On november 1st 2018, I first booked a ticket of train no:-12451, on irctc that didn't met my criteria, I wasn't satisfied with the berth position. so I cancelled the ticket(refund amount of this ticket is not refunded)
and
tried to book another ticket it failed to book but it deduced balance from my bank. (refund amount of this ticket is also not refunded)
on my profile page of irctc it says or at least it is written that, under ticket refund history that my ticket amount is refunded on 2nd nov and 1st nov respectively
but as I checked my bank balance my ticket refund amount has not been credited into my bank account
as I read form online sites irctc refund the amount in 7 days and today is the evening of 8th day.
I want to request the refund of cancelled ticket or at least update me with the refund process as soon as possible

    There is a provision to cancel eticket with in 4 hrs of scheduled departure and file tdr to get amount refunded incase of late running train. I had a reservation in 18422- all puri express on 4th nov, 2018 from sambalpur. On that day train was running late for more then 4 hrs and i have to travel to bhubaneswar to catch my flight which is there at evening on 4th nov, 2018. So to catch my flight i cancelled my train ticket with pnr:- [protected]. As the train was late for more then 4 hrs, i should get my full amount refunded and system should allow me to file tdr. But it was not allowed me to file tdr. I am dropping email to [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in since 4th nov. Not yet received any satisfactory answer from them. They are mentioning no refund for confirm ticket cancelled with in 4 hrs of scheduled departure. So in that case train should be there to depart at scheduled time. Why it was late for 4 hrs and forcing me to pay for their mistakes. I wanted my money back and the loss i have borne because of irctc. Can you please help me to get my right.

      Dear sir, I created irctc account November 2. When I try to verify my mail ID and phone number the page isn't loaded. After that I tried many times to sign in but it's showing invalid. And I try to create new account with the same mail ID and phone number, but it's also showing Invalid. Please check the issue and give me a suggestion sir.

        I had booked tickets for sampark kranthi (12217) for 9 nov 18 but due to such problems in irctc app the tickets were booked for 9 oct 18 instead of 9 nov 18 and i had known about it few days before the actual date of my journey 9 nov 18 and i found that tickets were for 9 oct 18 and i got all tickets wasted and didn't travel on that date. I request you to give a refund for my tickets as soon as possible.

          I tried booking tatkal tickets for my parents today through irctc. Once at 10 for ac which got completed and i got waitinglist tickets. Then at 11 in same train for sleeper. During both the transactions, site was extremely slow and loading data was taking a long time. When i clicked on net banking payment option and selected bank name, i never got the next page. Page refreshed each time to bring me back to the same option. Despite saving basic details in my account prior to this transaction today, tickets finished in a matter of seconds. I have been able to book tatkal tickets on the site before with lesser difficulty than today. Is the site not able to take so much load at a time only for me and others are able to book their tickets entering all details within seconds. Even counter tickets take more than a minute. Are agents involved in booking multiple tickets?

            I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC in indore Dehradun exp (14317) on 2/11/2018 but due to some issue Rs.500.49 got debit from my account and the ticket was not booked.The Irctc shows failed transcation (Pemding from the bank end) and "TO TRANSFER UPI/DR/[protected]/IRCTC/YESB/[protected]@ybl/pay" in statement's discription So kindly look into this.

              TDR was filed on 12 oct 2018 from Tambaram to Srirangam in HWH TPJ EXPRESS due to TRAIN RUNNING LATE BY MORE THAN 3 HOURS .Still amount was not refunded.

                This is the second time i am writing regarding the refund of money. It has already been many days since i have booked the tickets. Its really a matter of concern. The money is not refunded yet. I have booked tickets on irctc on 27th october. They informed me that they have refunded the money. But the amount of rs.1245 have not been refunded to my bank account yet. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. I hope that the needful will be done.

                    My pnr is [protected] to go to chennai on 09th november 2018, which i want to cancel since yesterday. Unfortunately the whole day i wasted i am unable to get a path to cancel in your system. Due to this reason, yesterday i sent a mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in to cancel my ticket on my behalf, till now no reply. I therefore request you to cancel the ticket immediately and credit the refund to my account.

                      Egmore to mannargudi 02 Nov 18 in Mannai Exp (16179).
                      I've tried to book tatkal ticket vide ibid journey. Ticket was not booked but they debited 325.49rs. IRCTC said the reason is due to no response from bank ticket was not booked. As per irctc rule for failed transactions they have to refund whole amount but On 6th Nov 18 they refunded only 165rs to my account. Kindly solve this issue and repay my remaining amount.

                        Dear sir, please note that i had reserved the seat no 64 in coach s-1 of malwa express on date 06/11/2018. This same seat was allotted to other person by tc. When enquired with tc he said we are unable to follow reservation rules. Kindly check and confirm is there no meaning of reservation before one month. I had not get my reserved seat while i had a confirmed seat. Four other person were sitting on my reserved seat with permission of tc.

                          Train sc kyq spl (No.07149) for[protected] evening was late by 6+ hours at new jalpaiguri (Njp)

                          Tdr id [protected], filed on[protected] at 22.30 for pnr [protected] is repudiated by nf railways saying that all 4 passengers traveled according to chart.

                          But, we (All 4 o[censored]s) traveled unreserved on another train vide nos. Uts 502yc7f566 (2 adults) and uts 502yc7f567 (2 adults).

                          Please do the needful for rightful early refund.

The deaprture time of train is 4.45 am but the train is more than 6 hours late even no passenger travel on that train. I filed a tdr but today i got a mail regarding that you request is cr repudiated. Thats not fair. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                Today i booked rail ticket of rs 1500.49 of ypr hwh duronto from irctc website today around 7pm ; but after that i got a mail that my amount of rs 1500.49 has been debited from the bank due to trasaction with irctc11779, that means my booking has been confirmed but i didn't get any mail of my train reservation booking details, pls resolve this issues if my ticket is not confirmed pls refund the money.

                                  I booked two tickets through irctc containing pnr - [protected]. At the time of booking it was lower seat but at the time of travelling the staff says both the seats are upper seats. Why? The passengers are aged and handicapped. Please take a look at it and solve this as fast as you can otherwise i am going to complain about it to higher persons/community.

                                    Dear sir/ma'am,
                                    I want to stat that i am using a single sim mobile having a single number (No alternate mobile number) which is associate with my aadhaar number, bank etc. And i only use this number for all my communications. I have only one irctc login (Login id: jitu_sfci). I have doubt that some one else has already used/registered my mobile number in his irctc login many years before. I got this number some years back through service provider and got register my sim finally in airtel.

                                    Thus i stat and fully authorise that my current active mobile number is [protected] (You and irctc personal can verify it through sms or call or otp) is to be updated in my irctc login and have only active irctc login (Login id: jitu_sfci) associated with this mail id i. E. [protected]@gmail.com.

                                    Also the current number [protected] reflect in my irctc login (Login id: jitu_sfci) which is previously used by me is completely inactive. So that i can not got any otp on that registered mobile number.in order to this view, please help to update the correct information as the matter is very serious, urgent to me.

                                    If possible then please rectify this information and deactivate/suspend that id which is using my current mobile number unauthenticated.

                                      Sir I have cancelled train ticket on 4 sept2018 but refund is not credited.I also complained in irctc they said that we have processed the refund on 5 sept 18 of Rs 1160 and with reference.i have attached the screen shot below.i have tried many times in customer care and send them mail but they asked try to resolve it from your bank.kindly check the attached file they have sent.IRCTC also provide rrn no.to track my refund.

                                      Rate quoted by order taker for veg meal to serve on train is 50.00 Rupees. Meal is to serve at Jabalpur.
                                      On enquiring he argued that this is the official rate. On insisting menu and rate card he went away.
                                      Why not Wating e-ticket is treated as journey ticket as it book on counter because the traveler does not know that he will be treated as without ticket and TC get fine from him it is injustice to traveler

                                      Dear sir ...please solve this problem I was trying to book train ticket on 24/10/2018 from ANVT to RNC in 3AC...after payment 1505 rupees ticket not booked and money deducted from my debit card via phone pe. I am still waiting to receive my deducted amount. Please help me to get back this amount.
