Sir,
I had booked railway ticket through IRCTC website on 14th november 2018 transaction ID. [protected] RS. 8600=00 and got wait list ticket from varanasi juntion to secunderabad junction. journey data on 14/11/18 but due to cancellation of wait list ticket after chart preparation and the refund amount Rs. 8275/- not yet received my icici credit card bank till now.
i consulted IRCTC Customer care they told me that amount already refunded to designated bank but same not yet received. Request took into matter and needful please...

    As i was travelling from kalyan to howrah by howrah mail 12809 on 8th december 2018 in sleeper s6 seat no 71. Wants to inform u about the irctc canteen services and their hiked priced products. A 1 liter bottle as per irctc canteen menu is 15 rs per bottle but they charge 20 rs. And tea cost 5 rupees, which that canteen officials sell for rupees 10 per disposable cup and veg plate cost 80 rs. Whoch is too high. This leads to huge curruption as we know lakhs of people travel in indian railways every day so please ask for the right and also ask for bills as it's our right.

      My boarding station was from chenganoor and my seat number - d1-85. And there was a person who was traveling on the same seat from trivandrum to thiruvalla (Next stop from chenganoor). He was claiming that his ticket was from trivandrum to thiruvalla and was an online booking. After he got down from the train at thiruvalla, tt came for our id verification and we came to know that his ticket was booked only till chenganoor. While in the conversation we understood that this person is a fraud and is conducting malpractice for a very long time towards irctc.
      We kindly request you to make sure that the tt check the tickets at the boarding stations properly and we also wanted to bring to your notice that this has happened in a rush time and please enquire this matter to the concerned officials and take the necessary action towards this matter.

        Sir on 7 dec 2018 i was reserving seat in 14218 (uchahar exp) for 08/12/2018 but due to slow processing of bank or irctc my amount of 385 rs.becoming pending form irctc and deducted from my account.nor my reservation happen and neither my amount came back please solve my problem as early possible.

          I booked a ticket today, on saturday 8 december. After multiple failed transaction due to irctc app, the available tickets went to wait listed and weee booked in tqwl. I wish to cancel my tickets but the booked ticket is not showing in the app or the website under booked ticket history / cancellation of tickets. I have received an sms regarding the booked ticket. Pnr is [protected].
          I am unable to cancel the tickets. I have tried to call customer care several times but it is not available. Please cancel and refund my amount.

            Booked 3 tickets from mas to bnc, payment of 1156/- was done through card but no tickets got booked. I want refund of the amount. How can no ticket be booked when payment is done.
            After the payment was done i got error in booking. Please refund the full amount immediately.

            I want immediate assistance on this issue and there is no way i could track the payment in irctc app and raise a complaint. The payment should reflect in the failed transactions at least!

              I was made a payment of rs 449 to irctc through paymt and paytm given me a confirmation that payment has been done from our end in written. And irctc services are really pathetic no which is available on website we cant be able to contact never connect and on a irctc website it is showing that payment pending from bank end order no [protected] please help me out.

                Sir,
                I had booked three retiring rooms at agra cant station on 01/11/2018. Due to transaction failure the rooms are not booked. Again i tried on 05/11/2018, which was also failed. For all above three failed transaction room rent were debited from my bank accounts. Now after more than one month i didn't receive my refund. After trying several attemps on call centre on no. [protected] i was able to connect customer care executive and they reply me to contact local bank branch with the transaction id, mentioning that refund is already initiated from their end. But when i contact to my local bank branch they ask me for refund id or refund reference number. When i write mail at [protected]@irctc.co.in for asking the reference id, they had replied me via mail to co-operate with them as they had already taken steps for earlier refund. This mail was sent to me on 16 nov 2018. Now after one month i had not get my refund. Here i attach detailed of failed transactions, which are ….

                  Hi,

                  Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 4200 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. My reservation id is[protected].

                        I have online booked my meal vide pnr no [protected] on 10.09.2018 by bt - relfud, but they cheated to me by supplying stale food that was not eatable. As per menu 3 pieces of chapati has to be supplied but they supply only some small pieces of chapati which was even not equal to one chapati. And that chapati was also so hard and cheawble. That can not be eatable. After that the food taken by me, my condition becaming worse and after some hour i fell down in train. I was under treatment.
                        Then i complain against relfud with all details of treatment paper, but the have not taken any action. The details of last mail enclosed herewith, after that no further reply. So please take proper action against supplier for cheating to customers. If require i will send details of mail.

                                I was traveling from Ambala to Chandighar
                                on 04/12/2018. I had express ticket and I was traveling in super fast train (Paschim Express).I had enquired at Ambala and he said the express train is coming. At chandighar railway station TTE checked the ticket and said you are traveling in super fast train with express ticket and will be penalized with a fine. He asked me to pay RS 300 as fine and on request he agreed on 200 not less than this.When I checked the fine receipt at home the littering charge is mentioned on the receipt.So I need to know is this the correct way to charge the fine of your choice.I should not be charged more than the ticket rate difference between express and super fast i.e RS 10 in this case.

                                    I tried to book a ticket from nzm to bdts on 29/nov/2018 ticket was not book but the amount of rs 1033.23 got deducted from my account on ticket charging rs 1005.

                                    I got the message from the irctc.co.in that ticket not booked transaction failed due to the declined transaction by bank.

                                    Its been around 4 days nothing have been initiated by the bank. Please do register the complain and act immediately.

                                      I have done two transactions using payumoney to make payment to Mind research foundation panchkula. 1st payment was done on 22.11.18, payment id[protected] of Rs 2050 I received success payment messages on mobile, but beneficiary said that they have not received payments on both occasions.

                                        I had booked a tatkal ticket on 1st nov for train on 2nd nov, the ticket was in (Tqwl) tatkal waiting list. According to the attachment i received from irctc themselves, the current status of my ticket registered with them is tqwl66, and when i ask for a refund for my ticket from irctc. The customer care tells me that the refund won't be processed and the ticket was confirmed. I am attaching a screenshot of my railway ticket status, i got from irctc on 25th of nov. I have already mailed them twice or thrice but it was of no help.
