IRCTC has blocked my account on accounts of "too fast booking" and "multiple bookings with typing too fast for human".

I am a normal user but since I am a computer engineer I am good with keyboard. I had my card numbers memorized, one day I booked three tickets for my hometown from my city of work for the next 3 weeks, because I had to be home all three weekends for someone's marriage preparations in my family. THe account got suspended next time when I tried to login. No, the bookings were not cancelled.

IRCTC thought I was a 'fradulent user' doing too many bookings too quickly.
I just booked 3 simple tickets only very quick back to back.

No, I did not misuse any service.
No, I did not find any hack or workaround.
No, I did not use multiple browser or logins.
Yes, I wrote email to [protected]@irctc.co.in
Yes, I tweeted my complaint on twitter where they said they would help which they did not.

I have tweeted to them as well as emailed them, and even after their website revamp, they have kept me blocked.

Now they are forcing me to do non-legitimate activities such as unnecesarily forcing me to buy a new sim with a new number, commit act o[censored]sing my relative's IRCTC account for booking, unnecessary create email accounts when I have had the same email and phone number for more than a decade now. Why should I do these stupid things when I am a loyal and genuine user of your services IRCTC?

I want quick action and justic because I have now waited for more than 2 years and my issue has not been resolved.
My IRCTC ID is nauman000 . I need both my email and phone number ***0***789 unblocked / freed to create new account if you are unable to restore my userid nauman000

Today I tried to book a ticket in train no.15001 in the morning around 6-6.30AM. After making payment four times no ticket has been generated. Now how my debited amount would be refunded .

    It is showing below error message after 2hours also, i dont undestand what is wrong. I haven't seen ewallet like irctc, its wrose ever ewallet in the world.

    On what basis you are charging fees for wait list tickets even the tickets are not confirmed. The fees around Rs 60/- even if the ticket gets cancelled on its own also.
    You can collect service charge but not extra charges. What's that you did for this ticket.

      I was booked tatkal ticket (Three person) from irctc rail connect android app on 5th january 2019. After completing all process and payment. Payment (Rs.1, 258.27) deducted from my account but ticket not booked, it was showing amount not received from bank. But my account debited and reference id is : to transfer inb irctc ltd

      Debited amount is 1, 258.27.

      The amount is not refunded yet.

      Please resolve the issue.

      While I am booking session ticket from UTS app, my Mony deducted from my debit card but my ticket didn't booked. When I am searching for ticket in booked tickets section I didn't find any ticket. Please refund my money.

        I am unble to get otp in my registered mobile number and my mails are not being respond by irctc from my registered mail id. Once i have got mail from consumer complain but irctc customer is telling it wrong.

          I field TDR through IRCTC as the train was running late more than 3 hrs. Its been almost 9 month but i did not get refund. I checked refund status on Indian railway website. It is showing refund approved and payment under process. Same thing it is showing from last 3 months. I have attached the details of ticket in the complaint.

              Dear sir/madam,

              Actually i tried to book a tatkal ticket on jan 05 2018 at 11:11 AM from Gurdaspur (Punjab) to Delhi. Last week, but the ticket was not booked showing error but my amount (Rs. 1654.41) was deducted from my bank account and it was paid to one97 communications (I knew that when i receive the sms from the bank). And i have been waiting for this four days to see whether my money will be refunded but nothing happened that's why i'm posting this complaint.
              I request the concerned people to take necessary action and refund my money to the account from which it is debited. The sms i received from the bank is..

              "you have initiated a txn of inr 1654.41 at one97 comm on icici bank card no.8004. Otp is 917746. Dont share with anyone. Bank never calls to verify otp"

              For your reference i have attached the screenshots of irctc which shows the ticket is not booked and my bank message which shows that the amount was paid to one97 communications.

                Dear sir..
                Today i have travel in 22413 no train nzm rajdhani express kota to nzm station with pnr no [protected] on the date...8 jan 2019.
                I must say i have a bad experience...in this train... Ever in my life. I have travel kota. To delhi.. The attenders.. Has given... Unwashed. Badsheets and... Attenders came to pick them up on 11am.. As our train was arrivee to delhi. 12:40... What is this type of service that attenders are waking up the people... Before reaching as it was 1 hhoue 40 mints was left... To delhi come... And one thing more they have provide only breakfast.. Y so... As why.. Irctc is taking given option in that of food if it is not suppose to give... We havent brought our lumch as we thought we will get the lunch in train... As we have click on the option of food choice veg and non veg... Why we have give the 1275fare in 3a from kota to delhi.. With out food.. Kindly contact me... And consider this train as bad service... Bad experiunce... Waste of money... Not worthful seriously

                I booked my ticket on 25th Nov 2018 as it was an e-ticket and my waiting list didn't get confirm so I get it cancelled. But till now I didn't get refund for the same. Pnr no- [protected], transaction id- [protected]. Again and again I am mailing to irctc and it is not resolving. My booking amount was 620 and refunding amount is 555.

                  Today i. E. 08/01/19, i am traveling in train no 12535 having pnr no.[protected]. When i ordered for lunch the pantry vendor charged for lunch more than proscribe by irctc. And food quality was also not as per standard.
                  I hope necessary action taken by irctc and resolve this type of issues.

                    Why there is no irctc portal for refund complaints???

                    This shame for such huge government sector..

                    No grievance portal and complaint redressal system for such huge organisation says lot about how much efforts are required to bring standards of railways in india.

                    How much time does it take to refund money in bank?? Already 15 days have gone since refund status as refunded.

                    Please help in solving my issue...

                      I booked ticket for 3 family members from ddn-ndls shatabdi express train number 12018 for 15 december 2018. On 14 december a message from irctc received on my phone regarding cancellation of the above dated train due to unavoidable circumstances. Therefore i booked a cab for my family member of 15 december 2018 as they happens to attend an important function at delhi. Under irctc rule if train get cancelled there will be auto refund of the ticket amount. But when for a week i did not received any amount i contacted irctc upon which they said that said train was not cancelled on that date but i have proof in form of message i got from irctc.
                      On repeated communication irctc straight away denying from giving me refund for my booked ticket as train was not cancelled. When i called customer care they cut the call in middle without giving attention to my problem.

                      I did a recharge of r-wallet of rupees 100 using paytm bank. I got a message saying that money has been debited from my account but the mkney has not been credited in my r wallet

                      R wallet shows that the transaction has been initiated but i haven't got the balance
                      My user ID is [protected]
                      Kindly arrange for my refund.
                      Sir I book ticket on 5 January from LDH to SVDK For 15 January but ticket was not booked and amount was debited from my bank account my transaction I'd [protected] please refund my money and solve my problem
                      I booked TATKAL (Train no 12657, 12658)on 27/12/2018, 31/12/2018 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 360/- for each, Their Failed transaction ID is- [protected]

                      So please do the refund to my respective account .

                          I tried to book a tatkal ticket on january 5 2019 from irctc app via paytm channel and entered the debit card details money got deducted from bank 2 times but on the irctc, showed pending from the bank end and no further information on irctc platform. Neither i could see any transaction history in the irctc account nor the ticket got booked.in the bank information of the payment, i could see transfer to one97communications and some reference id. From the bank, money got deducted 2 times with the description as showm above. Please help me on the above query

                            I booked seats on train no. 17624 more than a month ago, receiving 2 confirmed seats. On boarding today, we discover that train route is changed to go via madhya pradesh, skipping the destinations for which we hold a confirmed ticket. No notification, no email, railways prefer to surprise people, advising us to get down at an unknown station and wave parchment in front of station master to recover the sum for rest of journey. You can make the rest of the journey with the spare change. It is already presumed that people of india have worthless time to spend waiting at stations, we contribute nothing and we should be happy and grateful if public services screw us over. I do not ask for compensation, just the basic decency that railways stop behaving like spotted hyenas and give a damn about derailing the country's resources.

                              Please help me out. I have done talkal booking on my irctc id 2times. First time via phonepe and next via debit card both the time my money got detected but ticket not booking.. It is showing in failed transaction history.. Helpme totaly 2400 rupees.                               Train is already 3 hours late. And it has halted at some place 4.2 kms from tirupattur so that it can load rice into the general compartment. Some people are telling it’s going on daily basis and this load is to bangarpet. Why the public transport is being used for some personal profit which is impacting 1000 of people’s time.

                                  Please make the otp service faster or give option to transfer the money into bank account!!!

                                  I signed up for irctc ewallet and deposited rs.3200 to book tatkal ticket fast.
                                  But their transaction otp takes aprrox. 30 minutes, making it impossible to book a tatkal ticket on any route. I am a spontaneous traveller. I cant plan my journey prior to one month. Irctc doesn't have the option to transfer money in to bank account and we cant use the ewallet on any other platform. Eventually making it impossible to use the money!

                                  This the problem for almost everyone who signed up for irctc ewallet.
                                  If only the otp service is faster then the ewallet is okay, otherwise it is a big fraud!

I am able to login to the account from the cached page on mobile and i booked tickets from there. But i am unable to login to irctc website from the app or from another browser. It shows invalid user. I have tried to contact the railway over phone and mail but no avail. Please help me fix this.
