Dear Sir,

I have booked a Ticket PNR Number: [protected] with 14014 / SULTANPUR EXP from ANAND VIHAR TRM (ANVT) To: MORADABAD (MB) & Booking Date is 15 Jun 2018 & Journey Date is 16 Jun 2018 16:25 Hrs. We have a Patient for which we have visited at Sir Ganga Ram Hospital, we are returning from Delhi to Moradabad. We have reached at Railway station on time but found train is running late but no confirmation for exact time. After almost spending 03 Hours we came to know that The train is found late by 9 Hr 20 Min so we have booked a Cab & return from Anand vihar to Moradabad. After that we have file TDR but TDR status shows CR REPUDICATE. We are one of the Loyal Customer of Railways but this time we are very dissatisfied from Railways. Here i want that Railways should refund my Booking Ticket amount because if Train is late more than 03 Hours, This is not Customer responsibility. We can wait more than 03 Hours but we have a Patient so we cannot wait till 09 Hours. This is not acceptable from Railways. So we request you to please refund my Ticket amount.

    I am not able to cancel/file a ticket from USA. Even though I booked the ticket from USA itself.

    From last couple of days I am not able to access the site http://www.indianrail.gov.in/ and www.irctc.co.in

    It looks like that access to these sites from US and Canada have been blocked.

    Due to this I am not able to cancel the ticket & when I send an email to irctc, they are simply writing absurd response that time has been over and you cant file the TDS.

      I have booked tickets for me and my father on 24.05.2018 in train number 22634 / NZM TVC- SF EXP with date of journey - 22.06.2018, under third A/C (PNR [protected]- with W/L 16 & 17) as well as sleeper class (PNR [protected] with W/L 26 & 27), through IRCTC e- Ticket service, hoping that once any of these tickets is confirmed, the other ticket can be cancelled. We have been monitoring the ticket status, almost every day. Even one week
      before the scheduled date the status show WL/12 & W/L 13 under PNR [protected] and RAC/54 & RAC/55 under PNR [protected], thereafter it remained unchanged. Even after reaching Delhi on 21.06.2018, we found our booking status more or less the same. So to avoid any risk of being entangled in Delhi, we have booked the return air ticket on 21.06.2018 after checking the railway status as non-confirmed tickets and hoping that the railways will automatically refund the money to me, as we were still not given a confirmed ticket. Even at 7.20 pm in the evening, on the scheduled day of departure of the train, i.e. on 22.06.2018, we have checked the status from a wayside IRCTC service counter at Delhi and the seats still remained unconfirmed. At that time, we are traveling to our hotel after visiting a nearby Hanuman temple. But on reaching our hotel room, at around 8 .20 pm, we noticed a sms from IRCTC confirming both our tickets in Third A/C as well as in Sleeper class, simultaneously, send by them at 7.39pm on 22.06.2018 . On noticing it, I have immediately tried to cancel both the tickets, but due to temporary nonavailability of internet, I could able to send my cancellation message at around 8.45pm only. Now the IRCTC has given me the message that the tickets are cancelled with no refund of money. It was a rude shock to me for the following reasons.
      (1) I have booked the ticket as early as 24.05.2018, but the railways could not confirm my ticket till 04 hrs before the scheduled journey, keeping me tensed throughout these 29 days after booking the tickets and I am forced to take, air ticket just one day before my return journey, out of sheer frustration.

      (2) Finally the railways has confirmed my ticket within 04 hrs before the scheduled departure of the train and though I have cancelled the tickets, immediately, ie within one hour after getting the confirmation message, barely 20 minutes after me noticing the message and well 03 hrs, before the scheduled departure of the train, IRCTC have not refunded the amount. Kindly note that, the railways not given me even a small window time, to think about the cancellation and effect the cancellation request, still I managed to send the cancel request, immediately.

      (3) I have cancelled the tickets, 03 hrs before the departure of the train and there were a lot of customers at RAC and WL, waiting for a confirmed ticket for both the tickets ( 3 rd AC and Sleeper class) and the railways have transferred my cancelled seats to them after collecting full amount from them also. It amounts to double profiteering by a public service department, which is illegal and unjust.

      So, I earnestly request you to immediately refund the full ticket charges towards cancellation tickets under PNR [protected]and PNR [protected], at the earliest.

          Sir, i booked two tickets through irctc mobikwik on 28th june 2018 and transactions was failed but amount dabited in my acount. transaction ID is [protected] and[protected]. amount is Rs 780+11.8 ( service +gst) =791.8 two times. attached account statement and irctc failed transaction details for your kind reference. please do needful and refund my amount as earliest. thanks.

            It is to inform you that i booked a ticket from new delhi to koderma( transaction id [protected]) (REFUND ID [protected]) on 17th june which was cancelled due to some reason but till now i did not got refund. i have complained before but not got the refund. last time when i complained then a reply came from irctc that contact bank .

              Book ticket on 27.06.2018 from Vapi to Ahmedabad in Karnavati Express - Train - 12933.

              It was waiting status on 27.06.2018 (WL - 24/25/26), Please see attached : Ticket Reservation.jpg)

              On the day of Travelling - 01.07.2018, IRCTC web site is showing confirmed seat before chart preparation in Coach D5 - Seat 1/2/3.

              Due to some reason, Only 2 passengers start travelling with 3 confirmed seat. (Mr.Tejas and Ms.Shweta)

              We found other passengers from Mumbai were travelling on same seats and they also had confirmed reservation in same coach and same seats.

              We were waiting Ticket checker to come and resolve it.

              From Vapi to Valsad to Surat- Bharuch - We traveled in standing condition.

              Again from Bharuch - New passengers entered and claiming same seat in same coach.

              There was a dispute with other passengers and searched Ticket checker who was 4 coaches far from our coach. Other passengers complaint for us that we have set on their seat on some online help on phone..

              Me and other passenger contacted Ticket checker and they said (At least 3-4 TC were sitting adjoining seats in Pantry car.) They said that Mr.Tejas and Ms.Shweta name is not in their reservation chart but We had a proof that Ticket is confirmed in IRCTC web site ( Attachment : Ticket Confirmation.jpg)

              Ticket cheker said that other person has complaint for you and your names are not in our reservation chart so you are considered as a without ticket passengers (Khuda Baksha Passenger) and you have to pay penalty 250 + ticket charges (120 INR)

              Total 760 (Attachment : Penalty.pdf)

              Why we should pay penalty where my ticket was confirmed and considered as without ticket passenger?

              During journey when we were checking online status of PNR number then was showing "Undefined PNR" or "PNR is flushed"

              After paying penalty, Ticket checker informed that I have been transferred to another train on next day morning (02.07.2018) called Train Number 22953.
              This massage or information not got on our mobile

              One side, it is showing confirmed seat on same day before start travelling and during journey - Ticket checker saying my ticket was transferred in other train.

              This is complete system failure of IRCTC and total mismanagement of employees without knowing any reality and giving penalty to passengers.

              Next day, Same PNR number was showing our status in other train and we cancelled this.

                    I had forgot my transaction password of e-wallet, so i was trying to reset my transaction password. To reset transaction password, users need to give two input, first one is email id and other is Login password (length should be max 10 digit). i was unable to reset my transaction password because length of my login password was more than 10 digit.
                    Before reset my transaction password, i had reset my login password with max 10 digit, after that i was able to reset my transaction password.

                      Taj express, 6 tickets booked online
                      All tickets were in waiting and were automatically cancelled still the refund provided by irctc was not 100%. Only a amount of 270 returned to the account inplace of 630. Kindly see to it and please refund the left over amount or kindly let us know why only 270 returned to the account inplace of 630.

                        I had cancelled a ticket through IRCTC website on 14 April 2018, the ticket having PNR is [protected] . but yet refund is not issued to me .IRCTC is neglecting the issue .I had called so many times to IRCTC CUSTOMER CARE, but they are not giving the proper reply.                                 I had booked a ticket from IRCTC app through UPI ID on 3rd July. The ticket was not booked and the payment got deducted from my card. Please let me know the Refund status and issue me the full refund for the same.

                                  Hi support team,
                                  I have booked a ticket from rmu to jrc for amritsar mail
                                  Date of journey was 7th may 2018.
                                  For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr for the same in irctc against my ticket and the status was turned to cr registered, but the amount was not refunded yet.
                                  I am not sure what else i might be missing to get amount refunded. Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to khushboo. [protected]@gmail.com

                                  I am traveling in S-6 in train no:-12473 on 30 june 2018. Tte is taking bribe from WL and giving seat to them but we are RAC we have not given any seat but according to the rule first RAC should get the seat TTE IS TAKEN BRIBE . THAT IS OUR INDIAN RAILWAY.
                                  I didn't received my refund after cancellation of my ticket.. it almost more then 1month now...

                                      The number shared by irctc for customer's support is non-functioning.
                                      Irctc doesn't accepts money from rupaye card which is an indian payment gateway and that's a failure of digital india. Even if they do accept then they mark the payment method as paytm which later creates problem during refund. Irctc's servers fails during tatkal booking. They have been in ticketing and other businesses for a long time now and they could have upgraded their server but it doesn't seems that they have intentions to do that or may be they are creating these server issues on purpose to benefit agent. Not sure but they might be the case and only government could find that out.

                                        I booked my ticket to travel on 2nd July 2018 by Pallavan super fast express 12606 from SRGM to MS with WL 123.On 2nd JUly 2018 at 5.00 AM WL status was 11 after chart preparation.I checked PNR status SMSto 139 found same.I was travelling at D4 coach.While travelling coach TTE informed me this is considered as cancelled for online booked tickets and insisted me to produce ticket or pay penalty.As I had no information or SMS message from IRCTC regarding cancellation of ticket.Due to negligence of IRCTC I was forced to getdown from the train or pay penalty because my case considered as travelling with out ticket.My Ticket cancellation information received only 3 rd July 2018 at 1;46 PM and amount will 80 will be refunded to my account in 3-4 days.In this i would like to inform IRCTC since my ticket cancellation information not received before my boarding/travel time from SRGM I am not fault. IRCTC should allow me to travel with same WL ticket.Due to negligence of IRCTC I faced great difficulties to by new ticket and to travel late with different trains.So IRCTC should refund my entire ticket fare of 140 with suitable compensation due to inconvenience caused to me.
