Dear Sir / Madam, REFUND ISSUES from YATRA.COM. Actually I booked Ticket via Yatra.com through IOB VISA DEBIT Card, but without Ticket booking they detected amount for Train 962 and Flight 6316 INR. When I ask them they said we already refund your amount check with your bank, but I didn't get proper response from bank. So please check and return my refund amount as early as possible please. Long time I'm struggling for my Refund please help me. 1. INR 6316.00 18/11/2016 PGRRN for this transaction is[protected]. (Flight Ticket from Yatra.com) 2.
