Hello team,

I had booked a ticket for 2 adult through irctc (Online) on14th august and the time which was shown for departure was 13:00 at noon and we reached at 12:50 but the train had already left at 12:45pm. We had emergency but due to wrong time shown we faced loss morally & financially. We both have confirmed seats.

Then i have submitted complaint at chandigarh station. Kindly find the attachments as well. I am not asking you about my refund 660inr.. I am not happy with your services. I have called so many time to irctc customer care but did't get any resolution. Irctc customer care is very poor and pathetic customer care service in a world. I demand for the claim + 660inr/-+ multiple (*) 10 extra approx 6600 to 10k. Anyways loss what we face that will be still more then what we have claimed. It's totally harassment for us to face such situation.

I have already checked tdr rules with chandigarh station superintendent. There is no any tdr reason according to my case. Kindly go through in this case and then reply or call me. I am not happy with this and i will take strict action against you and your services. I am not asking you about my 660rs. Refund. I demand for the claim 10, 000.

I need proper resolution. Kindly go through in this case and revert me back.

    Hi i booked 4 tickets for journey date feb 28, 10:30 am on east coast express from secunderabad jn to nidadavolu jn yesterday and cancelled it today but i was charged ₹480 as cancellation fee for the total of ₹1100 which is more than 40% of ticket charges. I was not prompted about cancellation charges so that i could have reconsidered my decision but i got message of charges only after it was cancelled. Refund me the correct amount or i will be writing this to railway minister, indian government.

          I missed train just now as no one opened door of b1, b2, b3 compartments. The train is delayed by more than 6 hrs and after long waiting it was missed as no one opened door and no one exists to open door, no one on the platform to help.

          Could you do the justice and take necessary action on neglect of their duties whoever concerned to.

            It is very surprising and shocking to me that i had cancelled my tqwl tickets online at 10:18am on 08feb.2019 (Train no. 15002, pnr no. [protected]) but you are saying that this ticket was confirmed but this is not true (Please see the attached screen shot of cancelled ticket which was in waiting).

            My ticket was booked in tatkal quota as tqwland there was already more than wl16 waiting list in general quota in ac2nd in train no. 15002 then how my ticket tqwl could be confirmed?

            I am dead sure that during cancellation of ticket it was showing waiting ticket then how can you say that it was confirmed? Please get validated your computer program, it must have an error.

            The train no. 15002 runs with heavy rush from ddn to muzaffarpur so, there is no change of ticket confirmation in ac2nd class in tatkal quota even when already have more than 16wl in general quota in ac2nd class.

            I have contacted irctc care many times but all times they are saying that your ticket was confirmed (Showing in their system). But till time, i have checked in my irctc login page that ticket is showing in wl list in my cancellation/booking history.
            I ask to them (Irctc) that please share me pnr no. Of that ticket against which cancellation my tqwl tickets had got confirmed then they are unable to give any such evidence.
            I also asked them if my ticket was got confirmed then why during cancellation of my ticket it was showing as waiting tickets?

            Sir, i am sure that you will do depth analysis by cross-checking the asked cancellation of other persons confirmed ticket then you can find root cause of the error in their system.
            And i also asking that if my cancelled ticket was showing as wl status during cancellation then why i have to pay money (It is his website error).

            Kindly help me to avoid this financial loss to me.

              Hi IRCTC,

              I have booked the ticket with reservation ID : [protected].
              Money has been deducted from my account, however ticket is not booked.

              Please refund the amount, and suggest should I book the ticket again ?
              I dont want a situation, where I book new ticket and later on you will also book ticket against this txn, which is on hold.

                Today on 8/02/2018 my mother and her sister were travelling to raigarh from surat in porbandar exp. (12905). At around 1041 hours i had placed an order for food from irctc e-catering android app. (Details are submitted) and delivery was expected at raj nandgaon from vendor named "hotel shri kanwar palace" but we did not get our parcel delivered. My mother is cardiac patient and she has to follow dietary regime strictly. Now who is responsible for this careless behaviour?. One side we are promoting e governance and digitalisation and another side blunders like this are still persisting. I as a citizen am confused that should i go with this application base services or not. Please take an action as appropriate. Thanking you.

                  I am waited almost more than a hour to book the tickets in tatkal but whenever it goes to payment page it returns back it did happened more than 2 times and available tickets in tatkal went to waiting list category this happened just after the tatkal category opened within 2 to 3 mins of time.

                  We would like to request irctc what would be the best possible option to book tatkal tickets as the opened tickets of 200 goes off in just minutes.

                    I can't get the otp from my phone number that already submitted, and i already make payment for registration fee. My credit card aready issued the registration fee. But because i don't get otp, i can't use the account. This is terrible.

                    So, i want to change the phone number to be verified. Please help me to fix it, cause i need to buy train tickets as soon as possible. Thank you.

                      Respected sir/madam
                      Irctc website problem. There is some probability of bug in need help/ disha. Each time a close this dialog box and proceed for booking. The web page get hanged with please wait status. It has happened multiple time. Some thing is wrong with payment process also since their are several process. But problem experienced each time is that page get expired right after entry of card detail. Please look into this issue so that we can book ticket safely and fast.

                        I have booked tickets for my parents from dehri on sone to delhi dated 03.02.2019. The schedule arrival of train was 04:30 in the morning on 04.02.2019. On same day they have a evening 6:30 flight from delhi to bangalore, bust because of delay of more then 12 hours they missed their flight. Now we have to book new ticket at much higher price. This incurred us a double loss now i want complete refund of my flight ticket.
                        Very pathetic service of indian railways.

                          This is arifuzzaman khan from dhaka, bangladesh. I've registered to irctc.co.in site to purchase railway ticket as international user. I've already paid rs. 100 & other gst charges as registration fees as mentioned in international user registration guideline.

                            I travele from. CHENNAI to Banglore by 12027 Shatabdi on 26/01/19 @ C 5/34.
                            The samosa provided was without salt. The chicken piece was very hard. Such poor quality is the food of Shatabdi, you should imagine the type of food passagers eat in normal trains
                            Sir, i book a ticket from muzzafarpur junction to new delhi in train number 12203 but the train more than three hour late so i file tdr the ticket was book from new delhi deepak cyber world but after two month i don't get refund so please you check the status of money.Detail is

                              22656 train no pantry, no maintenance, no cleaning, monopoly at it's worst

                              I am currently travelling in 22656 from delhi to trivandrum as on 2 feb 2019. First of all for a train with more than 2 days of travel time, what's so issue and irritation for a heavy profit monopoly like irctc not to provide a pantry car. Do you expect fellow indians to die of hunger as there is no proper food facility on few stations too, on which this train stops. Secondly the cleanliness is at it's worst, i guess railway has completely...

                              Hello sir,
                              I have booked a ticket from chennai central to morappur for a journey on 11.01.2019 with transaction id [protected] using irctc account name vigneshviya on 10.01.2019 the amount of rupees 415 was debited from my bank account but the ticket was not booked and marked it as failed transaction but my money was debited and credited on your account as per bank statement. So please check my query and refund the amount as soon as possible

                                I cannot print or cancel ticket via booked ticket history for past few days. After login, the page shows the tickets in the background, but the "please wait" message does not disappear. I have tried multiple times in a day but the website is broken. I am not trying to book a new ticket bur print existing ticket, but the website is broken.
                                Even page refresh logs me out, so i can't even do simple refresh without getting logged out.

                                Steps to reproduce:
                                Irctc website login my account my transactions booked ticket history

                                Tried latest chrome, firefox. Broken in both.

                                  Pnr [protected] coach b2 (3a) seat number 10, 11, 13 and 14.
                                  We have ordered three plate vegetarian food. It was stated that each plate will be served with four chapati, rice, dal and vegetable of paneer mixed peas. After getting three plates of food, we paid rs.360. It was surprising that only two chapaties were served instead of four, besides, some rice, one piece of paneer without peas also served. Quality of food was not good. On being asked repeatedly, no complaint book was provided.

                                    I had booked ticket on january 19 and payment deducted from my pnbaccount using your payment gateway.. Ticket not booked and payment also deducted. Irctc helpline suggested me to contact gateway bank. So kindly resolve my issue and refund me as soon as possible...

                                      I am very regular user of irctc app. I have booked tatkal tickets huge number of times without any issue. But from recently, while booking the tatkal ticket, the money is deducted from the bank (I received message from bank) and after that it shows "bank rejected the payment and try another option". I have tried 2 times today and both the times i got the same problem.

                                      2 times money is deducted and the ticket is not booked.. This is the second time i am facing the issue in last one month.

                                      I request the authorities to kindly look into it as this is causing a huge inconvenience, in both losing the money and ticket not booked causing our plans shattered.

                                      Request for action into it.
