On 8th april, i was trying to book a train ticket and i paid using phonepe app bank of baroda upi. The transaction was failed 3 times but money got deducted every time. For 2 of the transaction, i have got the refund, but for one of the transaction, i haven't got the refund yet.
I have contacted phonepe and they are saying that they have successfully credited the amount to irctc. But irctc is saying they have got money for only 2 transactions and they have provided a refund for that.
Below is the utr number[protected] for which the transaction was failed and ticket was not booked but still i haven't got the refund.
Please help me as it's been more than 15 days.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
