I have booked a retiring room against the ticket pnr [protected] for two days (24hr) 04/11/2018 to 06/11/2018 (A/c dormatory) at patna jn (Pnbe) railway station. I tried two time but conformation not received but money deducted twice rs: 346/-each time from my account on 14/10/2018. Can i get eny one booking confirmed and balance amout be refunded?

    Tried to book tickets through irctc on 16.10.2018, rs. 1367.94 was deducted from my axis bank account but booking failed as notified by irctc due to no response from bank, transaction id. [protected], bank seq. No. [protected]. Pl. Do the needful. Tickets may be booked or deducted fund may be credited to my account, please give me proper feedback so that i can use the app. Without any doubt.

    I booked a ticket today morning, through online . My bank account debited 2924.25 RS as well . But still the ticket status showing "PENDING FROM BANK END"

      I travelled on 15 oct 2018 by train 17213 from secunderabad to aurangabad by 2 ac coach and i tell you it was veru sad and disappointing to find bed bugs in blanket and disturbed my sleep whole night and that too in 2 ac coach... Really disappointing. Also ac was not cooling properly inspite of informing ac attendant no action taken.

            On 15th, october while booking a tatkal ticket, payment had failed due to technical issue. After payment, when it came back to irctc app it said displayed an error message and was promoting to pay again. So i aborted the transaction and checked if the ticket was booked or not. The transaction was mentioned in failed transaction history. With a belief that my ticket hasn't been booked, i booked another ticket under tatkal scheme. After booking, when i checked back i saw two tickets booked for the same date and journey. Somehow the transaction that had failed, got confirmed. Since it was tatkal ticket, there was no chances of any refund.

            The customer care number was not reachable and when once i was able to connect in the evening, the executive excused that due to technical snags he can't help me. As a result, i have to call again later but call was never connected.

            Due to technical snag due to fault of the service provider in this case irctc, i had to waste money.

            Request you to grant refund on this.

              I was trying to book a ticket on 15.10.2018 at 12.50pm for journey in netravathi express from aluva to parapananagadi. The payment was made by me by online banking and the amount debited from my account to irctc. I ad to be given a waitlisted ticket with pnr no. But it was not done by irctc. No sms was provided by irctc as was done earlier. Either a ticket hads to be issued to me or the amount has to be refunded to me online.

                My irctc account has been suspended without any prior notice. I'm perfectly sure that there has been no wrong doing from my side. I am unable to book tickets now. It shows "bookings are not allowed as your account has been suspended". I sent lots of mail to customer care of irctc. There has been no action taken till date. Please do the needful to re activate my account.

                    920₹ was deducted from my account while I was paying for IRCTC. But irctc did not recieve any amount. And still after 7 days of this instance, I did not recieve any amount.
                    Transaction number of Bhim was raxorpay.[protected]@hdfcbank is[protected]
                    I have filed my compliant to all the shareholders in this case, that is, IRCTC, my bank, Bhim app but of no avail. Kindly look into this issue.

                      I was trying to book a ticket on IRCTC from Payzapp app through Bharat QR code, but unfortunately money got debited from my bank and ticket did not got booked. IRCTC however shows the Paymenst Staus as Pending from Bank End. IRCTC Transaction ID is [protected]. The payment gateway used State Bank of India Debit Card for the payment. Kindly help out with this ASAP.

                      I have file TDR for 2 pnr- [protected] & [protected] journey date- 25.9.18, but till date we are not getting status of this filing. please send or inform status when such amount will be credited.

                          Hi,

                          I have registered my NRI number and had paid NRI registration fees as well. However, i am unable to receive mobile verification code in my updated NRI number. Further, i have 8000 INR in my e-wallet which i am unable to use for booking, as i am unable to access my account.

                          I have been sending emails and made limiless calls to the irctc customer representatives. But i have got no positive response. Everytime i have got new ticket numbers. And whenever i follow-up checking the status of my ticket numbers, i have been assigned a new ticket numbers. This has been going on from past several months. This has been my worst experience with irctc.

                          I hope and i pray by means of this forum, there will be some solution to my concern.

                            I did not get the refund 930 rs. Credited to my credit card. When i emailed irctc about it, they simply sent a screenshots with reference number and all but what can i do with that when the amount is actually not credited to my account? Kindly, refund me my money or i will have to seek court's shelter. I have added the screenshot of the cancellation and refund status which not not true. Numbers written somewhere can not be a fact to run away from truth. The truth is that i have not received the refund. I can show you the entire statement of my credit card.

                                I've planned few tickets for my journey to home town 4 months ago, but few days ago i just verified tickets but they were not there how is it possible, i've msg for that ticket but they are not appearing on my account is there any bug or we need to keep evidence for every ticket. Ui is good but if not able to see booked tickets
                                Because of it i've booked tickets twice is thus another way to collect money from middle class?
                                How a middle class family men travel if this happens with every next one..
                                Or please let me know how i can get my tickets which i' be booked..

                                  I am a working woman travelling from hindu college to chetpet daily. At 9.09 am there is a train no.43412. After that there is a gap of 25 minutes until the next train ie. 9.34 am. If it is late then we have to wait for almost 45 minutes. Crowd gathers during this time as it is peak hour. Many working people suffer due to the undistributed train timing that too during peak hour. The train timings should be scheduled keeping in mind the demands of the public. The same timing is followed for years. Please bring some changes for the welfare of the public. Atleast provide train in 10 mins gap during peak hours. Also new routes like direct train to tambaram can be included as there are direct trains for velachery. Almost everyone getting down at central rush to park station for catching tambaram train. If direct trains to tambaram are included in this route, it will be very useful for public. Please do the needful

                                      I go through the steps for booking, later it ask for the bank details and i provided my south indian bank account. I logged in and entered the otp send from bank to my mobile. Later i recieved the message from bank that 2924.25 rs has been debited. But the ticket not issued even no pnr number showing.

                                        I booked a ticket on 12 October 2018 from sealadah to samastipur junction front Ganga Sahar express through irctc e-ticketing application. The ticket was not generated but the ticket value was deducted from my account. The same is required to be credited back into my account. Refund the amount as soon as possible. The transaction details screen shot is attached with complain.
