I had booked a ticket on irctc on[protected]. But the ticket was not booked because of transaction failure. Amount of the ticket was deducted from my bank account. But after the failure of the transaction the amount was not refunded in my bank. Its been 1 week today and still the amount is not refunded by irctc. Please help me to get refund of my deducted amount. Will be thankful for that.

    I have booked 1 ticket on 31st october transaction ID-[protected] in tatkal for 1st november ., transaction failed but money deducted from my paytm wallet . I have not got ticket but money deducted so I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible.paytm transaction id is-[protected]. The ticket was from KOAA to NJP ON 1ST NOVEMBER . Plz refund my money back.

      I had requested to book online reservation between bdts to phugwara on 29/10/2018. And transfered money of rupees 2, 907.78 fro my state bank account against reference number [protected]igaequqkd3 dated 28.10.2018. But reservation were declined on account of not having lower birth which were requested on priority. As of today i have not yet received the refund amount of the same to my sbi account.
      Please refund my money immediate.

        I tried to book a ticket from ahmedabad to jaipur on 26-10-18 using the payment through gateway option, at that point i opted for the visa gateway powered by axis bank option, i completed the booking process using otp but after that, irctc displayed that my ticket has not been booked and the payment status for that is late confirmation received from bank.
        Thus my humble request is to grant me a refund of the amount that is rightfully due.

        Details of my booking are as follows:

        Ahmedabad jn (Adi) jaipur (Jp)
        Transaction date: 26 oct 2018
        Transaction amount: 1390.0
        Payment status: late confirmation received from bank on[protected]
        Failure reason: no response from bank

          Booked ac dormatory at sealdah on 30.10.2018 for 14.11.18 08.00 hrs to 20.00 hrs. Rs.131.00 debited from my sbi account. Passangers details given as cnf d1h under pan acjpd2205m but under "retring room details" no details given and current status is shown "under process" when more than 28 hrs elapsed. Tid [protected]. Pnr:[protected]. Please help. Confirmed the booking and get the ticket printed.

              The train was 5 hrs late last date. And the food quantity served was very poor.
              Earlier it was nice to travell on duronto. But now in all the catagories, duront is getting degraded. It was a very poor experience in travelling in such a high profile train. The passengers were frustrated and got very angry in the service. The waiter boys ask for tips at the end of every journey without providing proper service. Please look into the matter seriously.

              12262 Howrah Duronto started on time on 22nd June 2022 but as of now at 0955 it is running 4 hours late.
              No breakfast served till now. Quality of food served for lunch and dinner is abysmal.
              While they classify Duronto a premium train, the service and punctuality is abysmal.
              I dint know whether they will improve or continue like this as there seems no fear or accountability

                    I was trying to book a ticket from ndls to ranchi in rajdhani express online from irctc portal. Every thing was processing well. They asked for the payment through different modes. I opted for netbanking payment through my icici bank saving account. The gateway i chose was through zaakpay bank. I kept on waiting. The amount of rs 5342.78 was deducted from my account but it did not transfer me back to tge ticket confirmatio
                    Section. The transaction failed and amount deducted vide bil/onl/[protected]/zaak pay/ 23101_zped for rs 5342.78 amount has not been refunded yet after transaction through irctc transaction id [protected] dated 22.10.18. I thought as usual the amount will be refunded within 48 hrs as usual. But after a week also i didn't get the refund. My transaction was shown in failed transaction section of irctc with the following remark
                    Failure reason: no response from bank
                    Request my said amount be refunded at the earliest.

                      Check in date : 15/11/2018
                      Check out date : 16/11/2018
                      I have booked a double ordinary retiring room for 2 passengers in guntur station. Rs.285/- (Inclu. Tax) was deducted from my bank account, but i did not get any confirmation message or email. Even my e-ticket shows not confirmed.
                      The status of the ticket is given as under process.
                      Please respond as soon as possible.

                      Service provider is Sai Balaji. Tea is disgusting . I am feeling uneasy and vomiting type . Please see this inhuman nature of service provider. Train ashram express from Delhi to Jaipur date 26 Oct 2018. When I am complained about it no response they are providing. They providing really bad service . Instead of tea you can drink tap water.

                              Before i catch train from vadodara station, it was announced that the train will not go beyond dahanu. I was carrying weight of approximately 70 kgs.

                              So i have to call 2 teenagers from borivali to dahanu. There were no coolie on the station (Naturally dahanu is a small station). Other means of transport also not available. Have to shift the weight from platform no 3 to 4 for getting the local train from there. To carry 70 kgs in local is also not a simple task.

                              Even tcs in the train were not aware of the issue. When i checked on m-indicator, it showed some repairing was going near saphale. All other trains passes through except sayaji express. Repairing was in very small area. So that was not the reason.

                              Next day i read in newspaper that there was a technical issue in the train and must be addresses at earliest.

                              The announcement was done at vadodara just 5 minutes before arrival of the train (May be announced on earlier stations also).

                              Now questions are:

                              1. If there was a technical issue, why the train was not stopped there only?
                              2. Why lives of passengers were put on risk?
                              3. Why train terminated on dahanu where there is no facility for passengers? Alternatively may have been terminated at vapi.

                              I must not only be refunded but give me compensation of at least rs. 5000/-. There was totally non-matured decision on part of railway.

                              I have cancelled my ticket on 7 oct 2018 till date i have not received my refunded amount. Kindly check the status. Still there is no balance of refund on my account. Please let me know when they will refund the money.

                                With ref. My pnr no. [protected] (Train no. 12321), as per standard menu chart for food in mail express declared with my e-ticket, i have paid excess amount against there submitted cash memo. Here is the comparison chart :-

                                  After almost 45 days of failed transaction, refund is not yet happened to my account by irctc in spite of calling several times to customer support and sending lot of emails to [protected]@irctc.co.in and also attaching the bank statement for the deducted amount along with other details.
                                  Every time reply comes it will happen at the earliest but nothing happens.
                                  Txn [protected] on 17th september 2018.

                                  I have not cancelled my ticket but my pnr status is showing cancelled. also i didn't share my userid and password with anyone. also i got only half of my money for refund. its for sure that i have not cancelled my ticket. give me strong reason why this happened and refund my whole amount.

                                    Whole night in all sleeper coaches non-ticket passenger are blocking all the place even we passenger can't go to toilet... Tt is not taking any action to clear the all sleeper coaches like a general coachs... My suggestion for this add some general choches in the train so these people we too who are paying for their ticket can travel peacefully and safely... Thanking you

                                      I travelled in 17230 from sc to srr on 26-10-18 and now i'm travelling in 17229 from cbe to sc on 28-10-18. The catering services are of very poor quality on board and they are selling it at higher cost not abiding to the menu prices. They are selling tea at rs10/- each cup with lesser quantity and quality, whereas the menu shows it's only rs7/- each cup, when asked about the same they are behaving rudely.
                                      Kindly take necessary and appropriate action against them and kindly inform us.

As per irctc they have already refunded the amount to payumoney. Still there is no balance of refund on my account. Please let me know when they will refund the money.
