I have cancelled my railway ticket, from zaakpay gateaway I paid amount of tickets PNR No. [protected] From Solapur to ankaleshwar.
Amount has been refunded to zaakpay by railway but still not credited to my ac. Total amount to be refunded to me after deduction is inr 840.
Please do needful as soon as possible.
I attached my cancelled tickets details

    I was making my new irctc account and in that i had to enter new number and email id.. I ws in a hurry and i entered a wrong email id.. Now i can not change my id ane not use my account also

    Payment deducted from my Paytm and bank account but tickets not booked both times
    Hi i am manish kumar singh i have registerd an account in irctc on dec 2018 19 or 20 my user name is m[protected] my mobile number is [protected] from which i have registered an irctc account and i have entered a wrong email id by mistake which is [protected]@gmail.com but my correct email id is [protected]@gmail.com so please correct it fast

      Dear sir,
      On 25/12/2018 i booked an e-ticket from rbl to adi for the date of journey on 26/12/2018. A successful transaction has been made from my sbi account of rs.145 on pos irctc 85505 at irctc txn#904717.in this regard a msg also received about the above amount deducted from my sbi account. But until now no msg in this regard received, no mail received, no details in booked history found or no any deducted amount credited to my account. Request the deducted amount please be credited to the same account from which account it has been deducted.

        I was trying to book my tatkal tickets through irctc app. It is going to add passenger details page, after giving captcha when i click proceed, there is an error message displaying "unable to process your request". I have high speed internet, still i was getting the same error for 5 minutes. The tatkal ticket got over and i was not able to book the tickets. I thought to try it for normal booking, thinking that may be some network issue during tatkal period, but still i was getting the same error. Then i went to irctc website and tried to book tickets, there i got the error message saying that "your limit of 6 tickets exceeded". Now i am able to understand why i was not able to book tickets through app at that time. It would be good if you give an error message specifying the reason, instead of generic message. I would have tried using any other account if i have gotten the reason in the error message.

          Irctc website is not openeing in my laptop. It shows an error "the webpage at https://www.irctc.co.in/nget/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."
          When i want to login in this (https://www.irctc.co.in/eticketing/pageUnderConstruction.jsf) site, it shows "invalid user"
          Please tell me the solution

          i booked a tatkal ticket today payment successful but ticket isn't booked
          how do i know that my ticket is booked or not
          if not how do i get back my money cause the site isn't opening

            I went delhi to chennai in rajdhani exp - 12434 on 21/12/18. Pnr no.[protected]
            Tea bags, sweets (Sonpapdi) is sub standard. Dinner on 22/12/18 not served by staffs intentionally. The servicing staffs intentionally consume times and asked passengers about dinner when train reached destination. They asks ransom (Tips) for their services (It should be stopped immediately).

            Firstly a menu clearly mentioned about entire services (Authorised) during whole journey should be circulated to everyone for awareness because staffs can't cheating the passengers.

            Refund for the above be settled to everyone please.

              I am in duronto new delhi to howrah.
              The food served is cold and not eatable. Please look into the matter. I told the person but they told due to cold he cannot replace the food. I returned few items and they told they will give me hot food. But no one responded and unfortunately i have to eat that food. Please look into the matter and resolve the promlem.

                Tried to book tatkal ticket on irctc app on 22/12/201811.03am. On deduction of money sms came but ticket was not booked. Sms is as follows.

                Thank you for using your sbi debit card xxxxxxxxxx for a purchase worth rs1155.0 on pos 99017021 at one97 communications l txn#[protected].

                Kindly refund the money as early as possible.

                  Sir /madam i had taken for general compartment but it was full but it was very urgent to travel so i see the reservation compartment is free so i travel in that. The ttr comes and ask my ticket and i said it was in my father's hand and he see the ticket and ask me something in kannada i am tamil so i don't understand then i went to ask what he said suddenly he slap me before asking and he behave so vulgour the name of the ttr is r. K neela. I request you to take the action fir this and i apologize fir my act. O

It was very unfortunate that today while i was booking an e-ticket a notification informing "payment rejected by bank you can choose another payment option and try again." like this came. This is the first time i'm facing such a problem and i'm confused. I'm sure that my bank account have the sufficient amount for this transaction.                         I tried to book a tatkal ticket for circar exp (17643) from mas to rjy on[protected] for journey date[protected].

                        I filled all the details and dates and proceeded to payment section.

                        Amount debited: 910.98

                        Train : circar exp (17643)

                        Journey date :[protected]

                        Journey : chennai central (Mas) to rajahmundry (Rjy)

                        Payment mode : phonepe through credit card.

                        Payment status : pending from bank end

                          While registering email i had given the wrong email id... My user id yogeshwari_9...
                          The wrong email id typed is sun. [protected]@gmail.com but my correct email is sun. [protected]@gmail.com.. I m not able to access the otp...                             When i was registering in irctc then i have submitted wrong email id that is [protected]@gmail.com. So my user id is not verified through email id. My correct email id is [protected]@gmail.com and i have to verify through this id my no i already verified. So kindly help me with this problem as soon as possible. I am opening my irctc account it is showing with verification of wrong email id. Please correct it.

                              Above mentioned pnr's i just cancelled, but i refund amount is very less. For [protected] full amount is 210 and refunded is only 90rs. And for [protected] transaction amount is 380 and refunded is only 140. Hard earned money is being looted by the government/irctc i don't know. I would like to ask for justification. I have this government for looting people like this.

                                Hello,

                                I have booked a ticket from Lucknow to New Delhi Via Farakka Exp (13483). The traveling date was 10th Dec 2018. The train was supposed to come on 7:00 pm, 10th Dec 2018, but instead of that train came by 4:00 am, 11th Dec 2018.

                                The train was more than 7 hours late on Lucknow and I filed a TDR but now the status of TDR shows CR REPUDIATE.

                                Please assist refunding my money filed by TDR.

                                  I booked a train ticket on 18 the december
                                  In irctc through razorpay payment
                                  On 18-12-18 to vpa razorpay. [protected]@sbibank (Upi ref no[protected].
                                  On that time the payment was successful i thought the ticket is being booked
                                  But it was not booked and showing payment pending from bank end.
                                  I lost the priority in booking there was no intimation also very worst razor pay

                                    I have cancelled a ticket on 24/11/18 having journey dated 26/11/18 from hwh to ndls (Train no. 12301), pnr-[protected], cancellation id - [protected]. But i haven't received the refund yet. It's more than 20 days now and i haven't received my refund. I have talked to the customer care but they are noe responding at all and they are not giving utr no. Or any other document that can be shown to the bank for tracking my refund... It's to much annoying that such a scan is going on bank is saying contact to irctc and irctc is saying contact to bank... And i am stuck between bank and irctc for my refund... Take the necessary course of action or i will file rti against irctc.

                                      This complaint is with reference to the failed transaction id- [protected]

                                      An amount of Rs.1805.98 has been deducted from my SBI account despite of the transaction getting failed. I am yet to receive the refund. This is horrendously frustrating.

                                        Hi,

                                        I have booked a tkt (Pnr no[[protected]]) to travel from moradabad) (Mb) to lucknow (Lko) on 25th apr 2018 and i did no travel as train was late for almost 12 hrs, so i filed a tdr on same day. As per status tdr got approved on 03 may 2018 but i didn't got the refund. I have been pursuing this for almost half a year and the money is not yet refunded. I don't know where to approach for this case. I visited railway station for this case but proved to be of no help.
                                        Irctc is providing this feature of tdr but i dont get the meaning of putting such a feature and the complaints not getting solved.
                                        Please help to get my refund back.
