I have book ticket on 21stfeb 2019 but it failed and amonut deducted but still not recieved amounf back and also i have mail bank statement from 21stfeb19 till date on 8 march 2019 but still no update for same and continously calling customer care there are saying will updated in 24hr or 48hr.

I have filed TDR on 24-sep-2018 because train was getting late more than 8 hour. but not yet to received any refund. my PNR no was [protected] and trasaction id [protected]
After looking for trains when I tried to book an RAC ticket it asked "You searched fo trains between ASR to BDTS. Do yo want to look for trains from ASR to MMCT? " then it does not give a no option it just shows yes or cancel.
Then when clicked on yes just a blank page opens up. I have attached a screenshot of it.

    I had booked air ticket using irctc on 22.042018 for to and fro pune from new delhi for journey on 06.05.208 and 08.05.2018 but could not aboard on 06.05.2018. I had cancelled return journey air ticket from pune but till date i have not got any refund. On asking air asia, they told that they had paid rs.2000 to irctc. Please refund this money.

      I am sri annaji sarma (Phone no-[protected]) this is for fourth time i could not get the tatkal ticket. At the time of booking there were 200 tickets from visakhapatnam to secunderabad in godavari express for 8th march 2019. I had completed entering the passenger details and made payment through my atm debit card, eventually received message declined by bank, but amount deducted from my account.

      The same incident took place with 3 other people, who were booking ticket along with me. It not only deducted amount but also ticket could not be booked. I presume that irctc is making fun with tatkal booking passengers to accommodate agents. Kindly look into the matter

          Since i enter the wrong password, my account cannot be verified and hence cannot book any train tickets. I am in a big of a hurry for booking the ticket, so if you could help me as soon as possible, i would be hugely obliged to you.

            Dear sir/madam,
            I have booked for 2 journey in train named saurashtra janta express (19217) from bandra terminus to jamnagar boarding from bilimora for the journey date on 06/03/2019.

            Other journey was in train named okha ers exp (16337) from okha to valsad for journey date on 11/03/2019.

            Both the ticket was later on cancelled by passenger before 48hrs of schedule departure and even after 4-5 days did not received refund amount in bank a/c.

            I have also shared image of ticket cancelled.
            Please solve this above problem as soon as possible.

            Recently I payed IRCTC for book a ticket with
            Mobiwik Account with order Id [protected]. After dectucting Money from my Mobiwik wallet the IRCTC app showed me nothing without booking ticket I received message of detuctation of money from wallet. I requesting to related issue that money I want as refund
            I have tried to booked Tatkal ticket three times on 27/02/2019 Ahemdabad to Indore through IRCTC online, but ticket not booked and 3 times money debited to my account 1230+1230+1230 =3690/-Rs.

              Respected sir/ madam,

              My grandfather, subramanyam kk is travelling along with his wife sharada cn with berth seat nos. 26 and 27 in a1 coach. Pnr - [protected]

              The ttr requested for identity proof for which they did not have unfortunately. Ttr asked for rs. 1000/- as fine. Unfortunately they did not have the money to give the fine. As per rule, my grandparents are in wrong side.

              We do not know what is duty of ttr, when a passenger who has booked a ticket online but does not have a identity proof to provide or money to give as fine.

              But we certainly know that it is not duty of ttr nor ttr has no right to harass my grandparents, who are 83 and 74 years of age. By the look and body language it is easily identifiable that they are harmless and simple people. My grandfather does not have the strength to even stand for an hour continuously.

              We certainly know it is not duty of ttr nor ttr has no right to exploit or humiliate my grandparents at their weak situation for almost half an hour. He said to the old couple, what if they got down in kollam station and then another couple get into train instead of them in their allocated seats.

              The passenger in a1 coach berth seat no. 25 and 29, were also present in the situation. The passenger in seat 25 pacified the ttr to calm down, understand and have an empathy towards the old couple in a helpless situation.

              Then ttr gave unwanted advises to the old couple and then allowed them to utilize the berth. This shows if he wanted to allow he will allow on his own based on his personal interests and not as per his duty. If he was able to allow the old couple to travel without identity proof, without money to give as fine, then why did he harass, humiliate, exploit their weak situation. This we know is misuse of his powers of duty. Will they not now get down in a particular station and allow other couple to travel in their allocated seats as he said earlier?

              We need appropriate action to be taken for such cases not happen in future to public.

              Ttr is public servant. He should do his duty and not to misuse his powers.

                I tried to book a train ticket on 1st Feb 2019 at 11 03 am, but ticket not booked but my amount was rs 120 was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one 97 communication. I have received a msg from my bank, please let me know when my money will refunded

                I login the irctc mobile app, but not received otp to resistered mobile number
                Inorder to plan my journey i initiated online transaction on 3 march 2019 in IRCTC site. As amount is debited from my account but ticket is not booked and it is showing error as "no response from bank" kindly refund the amount . I herewith attached screenshot of failed transaction.

                  I am a new user. My account (User name:tanmoy_1979) was registered 2-3 day's ago by irctc. After successfully register i booked my onward & return ticket but they are not showing anywhere at my home page, even at my home page there are no options showing in 'my account' except log out. Not showing like booked tickets history, my transactions, e-ticket cancellation & e-wallet registration etc. Another problem is that every time when i want to log in, the server shows your email verification is not complete. So, sir please kindly consider my request and check what is wrong with me, solve as soon as possible because i am confused.

                      Sir my name is vinod singh dhek. I used to travel in rajdhani in frequent basis from dibrugarh to new delhi and back. At first we are paying money for the food in rajdhani express so why the food serving people asking for the tip and who are giving it's ok who are not giving they are looking like they will slap or give 2-3 wrong wordings for that. Pls stop this nonsense or else food we don't want. We will pay for the food we want. Food charge should be minus from fare of rajdhani.

                          Wrt [protected], i have booked 4 tickets. Out of 4 tickets 2 got confirmed and 2 were still waiting state only but i didn't received any refund confirmation for those 2 waiting tickets.
                          When i approached to irctc call center they stated that "i need to cancel the waiting list tickets within 30 mins of chat preparation but am not aware of that process and i didn't cancelled them.

                          Could you please help me how can i get the refund amount? It's almost 3200 rupees which i was losing not aware of process. 3200 rs is not small amount for middle class citizen like me.

                          Please consider this as special case and help me to get money refunded. Thank you.

                            I, mr. Parimal santra and my colleague dr. Asit baran bera, working in iit kharagpur west bengal. We together with family went for a tour in ladakh in august, 2018 on ltc. We rented a vehicle from irctc for following travel plan.

                            1: 17-aug-2018: pickup from hotel in leh. Travel to turtuk. Night stay at nubra valley.
                            2: 18-aug-2018: return to leh from nubra valley.
                            3: 19-aug-2018: again pickup from hotel at leh and travel to pangong lake. Night stay at pangong lake.
                            4: 20-aug-2018: return back to leh from pangong lake. Release the car.

                            Irctc provided the car as per the requirement and we also transferred rs 30, 835 as rental charge to irctc account. Please refer the attachment for confirmation. The vehicle was very good and we were happy till that time. After the travel we needed the car rental bill for our ltc travel settlement. We requested two separate bills as below.

                            1. Leh to turtuk and turtuk to leh - in the name of parimal santra [ journey date:[protected], return date:[protected] ]
                            2. Leh to pangong and pangong to leh - in the name of asit baran bera [ journey date:[protected], return date:[protected] ]

                            We have given all the details whatever requested but till date we are not provided with the bills. We had to do the ltc settlement within one month of the journey end date. As we did not receive the car rental bill, we had to go for ltc settlement without this car rental charges. It causes a loss of around rs 30, 835/- for us. We were very surprised why the bills were not given to us.

                            It'll be really great if you kindly clarify and compensate the loss of rs.30, 835/-.

                              I'm not getting any OTP to my registered mobile number, when the time of transition. I'm trying to do transaction with deferent debit cards and NetBanking also unable to receive OTP. Other than irctc I'm getting OTP to my registered mobile number when I am doing other purchase.

                                Missed my train because the connecting train got dealyed by 1.30 hour.

                                I had to book another train - rajdhani costing me 1465rs.

                                  I am p v vinod kumar with login id of pvvk in irctc. Whenever i am trying to login into irctc, it is asking for email verification. But when i enter otp it says my email id is verified successfully and i need to login again. However when ever i try to login again it asks for verification again. Due to this i am unable to login into irctc website to use its services. Kindly help me quickly to resolve this issue. Thanking you.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I had planned to travel for a vacation with family from pune to delhi & delhi to chandigarh via connecting flight on 27th dec'18. After which i had an onward journey to shimla.

                                    I booked my connecting flight of jet airways india 9w-641 through irctc, booking date & time :[protected]:40. Transaction id : [protected]. Pnr - polgat. Departs new delhi (Del) 05:45, 27-dec-2018 delhi indira gandhi intl terminal 3. Arrive chandigarh (Ixc) 07:15, 27-dec-2018 chandigarh arpt.

                                    Everything was set, however suddenly i receive a message from jet airways on 15th nov'2018 "dear guest, due to operational reasons your flight 9w651 will now depart from delhi on 27th dec'18 at 10:50 hours and reach ixc at 12:10 hrs we regret the inconvenience."

                                    I reached out to jet airways customer service as this change in timing was affecting my onward journey to shimla. So jet airways personnel suggested to cancel the ticket on the travel website and the amount would be fully refunded. They also updated the following remarks "*remarks-pspn by al so gst eligble full rfd tkt"

                                    After that i reached out to irctc customer service and reported the issue, they heard my concern and asked to please go ahead and cancel the ticket, which i did.

                                    After that i have been following up with irctc customer service form 27th nov'18 onwards verbally and in writing to [protected]@irctc.co.in multiple times for refund, the count of emails has now reached to 29 follow-ups though still no sign of refund. Out of the multiple calls, i even had a conference done with jet airways customer service and irctc customer service which was abruptly disconnected by irctc personnel. Everytime i get a standard answer please wait for 3-4 days or 5-7 days the concerned department is working on the same.

                                    I beg you to please my refund amount in full. If jet airways are not refunding i would request irctc to please forward me the communication with them so that i can take up the issue with jet airways.

                                      I have booked the ticket on irctc and then i pay the payment but ticket is not booked and balance is withdrawn from my account. My balance is withdrawn on[protected] and order id is [protected]. I have face a too many problem because i am student my economical is low. Please sir immediately solve the problem. I am always obliged to you. Please sir do it fast.

                                        I have booked the ticket on irctc and cancelled due to waiting list full.
                                        But as per irctc they have refunded the amount but yet not showing in my account.

                                        I am following up with irctc since 2 months but they not giving proper update hence request you to please check into and help me for refund amount.
