Sir My wife E.Malar is account holder of the Indian overseas bank Tindivanam Her A/Cno 171001000003737. The Mutual Benefit Trust Marakkanam deposit on18.05.2015 Rs 1908.00(Indian bank cheque no274018/14.05.2015) wide NEFT.The trust sent the group name. So the IOB withdrawal the amount to my wife a/c . Withdrawal amount was not transacted Mutual Benefit Trust Indian bank a/c no 833468926 bank statement (01.04.2015 to31.03.2016). My wife complaint many times and show the statement. But no response the IOB Branch Manager Tindivanam.So please enquiry return amount Rs1908.00 transacted which account inform me.             I have an account with injambakkam branch. My debit card expired on June 2015 but still I Yet to my debit card.

            I visited my branch and spoke them even manger regarding the same at several times. But my problem yet to resolve.

            I surprised to hear that they said, the software of "Pinnacle" which they are using is difficult to use.

            Very poor customer support...

              I had done an online transaction with my IOB debit card amounting to around 8k twice. 1st transaction was failed and I have not yet got my amount credited.

              It has already been more than 2 months. Its pathetic. Every time you call the customer care, they give the same reply that they will forward my complain to the concerned department. And then that's it. No response !!!

              I am fed up of following. Also have lost all hopes of getting my amount back.

                I am lakshmi narasu from madurai, yesterday have deposit amount in my account and entry my pass book, unfortunately one debit made berore day rs 51.06/ for minimum balance not maintanancemy account opened my school for smart cad purpose for benefit get from government. Now i am started and operating my account as requaler basis. The prime minister told every women have bank account without maintanance of zero balance, my doubt is how to made entry before date (27.6.216). If its possible. What meaning of prime minster word. My complaint is refund of money, but this my response to take action further deduction made for student account.

                  I insert my iob atm card to iob atm on 31-dec-2015 in vandalur (Iobd9913). Rs 4000 was deducted in my iob account. But i didn't got my money in my iob atm machine. Print slip shows "dispesnser failure". I was complaint to my home iob branch 3 times. I spoke customer care also. They given debit card landline number. That number not reached up to date.

                    I bought a mobile phone of micromax on 02-May-2016 by amazon and i paid amount 8199 by my own debit card but due to some reason my product was cancelled and amazon refund my money on 07-May-2016 but i didn't got my money in my IOB account.                         I got education loan from 2007 to 2010 for my under graduate (B.Tech) and i continued my post graduate (M.Tech) from 2010 to 2012. And also i have paid some interest amount whenever possible.

                        Interest rate may vary time to time?

                        When i got the loan my loan interest rate is 12% from 31/5/2008 to 26/4/2011 . It has been raised more than 14.5% from 28/5/2011. I have attached education loan statement from your kind perusal.

                                        I have given the complaint regarding non availability of sms alert to my mobile number. My sb account number is [protected]. My mobile number is getting wrong account number details of operation instead of my account. I suppose my operation is being diverted to another mobile number where in my privacy is at stake. I have already given a written complaint to my branch on 28.04.2016 regarding this. I am already getting anonymous calls for which i do not know how they got my number. You will be fully responsible for any untoward incidence happens to me due to your negligence in service.
