I received the last two cylinders without a clear expiration code. One is A 23. It was delivered last month.

What are the safety instructions available in your distributor?
How it was delivered to me.
Kindly give the response to my complaint as early as possible.

I have to bring to your knowledge, continuous non availability of Air at following fuel station situated at Mumbai-Goa Highway.

I would like to bring to your notice that PATULI INDANE, Ghosh Para, Kolkata-700094 has sent an executive to check the Gas connection, placement of cylinders, etc and has charged Rs. 236/-.
In this context, my humble submission is that in case any checking is mandatory then such expense should be borne by the distributer and not passed on to the customer.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am facing a refund issue with IOC (Indian oil corporation)

I booked indane gas cylinder on 12-July-2023. On the same day, the invoice is generated. After the invoice is generated, i have paid the amount through online.

Since, the invoice was already generated as cash, i contacted selvi gas agency. They said they did not received the on-line payment.
Also, they advised me to cancel the booking. And i cancelled that on 15-july-2023. But, the amount i paid is still pending to receive to my account.

I also raised complaint for the same twice in IOC website. IOC customer care saying there is no amount credited to IOC account without checking the bank statement.

I contacted ICICI also multiple times, they are confirming all the time that the amount is successfully credited to IOC bank account. Also, they are giving me the RRN number for reference.

Bank is saying the amount is credited to beneficial account (IOC).
IOC is saying that it is not received.

But, There is no one in IOC ready to check IOC bank statement with the transanction ID/RRN ID shared by bank.

The following is the confirmation given by bank.

"Dear Customer, Your transaction of Rs 1118.5 from ICICI Bank was successfully credited to the beneficiary IndianOil Corporation Ltd account XXXXXXXXXX9643 on 12/07/2023 16:27:41 with RRN[protected]. In case the beneficiary has not received the amount, then please share the reference number with the beneficiary, to check with their bank."

Need IOC to check and confirm the same and need refund for the same.

Attached please find the complaint receipt dated 13 July 2023 of Shambhavi Fuel Centre Ranchi, regarding petrol density out of limit. This shows the irregularities and malfunctioning. Kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against this. Also kindly inform me about the action taken.
I hope something will be taken for the correction of this malfunctioning.

I'm under double cylinder scheme,
One fraud indane gas delivery man took our two empty cylinder.
Then he didn't return trust broken..

On today Again now, without empty cylinder.
Cylinder is not delivered to u told by another delivery man. K I said I will cancel booking wait a while or cancel booking urself.

But the delivery man not cancelled booking instead of he accepted cylinder delivery..
Now I had received indane cylinder delivery msg...

I would like to complaint about the misbehavior and denial to refill fuel showcased by oneof the staffs in Gabriel Enterprises, Groundfloor, Panachikad, Paruthumpara, Kuzimattom, Kottayam 686533 on 06/June/2023 by around 1430hrs.
Even after I had put my car in position and was waiting for the staff to fill the petrol, he denied to attend and went on filling the vehicles that reached after me. And when I went in search of Google pay scan code he was so arrogantly denied to provide me with the same.
So I again waited in my car while he again went to fill fuel in another two wheeler. Finally I had to move to the other filling point to refuel.
This behavior of harming the selfrespect of the people is not expected from a company like IOCL.

I am an existing customer of Bharat Gas and have been using their services for quite some time. However, I recently discovered that my Bharat Gas account has been deactivated due to an apparent connection with an Indane Gas account associated with my name. This information came as a surprise to me, as I have never had any affiliation with Indane Gas in the past.

I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and clarifying why my name is appearing on the Indane Gas customer list.

दिनांक 03.07.2023 को समय 18:20 पर में अपनी मोटरसाइकिल न UK 07 W 6316 passion pluse पर लक्ष्मी नारायण पेट्रोल पंप पर पेट्रोल भरवाने के लिए गया तो पेट्रोल भरने वाले द्वारा मुझे पूछा कि कितने का तेल डालना है मेने कहा 500 रुपए का बोला payment Phone pay पर कर दो उक्त युवक द्वार मशीन को बिना zero किए सीधा पेट्रोल भरना शुरू कर दिया मेरे मना करने के बावजूद वहा मेरी बातो को अनसुना करते हुए अपने साथी से बात करता रहा और तेल भरता रहा और रुपए 600 कुछ करके बोला आपके 500 रुपए का तेल भर चूका है। मेरे द्वारा इस प्रकार से मशीन को बिना शून्य किए तेल भरने पर अप्पति की गई तो वहा बत्तमीजी करने लगा। मेरे द्वार उक्त पंप के मैनेजर श्री धर्मेन्द्र से उक्त संबद्ध में शिकायत की गई तो उनके द्वारा कोई संतोषजनक जवाब नहीं दिया गया और कहा गया कि आप जहां चाहते हो शिकायत कर दो।
अतः में उक्त संबंध में अपनी शिकायत दर्ज करता हूं। तथा इस बात का आश्वासन चाहता हूं कि इस प्रकार की धोखाधड़ी को रोका जाए।

None of the town pumps are having air inflation facility. Every time denied to inflate the vehicle

Subject: Complaint about GSN Petrol Bunk on Bangalore Road, Hosur

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns I have regarding the services provided by GSN Petrol Bunk located on Bangalore Road in Hosur. I have been a regular customer at this petrol bunk, and unfortunately, I have encountered several issues that have greatly impacted my experience.

Lack of Sufficient Staff:
Despite the presence of eight pumps (four for normal petrol and four for speed petrol), it has come to my attention that there is consistently only one operator available at a time. This has resulted in long waiting times and inefficient service, particularly during peak hours when the crowd is substantial. I kindly request that the management address this issue by ensuring an adequate number of staff members are present to handle the customer demand efficiently.

Inconsistent Fuel Offerings:
On multiple occasions, I have been offered speed petrol instead of the normal petrol I requested. This discrepancy is concerning as it affects both the performance of my vehicle and my overall expenses. I expect the petrol bunk to prioritize customer satisfaction and accurately provide the type of fuel requested. I urge the management to investigate and rectify this issue promptly to prevent further inconvenience and financial loss to customers.

Lack of Proper Response:
Furthermore, I have found the response from the staff at GSN Petrol Bunk to be unsatisfactory. Despite raising my concerns with them, they have not been responsive or proactive in addressing the issues I have faced. Effective communication and prompt resolution are essential for maintaining customer satisfaction, and I request the management to enforce better customer service standards among their staff.

I sincerely hope that you will take my complaint seriously and initiate the necessary actions to improve the overall service quality at GSN Petrol Bunk. I believe that by addressing these issues, the petrol bunk can regain its reputation for providing efficient and customer-oriented services.

I had gone to Devaraj Enterprises, Green Glen Layout, Bellandur, Bengaluru this morning at about 7am and asked for 500 petrol. The attendent (nagaraj) started filling the tank and didn't pay attention. When I looked at the meter, it was 2570 when I banged at my door to get his attention and asked him to stop. He went and brought who, I assume, was the manager and another man. They apologized for the "mistake" and asked if I was paying by card or cash. When I told him I was not going to pay for the extra and that he should pump out the extra, they refused. We talked for over 10 minutes regarding the same but one of the managers (dhanapal) starting calling me a cheapskate for not paying and leaving. He said I can pay little by little in three days. I insisted he pumped out the fuel but he got angry and walked away mumbling that we are creating a problem instead of just paying and leaving. We paid 2570 and left. In their defense, the manager said it was Nagaraj's first day at work. Why was he allowed to handle customers of he wasn't fully trained? Why is there no option to pump the extra fuel that was accidently put into the tank? Why should I have to pay for someone else's mistake? I don't know if this is a regular practice there but this is wrong and I would appreciate immediate action. Thank you

I had gone to Indian oil petrol pump devaraj enterprises, Green glen layout, Bellandur, Bengaluru this morning at about 7am. I asked the attendent to fill my tank for 500 petrol. He put the nozzle in and didn't pay attention, when I looked at the meter it was 2570. I had to bang my door to get his attention and asked him to stop. He got the manager and two men came out of the office. One of them (Dhanapal) walked to my car and asked if I was going to pay by card or cash. I told him about the problem and he apologized but still asked me to pay. He said it was the attendant's first day at work so he made a mistake. Then he started calling me a cheapskate for not paying up and leaving. I asked him to pump it out as I had asked him to fill for only 500. So some 10 minutes of explaining, he got angry and walked away. We had to pay 2570. I have heard about this scam before too and don't really know if this is a regular practice there. But why should I have to pay for someone else's mistake. If the attendant was not trained enough then why was he allowed to handle customers? I wonder what they would do on a busy day.!!

I have made a payment of Rs. 2318.00 on 26th June 23, but still now this payment is not reflecting in Distributors Account. For this reason they are unable to issue a second cylinder from their end.
The distributor called me many times to cancel the payment and make it in their place since this online payment is not reflecting to their account. We are working and going there is not possible. I request the concern to look into this issue.
