    Hi,
    Train 15232 was more than 3 hours late on 13 October 2018.

    I had filed TDR for same .

    PNR:[protected], TRN:15232, DOJ:13-10-18, SL, DURG-KTE, DP:23:15,
    KASHISH, S6 11,
    Fare:385.This rail travel is insured

    For few days status was showing as Cr -Repudidate .

    Now data itself is not showing for PNR [protected] in transaction/booked history.

    Please take a look and do needful.

    I was booking a train ticket from Vijayawada to ballary through irctc in tatkal quota waiting list where my money was deducted from the bank but the train ticket was not booked. resolve my problem as soon as possible and refund my money back or else confirm the ticketwith IRCTC

      Irctc has removed my email id from my profile without my knowledge that's why i m not able to log in and cancel my tickets.
      On calling to help line no proper response.
      Sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in. The say sent mail from registered mobile.
      Sent mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in they say update profile.
      But the system is not allowing to log in.
      Because of irctc mistake i have to suffer loss of 20000 inr because i can not cancel my booking.

        On the irctc website the refund status for the failed transaction says refunded but the amount not credited to my hdfc bank account even after 12 days of refund date. Following are the transaction details from irctc website.

              On 12 january 2019 at 4.44 pm, i made transaction on irctc website from my freecharge wallet. From freecharge end it is showing transaction is successfull, but on irctc website, it is showing no response from bank. And the ticket is been not booked. Ticket amount had been deducted from my freecharge wallet.

                Hello team, irctc site not allowing me to book ticket today, the whole day. Is there any specific reason for that like site down?
                Also amount deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked. This happened 8 times today. 8 times my money deducted from the bank but ticket not booked.
                Please be so kind and reply urgently.
                I am not concerned about the money because i know will be refunded. My concern is why irctc not allowing to book ticket.

                  Paytm - 1900.49 money deducted by irctc but ticket not booked on 13th jan 2019.

                  Today i have done reservation, money deducted 1900.49rs but ticket not booked. And i have not got my ticket booked also. Plz refund the money otherwise it is a huge loss of money.
                  This is the third time it is having plz resolve this issues at the earliest otherwise i will lose faith in irctc. Pls refund my 1900.49 money asap.

                    Payumoney - 170 rs money deducted by irctc1117198 but ticket not booked on 13th jan 2019 at 16:22 hours
                    Today i have done reservation in irctc, money deducted 170rs by irctc. But ticket not booked.
                    Plz refund the money as ticket is not booked. As my money is deducted by irctc1117198 but ticket not booked. Please refund the money asap. This is second time this issue is having; please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                    I tried making payment thru paytm for tickets on IrCTC app. Amt was deducted from my bank acct but no tickets were booked.

                      5 passenger ticket whom 1 passenger was cancelled before chart prepared rest 4 passengers out of which 1 ticket was confirmed & rest 3 was in waiting list...

                      Soo 1 passenger was traveled with 1 confirm ticket & rest are with normal ticket (Bacause as per rule waiting e-ticket will automatically cancelled if not confirmed)

                      Refund of 995*3=2985/- not get

                      Soo please help me for refund of money...

                      I raised a complaint to TTE and to train captian Bhiju kumar.Both of them are not responding properly. In addition to tat I have also raised coach mitra complaint.There is no issue in all these things.I travalled in 12624 Trivandrum to Chennai express S11 coach 1 seat. Whole night I got stung by bed bugs and I was severe.

                          I booked ticket on 27th november 2018 through irctc website from asansol to khurda road junction in train no 22612 njp mass express with pnr no [protected]. The journey date was 22nd december 2018. It is waiting list ticket so its cancelled. When i login to my irctc account and check refund history it is showing that refund has been credited but i did not receive any refund till date.

                            I have not got refund amount to the tune of more than ₹.6000, /- against cancellation of 5 tickets although more than 2 months have elapsed since the tickets were cancelled. I have sent several mails to irctc in this regard, but they did not hear any fruit. Irctc is sitting pretty on my refund issue. Instead of settling the long pending refund issue, irctc allots new ticket ids whenever i send mail to them on refund issue. It is highly reprehensible. Will you admonish them to settle the refund issue as early as possible. I have already provided ticket details along with copy of my bank passbook as sought for by irctc.

                                I booked a ticket for paschim express from surat to chandigarh for 10th january from irctc app. It didn't get confirmed and got cancelled automatically. I haven't got the refund yet. And i didn't even get any notification regarding my ticket got cancelled or i am getting the refund or not. I spent 1570rs on the ticket. When am i getting my refund.                                     I booked my ticket on 9th jan for ne express but i cancelled my ticket because of some reason. I am seeing that my amount has been refunded to my bank zakpay but i don't use it. So plz refund my amount to mobikwik wallet. When i booked through mobikwik then my money should be refunded to my account why here and there it is just like fraud. If irctc will do such type of thing then nobody will use such app. Modi wants that india should be digital everything online but because of those frauds nobody will use.                                       Dear sir,
                                      I wish to highlight that, my irctc account has been suspended for no valid reason or prior notice or intimation.
                                      When contacted customer care it was learned that account has been suspended for fraudulent activities.
                                      But i assure that no such activities were carried using my account.
                                      My account has been used only by me for booking e-ticket of me and my relatives..
                                      Not only mine but my fathers account has also been terminated on the same grounds.
                                      Now customer care says i need to re — register with new email id and new mobile number.
                                      I cannot afford to have new number.

                                      After two subsequent follow ups irctc is not at all bothered to give response

                                        On 07.01.2019, i tried to book a double bed retiring room at "durgapur" railway station against pnr no. [protected] for dt.08.01.2019 through guest login id.in the process of booking i paid an amount of rs. 404/- through my upi (Phonepay app). I would like to inform you that amount (Rs. 404/-) was debited from my bank account but i did not received any confirmation of booking of retiring room. Next time another room was booked against the same pnr no. [protected]. I request you to please arrange to return the said amount of rs. 404/- which was wrongly debited from my account.
