IRCTC has blocked my account on accounts of "too fast booking" and "multiple bookings with typing too fast for human".
I am a normal user but since I am a computer engineer I am good with keyboard. I had my card numbers memorized, one day I booked three tickets for my hometown from my city of work for the next 3 weeks, because I had to be home all three weekends for someone's marriage preparations in my family. THe account got suspended next time when I tried to login. No, the bookings were not cancelled.
IRCTC thought I was a 'fradulent user' doing too many bookings too quickly.
I just booked 3 simple tickets only very quick back to back.
No, I did not misuse any service.
No, I did not find any hack or workaround.
No, I did not use multiple browser or logins.
Yes, I wrote email to [protected]@irctc.co.in
Yes, I tweeted my complaint on twitter where they said they would help which they did not.
I have tweeted to them as well as emailed them, and even after their website revamp, they have kept me blocked.
Now they are forcing me to do non-legitimate activities such as unnecesarily forcing me to buy a new sim with a new number, commit act o[censored]sing my relative's IRCTC account for booking, unnecessary create email accounts when I have had the same email and phone number for more than a decade now. Why should I do these stupid things when I am a loyal and genuine user of your services IRCTC?
I want quick action and justic because I have now waited for more than 2 years and my issue has not been resolved.
My IRCTC ID is nauman000 . I need both my email and phone number ***0***789 unblocked / freed to create new account if you are unable to restore my userid nauman000
