I with my younger brother supposed to travel from jat to dli vide our confirm ticket having pnr no.[protected] through shalimar express train no. 14646 scheduled at 09 pm, were informed by vkiramsa (Irctc message informing system) at 03.02 pm on same day that the said train has been cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Subsequently, we took alternate arrangement to travel from jammu to delhi. While travelling i got again a message from vkiramsa (Irctc message informing system) at 08.59 pm that train is running in normal position but due to earlier message we had already taken alternate way and it was almost impossible to any one to catch the said train in just a span of 1 minute.

I suppose to have refund of my full amount of tickets in above circumstances.

I booked eticket from solapur to mumbai on 25/10/2018 with pnr no [protected] and mumbai to solapur on 26/10/2018 with pnr no [protected] both ticket was waiting list not confermed it amount is not refunded yet

    I have tried to book ticket to thane (Mumbai) on 13/11/2018 and the amount rs.1715.98 has been debited from my account but no tickets were issued and the amount has not yet been credted to my account so far.
    The transaction details are furnished below.
    Transaction id [protected] for rs.1715.98 dated 13/11/2018 from calicut to thane. Passengers m. J. Philip 65 year and marykutty philip 63 year tain no.16346
    Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

    Totally third class network provided by irctc network server... Every time when booking tatkaal ticket network is slow down and login expired.. Plz kindly provide proper service. Other wise every one says irctc is corrupted
    I booked ticket yesterday from Hoshiarpur to Delhi, payment deducted from my a/c but ticket not booked

      I have tried to book ticket to thane (Mumbai) on 13/11/2018 and the ticket amount rs.1715.98 has debited from my account but ticket has not issued. I have checked with irctc site for refund details and it is shown the amount has received from my bank but it is not yet credited so far. Usually it takes 3 to 4 days for refunding the amount but already 6 days has elapsed till dates. Kindly look into the matter and credit the amount at the earliest.

        Ive booked the ticket and cancelled it due to some reasons.
        I haven't received the money yet to my account.

        I unable to close the drop down when i use TAB button to select different drop downs (like Trains, Holidays, Flights). when i navigate to next page also i am getting that drop down.

        Open website-use TAB button-try different drop downs.
        I had canceled my ticket through the IRCTC app on Train no. 12246 Duronto Express from HWH-YPR on 21.10.18 via net banking . The cancellation ID is [protected]. I have still not received my refund today. It has been 20 days, why the unnecessary delay?
        [protected] I traveled in sapthagiri express from Chennai to Tirupati. D1 coach 53 to 60 we booked. The seat was tarred. Seats are in very bad condition. It was very uncomfortable travel. Please do the good service for travellers. I am enclosing the photos. Please refer attachment. Train number 16057.

          Whoever thought of adding this 'disha'.. A online assistant.. Is a very stupid person. This keeps popping on the mobile screen while booking ticket on mobile and does not gets closed by clicking the close button several times... Which makes entering correct credentials to log in a very tough task.. One needs to enter user id & password twice or thrice to successfully log-in... Due to which rail ticket booking on mobile has become more time consuming & irritating

          IRCTC Website is not opening to users those who registered in it, while logining in this website it says user id invalid while typing correctly.it is very hard to book ticket in IRCTC.They shows new website but it's not opening, it's still loading. Passengers are losing their time.

            I not received my refund amount. Refund id - [protected], train 12296- sanghamitra exp., journey date 10/11/2018, cancellation date 10/11/2018, booked through irctc app, in my irctc mobile app its showing as refunded in my account but i not received any amount rs. 2100/-, total fare for my ticket is rs. 2165/-, refund amount is rs. 2100/- which i not received yet.

                  Sir train no 12511 date 16/11/2018 caterer will sell veg lunch in 120 Indian rupees. All qty in food is less than other train service. We are not understanding how to increase the rate of veg lunch. other train vej lunch rate is not more than 90 rupees.my pnr is [protected].Sir please take necessary action against this train caterer service. We are always facing this type of problems.

                    Dear Sir,
                    I added Rs. 1100 in my UTS R-Wallet of IRCTC on November 16, 2018 through my SBI debit card. The money got deducted from my bank but not added in R-Wallet of SBI. I made the payment at 09:13 am on November 16, 2018. Kindly look in the matter and provide me refund as soon as possible. Also the customer care department o[censored]TS is not replying properly. I have attached all the proofs.

                        I had filed the tdr as the train was late for more than 3 hours at our boarding station. We don't want to travel in delayed train and hence we took alternative path to reach the destination. So all below condition satisifies:
                        1. Train was late for more than 3 hours at our boarding station.
                        2. We did not travel by the revervation/train.
                        3. Tdr was filed within 2 hours.
                        There is no reason provided for the tdr rejection. Looking for the refund or the valid reason for rejection.

                              Since 3days, i am unable to login to irctc website account on desktop. But i am able to login through mobile app. It says "bad credentials" i have tried changing the password. The new password is working on irctc mobile app but not working on the website. I have tried clearing off my cookies, cache & tried from another browser too.

                                On 15th november 2018 i booked a tatkal ticket from chhapra to sealdah station from my debit card. Amount is diducted but ticket is not done and i had got a massage on my phone :your account is debited with inr 440.00 on[protected]:06:47

                                  But after 20 working days also re fund not credited to bank.

                                      Sir, i one of my nearby shop keeper used my pan, aadhar n made irctc id at that time we used to be friends, but now a days i don't want him to use irctc id in my name, so i want to decativate irctc id used by him as soon as possible, he is using my pan, aadhar, so i don't want him to be used anymore. He bought irctc id under the smartshop, and his shop name is homelite.
