Today i booked a ticket on irctc using net banking of central bank of india.
I did not get any message from irctc but money was debited from my bank account.
Irctc shows pending from bank end but my bank says 1286 rs were debited and paid to irctc.
Please i need the ticket as it is emergency or please refund the money
Thank you.

    Dear sir / madam,

    I am kalaimani st, general manager (Operations), retd,

    Chennai petroleum corporation limited.

    I use to book e-ticketing usually monthly twice, for chennai - bangalore and return journey, through premium tatkal.

    Every time i use to open irctc site 5 minutes advance by login ready to avoid site clash at exactly 1100 am.

    In the process, the site takes its own time as usual, as many are trying to book tickets on line. Aftter entering with difficulties, we enter name, and other details.

    When it comes to captcha entry, it shows letters in a very difficult visual position, so that, customers find it difficult to enter particularly for takkal/premium takkal booking. It is not like for normal booking, where the letters are very clear and legible, find no difficulties.

    So, even after typing the captcha correctly, it is again asking us to enter captcha, second time.

    This is not rare happening, every occasion two to three times repeats like this. By this, we are loosing time..

    After we get clearance in captcha and on proceeding, site ask for "are you member of irctc e-wallet - yes or no"", we are loosing again here..

    Or again ask for our e-mail id, which were already registered and through that only we can login into irctc site for our takkal booking. But site ask, there again we are loosing time.

    Or it ask for""your mobile number"""to enter for further proceedings, which already there in our irctc registration.. Again we are loosing time...

    By the time we get into our final stage of payments,""cost of our ticket jumps into very high from takkal/premium takkal of rs. 360/- for chennai to bangalore to rs.600 to 800/-. This is purely not the fault of customer, unethically designed system.

    This cost escalation is exorbitant, for those customers, who prepared ready to book with your site open in position in advance. The""time delay by your site to reach final stage of payments is very clear that it is designed such a way that, to delay customer to reach final by many obstruction by way of ;

    1. Tough vision of catpcha, than the clear captcha for normal booking time. It is against customers friendly site.

    2. Repeating captcha even after typed clearly with great difficulty.

    3. Asking for"are you member of e-wallet"", is it really required when a customer on toss in booking tatkal tickets., when it not in regular booking.

    4. Asking for e-mai id, without that we could not have registered into irctc, it is time delay tactics.

    5. Asking for mobile number... Again without this we could not have registered into irctc..

    6. Zic zac cross of your advertisements into the way of booking path, the page opens when you touch unintentionally.. Disturbing booking time.

    The above are seems to be made designed into irctc website particularly for tatkal bookings, so that, irctc / railway can get more revenue through above bookings from customers for those readily available at site for booking, without no fault of customers.

    As a customers, i request you.. Please look into your irctc site design specific flaws on time delay techniques / tact ices.

    The dynamic charges system of your premium tatkal booking should reflect only on those custorems who are late on irctc site, that is after 1110... Hrs on wards, not on the customers, well versed with your site and on time at site.

    I hope you have understood the above fact of my complain and take appropriate steps to remove flaws. Otherwise it is an unethical business by railways.

      I have raised tdr against pnr number [protected].in this there are 4 people and 2 are not traveled on this ticket. This ticket was booked 4 months earlier to the journey date and it is in waiting list after that i booked one more ticket for my mother is lower berth quota.

      Below are the details: passenger not traveled on [protected] pnr.

      Passenger sarojini traveled on another pnr [protected]. If required i can submit proof for passenger mahesh also. If tte marked wrongly how you will deny passenger request??

        I have booked ticket on 18 feb in tatkal quota in train no. 15014 ranikhet exp. Kgm — dli. The total amount 770 rs was deducted from my account but ticket was not booked via irctc app and message was shown transaction rejected by bank. Further punjab national bank says refund will be initiated in 2 days but no refund is done. So please help me to initiate my refund. Bank say wait for 45 days but it is too long and for a poor person this amount matters a lot.

        I've booked the 2 tickets through IRCTC website on 16 Feb 2019 in TATKAAL quota and ticket status was WAITLIST, and later both got cancelled due to IRCTC cancellation policy for waitlisted tickets
        I haven't received the money yet to my account but in IRCTC ticket refund section it shows amount is refunded.

            I have booked one ticket for New Delhi Rajdhani express via PNR no.[protected] but as the train diverted I did not travel, so I file TDR for refund via no.[protected]

            but till date I did not get any refund from IRCTC, and every time I call IRCTC helpline they are disconnecting my call by saying transferring the call to higher authority .

            I request an immediate resolution on this .

                  Irctc is not opening in internet explorer browser. And coming to google chrome, it is working but, my booking history is not working as it keeps on loading but not displaying the booking page. Very poor maintenance of new irctc website. This is very shame of indias one and only biggest railway company owned by central govt. Of india and still very worst performance of its website at managing tickets online.

                      Sir i had booked 2 tickes for 28 january 2019 train number was 18517 from raipur to titlagarh. Pnr number of the tickets were [protected] and [protected]. One ticket is of 3tier ac and other one is of sleeper. On that day the train was late for more than 8 hrs.
                      I first try to file tdr on irctc.in but due to irctc site not working i couldnot able to file tdr. But at the same time i had file tdr through 2 mails on 29 january 2019 at 1.30 am and other at 1.31 am on 29 january but they have taken only the tdr file request of sleeper tickets only and other was repudiate. I am enclosing the screenshot of that mail where the time is mentioned of tdr file and that was in time limit when i can file the tdr. But railway authoity says that it was not timely filed and repudiate the tdr

                            Ticket is not booked due to problem in irctc website. For this ticket, amount deducted from my account is rs.701.80. After this failed booking transaction, i received an amount of rs 690 deducted against irctc ticket. But service charge of rs.11.80 is not refunded.

                            If the ticket is not booked then why service charge rs.11.80 will not be refunded?

                            Please let me know, why i will not get back the "service charge"?

                                    Sir i had booked a ticket pnr no [protected] for me and my family from amritsar to new delhi but due to some reason i had changed the train and again booked [protected] for some of the same passengers from amritsar to delhi. Same time i tried to cancel the tickets of earlier pnr [protected] but was unsuccessful due to some app or backed issues as an last option i mailed same to [protected]@irctc.co.in but not getting any relevant answer.
                                    Also [protected] train also got route diverted due to which we had lots of inconvenience. But i have got the mail through irctc that [protected] pnr has been accepted for tdr but not pnr no [protected].

                                    It was an software or an technical issue, request you to kindly check with your backend team and help me in getting my hard earned money back

                                      As i arun kumar singh filed tdr dated: 01.01.2019 for archana express (Refund status attached).

                                      my tdr got repudiated and reason was given that passanger travelled at that pnr.

                                      I would like to intimate you that i not travelled at that pnr, because it was more than 3 hrs late (Approx 7 hrs late) and i did reservation on same day with gangasaluj express (E ticket attached).

                                      You can check in your record that i travelled in ganga satluj express on 01.01.2019.

                                      I can also prove that i reached to ambala cant at 02.01.2019 in morning and then i reached to chandigarh by bus and attended my seminar at nitttr chandigarh at 10 am on 02.02.2019.

                                      Now i also want to know how tte verified my presense in previous train (Archana express) for which tdr filed.

                                        Hello team,

                                        I had booked a ticket for 2 adult through irctc (Online) on14th august and the time which was shown for departure was 13:00 at noon and we reached at 12:50 but the train had already left at 12:45pm. We had emergency but due to wrong time shown we faced loss morally & financially. We both have confirmed seats.

                                        Then i have submitted complaint at chandigarh station. Kindly find the attachments as well. I am not asking you about my refund 660inr.. I am not happy with your services. I have called so many time to irctc customer care but did't get any resolution. Irctc customer care is very poor and pathetic customer care service in a world. I demand for the claim + 660inr/-+ multiple (*) 10 extra approx 6600 to 10k. Anyways loss what we face that will be still more then what we have claimed. It's totally harassment for us to face such situation.

                                        I have already checked tdr rules with chandigarh station superintendent. There is no any tdr reason according to my case. Kindly go through in this case and then reply or call me. I am not happy with this and i will take strict action against you and your services. I am not asking you about my 660rs. Refund. I demand for the claim 10, 000.

                                        I need proper resolution. Kindly go through in this case and revert me back.
