Dear sir

In spite of repeated follow up with [protected]@irctc.co.in they are not refunding my money for the failed transactions [protected] & [protected]. I have been following the below thread since may 7th, where they asked me to give the statement details. I have furnished everything and also gave them the confirmation number from the bank, which is a confirmation that money is debited towards irctc. But till date even after 10 follow up mails i am not getting any response. Every time i send a mail i get only the complaint numbers (Auto mailer) but no response. So far complaint no.83008, 96089, 145250 have been issued, but no response. I fear weather refund will come or not. Total amount is 1132.92 + 2286.26=3419.18 needs to be refunded. See below the last mail i sent to irctc after they asked me to send the statement details. After that i followed up over 10 emails but no response. Please help recover my money

Please find the statement downloaded in pdf formation from 27th march to till date. Where you can see the amounts debited on 27th march and 7th april and no credit has come. I have already given you the reference transaction in irctc website where it is reflecting as failed transaction, which means the tickets are not booked.

Further more i also logged a compliant with bank just to verify if the amount is debited, they gave me 2 confirmation ids which they said is a confirmation that money is transferred to the transaction. Also according to them this transaction is successful and amount has gone to irctc

The confirmation id given by the bank for both the transactions are as follows

1) 27th march dated transaction - [protected]
2) 7th march dated transaction - [protected]

    Sir, i was trying to book ticket from margao goa to pune on 25 feb 18 but transaction failed and shown in irtc failed transaction but money automatically refund, but even i m trying but rs 464.66
    Not received. I m senior citizen, i m alone.
    And where to follow for it, can't understand. If possible see.

      I booked a1 coach 2 tier but toilet is not clean one side tap is broken and another side no water, if 2 tier is in this condition what about sleeper? Very poor maintenance, attender is not responding properly, toilet dustbin also not cleaned but we paying more money for this class whats the use? Plz take action and do it proper, toilet cleaning is very important otherwise how we travel again in this kind of train.

        Dear sir/madam,
        This compliant is with reference to one of the rules that is being followed in irctc for the waiting list category of e-tickets.

        My pnr was [protected] for 3 passengers, i got one confirmed seat and 2 waitlised after chart preparation. Since the person could not travel alone, i had filed tdr for the confirmed ticket. However i didnt get the refund for the waitlisted ticket, i have not filed tdr for waitlisted ticket thinking that irctc automatically refund the amount of waitlisted tickets after deducting the clerical charges.
        Please let me know the refund status

          I am used to book my train tickets thro"irctc web site for many years. If i want to cancel my e-ticket there was no problem previously. But since two days i have not able to find booked ticket history to cancel my e-ticket throught irctc website. Irctc web site doesn"t show the my transactions or booked ticked history. Kindly resolve my problem of cancelling of the e-ticket immediately.

            Rollout of new irctc ticket booking site is pathetic tried booking in tatkal quota for 3 times every time money got deducted but ticket was not booked, 13000 is deducted from the bank but ticket was not booked, i know it will be reverted back to the account but there is highly inconvenience caused due to this. The errors on the site are absurd like captcha code is not correct for every time i am entering the valid and correct captcha code, selecting the train and click on book notification shows site is down / unreachable, session getting timed out, page getting expired a lot of bugs in the site and very pathetic experience.

            Railways is calling this as nget "next generation ticketing system" but literally it is third class experience and the older site was very good and efficient system...

            Railways is just sucking the passengers...

              After logged in, i checked the preferred bank details then after i logged out but the 'preferred bank details' stills remains on the page. Please see the attached image.

              Another incident, while booking tatkal ticket, it was showing that 50 is available then after booking i get 'waiting list 12' after that when i check the availability status the app displays '20' still available. If 20 available after booking the ticket then how come i get waiting list?? Serious flaw with the booking system.

              Another incident, while booking the transaction failed because "booking not allowed" error, money deducted by my account is 3063 while refunded amount is 3000. Why i pay service charge in case of failed transaction

                Hi sir/madam,

                I beg to say that my ticket was from bmki to anvt on 16/06/2018 in train no. 12557, saptkranti express and pnr is [protected], transaction id is [protected]. Ticket fair was 1290 and after cancellation refund amount has shown 1225 and deduction was of rs 65. But i got very less amount. Please check this on urgent basis.

                  I have booked online ticket with pnr no.[protected] with transacation id: [protected] covering six ac 2 tier in train 22416 ap exp. From agc to vskp and the cost of ticket is rs. 11970/- whereas similar ticket with pnr no.[protected] with transaction id.[protected] covering six ac 2 tier
                  In similar train 22415 ap exp from vskp to agc for which charged rs.12645/-
                  The discrepancy in between the above two tickets may be examined and do the justice so as to facilitate the customer loose the extra amount paid as both the journies and trains are one and the same.

                    I have booked 2 tickets yesterday and today one onward and one return. But i am not able to take print outs of them as the sms message of ticket booking may disappear within 3 months. After booking the ticket on pressing 'print ticket (English) it didn't work. Earlier i used to get booked ticket history from your site and get tickets printed. Now i am not finding "booked ticket history" anywhere in your site. Please advise.

                      Sir, myself has created an irctc account while i was working at guntur, andra pradesh and gave my pphonwe number as [protected] and my email id as "[protected]@gmail.com" during the year 2012. Now myself is settled at virudhunagar, tamilnad which is my home time. The cell phone used by me then was missed and hence unable to use the number [protected]. Hence i am myself is unable to get the otp while using the existing irctc. Hence i need to delete the existing irctc id ch061959. My present mobile number is [protected]. I want to create a ner irctc id by using this mobile number [protected].

                        I booked a ticket from brc (Baroda) - bdts (bandra terminal) in waiting list and then the ticket cancel due to its not get register so i claim for refund they are showing they did but i didn't get it.

                          With due respect i would like to inform you that i booked 2 tatkal reservation w/l railway tickets from bst (Basti) to ltt (Lokmanya tilak terminus) on dated 04thjun and 05th jun, 2018 by irctc.

                          I was cancelled the 1sttickets cause it was not confirmed.

                          Date of booking: 04thjun 2018.

                          Date of journey: 05thjun 2018.

                          Pnr no. : [protected]

                          Tickets cost at the time of booking : rs.6285.00 + 11.80

                          Tickets amount need to receive after cancellation : rs.6090.00

                          2nd ticket was booked but passengers name not showing through some errors occurred by server, so it was automatically cancelled by system & amount will be refunded in my accounts for same i got the message from irctc on my cell phone.

                          Date of booking: 05thjun 2018.

                          Date of journey: 06thjun 2018.

                          Irctc txn id : [protected]

                          Tickets cost at the time of booking : rs.8380.00 + 11.80

                          Tickets amount need to receive after cancellation : rs.8380.00

                          Total amounts need to receive by irctc = 14, 470.00 + 11.80 (2nd ticket was not booked through server issue so need to refund this amount also.)

                          After cancelled the tickets i haven’t received any updates or refund from irctc.. The refund amount is rs. 14, 481.80 more than 6 days have passed with this transaction.

                          Whenever i am trying to call on customer care numbers : 139,[protected],[protected] after some ring it saying the network is busy.

                          Dear sir kindly have a look into it.

                            I have filled tdr but not received refund amount yet. I was traveling in sealdah rajdhani express on 28th of may 2018. The incident is the train was stopped some were and waiting for the signal in between some peoples started throwing stones and broken all mirrors of all coaches were few of passengers were injured also. After this railway staff did not taken any action and they departed train with damage coach and were ac was not working as window was broken. Please check my cancellation id - [protected] and refund amount asap.

                              I was booking tickets on 12 june on irctc but transaction failed and money got stuck in razorpay. I hd selected bhim upi for the payment and then ingit a request of ticket money from the razor so i accepted that and paid money. But i didnt get a confirmation about the my booking. Nothing.
                              .. I hv tried contact the irctc and razorpay team but no response.

                                My family booked ticket from njp to sealdah vide pnr no.-[protected] by padatik exp on 12.06.2018 which was confirmed by irctc with pnr no.- [protected] in darjeeling mail. But we didn't get any information regarding change of train no and because of that my family could not able to catch the train as its departure time was earlier (8pm) than padatik express (9pm). After several request to everybody station manager understood the actual problem and assured to manage one berth in padatik express prior discussion with concern tte at njp. However, after train departure tte asked for extra charges of rs. 2500.00 without receipt for travelling in ac3 with general ticket (As per their advice). My family was agreed to pay the same but requested to give a receipt. But ultimately, nothing happened as she was alone with my child and had to pay rs. 1500.00 without any receipt. I want to know that what was our fault and why we will be the sufferer by travelling without proper ticket & pay extra if we booked the ticket. It is the fault of railways as they didn't inform us the actual status of confirmed ticket as they have our contact no. How can i know my train no is changed. If that is their fault, they should arrange proper reservation for passenger as we are paying for that. I need proper investigation of this case and penalty for that and that tte should punish also for his behavior.

                                Leagal tatkal ticket is not available on the ticket window at jhanshi railway station but the bookies are having the tickets on higher wages plzzzz I request you to take strict action on it.

                                  I try to book the railway ticket through irctc and payment made through vim app the amount rs 520.00 deducted from my bank as requexted by razorpay bank vide id no[protected] but irctc failed to book ticket showing the reason payment failed rejected by bank on 10.06.18
                                  Irctc transaction id is [protected]. The amount rs.520.00 not refund by razorpay to my bank, bank of baroda.

                                      We, dr. G. Pratap kumar and dr. A. Rudra nagendra rao travelled on 10th june, 2018 from chennai to vijayawada in howrah mail (Train no.12840) with pnr no:[protected] in i a (First a/c).

                                      We were allotted upper berths whichs are dirty. The sides of the berths were not serviced since so many days.

                                      The compartment is having half ia and half iia (First a/c and 2nd a/c berths) and the compartment is very old.

                                      The pillow covers are also dirty and when we asked the attendant changed.

                                      We had a bad experience during this travel having paid for i a/c.

                                        I had booked a ticket through my irctc account from kanpur to delhi from shram shakti train no. 12451, on 4.6.2018 vide pnr no. [protected], d. O. J. 05.06.2018. I was alloted a-1, berth 8, in iiac. However i notice that the charges for ticket rs. 2015/- have been wrongly debited twice from my account. I have been patiently waiting since then for credit of wrongful deduction for rs. 2015/- by irctc, in my pnb a/c.

                                        Kindly look into the matter urgently and credit rs. 2015/- [two thousand fifteen only] wrongly deducted, into my account without further delay.

                                        I have booked the tickets online but the transaction was failed due to some reason for four times, money is deducted from my account. Now it has been 4 days passed i didn't receive any of the refund for the failed transaction.
                                        Hey I'm in train number 12558 sapt karanti express, and here price of catering is very high compared to it's actually price and I asked for water bottle ( neer water) it's actual price is 15 and he is charging 20 rup so it's costly for middle class I'm expecting that you will do something thank you
