I have booked a ticket from mathura to surat in gorakhpur bandra suvida but transaction failed & amount deduct from my bank account. After one week i have following to irctc for our payment refund status than irctc reply to me send mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in and since 21st nov 2018 to till i have send 3-4 mail along with bank statement yet irctc did not refund my payment so need your help for refund amount details mentioned below:-

Registration link for irctc user id through email or sms not received i fill the form yesterday thriugh my lapy i wantad to book irctc tickets without yhe link sent by irctc i wont be able to book tickets

    Hello i am mudit shrivastava, i was travelling from ndls at date of[protected]
    When i reached to ticket vending machines all are under service rest two of them are working where one support employee asked me to charge extra from normal price. This kind of corruption is untolerable in country.
    I expect from the irctc to take legal action against this.
    Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have done two transactions using payumoney to make payment to Mind research foundation panchkula. 1st payment was done on 23.11.18, payment id[protected] of Rs 2050 I received success payment messages on mobile, but beneficiary said that they have not received payments on both occasions.

      मै अजय सिंह, 62 बटालियन सीमा सुरक्षा बल जम्मू एवं कश्मीर में तैनात हू, श्रीमान अक्टूबर महीने की छुट्टी के दौरान मैंने IRCTC से टिकट बुक किया था, टिकट कन्फर्म न होने की वजह से मुझे ओ टिकट रद्द करनी पड़ी, जिसका ₹960.00 IRCTC द्वारा मुझे लौटना था लेकिन आज दिनांक तक नहीं लौटाया गया जिसके संबंध में मैंने कई बार e-mail इत्यादि किए उनके द्वारा बैंक खाते का स्टेटमेंट मांगा गया मैंने ओ भी जमा कराया पर कोई फायदा नही हुआ। मेरे द्वारा बुक किए गए टिकट का विवरण इस प्रकार है:

      Dear sir/madam, I was trying to book tatkal tickets, everything was ok until payment. I selected up in transaction for payment. Amount deducted from Bank account but m message came syaing that request rejected from Bank. Again I tried sane thing repeated. Amount is not refunded yet.       The irctc new generation website does not opens between 10AM and 12PM. It is not possible to book tatkal tickets in this duration. The old website was way better than this. Atleast booking tatkal tickets was possible through it.

            Irctc i'd - kauwa_30

            I have booked one ticket on 7 december 2018 from badshanagar (Bnz) to ballia (Bui) from my sbi debit card atm with pnr no:[protected] and transaction id: [protected]
            Of cost rs.530 plus rs. 0.98 for insurance.

            But money has been deducted twice (530+0.98+530+0.98) from my account.

            Please look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible

              Hello sir,
              I have booked a ticket from chennai central to tiruppur for the journey on 16 november 2018. With transaction id [protected] using irctc account name: vigneshviya, booked on 11 november 2018. The amount rupees 170 was debited from by bank account but the ticket was not booked and marked as failed transactions but my money was debited and credited on your account as per the statement for bank. So please check my query and refund me the amount as soon as possible.

                Hi team,
                My train was cancelled due to which i was unable to travel. I asked about cancellation of ticket at [protected]@irctc.com, executive mentioned that it will be automatically credited to your account and no need to cancel the ticket. It's been more than 25 days but refund is not credited.
                Here are ticket details:

                Pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 150.0 has been processed as per below details:
                Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking: 05-nov-2018
                Refund processing date: 06-nov-2018
                Refund amount: 150.0

                  I was a passenger on 26 oct 18 from ambala 1700hrs to new delhi 1930hrs on kalka shatabdi train 12006 with pnr [protected]
                  And on same day from new delhi 1030hrs to cuttack 0350hrs (27 oct 18) on purusottam express with pnr
                  [protected].
                  On 25 oct 18 train kalka shatabdi 12006 reached at new delhi at 1045hrs and purusottam express started at 1030 hrs.
                  On the journey day 26 oct 16 the train reaching time at new delhi was 1020 (Scheduled) (1040) reached but my next train on same day was 1030 hrs so i cancelled the ticket as the time for changing from one train is very less.
                  Irctc is not taking my case and my tdr was repudiate
                  Sir please consider my case and suggest me as per your guidance.

                    The transaction was successful from my end but no ticket was booked. Not a problem but my money has not been auto refunded.

                    The irctc id is puran198
                    It was used to configure the ticket and when payment was done through my upi it got successful but no ticket issued.

                    Please provide a speedy resolution.

                      The train 7603 (Kcg-kjm) reached the destination (Kjm) 4 hours 45 minutes late on 26- nov-2018. It is supposed to reach krishnarajapuram by 6:00. But it reached at 10:45, because of which i could not reach my work place on time and was forced to take a leave. I frequently travel by this train and noticed that this special train never reaches its destination on time. This causes great difficulty for all the employees on monday mornings, who should be heading to work. I would like to lodge a complaint against the train timings - constant failure of the related crew to meet the schedule. If indian railways could not stick to the scheduled timings, please change in the train time table. (Displaying scheduled arrival as 10:00 could be helpful). It is shameful that the train has never reached krishnarajapuram by 6:00 even for once, from the day it was introduced. My humble request for indian railways — please do not fool passengers with lousy time tables. That seriously effects our work hours.

                          I used upi transaction through paytm for recharging r wallet o[censored]ts mobile app (Under irctc) on 25th november 2018. But at first and second attempt money is not credited to my r wallet. Later bank statement shows money debited twice 100x2 rs.200. Money debited from bank account twice but it is not credited in r wallet for two transaction. Uts app registed mobile number [[protected]].
                          Kindly do the needful.

                            Hi,

                            Booked ticket on irctc on 11-nov-2018 using sbi net banking pay amount debited inr 3865 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to say anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The message revived from my bank as below:

                            Tank you for using state bank internet banking. Reference no. For irct railway ticket book transaction of rs 3877.78 debited from a/c *8222 on 25-nov-18 at 10:34am is igaevfmmt3.@

                            IRCTC Ticke was cancelled on November 1, 2018 and I still haven't received refund, but refund shows credited to zaakpay. Please credit amount to my bank account.

                                Irctc is the worst website i have ever seen in my life. U see the webistes of google and facebook. They are highly responsive. I m not saying that irctc must be of that level. But atleast it must be responsive in terms of designing.
                                Worst website. I m a developer and i can make a better website than irctc.
                                According to me, i think the server cant handle it. Website can be made nice if "bootstarp" used. I request indian govt. To appoint nice developers to do this task.
                                India needs to work on it. Totally disappointing...

                                  I had booked the train ticket from kochuvali to howrah and boarding from vadodara in dehradun express (22659) on 26 february 2018 for date 27 april 2018. I have filed the tdr against pnr [protected], transaction id [protected] on 27 april 2018, 12:12pm. Already over 200 days, but till now no refund came from irctc.

                                  I have done many times mail & call to irctc customer care centre but no body is giving me the reason to hold the tdr amount. Still when i login my irctc a/c there is cr regitered.

                                  Kindly take a necessary action as per the irctc rules.

                                  I had booked the train ticket from kochuvali to howrah and boarding from vadodara in dehradun express (22659) on 26 february 2018 for date 27 april 2018.                                     There was a weblogic error red-popup when i booking tatkal train ticket today. But it still allowed me to make payment stage. However, after payment from bank website, when it returned to irctc website, i was shown make payment section again instead of transaction successful.
                                    Whereas the amount has been deducted from bank account.
                                    No ticket in sight. This happened twice!

                                      What the hell is with the irctc. After updating the website its feel like they deliberately supporting the agents. I tried two days to book tatkal ticket, the moment i enter the captcha it starts saying it is wrong. I did three times and in attempts it saying the same thing. And after few when the seat is not available then everything becomes normal, the captcha was perfect. I clearly understand that they selling the agent ship at the cost of 7000 and the agents are their first priority and that the website is showing clearly. Then why the hell they have given the ticket booking option to normal customers. Worse and pathetic services i have ever seen. On the name digital, they are just a money making the machine.

                                      They earn money from agents.
                                      From the customers
                                      On the name of processing fees while booking and cancellation of tickets even when they cancel that.
                                      Lots of google ads.
                                      Third-party ads.

                                      For god sake!! Provide better service don't put a stigma on worlds 2nd largest railway network.

                                        Tdr rejected by irctc by mentioning that the person traveled as per the chart, however the the passenger did not travel.

                                        So when the passenger did not traveled how can the chart show that the passenger has traveled, this is either fault from the team handling the tdr complaint or from the ticket collector who allotted the seats to someone else and mentioned that the passenger traveled. So i want to challenge this tdr rejection and request for the complete refund.
