I had booked 03 ticket in train number 01093 in three tyre from mumbai central to lucknow.
It was suppose to reach at 20:40hrs but it reached in the morning at 02:30hrs almost 06hrs late.
I hard from the passenger that it's not the first time, it's happen every time, never reaches at proper time.
Requesting railway to note that passanger traveling from trains have plans to reach at specific time - for functions, interview etc.
Some may have plan to take flight from lucknow.
When trains get late, there are 100% chances that they might missed the flight.
Everyone keeps buffer of alleast of 2 to 3hrs but 6hrs are huge.
Tickets price are high, but kind of service is pathetic.
Food sold by pantry car was of low quality. Tea had water and sugar, milk were added for name.
Cleanliness was major issue, non of the staff turned up for cleaning the boogie, though i complained on the customer care sms system.
I got reply sorry this facility is not available in this train.
Note: sirf paise mat dekho, service bhi dekho.
