Awaiting refund
I had canceled my ticket from manmad jn to nanded on 27th september, 2018 and till now i didn't get my refund credited in my bank account.
Zaakpay is very slow in crediting refunds compared to the others like paytm which will take approximately one week to credit refund
I request zaakpay to credit my refund as soon as possible in my bank account

    This is to bring to your kind notice, that i am the passenger having indian railway catering and tourism corporation site account, i was booked 2 tickets from kazipet to chennai central on[protected] on the same that ticket i got tatkal waiting list of tqwl/51 and tqwl/52, immediately after few minutes i decided that the above ticket booked will not confirmed, after i got decided i cancelled ticket online immediately it was cancelled on[protected] i was waiting from[protected] to till date[protected] i was not received my amount of above given amount not refunded into my account i request the said amount with interest i want other i have to loose interest please co operate and requested to refund the amount with interest.

    TODAY MORNING @ 9:47 AM I GOT ONE PHONE CALL WITH MOBILE NUMBER [protected]. THAT PERSON SAID INFORMED that i am from irctc employee, you have given complaint in consumer forum to that i am sending amount to that i need informations regarding card number and some other otp numbers he was in phone upto 1/2 hour. by trapping my call he did transaction Rs.2000/- spent on POS/Ecom using IB debit card on 25/10/2018 RAZOR PAY AIRTEL PAYMENT BANGALORE. how can i believe he belongs to IRCTC employee or fake call today i got fool and i lost Rs.2000/- with this mobile number [protected]. I request consumer complaint forum please keep the documents attached it should be confidential
    Hi. during tatkal timings for sleeper tickets i tried to login but even after 40 min it still displays please wait.
    I booked a ticket with pnr [protected] on 1st sep'18, by visa/master card powered by citi bank, later cancelled on 6th oct'18. But the refund not yet credited to my account. I contacted the same with irctc, and they replied that we already issued the refund 2565.00 on 9th oct'18, please contact your bank. I contacted my bank but no response.

      I was booking my five ticket from ahmedabad to chennai, but during booking of ticket at a time transaction was failed and 3600/- rs. Deducted from my account. After one week deducted amount not credit to my account. Following my reservation detail.

      Booking dt. 16.10.18 time : 00:52 hrs.
      Journey start from : ahmedabad to chennai

        I paid my money through payu via irctc... And cancelled it because of some personal reason... I have been contacted to irctc they informed that they refunded my amount.. The next day of cancellation itself... But its not added to my account... Transaction id [protected]

          I am not able to login to my irctc account as its demanding email verification via otp. Even after numerous attempts otp is not been received on email. I have to cancel one of my tickets urgently and book another one. I donot think the site is sending any otp to email. Also why of a sudden have they trying to verify the details. I am ussing this irctc id for a long time. Never faced such a problem. Kindly look into thematter. Its very urgent for me as lot of money is on stake.

          I have booked tatkal ticket with my name but due to technical error, it's booked for two times with same name. Please provide my half amount.There should be rule for this problem. Now a days irctc site became too bad its not showing proper status. You should do something for your customers.Train is on 20th October 2018., please make it asap.
          I booked ticket with IRCTC on 12/10/2018, ticket not received and deduct money from bank a/c. Ichecked my bank account for refund so far it's not done payment. I am herewith attaching the screen shots of the failed transaction and ticket refund history. in view of this pl refund my amount as earliest. I already waited 12 days.

            I traveled to hosapete on 13th oct, 2018. My dissatisfaction is about continuous smell emanating from train's toilet. This may be an e-toilet. I noticed there was not enough water.

            We had to bear this bad smell 14 hrs.
            Apart from this train reached destination 3 hrs late

              Rs.415.49p debited from my account while booking ticket on 20.10.2018 thru online booking by irctc app. For my onward travel from cuttack to howrah scheduled on 21.10.2018 under tatkal quota. But transaction failed. I have not got the reservation. Filing tdr or cancellation not possible thru irctc in case of failed transaction. Hence my money should be refunded.

                Have booked a ticket from new delhi to kathgodam which was going to depart at 6:00 a. M on 22.10.2018 and yet the chart was not chart prepared till 7:30 and tt rahul verma came to check the tt and when i said that i haven't received any chart prepared status and ticket status then he started talking badly and in high pitch. He started misbehaving so kindly please take a look at the matter which is not good as i being a girl and travelling alone from new delhi to kathgodam and he made me get down at moradabad in the middle of my journey.

                  I have booked a ticket from new delhi to kathgodam which was going to depart at 6:00 a. M on 22.10.2018 and yet it is showing no chart prepared at 7:00 a. M which is why i am unable to find out that my ticket has been confirmed yet or not. So kindly please confirm my ticket 12040, seat no 72, coach c9. So that tt don't disturb me. I am single person travelling alone so please help me.

                    I travelled in 12220 from Hyderabad to Mumbai on 12th with one no: [protected] in 3rd ac. Cleanliness is horrible. Rude staff. Very reluctant to speak and solve the problem. Never expected this type of hospitality especially in this train. This is second time for me . Once when I travelled from banglore to Secunderabad by Rajadhani Express.

                      I booked ticket through irctc-mobile app, pnr:[protected],
                      Was trying to cancel this ticket, 24hrs prior to start of journey, i was not able to perform cancellation, hence the time lapsed, finally irctc i was able to cancel ticket through by sending email.
                      But as a result, i got very less refund.
                      This is very unfair that mobile app was misguiding me through a wrong message.
                      Please refer to screenshot, the message i was getting.
                      I want my money back.

                        It's highly disappointing that even while traveling in shatabdi (Luxurious train), passengers are facing issues regarding basic moral behavior and ethics by irctc appointed workmen. Shatabdi includes a facility of carrying its passengers conveniently through out their journey but there is no harmony and positive attitude of helping passengers in workmen.
                        Its a request to concerned officers to have a check on appointed workmen about their dealings with passengers, especially of train no. - 12014.

                          Pnr [protected], booked on 30-sep for 1-oct from haridwar to jaipur in tatkal 3ac. There were 3 tickets, out of which 1 got confirmed and rest 2 were under waiting. As per rule, online waiting list passengers are not allowed to travel so they didn't travel. I have asked tt about the refund of money, he told just to file tdr. He didn't say anything about certificate and given any certificate.

                          I have filed tdr (Reference number - [protected]) on 1st oct evening only and got confirmation mail on 2oct 12:54am. On 19th oct, i have received mail stating that it is repudiated.

                          One side you say that waiting list online ticket is not valid to travel and another side money is also not refund. Irctc can't loot money like this from common man. This is not fair at all.

                          I want my money back.

                            Yesterday i was doing tatkal ticket booking from dli to aje. I tried several times to get the ticket. Everytime the transaction failing at the time of payment. After trying 6-7 times,. Finally i was able to get the ticket but when i checked my bank statement, i found that 2 different amounts we're deducted. One was for the ticket and another was for paytmirctccatering. I don't know how this happened. I didn't clicked anywhere else.

                                Here i would like to bring to your kind notice that i, rc chopra, am a frequent traveler and passenger of amritsar shatabadi.

                                I’m putting forth this complaint for the second time in 20 days gap regarding the absence of red/green sign on the packaging of the food items served (Sandwiches and patties for eg) in the train no. 12013, amritsar shatabadi express.

                                Being a pure vegetarian, i face a lot of problems when it’s about consuming food items or not as there’s absence of red/green symbols on the food items containing egg products. There’s no surity of the food products being eggless or not. Any accidental consumption of egg products will break my religious ethics and this is a serious matter of concern for me.

                                I would like to put forth a request to have an enquiry on the food products that are served in the train if they contain egg or not. Also, there must be complete disclosure of the items if they contain egg by simply having red/ green dot symbols.

                                    I have this bookng worth 30, 996..
                                    From hyderbad to phuket

                                    They took the bookng and kept it under process.. Only when i called they tell me the flight fare has increased, so pay additional (Only when i call them they gv me ths info)

                                    I refused to do that n they asked if i want to cancel it and full amount will be refunded. They told okay.
                                    Been a week and no refund yet.

                                    They ll lift ur call once in 3-4 hours..

                                    Worst customer care..

                                    Suresh prabhu sir should look into this

                                    And please resolve my issue soon..

                                      The train 22318 / humsafar for thursday 25 oct 2018 has been cancelled by indian railways. I held confirmed ticket in 3ac from bsb to sdah. I try to cancel my tickets pnr number: [protected] but it shows cancellation pending since last afternoon.

                                      I want to cancel my ticket but i am unable to do so. Please help me to cancel my ticket and get back the refund.

                                        I have filed tdr against my jorney as per below given pnr no. But as 2nd ac coach not attached in which i have my confirmed ticket and i have allotted seat in 3rd ac. I have filed tdr for difference fare.. Same is rejected with below remark.

                                        Pnr no — [protected].
                                        Refund reg no —[protected].

                                        Remark given tc copy not submitted whereas when i demanded same from tc during journey he said online tickets refund will happen from portal you booked...

                                        Kindly look in matter & provide refund for same asap...
