I have attended a tour package with irctc bharat darshan train and here i am shearing my experience.
Tour code - wzbd-250, tour date - 10.03.19 to 19.03.19.

1. The quality of food is worst and also they served it in bad places (Parking of bus, near toilet) and when we complaint about it then they said that they can not get you (500 people) a good place to eat because you are too many people.

2. The lodging is also good as their food was. We have 2 no. Of lat-bath for 200 to 300 people each time when we stayed in a lodge and the pipes of washrooms were choked. The washrooms floor were full of water when we went to fresh and clean ourselves.

3. The quality of buses was not good they were have broken windows and the seats were also not good.

4. And the last thing - when the coordinator of our coach came to us to fill the feedback from he was asking us to fill a good review for him and when we went to fill the actual review he was shouting at as.

    I updated international number in irctc website. Then next login block all options and showed messages to pay 100 rupees for international mobile number validation. I paid amount but still showed same page. They allow me to validate mobile number after sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. I am not getting otp for mobile validation and at the same time not able change back to india number. It’s worst customer experience.

      Respected sir/mam

      I tried to book the ticket for the train on the date 15 march for travelling to mathura from habibganj in train ndls shatabdi.

      I was not able to book the ticket due to the (Network error in the payment type) message displayed on the site. Although the amount of ticket 1240 rs was deducted from account while i didn't get the ticket confirmation.

      I experienced the same in the ticket booking on the next day
      Dated 17 march for booking of17 march from bhopal to delhi in patalkot express.

      First i got the network error and didn't got the ticket though amount 925 rs was deducted.

      Kindly respond me for my unnecessary deduction of money from my account.

        Sir/Madam,
        I am Sidhanta Choudhury. I had a confirmed ticket in 3 tier AC(B4 compartment in Prasanthi Express 18463 from BBSR to KSR). I boraded at BAM. There were rats in my cabin and they did tremendous damage of my luggage and items inside it. Many food items are open and can't be consumed. Some clothes are also damaged.This is completely unacceptable by 3tier A/C standards of Indian Railways. I have seen rats before also on the train. But this time this was way too much.I can add additional if needed. For the horrible damage, I request you to kindly issue me a monetary compensation. Please let me know if additional details are needed.

          My pnr no. Is [protected] and transaction id is [protected] and date of journey is[protected]. I have booked a ticket from nagpur to indore vide train no.22646 (2 ac) but the ticket got canceled by mistake during our process of checking status. The journey is very important to me since i have exams. Kindly return my tickets so that i can travel against the same booking and do not suffer the financial loss for such unwanted mistake. Please look into the matter seriously.

            On 11/03/19 i had booked a dormitory in tata station details are sent to my mobile no. But could not able to print the ticket because it is not showing.               I booked a railway ticket on 14/3/2019 online through irctc website to perform a journey vide pnr no. [protected]. But very astonish to note that we have been allotted middle and upper berths despite admitted fact of senior citizen and submission of required option regarding lower seats. It reveals that while allotment of seats, my request regarding allotment of lower seats has not been considered and thus it is evident that seats are being allotted ignoring govt instructions issued in this regard from time to time and by adopting unfair procedure while allotment of seats, by the irctc. Further a request email was sent to irctc authorities to review the issue but of no use.

                On 15/03/2019 i was tried reserve e ticket. Travel details is from mangalure cntl (Maq) to cuddapah on 03/04/2009 by 17605/maq kcg express. Class :sl. Account has been debited for rs.780. I am very much regret to inform that my reservation has not been done but account has been debited. I request the authorites to recredit the debited amount.

[protected]) (Transaction id: [protected]) was cancelled by irctc on 22-oct-2016 and amount of rs. 3250 (Settlement id: ig0cnybqo9) was supposed to be credited in my sbi bank account: [protected] by 25-oct-2016. The amount is not received yet in my account. My phone: [protected]

                  I am attaching relevant proofs as screenshots of:
                  1. My irctc ticket
                  2. Bank transactions detail from september '16 to december '16
                  3. Irctc's claim that refund has been processed by them

                      I was traveling by amritsar shatabdi express yesterday, from delhi to ludhiana. The quality of food supplied was horrible.

                      Dal did not have any tadka, there was lot of water in dal. The matter paneer had no matars & the paneer gravy was so horrible that i have suffered food poisoning now.

                      Have some shame mr. Piyush goyal & improve the quality a bit. If this poor quality food is being served in shatabdi trains, then one can easily guess that what will be the situation of food being served in normal trains.

                        I filled tdr for tatkal e ticket as train was late more then 3 hours. But my request repudiated showing reason as passengers travelled. Despite i never. I have enough proves that i was in my shop given date. I paid payments to few parties, i visited big bazar too and bought items worth 5, 000 rs. I can win any case against railway in this tdr repudiated case with fine or penalty too for mental harrasment. Please solv my problem.

                            I have travelled with august kranti rajdhani on 11 march 2019 with pnr no [protected] i have not been served morning tea as well as soup during my journey and not being served the welcome drink also the water served for tea was cold i have booked this premium train with hope that i will be getting quality but it was one of my worse experience

                              I tried booking a ticket in tatkal in irctc on march 8, 2019, i tried some 3 times, my money was debited twice totally, rs.740 was debited but my ticket was not booked, they refunded rs.310. The actual ticket amount was rs.370, i should be refunded with full amount since my ticket was not booked but they detected rs.60 and for my second debit my money was not refunded yet i request you take action on it. It is completely unfair and fraudism.

                                I have book ticket on 21stfeb 2019 but it failed and amonut deducted but still not recieved amounf back and also i have mail bank statement from 21stfeb19 till date on 8 march 2019 but still no update for same and continously calling customer care there are saying will updated in 24hr or 48hr.

                                I have filed TDR on 24-sep-2018 because train was getting late more than 8 hour. but not yet to received any refund. my PNR no was [protected] and trasaction id [protected]
                                After looking for trains when I tried to book an RAC ticket it asked "You searched fo trains between ASR to BDTS. Do yo want to look for trains from ASR to MMCT? " then it does not give a no option it just shows yes or cancel.
                                Then when clicked on yes just a blank page opens up. I have attached a screenshot of it.

                                  I had booked air ticket using irctc on 22.042018 for to and fro pune from new delhi for journey on 06.05.208 and 08.05.2018 but could not aboard on 06.05.2018. I had cancelled return journey air ticket from pune but till date i have not got any refund. On asking air asia, they told that they had paid rs.2000 to irctc. Please refund this money.

                                    I am sri annaji sarma (Phone no-[protected]) this is for fourth time i could not get the tatkal ticket. At the time of booking there were 200 tickets from visakhapatnam to secunderabad in godavari express for 8th march 2019. I had completed entering the passenger details and made payment through my atm debit card, eventually received message declined by bank, but amount deducted from my account.

                                    The same incident took place with 3 other people, who were booking ticket along with me. It not only deducted amount but also ticket could not be booked. I presume that irctc is making fun with tatkal booking passengers to accommodate agents. Kindly look into the matter
