I have loged using my user id.
I clicked my transction.
I clicked booked ticket history.
I got page display of all my booked tickets.
I choose the ticket i clicked.
Description of the ticket with options like pnr status, cancell ticket, get sms displayed.
I choose cancel ticket.
Please wait message came and after few seconds the screen become blanck.
I am unable to cancel thhe ticket.
I am using windows 10 and google chrome browser.

    Hi,

    I made a transaction today to book a ticket in irctc using razorpay upi.

    I can see the money being deducted from my credit card but i don't see any tickets booked in the irctc front.

    When i see the status, i can see the payment has been processed from my side. I got an email confirmation that payment has been made to razorpay upi id ([protected]@hdfcbank)

    I would require assistance to reverse this transaction, refund the amount i paid (Rs. 1252.64).

    Hi,

      I have booked ticket from irctc app for my relative which pnr is [protected]. But on journey date train was late more than 3 hr. So i filed tdr and my relative travelled through bus. I personally received her at anand vihar bus terminal at 10 pm.
      But i got mail from irctc that tdr is rejected with reason that passenger has travelled.
      The mail i got from irctc as follows

      "dear customer,

      The tdr filed against pnr number [protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. Has been repudiated by system as per the indian railways refund rules https://www.services.irctc.co.in/betaDoc/Amendments_RefundRules_2406.pdf

      Reason for repudiation/rejection:, as per chart, passenger has travelled

      Please note that the decision about the amount of refund or rejection of claim is taken by system as per extant refund rules of indian railways and not by irctc.

      The status is also available online and found under tdr history.

        I'm very disappointed because I have connection train in ongole at 10.56 am, but Krishna express is late from tirupati.
        How come you people are so irresponsible
        If I didn't catch my train in ongole then railway management would be responsible.
        I have booked retiring room on 24 mar 19 against pnr no.[protected].amount of 309₹ debited from my account but no booking confirmation received.do the needful and it is showing under process for second passenger and first and third passenger showing not Booked in my account.

        Amount got deducted from bank however the ticket is not booked.

            Hi,

            I had made two transactions through irctc on 6th march 2019 which failed. The transaction numbers which failed are : [protected] and [protected].

            I have received the refund for one of these transactions but not for the other one. I have also sent my bank statement to irctc. Please look into the matter and revert back at the earliest.

              I had booked the train ticket for Tirupati to Coimbatore and booking date is[protected] . ticket not booked but money was deducted Rs.701.96 and I had done it 2 times 1st time it shown error page and 2nd time it gone to otp page so I don’t know which transaction id the money was deducted . so I kindly request you look which transaction id the money was deducted and refund the deducted money to the bank immediately as soon as possible .here I attached two transactions id through this mail please look at to this matter seriously.

                I was travelling yesterday with my two kids alone in gt express from khammam to chennai in second tier a3 coach. I had worst experience it started after i boarded train and put my kids to sleep. Then it started itching for me below elbow and switched on light and saw bed bug. I threw it and checked my daughters and to my shock there are more than 10 bed bugs to the pillow and some on the bed roll. I immediately took my daughters and threw them away. I wanted to complain but no one was there. Again i dusted the beds and let them sleep but they got bites with red marks all over the hands and for me i had so many bites red and swelled. Is this how you maintain the coaches and play with health of the passengers. As i was alone i couldn't even go and search for help because i can't leave my kids and go. Really worst experience. Please look into the matter and value our money too we are paying for comfort what is the use of paying if we are too much uncomfortable

                  I would like to make an complain against irctc for terminating my journey half way and also not availing refund for the same. I had booked my tickets for bandra to jamnagar for 3-tier ac on 23rd march 2019 through online mode of irctc website. The details of same are as follows:

                  Transaction id: [protected]

                  Train no. / name: 19217/sau janata exp

                  However the train was terminated at ahmedabad (Adi). I got the sms for termination of my train four hours before the journey began as my travel was planned so i was left with no other option but to travel till ahmedabad. Also the sms didn’t mention anything about the process for my refund.

                  Beside the tc and railway officer at ahmedabad both told me since my ticket was booked online i have to claim tdr online.

                  On coming back to mumbai i tried to claim my refund but i was told that tdr has to be filed upto seventy two hours of schedule arrival of the train at passenger’s destination and the original certificate (Gc/eft) issued by the ticket checking staff is to be sent through post to irctc. Wide my complain id 3466654 & 3480322.

                  Since i didn’t know this rules i am not eligible for the refund. I was on holiday trip with my family including senior citizen mother, i thought i will do the tdr claim filing once i reach back to mumbai. But now i am left with not claim. However i would like to know how the common men is suppose to know all the rules regarding tdr claim. Beside the train tc and station staff also did not have and information about the process to claim refund.

                  Also if the trains are terminated irctc has all the information/details of the passengers who have travelled, then there should be an auto process to credit the tdr grant at-least for the online ticket passengers.

                  I feel that my tdr claim should be reconsider as i was not ever of any such rules. Kindly help me in above matter at the earliest.

                    Steps to reproduce the issue.
                    1) log in to irctc website and select the to and fro station along with the date and click on find trains
                    2) select the train and click on check availability and fare and then click on book now.
                    3) enter the passenger details and proceed, the next page which shows review booking details is not working properly. The continue booking button, back button and replan booking button is not working. Please look into this issue

                    I was also facing this issue but it got resolved on it's own when I cleared my mobile downloaded cache. Please try and check if it works for you.

                      I did a booking with pnr [protected], a sleeper class ticket from pernem (Pern) to panvel (Pnvl) via train number 22114 for 21 march 2019. I could check the berth and coach details the moment the chart was prepared from the source station on 20 march 2019.
                      I woke up on the date of journey to find an sms stating the train in around 1:30 hours late. Over the next few hours, the sms' kept updating me and the delay increased to around 2 hours till the time the train reached mangalore junction. The train was held here for more than 1 hour and by the time it left majn the delay was beyond 3 hours.
                      Why will any passenger want to travel in a train delayed by 3-4 hours. I am aware about a rule in indian railways, which promises a full refund in case of a delay on more than 3 hours.
                      However, i was not sure whether i will get a confirmed berth in the 12620 matsyaganda express. At 16:30 hours, this too was sorted as i was able to book a confirmed ticket on the 12620. Now the issue here is, i was allowed to cancel the ticket with pnr [protected] and given a 0 refund.
                      As i had to travel all the way to madgaon, i did not report the matter on 21/3/2019.
                      I then wrote to irctc customer care complaining about the 0 refund even though i can confirm via ntes, the train touched pernem more than 4 hours late. The irctc care team has not resolved the issue at all. Every email is handled via a different person and they provide different answers.
                      I wish to know how does indian railways protect its consumers when trains run late. Over the past few years, i too have received 100% refunds in case of late running trains. Then, why have i not been provided a refund in this case.
                      Would it have been better if i had sold the ticket to someone else rather than cancelling for a 0 refund.

                      Indian railways speaks about a full refund in case of trains running late by more than 3 hours and the Frauds at irctc provide a zero refund.

                      Besides, the train touched Pernem at 22:50, a good 4 and a half hours late.

                      I canceled the ticket at 16:30 hours on 21 March 2018, which is before the scheduled and actual departure of the train.

                        Its pathetic situation for employees of waterpoint they dont get salary in correct time they are not paid for 5 to 6 month at stretch. Kindly tell how they will run the family how they will give rent etc why irctc is not addressing this problem please find solution for this problem
                        Employees beleave and join this company if they dont giv salary in time its irctc responsibilty to find solution for these employees to run family smoothly.

                            On 20 march 2019, submitted a complain to indian railway with id : 2274773 in connection with converting my 2 tier ac ticket to 3 tier ac by indian railway without prior consent of me, creating huge harassment to my family.

                            In response got an email at around 4 pm on 20 march 2019, from < refund. [protected]@rediffmail.com > asking to contact me at contact no <[protected] > for resolution.

                            When contacted yesterday at above no., requested to give my debit card details to them.

                            It is not understood, why my debit card details are required to send money.

                            Further, as per guidelines of banks, no-one is supposed to share his or her debit card / credit card details to anybody.

                            In view of above, i denied to share my debit card details. As a result they cut the conversation, saying 'then you will not get any reimbursement / compensation.'

                            You are therefore, requested to look in to above and reimburse me for converting my purchased 2 tier ac ticket to 3 tier ac ticket with proper compensation money for our inconvenience / harassment.

                              I had filed tdr for 2 tickets and the pnr numbers are [protected] and [protected] journey date on 06/03/2019. I cancelled the tickets as the train was late by more than 6 hrs.. So i called irctc customer care number and confirmed the procedure how to file tdr to get the refund but haven't received the payment yet. Today i spoke to irctc customer care and it's shows that we have boarded the train which is not true. I had filled tdr for bramputra mail... And had to travel in kamrup express on 06/03/19 and the ticket which has been provided by the tte of kamrup express has been attached to this email. So would appreciate if anyone can look into this matter and fix the issue asap

                              Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              The person seating over water vending machine booth the charging extra money for 1 bottle of water. In actual the one bottle of water from irctc water vending machine cost Rs 8 (rs 5 for water and rs 3 for bottle) but the vendor is charging Rs to everyone.

                                I have an account in irctc.co.in (User name is santp_79) i already got the mobile verification password by an sms. But, i can't get email verification password.
                                Everytime i am clicking resend button but not receive otp to my account it's my humble request to you please send the email verification password in to my mail ([protected]@gmail.com) urgently or suggest another way to reset my account.

                                Sir i have received this message "payment rejected by bank" several times during booking ticket during Tatkal session. My amount is deducted but ticket is not booked. Do kindly resolve the issue.

                                  I booked two tickets and cancelled them later. Under ticket refund history tab, it is shown that refund status is refunded but in reality i have not received any refund amount in my bank account.

                                  im unable to open site, during taktal ticket..

                                  Some times, Im able to open, but im unable to select "tatkal" under quota..the drop down list is not displaying.

                                    Dear sir. I booked a ticket in tqwl tatkal waiting n till the date of the journey my ticket didnt get confirmed n it was cancelled by indian railways. I paid 910/- and now i get an email from irctc that ill be refunded only 790. This is their email below. I want a full refund of rs 910-/- how can they deduct charges when it's not my fault. They should not allow in waiting in that case.
                                    "we wish to inform you that your ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully. The refund amount of rs. 790 will be refunded back to your respective account shortly."

                                    Their customers helpline no 139 is also chargeable. They should have a toll-free number n it's does not get connected. Their customer service keep diverting u to contact others n they don't have any idea. Passing the parcel they keep playing. Till then the refund the short amount n don't help. Passengers lose n nobody helps to fight from their side. Kindly take up this matter or will need to go high up further.

                                      Today on 23/03/19 i tried to book a ticket from cuttack to howrah under tatkal quota. After pressing the "pay" button and entering otp my account has been debited but ticket not booked. Message shows payment made to one 97 communication. Question is whether payment has not been passed on to irctc or irctc after receiving payment does not want to part with the ticket.
                                      Now after lodging this complain i shall get refund after 4-5 days.
                                      Who is responsible for the farce?
                                      Now refund my money rs.415.49 paise immediately.

                                        While booking the 3 tier ac ticket from cuttack to howrah on 23/03/2019 for my journey on 24/03/2019 my account has been debited for rs.1130.49p. Payment made to one 97 communication but ticket not booked. What a farce? Repeatedly these sort of cases happen where account is debited but ticket not booked. Who is being benefited with my money?
                                        Now refund my money rs.1130.49p immediately.
