With due respect i would like to inform you that i booked 2 tatkal reservation w/l railway tickets from bst (Basti) to ltt (Lokmanya tilak terminus) on dated 04thjun and 05th jun, 2018 by irctc.
I was cancelled the 1sttickets cause it was not confirmed.
Date of booking: 04thjun 2018.
Date of journey: 05thjun 2018.

Tickets cost at the time of booking : rs.6285.00 + 11.80
Tickets amount need to receive after cancellation : rs.6090.00
2nd ticket was booked but passengers name not showing through some errors occurred by server, so it was automatically cancelled by system & amount will be refunded in my accounts for same i got the message from irctc on my cell phone.
Date of booking: 05thjun 2018.
Date of journey: 06thjun 2018.

Tickets amount need to receive after cancellation : rs.8380.00
Total amounts need to receive by irctc = 14, 470.00 + 11.80 (2nd ticket was not booked through server issue so need to refund this amount also.)
After cancelled the tickets i haven’t received any updates or refund from irctc.. The refund amount is rs. 14, 481.80 more than 6 days have passed with this transaction.
Whenever i am trying to call on customer care numbers : 139,[protected],[protected] after some ring it saying the network is busy.
