I have purchased two e tickets pnr nos:[protected] and [protected] for my travel on 4.7.2018 and 5.07.2018 respectively. No sms came to my mobile and i want to print the e tickets to carry with me. But this new web site not showing any option for booked ticket history or print option. It is not customer friendly option as it was in the old website. Kindly send me either mail or sms which i can show on boarding the train.

    There are just two trains for delhi from gurdaspur and the qualtiy of both the trains is pathetic. I m a student and traveling in these trains is the worst part. Today right after entering the coach me was able to see coackraches all over in the coach; and not only that the blankets, sheets, pillow and everything was stinky and dirty and even after complainting about it to the attendent and the helper no one took the responsibilty and ignored me on my face.
    Train is going to reach amritsar but still the tt is not here to whom i can complaint about the same. Feeling really helpless.

      I can not go to Kolkata for health check up. In SSKM Hospital my patient, my son, Ani Prince had been appointed one year ago for MRI of Brain. But I am sorry to say that for the negligence of Indian Railway Department, I have to be deceived from getting MRI scan of brain of my son, Ani Prince, though, I had booked my ticket 17 days ago on 4th June, 2018. This is my country India for whom our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Damodardas Modi dreams of a digital India. But his dream will remain dream just for your negligence in duty. This is my deep grievance, i think, it will also be neglected and overlooked by you.

        My irctc user id is ramz5026 and my e wallet got expired and while trying to renew e wallet after providing details pan card no and name as on pan card site is not processing information, it is not taking me to next step. I have got 8k balance in wallet. I have mailed to irctc about the problem along with screen shot and i didn't got any reply. A month has passed and i'm still waiting for reply. Pease help me

          Dear concern officer, train no 11301 & 11302 udyan express all coach s are too old. No proper lighting seats are uncomfortable hence its not safe. Am traveling frequently from past 14 years in this train. Kindly take necessary action to provide safe and healthy journey... While sleeping train vibration getting more its not able to sleep... Most thing is heavy noice. I hope now a days ralway deparment responcing very quick. This is not dmall to correct in short period. But u can solve the issue. Thanks.. Belli

            Hello irctc,

            This very rude an unofficial behavior i have faced today by the indian railway government.

            They are making indians to work in digital environment or dependent on others with an indirect way of corruption.

            I needed to book ticket in tatkal from jalandhar to barddhaman, but the site was not at all working.

            Being a girl its not possible for me to stand in queue and book the tickets offline.
            And being a student, i was having training in college and wasn't sure when it will be ending so i have only one option left and that was the tatkal portal.
            The earlier irctc site used to work in an amazing way, but from the day when the site has been changed, it is creating problem for lot of students like us, but we can't help.

            I just don't understand the need of changing the site suddenly.
            Kindly go through this matter and change the portal as earlier or please make it available for everyone not for the booking agents only.

              Dear sir,
              I have booked e-ticket with irctc which i had cancelled the ticket on 02.05.2018 and the refund amount of rs.1540/- & rs.1020/- was suppose to credited back to my credit card account. Till date i have not received the refund from irctc. I have been communicating with my credit card department they are saying that the refund amount is not send to us by irctc.
              I have been contacting irctc thru emails and calls. But till today i have not been received any response from them. Whenever i call on hotline service they are saying that it been resolve and you will received email by evening but nothing is coming.
              Please find attached screen shot of my cancel ticket with reference no.

              I have not yet received my refund for rs.1540/- & rs.1020/- for which the ticket was cancelled on 02.05.2018. For your reference i have attached ticket cancel transaction screen shot.

              Dear Sir,

              Till today i have not received my refund from IRCTC. Its almost 3 months i am chasing IRCTC for my refund but no response yet. After raising complaint here almost 17 days ago and i have received your mail saying that u have raised complaint to IRCTC on June 22 and they will revert in few days but till today i have not received any mail from IRCTC regarding the same.
              Request you to please look into my complaint and take strict action against IRCTC.

              DEAR SIR,

              This regarding the fraud call received from this number [protected] after i updated my complaint above regarding refund. He had ask me my debit card number and other cards details for refunding the above amount to my account which was fraud call.

              Kindly look into it.

                Booked Ticket on IRCTC using debit card amount debited INR 260 but IRCTC website showing Payment Pending from Bank End, I inquired at my Bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at Bank End. Kindly confirm as neither I am able to book new ticket nor I am able to get the status of the booking. Please refund my amount so that I could book a new ticket. I am attaching screenshot of my transaction ID AND BANK statement that money got debited .

                  I am not able to see the booked ticket history or book a new ticket. I can't get access to my irctc a/c. Nowdays.                   I have booked a train ticket from Secunderabad junction to kazipet junction for Charminar express. I have entered my details and money was deducted from my account every thing was fine but I didn't got my train ticket . Finally my money was wasted .                     When i tried to book a ticket i entered right capcha code not only one time but also several times. But unfortunately this site every time says please enter right capcha... I think some of official are trying to fool us. They want a general user enter captcha repeatedly and they benefited their own person... Because all you know the time is so important for tatkal booking..
                    If you are responsible for the complaints handling then take a proper action against them and notify me...
                    You know how a boy of age 23 just go first time about 1200 km away from his home alone has no money to arrange back to home by some other convenience what is feeling of him.
                    If ticket is not done no problem but if you provide a medium then functioning it properly without benefited their owns.

                      Flooded with advertisement.
                      Stop the advertisement in this first.
                      You are earning crores of money from our pocket via service charges, tatkal charges, gst.

                      Why are you annoying with ads.
                      Why you need advertisements for such bad service, still people compromising and using irctc and also they are being looted by you.

                      Stop ads in irctc.

                        I was waiting for irctc refund for waiting list tickets. Later, i realised that i need to file tdr within 72 hrs. Does it mean that irctc will forfeit rs. 11, 500/- of mine? They must have a proper system in place to refund the amount of passengers not travelled. The ticket checking staff must also provide not travelled certificate on his own to layman or at least educate (Make aware) the passengers. There must be a way out to get my money back. The railway must check their records within a fair time period and refund the passengers fairly.

                          The ticket was auto cancled 12th june, 2018 which i booked via itz's payment gateway. The amount should have been refunded by 13th june, 2018 but has not been refunded even after 9 days. According to irctc the ticket has been cancelled and the amount has been sent to itz but the refund has not been credited to my account.

                              The train was delayed by mire than 3 hours. Hence we had to make alternate arrangements for travel, since we had personal commitments to honour. Hence we filed tdr immediately, well within 2 hours of scheduled departure. However we have received 'cr repudiate' for our tdr.

                                Am traveling by 11091 bhuj to pune exp. This train does not have a pantry car. On reaching baruch railway station i alighted and reached out to a vendor whose licence no is [protected]. I asked him to provide me a cup of tea. He refused he had tea and said coffee is available. I said ok provide me one cup.in the meantime other passengers arrived and asked him for groundnuts, soft drinks which are costlier than a cup of coffee or tea. He bluntly refused to give me coffee thereby denying me legitimate service. When i politely asked him how come he denying me when he said coffee is available. He spoke harshly in a insulting way that i am asking for a lower range product. Please warn him and ask him to behave in a properly manner and give respect to customers. I felt humiliated in public..                                   I have booked the ticket in train 17235 from sbc to ncj. I opted for sl and su in 2ac for two persons.
                                  Seat confirmed as a2 45, 46 sl and su. But, when i go on board, a2 45 and 46 is not sl and su. It is in the main cabin. I had to take seat in main cabin.

                                  For the second time, again now i have come accros the same problem. Can irctc properly allocate seats please.

                                    I was creting a new registration using irctc connect, i have entered all details correctly but except my email id. While registering i have entered wrong email id.. Worng email id ([protected]@yahoo.com)... Please do change it with correct email id..

                                      I had opted for book only if confirmed berth is available while booking a tatkal ticket on[protected]. Even then a waitlisted ticket got booked. Upon cancellation, the refund was processed after deducting the cancellation charges. I wrote to [protected]@irctc.co.in and tweeted on its official account to take this issue forward. But IRCTC did not take any responsibility in replies given on both of the above. I have attached a snapshot of the ticket and the reply I received from [protected]@irctc.co.in
                                      I should be refunded full amount without any deductions. Why should I pay for IRCTC's mistake.

                                      I had received a call supposedly from IRCTC (as claimed by the caller) The call I received was from [protected]. The caller asked me to give my Credit card number on phone to process the balance refund. It felt something fishy. So I told the caller that since IRCTC has already refunded some amount post cancellation, then IRCTC needs to have the card details to refund the balance amount. The caller then told that if I don't give my card number, the amount wont be refunded. So I asked him to put a mail to me asking for the same and I will share my bank account details where he can transfer my refund. Then the caller said ok and immediately disconnected the call. I want you to get the caller verified as to whether it was a genuine caller from IRCTC. I had received the call on[protected] around 1:20 pm. Post that call I haven't received any email or calls.

                                        I booked a ticket through irctc from khurda road jn (Kur) to chennai central (Mas) using syndicate netbanking. My transaction id is [protected]. The ticket is not booked, it showing pending from bank end in payment status. But already rs - 2100+10/- is deducted from my bank account.
                                        So, kindly take necessary action to refund the amount in my account as soon as possible.
