I had booked tickets on irctc portal on 29.10.2018 for the journey from
Shegaon to pune jn by using my visa card gateway axis bank. The transactions were failed and refund generated on 29.10.2018. However refunded amount has not been credited still in my account with bank of india
I have detailed the particulars of transactions as under

    I have booked the e-ticket through on line but now user id has been freezed hence request you to kindly consider the e-ticket cancellation request.

      I checked the bank statement but there is no credited entry for refund. Kindly look into the matter personally and credit the same in my bank account as early as possible.

        My one is [protected] and was traveling from chennai to pune.in the morning i took 2 idly and 2 vada costs rs.40. Both vada and oldies were very small in size and bad taste. Sambar was like child water without any taste.
        At lunch i took meals costs rs.120 which is like a price of star hotel. The food is not even worth for rs.30. What is the approved rate for meals and tiffin in irctc. Please tell me.

          So i booked a 2nd ac ticket in train no. 09308 boarding from patna jn to jhansi.
          The ticket was booked half hour before the arrival of the train in currently available quota.. And in a hurry my father typed his name 'deepak kumar' instead of my own 'rishabh kumar'. So when the tt came for checking the ticket he started bullying me seeing that i'm a student and i was forced to pay 2195 rs to get the seat.
          Therefore the total amount paid by me for the same seat had now become 1800 + 2195. The reason i was given was that i didn't have the id.. Although i had both the id's of me and my father and on my id it was clearly written s/o 'deepak kumar'.

          The name of the tt was b. K singh and he forced me to pay the amount else i would have to step ouy on the next station.
          Therefore i request i indian railways to look into this matter and do any possible action as soon as possible.

          Money is deducted from my paytm Savings account but not credited in uts mobile app . Wallet balance shown by the uts app is zero.I complaint the paytm then they told me that payment was successful .so its IRCTC 's fault
          I booked train ticket through irctc app. Trabsaction id is [protected]. Amount 1850/-, Actualrefund date22Oct 2018, settlement id is [protected] And bankrefund txn id ZP578a367b6f726. The refund is not credited to mybank account. Pls do necessary action.
          Am Genuine user for User ID arvkuku and my account has got suspended by error..

          I have kept user id as arvkuku because same is my organizational login id which is easy to remember..

          There is no proper response from [protected]@irctc.co.in to activate user id arvkuku.

            Hello sir, i've booked a train ticket (Patliputra (Ppta) habibganj (Hbj) for 2 person including me to habibganj bhopal in agtl hbj spl, train no: 01666 on 8th july 2018, the train got delayed for more than 4-5 hours. So we decided to file a tdr, (Tdr filing date : 09-jul-2018 06:21:44 hrs) & we didn't travelled by this train, sir its been 4 months but didn't got any refund

              Now a days some of the express trains are halt at begumpet railway station, hyderabad. The station has got no display boards so far to know the train's coach position on the platform. This is an immense punishment to elders and many others to chase and get into the train and reach to the allotted seat. Despite of reaching the station an hour before, the chase is inevitable. These express trains are playing and halt from quite long time. Its time to have the display boards in place and provide safe journey to all o[censored]s.
              I humbly request the railway authorities to expedite the issue and do the needful to the public as soon as possible

                In my life ever the most corrupted department i have come across is indian railway department with worst customer care. I had booked a flight and cancelled it but i never received the refund amount. When contacted multiple times, they never responded properly. Please never ever book a flight ticket through irctc. Don't believe on their customer care. Ticket id : 171240.
                Transaction id :[protected]. Doesn't matter whichever government comes, this department was always a hub of corruption is a hub of corruption and will be the hub of corruption. I don't think any railway officer, any minister ever goes through these complaints

                    I had an eticket vide pnr no: [protected] from bilaspur to tatanagar of 31.10.18.
                    The train was running 5hr+ late therefore i did not travel.
                    The chart had been prepared.
                    Therefore, as per regular practice i wanted to file tdr but the irctc website gave an option "you are eligible for cancellation".
                    So i did so. There was no information about refund amount during the process but when it was completed, i got an information of "0" refund.
                    I tried to contact the helpline but it was in vein.
                    I wrote many mails but there is no proper reply.
                    I had to hire a car for rs.8000/- and reach tatanagar.
                    The ticket value is approx rs.1400/- and hard earned money for my family.
                    But i am the looser for misguidance of the website.
                    Please check if you'll can help me on the matter.

                      I was booked my ticket via irctc app from dwarka to rajkot pnr no. [protected] train no. 59208 ticket no. 50 n 51 for mr. Dhaval yadav and mrs dimple yadav. This train was cancelled by indian railways but i was not received my refund. Also i had word with irctc call center thay ask me same train was runned. Please check with india railways dwarka station and confirm... Release my refund on top priority...

                          Its all most 15 day pass from the date of booking.
                          But as its was a fail transaction my money is not refunded to my account
                          I talked about this matter to my bank.They said refunded has not been initiated from IRCTC

                          And one more this customer care are also not taking care of me..
                          They are ignored me...

                                Dear concern,
                                I have booked a ticket from Irctc login site.this ticket was booked on my pan card n payment was also done from my icici account. That pnr details was shared on my mobile no. Only. I was trying to cancel the ticket whenever it was in waiting list. I have dropped the mail regarding that issue but executive did not given any confirmation regarding my complaint. When I called them again regatta refund then they confirmed me that you did not send that mail from registered I'd so we did not entertain you. I tried to made them understand that neither I have that email ID nor that mobile no. Because these were very old one. N I don't know why I am not able to access my account so kindly take all verification because that pnr no. Was booked on my pan n payment was also done from my account. But they were replying me only one answer.earlier they asked me the screenshots if I am not able login. Then I have done that also. But now again they came on same statement and not refunding my money. Without my fault I lost my money.they are not helping me in any way. I requested them to refund my money because it's my pnr, contact no. N bank account (from where the payment made).
                                Kindly take some action regarding this case in which the customer is facing these kind of problem n it also creates the financial lose.

                                  Im using my irctc user id for more than 7years my user name is dineshganu, i have registered the e-wallet with the link of this account, unfortunately last month i booked and i have crossed my monthly limit to book the e-ticket so that i got a message that if you add your aadhaar you can be eligible for book upto 8tickets permonth. By that sms i tried to update my aadhaar suddenly i got a message that your account got suspended. How it is possible to get suspend without my permission. I called to irctc customer care also they told that we are not responsible for these kind of complaints like that they replied on call. NOTE in my e-wallet im having 1368rs balance money then why i need to deactivate my account im a mad or what. Now it got flushed like that they are saying this is the kind of theft from the customers. Sure i need to raise a complaint regarding this. If there is a mistake from the customer also, there ill be a solution for this to activate and continue to use the same account but here in IRCTC they are cgeating cheating cheating.

                                    On november 1st 2018, I first booked a ticket of train no:-12451, on irctc that didn't met my criteria, I wasn't satisfied with the berth position. so I cancelled the ticket(refund amount of this ticket is not refunded)
                                    and
                                    tried to book another ticket it failed to book but it deduced balance from my bank. (refund amount of this ticket is also not refunded)
                                    on my profile page of irctc it says or at least it is written that, under ticket refund history that my ticket amount is refunded on 2nd nov and 1st nov respectively
                                    but as I checked my bank balance my ticket refund amount has not been credited into my bank account
                                    as I read form online sites irctc refund the amount in 7 days and today is the evening of 8th day.
                                    I want to request the refund of cancelled ticket or at least update me with the refund process as soon as possible

                                      There is a provision to cancel eticket with in 4 hrs of scheduled departure and file tdr to get amount refunded incase of late running train. I had a reservation in 18422- all puri express on 4th nov, 2018 from sambalpur. On that day train was running late for more then 4 hrs and i have to travel to bhubaneswar to catch my flight which is there at evening on 4th nov, 2018. So to catch my flight i cancelled my train ticket with pnr:- [protected]. As the train was late for more then 4 hrs, i should get my full amount refunded and system should allow me to file tdr. But it was not allowed me to file tdr. I am dropping email to [protected]@irctc.co.in, [protected]@irctc.co.in and [protected]@irctc.co.in since 4th nov. Not yet received any satisfactory answer from them. They are mentioning no refund for confirm ticket cancelled with in 4 hrs of scheduled departure. So in that case train should be there to depart at scheduled time. Why it was late for 4 hrs and forcing me to pay for their mistakes. I wanted my money back and the loss i have borne because of irctc. Can you please help me to get my right.
