I have tried to book a tatkal ticket on 14/12/2018 from chennai to
Ramanadhapuram the ticket didnt get booked but an amount of 890 was
Debited from my debit card ending [protected], it is not been
Refunded yet, please process the refund immediately.

I have also sent my bank statments reflecting the same

I have forwarded my complaints to [protected]@irctc.co.in they said it has been forwarded to concerned team, but still i have not received any proper response

    The below attached mail details are given by icici bank people. Now, irctc people need to give confirmation by checking updated statement (Mine). But still now, they are not responding from last 6 months.
    Please help on this.

    Dear mr. Babu,

    We understand your concern.

    As per our telephonic conversation today, we have addressed your query mentioned below.

    The amount of rs. 222.29, rs. 581.80 dated october 25, 2018 and october 14, 2018 is successfully debited towards paytm mobile solution from your account through reference number [protected] and [protected] respectively.

    If the transaction is unsuccessful or failed, we request you to wait for 7 days from the date of transaction. The funds will be reversed to your account.

    Since, the funds have not been reversed, we request you to send us a confirmation mail from the merchant (Which is dated beyond 7 days from the date of transaction).

    The merchant communication should confirm the non receipt of funds (Along with amount and date of transaction) at their end. This will help us to raise a dispute against the transaction.

      PNR No. [protected]/IRCTC Transaction ID [protected]. Refund amount of Rs. 395 is due from IRCTC since 10.12.2018 and I have sent various mails to IRCTC stating that the bank account to which the amount is to be refunded has been already closed and I had also produced alternate bank account details. Had furnished copy of closure statement and proof for alternate account in my name as early as on 14.12.2018. Its been more than 37 days and no response/refund from IRCTC. Kindly take immediate action.

          After the nget system, i'm unable to book tatkal not even once in past few months. Previously i was able to book successful tatkal tickets. I'm not an agent, only a common citizen. Mostly the response timesout after card payments. I tried irctc ewallet as well, but after entering the transaction password, it asks for otp and i never got it, even after retrying many times. I hate the new system.

            Hello irctc team,

            I tried to book tatkal ticket in irctc mobile app on 19 jan 2019, but failed to book ticket. Amount of 730 deducted from my account while paying through google pay and not refunded yet. Payment made to razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank.
            Please consider my request on this.

              Hi support team,
              I have tried to book a tatkal ticket from bza
              To benguluru cant for kondaveedu express on 20th jan,
              2019 and date of journey was 21st jan, 2019.
              But my ticket was not booked but my amount rs.470 was deducted and given error message - no transaction found.
              Status was turned to cr registered, but the
              Amount was not refunded yet.
              I am not sure what else i might be missing to

                I tried booking 3 ticket from durg-gwalior
                Money got deducted from my account but ticket not booked.
                Error displyed:- weblogic. Common. Resourcepool. Resourcelimitexception: no resources currently available in pool eticekting.

                Not got refund even after 24 hours

                Trasaction status:-pending from bank end

                        I can see that i am not able to book any tickets as i am having the suspended error. Further i am sure that i haven't given any wrong information to the site.
                        Also i haven't booked any tickets from around a month.

                          I have been booking tickets from irtctc website under the quota tatkal but, by mistake boarding station change at the time filling from so after complete i cancel the ticket. But refund not received. So please solve my complaint refund amount as soon as possible.

                              I book a ticket with pnr no - [protected] from ajmer junction to delhi cantt 3a for travel date 18/01/2019 and this pnr was on rlwl 21 or 22.
                              When i book my this journey due to waiting i select 02 more options as irctc says vikalp scheme with train no. 12957 & 19565.
                              After not confirmation my pnr in 12982 i see the seat availability in train 12957 3a date 19january 2019 with 02 available seat. And i have no information from irctc that my ticket is cancelled or confirmation in any select my vikalp choice.

                              That day i got very upset with my wife and my 2.5yrs child.

                              And i hade to wake up all night

                                I travelled on 15 dec via up sampark kranti and i booked my tickets for 2nd ac. I paid the amount for 2nd ac. It was rac. I got 3rd ac on the day of journey upon confirmation.. I filed a tdr to refund my money. It has been 1 month. They have not refunded my money and invested my money in the stock market to make their personal profit.
                                I had been requesting them begging them to refund my money but there is no response from their end.

                                I request consumer forum to fine them heavily for their malicious intent

                                      I was travelling with family on 12307 howrah jodhpur express on 30 dec 18 (Pnr: [protected]) and saw the catering vendor (Rk associates & hoteliers pvt ltd gstin: 19aaecr2971c1zf and rk associates gstin: 21aaecr2971c1zt) (They are the same vendor on asking giving different bills) taking exorbitant prices from all the customers against the tea and food being provided.
                                      (A) i took a cup of tea and charged rs.10/- on asking provided me a bill too. (Rk associates gstin: 21aaecr2971c1zt)
                                      (B) i ordered 2 standard veg lunch and what was provided was combo veg meal and took rs.130/- each and on asking bill for 01 meal was given. (Rk associates & hoteliers pvt ltd gstin: 19aaecr2971c1zf)
                                      If possible i want my extra paid money back but the most important issue is these things should be curbed now, since long these practices are going on and now the travellers got accustomed to it too. Please do something to expel such vendors and on such move it will be an example for other vendors too.
