I tried to book a ticket from ahmedabad to jaipur on 26-10-18 using the payment through gateway option, at that point i opted for the visa gateway powered by axis bank option, i completed the booking process using otp but after that, irctc displayed that my ticket has not been booked and the payment status for that is late confirmation received from bank.
Thus my humble request is to grant me a refund of the amount that is rightfully due.

Transaction date: 26 oct 2018
Transaction amount: 1390.0
Payment status: late confirmation received from bank on[protected]
Failure reason: no response from bank

I don't know why?
In August first week too I booked tickets using this login.
Now it is not working.
Kindly provide me a solution for this matter.
