I booked a ticket for Delhi to Amritsar train scheduled on 10th Oct. 2018. But due to the waiting list, the ticket was canceled. The refund status is also doesn't show anything. I am sending daily emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in but no reply. The details of the booking are as follows:

    My journey date was 26 aug 2018.irctc mail us that they refund my amount 1770 in 7 days but they do not refund my money yet. we paid this money through axis bank.our journey was katpadi jn to kharagpur jn by "YPR-HOWRAH EXP(12864)".The PNR NO is [protected] of sl class type. i paid this amount through paytm. We were three passensers .Our payment transaction id is [protected].

      Before i catch train from vadodara station, it was announced that the train will not go beyond dahanu. I was carrying weight of approximately 70 kgs.

      So i have to call 2 teenagers from borivali to dahanu. There were no coolie on the station (Naturally dahanu is a small station). Other means of transport also not available. Have to shift the weight from platform no 3 to 4 for getting the local train from there. To carry 70 kgs in local is also not a simple task.

      Even tcs in the train were not aware of the issue. When i checked on m-indicator, it showed some repairing was going near saphale. All other trains passes through except sayaji express. Repairing was in very small area. So that was not the reason.

      Next day i read in newspaper that there was a technical issue in the train and must be addresses at earliest.

      The announcement was done at vadodara just 5 minutes before arrival of the train (May be announced on earlier stations also).

      Now questions are:

      1. If there was a technical issue, why the train was not stopped there only?
      2. Why lives of passengers were put on risk?
      3. Why train terminated on dahanu where there is no facility for passengers? Alternatively may have been terminated at vapi.

      I must not only be refunded but give me compensation of at least rs. 5000/-. There was totally non-matured decision on part of railway.

      I have cancelled my ticket on 7 oct 2018 till date i have not received my refunded amount. Kindly check the status. Still there is no balance of refund on my account. Please let me know when they will refund the money.

        With ref. My pnr no. [protected] (Train no. 12321), as per standard menu chart for food in mail express declared with my e-ticket, i have paid excess amount against there submitted cash memo. Here is the comparison chart :-

As I .have not yet received the message in my given mail id to IRCTC to take a print out to show at JAJpur Rly. Station to allot my booked Room ????

          After almost 45 days of failed transaction, refund is not yet happened to my account by irctc in spite of calling several times to customer support and sending lot of emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in and also attaching the bank statement for the deducted amount along with other details.
          Every time reply comes it will happen at the earliest but nothing happens.
          Txn [protected] on 17th september 2018.
          Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I have not cancelled my ticket but my pnr status is showing cancelled. also i didn't share my userid and password with anyone. also i got only half of my money for refund. its for sure that i have not cancelled my ticket. give me strong reason why this happened and refund my whole amount.

            Whole night in all sleeper coaches non-ticket passenger are blocking all the place even we passenger can't go to toilet... Tt is not taking any action to clear the all sleeper coaches like a general coachs... My suggestion for this add some general choches in the train so these people we too who are paying for their ticket can travel peacefully and safely... Thanking you

              I travelled in 17230 from sc to srr on 26-10-18 and now i'm travelling in 17229 from cbe to sc on 28-10-18. The catering services are of very poor quality on board and they are selling it at higher cost not abiding to the menu prices. They are selling tea at rs10/- each cup with lesser quantity and quality, whereas the menu shows it's only rs7/- each cup, when asked about the same they are behaving rudely.
              Kindly take necessary and appropriate action against them and kindly inform us.

                  This is to bring to your notice that i have tried to book tickets through irctc app on 20th october, 2018. During the transaction, there was some technical error and the transaction was failed. But by that time amount was deducted. Till now there has been no refund of the deducted amount.
                  I request you to kindly look into the matter and let me know why the problem has arose.

                    This is really shocking that the numbers provided in the official website for customer service are not in use. It is a fact that most of the people in our country use irctc to book their tickets.in such case, irctc should be more careful about their correspondence with their customers. But there is no proper channel to correspond with irctc. Such a bad service provided by irctc.
                    Please provide appropriate phone number and mail ids for proper correspondence.

                      Rs. 345.00 spent on card xx5581 on[protected], 10:55:56 at one97 communication li, delhi

                      I tried to book the train ticket.. But error pop-up came after payment. Amount got debited from my account. I yet to receive the refund amount of rs. 345. This is a month end and so please take care of this with high priority.
                      When can i expect the refund.. Please take care of this asap..

                        I have booked train ticket on 18. Aug.2018. But train got diverted from my station. As a result of which i filed tdr for refund.
                        In irctc website its showing amount has been refunded but i have not received any money. Kindly return my money back.

                            Dear sir, today i. E 26/10/18 we r travelling in this train till dhanbad, we r in s3 coach, birth 49-52 i am ashamed of complaing about the the coach in this coach most of the power sockets are not functioning, and the seats r torned, there no food trays, hangers in any of coaches, thease coach are very old and not supposed to be for an express train.
                            I understand that it not easy for u to replace these bogies but u please atleast maintain the neatness and replace thies old non functional power sockets, put hangers immediately

                              With reference to the above subject, I have booked e-ticket.I tried to booking 2 train tickets from Chennai to Coimbatore on[protected] and due to some reason the transaction failed but the money was deducted from my bank and i will get sms from bank. I later checked the transaction status by login into the IRCTC website and found that the transaction had had failed but i haven't received the refund yet

                                I booked a tatkal ticket through irctc from durgapur - dgr to dd upadhyaya jn - ddu on 25 october 2018. My transaction id and pnr number were [protected] and [protected] respectively. The ticket amount was rs. 1, 187.29 (Including irctc charge). Unfortunately, the ticket was in waiting and it was not confirmed after chart preparation. Now i get refund rs. 1110 (Refund id: [protected]) on 26 october.
                                Now, kindly i want to know the details of the deducted amount from the refund money.

                                    I cancelled 2 sleeper tickets from chengannur (Cngr) to hubli (Ubl) on 4th december which was booked for 28th december hubli express (12778). Pnr number of the ticket is [protected]. Cancellation id is [protected].
                                    I haven't received the refund amount yet. I enquired in the bank and they have confirmed it that it is not received yet. I booked the tickets from irctc app and it's been one year.

                                      I have booked two tickets on irctc using my rupay debit card, but i cancelled both the tickets on irctc app its showing money has been refunded back to payumoney bank but the refunded money has not been credited back to my account. Please look into matter

                                        I booked tickets of inr 595 on irctc website through payu money gate way, the amount was deducted from my account but the irctc website is showing "pending from bank end". I confirmed with my bank that money has been deducted and even i got message of deducted amount.
