I tried to book a tatkal ticket for circar exp (17643) from mas to rjy on[protected] for journey date[protected].

I filled all the details and dates and proceeded to payment section.

Amount debited: 910.98

Train : circar exp (17643)

Journey date :[protected]

Journey : chennai central (Mas) to rajahmundry (Rjy)

Payment mode : phonepe through credit card.

Transaction id : [protected]

Payment status : pending from bank end

Failure reason : no response from bank.

    While registering email i had given the wrong email id... My user id yogeshwari_9...
    The wrong email id typed is sun. [protected]@gmail.com but my correct email is sun. [protected]@gmail.com.. I m not able to access the otp... Kindly change my email id n help me out please. Please help me... I have been trying to resolve it from past two days... Help me please... If it get resolved faster i would be really happy

      When i was registering in irctc then i have submitted wrong email id that is [protected]@gmail.com. So my user id is not verified through email id. My correct email id is [protected]@gmail.com and i have to verify through this id my no i already verified. So kindly help me with this problem as soon as possible. I am opening my irctc account it is showing with verification of wrong email id. Please correct it.

        Above mentioned pnr's i just cancelled, but i refund amount is very less. For [protected] full amount is 210 and refunded is only 90rs. And for [protected] transaction amount is 380 and refunded is only 140. Hard earned money is being looted by the government/irctc i don't know. I would like to ask for justification. I have this government for looting people like this.

          Hello,

          I have booked a ticket from Lucknow to New Delhi Via Farakka Exp (13483). The traveling date was 10th Dec 2018. The train was supposed to come on 7:00 pm, 10th Dec 2018, but instead of that train came by 4:00 am, 11th Dec 2018.

          The train was more than 7 hours late on Lucknow and I filed a TDR but now the status of TDR shows CR REPUDIATE.

          Please assist refunding my money filed by TDR.

            I booked a train ticket on 18 the december
            In irctc through razorpay payment
            On 18-12-18 to vpa razorpay. [protected]@sbibank (Upi ref no[protected].
            On that time the payment was successful i thought the ticket is being booked
            But it was not booked and showing payment pending from bank end.
            I lost the priority in booking there was no intimation also very worst razor pay

              I have cancelled a ticket on 24/11/18 having journey dated 26/11/18 from hwh to ndls (Train no. 12301), pnr-[protected], cancellation id - [protected]. But i haven't received the refund yet. It's more than 20 days now and i haven't received my refund. I have talked to the customer care but they are noe responding at all and they are not giving utr no. Or any other document that can be shown to the bank for tracking my refund... It's to much annoying that such a scan is going on bank is saying contact to irctc and irctc is saying contact to bank... And i am stuck between bank and irctc for my refund... Take the necessary course of action or i will file rti against irctc.

                This complaint is with reference to the failed transaction id- [protected]

                An amount of Rs.1805.98 has been deducted from my SBI account despite of the transaction getting failed. I am yet to receive the refund. This is horrendously frustrating.

                  Hi,

                  I have booked a tkt (Pnr no[[protected]]) to travel from moradabad) (Mb) to lucknow (Lko) on 25th apr 2018 and i did no travel as train was late for almost 12 hrs, so i filed a tdr on same day. As per status tdr got approved on 03 may 2018 but i didn't got the refund. I have been pursuing this for almost half a year and the money is not yet refunded. I don't know where to approach for this case. I visited railway station for this case but proved to be of no help.
                  Irctc is providing this feature of tdr but i dont get the meaning of putting such a feature and the complaints not getting solved.
                  Please help to get my refund back.

                    I have tried to do transaction of rs 420 using your payment gateway on irctc website on 09.12.2018
                    The amount deducted from my bank and ticket was not booked.

                      I book tickets without autofill or any other methods. I book tickets with the correct procedure in most cases with irctc rail connect app. But i don't know the reason it is showing "booking is not allowed as your account is suspended".
                      I called irctc customer care and they are very rude, telling me to create new account with other number and email, i don't have other numbers or emails to make new account.
                      I have a recorded conversation with customer care representative for proving their rudeness towards customers.
                      I need a proper reason behind my account suspend.
                      Please do the needful.

                        My problems is why your taking 16 percent of interest. We are taking loan in that o. S. Saying only 50 paisa interest daindly we are taking ofter that we are calculated emi that interest more than high for private banks.

                          I booked a tatkal tickets and i made a mistake o name and age so at that moment i cancelled the ticket but no refund is provided because of there worst policy of not providing the refund on tatkal cancelation. What is this worst policy? I cancelled the ticket at that moment and made new tatkal reservation. I want my refund i do not believe this worst policy or provide me details what a person can do if person had input wrong name because there was no option for editing the ticket and no refund. I made cancelation because i thaught that ticket will get wasted or will be used by a needy person. But you do not take care of your customer's interest.

                          I know no action will be taken against my complaint because irctc do not take care of their customer's interest their ego of monopoly over railways is so much that they never reply to there customers

                            Whenever i'm trying to search any train an error is showing "booking is not allowed as your account is suspended".
                            I dodn't know reason why, even irctc customer care are not telling why it happened they are just saying make new account with other number and email, i don't have other numbers or emails to make new account. I'm using this account from past 3 years.
                            I hope you will understand my concern and resolve my problem soon.

                              I tried booking a tatkal ticket on 14/12/2018 and the amount got debited from my bank account but the ticket did not get booked. The message showed: pending from bank end.

                              I contacted the bank and they told me that transaction from their side has been successful and they have communicated from the bank. They provided me bank transaction id as well.

                                Reason for repudiation/rejection:, as per chart, passenger has travelled

                                I just want to state that i had filed tdr at 09:58 hours i. E. Before arrival of train at boarding station then how can you say that i have travelled. We have not travelled.

                                Accordingly, you are requested to consider my request and return my hard earned money to me.

                                    I have booked 2 tickets having pnr [protected] and [protected] from irctc website and the journey date was on 21st dec approx but i cancelled the ticket on 5th of dec but still i didn't get any refund. Please help me out in this as it is more than their waiting period and still there is no response from their side. I tried to call them also but their number is always not reachable and i dont have any other option to contact them.

                                      I tried booking my ticket through irctc app. I paid through UPI. Money got deducted from the bank and there was no response in the app. I reopened the app. In transaction history it is not showing the ticket details.

                                        Welcome drink along with snaks was not provided. When tge dinner was served one of the passenger insisted for welcome drink then welcome drink aquaaries ( frooti type)was provided at about 9 pm which was to be provided at 6 pm when tge train left jaipur. Please look into it as this must be a routine phenomenon where they are not providing to passengers on many occasions and causing loss to them as they have paid for it but not getting from the catering satff.
