I have booked ticket from ltt to spj pnr no. [protected]. Date of travel was[protected]. When i booked ticket then ticket status was rac. Before 2 days of journey my ticket got confirmed and i have recieved confirmation massage also from railway.

When final charting done then my name not came in list. When i checked ticket status online then it was showing status as ' no room'. Then i contacted irctc they suggested to file tdr. I tried file tdr. But there was not listed reason no room which i have to select and file tdr. Then i sent a mail regarding tdr to irctc then they replied me to that this pnr has been seized from railway you can not file tdr. Then i demanded for refund then they are denying to refund. I have call so many times but they are not responding well and disconnecting call every time after listening details. I have contacted railway station regardng this they said me to contact irctc. Irctc people not ready to refund and not giving any solution to my problem.

    R/sir,
    We purchased 3 tickets of surat railway station to borivali railway station, but all trains 5 to 10 hours comming late at surat railway station platform at that time so we return to home means not journey with that train, i complaint with tdr file also but it rejected by irctc. Our pnr no.[protected] with payment of ₹1125 by online, so give us this return payment to my wallet. My this registered email id with also link with irctc.

      This is my 3rd complain about refund not credited back in my account. Please do something asap.

        Sir,
        I tried to book railway reservation tickets through irctc online e-ticketing facility on 15 nov 2018. During the booking process due to network failures my transaction could not succeed and reservation was not done. When i cheked my account balance my balance is showing less amount by rs 1040/-.
        I request you to kindly look in to the issue and debit back my amount to my account.

        I book irctc ticket, not confirmed and money deducted from my account please refund my account i provide reference (UPI Ref no[protected].

        Why IRCTC website hangup at the time (10:00 AM & 11:00 AM) of Tatkal Ticket open ? I have face this issue many time .

          We have travelled three persons from h. Nizamuddin to agra cantt in dakshin express (12722) train with express tickets (Uts ticket no. Xc0rc92009 and its fare rs.70 per ddd which was booked through unreserved transportation system (Uts) application. But, the tc has charged an extra amount of rs.265 per ticket. No where in uts or in irctc official application, 12722 dakshin express is superfast train. It's clearly mentioned that 12722 is dakshin express.

          A total of rs.795/- charged extra amount as hec charges. Where as dakshin express is no where mentioned in uts or irctc official aap that it 12722 is super fast. But, other trains like uhl ned sf exp, klk snsi sf exp are clearly resembles they are super fast. Screenshots are attached with this mail for your kind reference and action.

          I request you to refund the amount in full and take severe action on irctc officials.

            Sir,
            Actually this ticket was booked from pune to panvel in this above given train for date — 1/11/2018. But this train was cancelled upto kalyan and many more station and was diverted from pune to daund and then to manmad... I also recieved a message from irctc about the cancellation and the diverted route was not for just one day the train diverted from its route for many days. On the day of journey passenger have to take ticket in another train as it was also announced at station that train will not go to panvel. I talked to your representative they told me that if i cancel the ticket then i will get money according to cancellation rules so i should file tdr on that day.. So i filed a tdr but not my tdr has been rejected giving reason that train run normal... Why this happened and who was the checking officer... And i am also sending you the msg screenshot send by the irctc to me before journey...
            Please resolve my issue as quick as possible..

            I was having one more ticket in same train from pune to kalyan and for that also i have filed a tdr
            And my tdr has been approved for that journey.. So how is it possible that train not going to kalyan but going to panvel from pune.. As its route is through pune - lonavala - panvel - kalyan... Etc

              Hello sir,

              Bellow tdr filed against
              Pnr: [protected] with reason
              Train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. Has been repudiated by india railways.
              Reason for repudiation:, as per chart passenger has travelled

              Whereas i had not travelled in this train because it was running late more than three hours.

              I travelled next day on 30 oct 2018, pnr: [protected].

              Please refund my money as per rule and penalize tt whoever responsible to make passenger present when he is not actually travelling.

                I booked two train tickets from hazrat nizamuddin to bina by bhopal express for 14.3.2019 in 2nd a. C. Class on 20 nov 2018 using irctc.co.in website in same coach lower berths. The payment was deducted from my credit card. Message on the web page showed ' not in the same coach'. No further information has been received from irctc on my email or by sms. My transaction or booked hidtory cannot be found any where on irctc pages. Please let me know the status of my booking. Thanks.

                  I was travelling in swarn shatabdi express no.12003 at k1 coach with my family on monday 19.11.2018 from kanpur to new delhi.
                  The snacks & food (Veg. & non veg.) served was of very very sub - standard & pathetic also unhygienic) really surprised when we are paying rs.1960/- per person and getting this type of poor service, it shows that railway authorities are not at all take care on this field or non professionals are recruited by the influence of any political leaders. I request railway catering service to take strong steps towards this issue and don't play with the health of common passengers.

                    Hi team, i have cancelled the ticket 3 weeks back and still the refund is not credited to my account. I called customer care and mailed irctc many times nut no help. What is going on..?? After 3 weeks also my refund has not come..?? What kind of service is this from irctc..?? Refund should be credited within 7 days but its 3 weeks now after cancellation.

                      I have booked train tickets for me & family. I got seat in two different coach in single pnr no. [protected]. E. 3 members are in one coach s7 and 1 member in other coach s5
                      Why irctc is not showing vacant seat like ticket counter. Must be option for individual seat selection like ticket counter to avoid adjustment with other passangers or to request with tte.
                      This is a common problem facing while traveling in train.
                      People always either ask to adjust with other passangers or request to tte.

                            Hello Sir,

                            I am sending you my daughter's latest bank account statement from the date of booking to till date which is in the attachment & also the screenshot of return journey whose ticket booking was unsuccessful on IRCTC website.

                            I booked the tickets on 16-Nov-18 for going to Haridwar on 28-Nov-18 and returning to Bharuch on 1st- Dec-18 did the payment through my daughter's debit card of Bank Of Baroda. As you can see in the passbook statement of Bank Of Baroda both the amount is debited from the account. but the return tickets payment is not credited to the account till date as the return journey tickets were not booked and showed status 'pending from bank end'.
                            I did booking through this email id only. We have to go to Haridwar on an urgent basis and I am a senior citizen. it is already on the waiting list. My Booking transaction id is [protected] & User ID is -omshri28 on IRCTC website.IRCTC representative said the ticket was not booked so the amount may not get debited I showed him the bank statement.
                            I contacted both IRCTC & Bank OF Baroda but both are not responding to my complaint. I request you to please look into the issue and please refund my amount soon.

                              I with my younger brother supposed to travel from jat to dli vide our confirm ticket having pnr no.[protected] through shalimar express train no. 14646 scheduled at 09 pm, were informed by vkiramsa (Irctc message informing system) at 03.02 pm on same day that the said train has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Subsequently, we took alternate arrangement to travel from jammu to delhi. While travelling i got again a message from vkiramsa (Irctc message informing system) at 08.59 pm that train is running in normal position but due to earlier message we had already taken alternate way and it was almost impossible to any one to catch the said train in just a span of 1 minute.

                              I suppose to have refund of my full amount of tickets in above circumstances.

                                I have tried to book ticket to thane (Mumbai) on 13/11/2018 and the amount rs.1715.98 has been debited from my account but no tickets were issued and the amount has not yet been credted to my account so far.

                                  I have tried to book ticket to thane (Mumbai) on 13/11/2018 and the ticket amount rs.1715.98 has debited from my account but ticket has not issued. I have checked with irctc site for refund details and it is shown the amount has received from my bank but it is not yet credited so far. Usually it takes 3 to 4 days for refunding the amount but already 6 days has elapsed till dates. Kindly look into the matter and credit the amount at the earliest.

                                      Whoever thought of adding this 'disha'.. A online assistant.. Is a very stupid person. This keeps popping on the mobile screen while booking ticket on mobile and does not gets closed by clicking the close button several times... Which makes entering correct credentials to log in a very tough task.. One needs to enter user id & password twice or thrice to successfully log-in... Due to which rail ticket booking on mobile has become more time consuming & irritating

                                      IRCTC Website is not opening to users those who registered in it, while logining in this website it says user id invalid while typing correctly.it is very hard to book ticket in IRCTC.They shows new website but it's not opening, it's still loading.                                       I have Forgotten my Username of IRCTC Account and Railway Enquiry Staff are not resolving my issues and my tickets had booked by that account of 16 November 2018
                                      My Registered Email ID and Mobile Number is [protected]@gmail.com and [protected].

                                      I want to reset my password as i forgot the same. but while resetting password it demands OTP for verification. I receive message that OTP has been send on your registered mobile number, but it doesn't receive so that i cant go ahead for further process.

                                        I not received my refund amount. Refund id - [protected], train 12296- sanghamitra exp., journey date 10/11/2018, cancellation date 10/11/2018, booked through irctc app, in my irctc mobile app its showing as refunded in my account but i not received any amount rs. 2100/-, total fare for my ticket is rs. 2165/-, refund amount is rs. 2100/- which i not received yet.
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
