I booked a train ticket in 12080 (Jana shatabdi express) on 02/01/2019.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used rupay debit card to pay and money was deducted from bank yesterday only. Status is not still clear, seats are not booked.
And what about my deducted money.

I have cancelled my two different tickets on 22nd Dec 2018 and received refund for only one ticket and other is still pending. The details of the ticket is available in attached image.

    I was travelling in jaipur chennai express trn no - 12968 on 31st december in ac first class compartment and i would like to highlight that cleanliness was worst and the behaviour of attendant was also very rude and arrogant. I had boarded the train in nagpur and to my surprise, i found used bedsheets, blanket, pillow and napkin on my berth. I had waited for the 1st class ac attendant to clean up the mess and provide me with the new set of pillow, blanket and bedsheets but to my surprise, i had to remind him of his duties. And moreover, one attendant is telling me to use the same blanket which was lying on the birth. I was shocked to see his behaviour and ordered him to replace everything. Then after some time, he got new set of blanket, bedsheets, pillow and napkin. But the horror is not yet over. The real game starts at 10 pm. I was sleeping like anyone else in the compartment and to my horror, i found lot of bedbugs in the blanket. From 10 pm till 1.30 am i was ignoring thinking it to be mosquito bitings but was shocked to see so many bedbugs. I didn't have one hour sleep also throughout the night. Even the attender was happily sleeping in his place. I had booked the ticket in 1st class ac compartment to make my trip to be very comfortable but to my horror and anguish, it was my worst ever train trip till date. I hope the northwestern railway look into this issue at the earliest so that passengers travelling need not have to face the wrath which i had faced. I was travelling with my mother and she had berth in 2nd ac. So i went there in the morning till the time chennai central arrive.in the end, the same attender is shamelessly asking me thinking that i had kept the napkin with myself. We are not travelling in train to steal the things given to us for our use but we expect the highest cleanliness so that the trip is memorable. I have attached the photo and video of bedbug for everyone to see.

      I have travelled by train no 12030 amritsar-new delhi swarn shatabdi express on 31/12/2018... The dinner was served around 8.30 p. M whereas the foods were loaded around 3.30p. M as told by the staff.. When we reached home around 12 midnight all the members of the family were started having loose motion... Next morning we contacted other relatives who were travelling with us and they too had the same complaint..

      Who is responsible for food safety?.. Is it irtc or outsourced party doon caterers? We are making request to irctc to take stringet action against the caterers for serving stale food. Afterall the passengers have paid for food and is expected to get a better service especially when they are travelling by shatabdi express..

        Sir i booked a ticket from LTT to Ranchi, Pnr no [protected]. In this ticket among three persons two of them are senior citizen with age 65 and 76 years respectively but the alloted to them are Middle Berth and Side Upper.Now how could any senior citizen travel with this seat who recently goes through an operation.Kindly provide suitable help.Emergency.

          My irctc account in the name 'adthegreat' has simply been suspended.
          On inquiry they are telling me some technical terms regarding high traffic from ip and asking me to create account with another phone number, which is not possible for me.

          They did not even give any warning mail as per protocol.

          Please help in reactivating my account. This is a personal account and not for agent bookings.

            I'm ashhar one of your customer, booked ticket (Pnr[protected] on 27/06/2018 and cancelled the same ticket on the same date. I paid through my sbi debit card, but still i have not received my refund. I went to the nearby okhla station, they said we can't do anything in this, later i went to new delhi railway station but at that time there was no connectivity, and said it will take approx 6 months. So i waited for this long time & still no success. I was able to get the contactact number 23344787, called them many times, but they don't recieve my call.

            So please kindly give me my refund amount as soon as possible.

            Please find the bothtickets attached for your reference.

              I booked one tatkal ticket from visakhapatnam to vijayawada (Train no 17244) on 28/12/2018 through the irctc app but the transaction failed due to system fault at the irctc website. The amount of money amounting to rs. 385/- was, however, got debited from my sbi account. Their failed transaction id is - [ [protected] ] dated 28/12/2018.

              So please do the refund to my respective account.

                I was travelling from thrissur to krishnarajapuram in train numeber #22607 train starting from Ernakulam on 30-Dec-2018 and which has to reach krishnarajapuram on 31-Dec-2018. Usually the scheduled time for reaching Krishnarajapuram is 3:20 am but today it reached at 7 am, nearly 4 hours delay which has caused a lot of convenience to people who depend on this train to reach office on time. One pathetic thing i noted is as i was in General compartment yesterday 4.2kms after tirupattur station train halted allowing some people who came in bikes to load rice into the train. This scene took about half an hour and i am not sure when IRCTC started these services in General compartment. I will attach the photos which will clearly shows that it was blocking two doors in one compartments which is not allowing people to use the toilet also. One lady waited for some and had to fight those people to make a way for her to use the toilet.
                And as all knows IRCTC is famous for time delays, i dont think this complaint will not be considered seriously, but 4 hours is too much for a person who keeps value to time.
                This train looks like some passengers train which allows all other train to pass and carrying all the loads from way. So in hope that no actions will be taken against these kind of activities and considering it as a small duty to inform the authority let me conclude by saying that you people are doing very great. Keep it up IRCTC...

                  Pnr no [protected] my parents both senior citizens travelled on 27.12.2018 by shiv ganga express to varanasi in first ac class. They repeatedly complained about the air conditioning to be switched off. No one attended to their request and entire 12 hour journey they were shivering and couldn't sleep as well. I would like the concerned authorities to take notice and make necessary corrections in the conditions faced by the passengers due to the negligence of the railways/authorities.

                    Today (29 dec 2018) i have booked kmt to tpty sleeper train tickets for my journey on 03march2019. Unfortunately upon completion of payment, i see message as "pending from bank end". Here are my transaction details.

                    Note:- also, i had tried to book tatkal ticket from zn to tpty for tomorrow's journey. Unfortunately that also resulted the same. It was also failed.

                      I was booking ticket on irctc on 24 dec 2018, i selected payment gateway to paytm but transaction failed and amount from my was debited as ticket not booked. When i have complained to irctc they said "we do not have received any amount". When i have check my account statement the debited amount is towards one97communications. After five days waiting i have not received the debited amount. So what ever the reason for delay in refund, please look at this matter and refund the amount.

                        I am traveling in train no 12508, ac 3 tier from njp to bls with pnr [protected]. I ordered for veg meal. I got 5 chapati, 1 veg curry, 1 dal, 1 potato fries. No curd and no sweet, no water. And they charged 120 inr for that. They didn't provide the rate chart of the food. They served the dinner at 6pm. Serving the extra food of lunch in dinner. The charges are much higher than the price list provide in irctc rate chart.

                          I booked the ac chair car ticket for 2 passengers from kuttipuram to ernakulam which with a waiting list status. Later got a message that ticket is cancelled and amount will be refunded.in irctc web site status shows amount is refunded with a refund id id-[protected]. But still not credited by account. Transaction id - [protected]. Please do the necessary to have a follow up.

I had many times call to help line & also send continuesly mail from last 40 days but always reply with same answer but not process refund after 40 days.

                                Why allowing beggars in to the train, not only beggars, lesbians also forcebly demanding for money, beggars continuously coming one by one. Starting point to destination they coming. Lesbians coming on vijayawada once and train reached to secundrabad here also coming new lesibians is this correct? Is this right? There is no protection for the passengers they are arguing fighting, insulting the passengers no security for the passengers.in reservation coaches also they coming...

                                  Had booked ticket from cst to madgaon (Transaction id [protected]) booking date 24th december 2018. Amount debited from state bank of india a/c. Rs.1310. But even after 4 days passed neither the amount is credited back to my account not i have received any message that amount will be credited back. I need your urgent and immediate action and credit of amount to my account.

                                  IRCTC catering people are charging more on actual price list, like water bottle 20rs while it is 15 rs, breakfast 50 rs while it is 30rs in train rate list, like they are selling bread cutllets with name paneer cutlets, it is not mention in menu. They are charginge 20rs extra by making passengesrs fool.

                                    1) the service of the package has been rendered by cnm and they are not following any terms and conditions of the package like sightseeing is not maintaining properly. They only drop in the main location local sightseeing will be done by own expenditure which is very bad.
                                    2) hotel arrangement is also not done properly. They provide 3rd class lodge to freshen up only for 10 member by allot 1 room which is not allowable.
                                    3) in our tirupati and rameswaram temple visit they just guided in wrong manner because of insufficient knowledge of the guide.
                                    4) in this way i finally suggest everyone to just not go by irctc to any tourist place. It will be better if you gather some information by internet of the tourist place and arrange all by own then the tour will be charming.

                                      I am my mom are travelling in navjeevan 12655 and one of the person from irctc catering dept misbehave and abused us especially my senior citizen mother as we asked him he said this is my train and i[censored] want u can leave. We are not feeling secured we have been travelling on continuous bases from ahmedabad to chennai as we have established our business there. Kindly take regarding action asap travelling date 26 dec 2018 started from ahmedabad. If this type of behaviour will b continued i am sorry to say that we will never think to take this train service. It is getting worse day by day please take regarding action. This is not tolerable. I[censored] want our one no for further enquiry kindly inform us.
