any Benefit In The Charges For The PMUY Beneficiaries For Mandatory Inspection Check In Assam?

3. If The Consumer Has The New Connection And Also New Burner And Regulator, New Stove Of IOCL's (Agency Provided). Then, Is It Mandatory To Do Inspection Within 5Year Or After 5Year?

Ex. If The Consumer Had The New Connection, New Stove, New Burner And Regulator In 2021, In Which Year It Is Mandatory To Do Inspection Check?

I had visit to full fuel at apna petrol pump situated at sanghera bypass, near baba kala mehar stadium barnala, buttheair pressure machine is not working and the staff is irresponssible, actually iwant to ask that whyonly air pressure machine isunder breakdown why not the fuel filling machine is stop at any time, this isbecause they have to fill air pressure free,

I always visit Loknath Service Station ( Petrol Pump), 5A BM Road, Kolkata - 700078. Today also I visited that station for Fuel up my Car... But a Lady Staff very roughly behaved with me... Action should be taken against her... My Contact number is [protected]

dear sir i have booked a gas to my house it come and after that gas ends i saw that my passbook was not at my house .
It may be due to carelessness are any other reason .But it is lost.

So you are requested to issue us a new gas connection book. The gas connection book was earlier the name of shri byasmuni naurangia village, distributed from kotwa district-kushinagar (uttar pradesh).br...

The invoice amount is 1055.50 for gas refill booking. But the amount deducted is Rs.1061.40. Why extra amount has to be paid for online payment, that too when we are making advance payment.
