bisleri bottle issue

I was traveling in chennai mail (11027) mumbai to chennai on[protected]. I bought a bisleri bottle from the train. They have charged me 20 rupees.
In this bottle it is written 15 rupees. When i asked to the boy he told me in train it is 20.
I have a suggestion to display the price of here item in train.

What is the original price. They are not servilng railyathri bottle. Why like this??

money deducted but ticket not booked and showing pending from bank

I have booked a ticket for konark express on 1st oct through upi and the money got deducted from my account but its showing as pending from bank. It's two days but no response received from irctc. This is really bad and becoming problematic as the tickets are getting filled. I am going alone and can't afford to travel when ticket confirmation is uncertain. If such a problem persists train journeys will become obsolete. Kindly look into this...

irctc changing correct email id of irctc login

non receipt of ticket pnr after payment online

Today on 3rd Oct 2018, ;I Mr.Anil Raje have booked online at 3 pm, two tickets for Anil Raje and Geeta Raje, AC 3 tier from yesvantpur to vasco da gama for 11 Nov 2018 for Rs.1145.98.I received sms from SBI bank that amount is debited from my account but I have not received any sms or email ticket PNR number. urgently rep[ly as fresh booking has to be made for same train. or send me the refund....

food sold more than mrp

In chenagalpet railway station food is been served more than MRP. Seller removed the MRP from the food pack and sold more than that. Attached the image of food pack where the mrp is removed . Quality of food is very poor which can be seen in attached image . Please investigate on cell kitchen contractor chengalpet owned by p.k. Shefi. Not sure how many customers they have cheated till date....

rail neer being sold more than mrp

In villupuram station plataforma number 4 canteen, rail neer is sold for 20 rs which is more than 15rs mrp. When asked they are saying normal water is 15rs which is not in stock thats y selling cold water for 20rs. Not sure how rail neer cost more than mrp only reason because its cold. If this is the case from how many customers they have sold the water and what are they doing with this extra money. Please investigate...

refund not happened for the cancelled train

My train 12623 got cancelled on 21st august 2018 due to bad climatic conditions in kerala. But i haven't received my refund till today (03rd october 2018). Checked with customer care, after someday tdr has been filed automatically for the cancelled train. Could see tdr status still as "cr registered". Sir i have allotted s4/14 (Ub) and s4/16 (Su) vide pnr no. [protected] (18605/rnc jyg exp) where i was requested for presence of berth as sl (Side lower) and su (Side upper) during e ticketing reservation process and also click on ticket issued only of chosen berth cnfmd but the same violated your prescribed and authorized formality and issed side upper and upper berth. overcharge on tea/coffee

Sir, during my journey from irinjalakuda to coimbatore on 02 oct 18, i was allotted with berth no. S3-39 & 40 in 16382 (Kanyakumari-mumbai exp). On purchase of tea, tea suppliers are overcharging for coffee. They are asking rs. 10 /- instead of rs. 07/- for 01 coffee. On asking, they were giving trivial reply. We were waiting for the train since morning 7.00am at Trivendram Railwaystation till the evening 17.30.
