On november 1st 2018, I first booked a ticket of train no:-12451, on irctc that didn't met my criteria, I wasn't satisfied with the berth position. so I cancelled the ticket(refund amount of this ticket is not refunded)
and
tried to book another ticket it failed to book but it deduced balance from my bank. (refund amount of this ticket is also not refunded)
on my profile page of irctc it says or at least it is written that, under ticket refund history that my ticket amount is refunded on 2nd nov and 1st nov respectively
but as I checked my bank balance my ticket refund amount has not been credited into my bank account
as I read form online sites irctc refund the amount in 7 days and today is the evening of 8th day.
I want to request the refund of cancelled ticket or at least update me with the refund process as soon as possible
