Hi,

Myself avijit mohanta, i was travelling with my family from kolkata (Sdah) to balurghat (Blgt) dated 26/05/2018 by train. Our journey starts at 10:15 pm and train reached to maldah (Mldt) around 6am morning next day (27/05/2018).

At maldah station train has been stopped and did not move. There was an announcement occurred at station mentioning that "the train will not go to balurghat due to some rail track issue and asked all or us to vacant the train". We have also visited the station master there also but he also advised us to vacant the train. Note that the distance between maldah (Mldt) and balurghat (Blgt) is 110 km.
There is no natural disaster happened as the whole disaster was made by railway authority itself. Train authority has taken no responsibility to arrange some alternatives, moreover they are not informed us earlier about the issue.

After that i have filed tdr mentioning that we "partially traveled" then left the train and waited for refund.
Today i got a tdr status "repudiated" as they refuse to accept it and the refund amount is zero.

    After successful login the page requested to verify my mobile no and emial id. Mail id was successfully confirmed but when i entered mobile no, it asked me for isd code to which i typed '91'... It showd error saying 'invalid isd code. Use number between 1 to 999 except 91'
    This shouldnt be the case as isd code for india is '91'.
    Because of this issue i am not able to avail irctc service any futher.
    Please solve this query asap.
    P. S: i tried calling irctc customer care number lot of time it always comes as busy.. Really irritated by this

    Retiring room Booking failed twice but money debitted twice. Payment was through BHIM UPI. LOST 297 Rs twice. The customer care at [protected] is a waste and disaster, no response even after hours of painful listening to their somber dialer tone, nobody picks up. No reply to mails, twitter and fb message

    I tried to book a ticket from Howrah to Orissa on 01/06/2018 twice. Both the times money were deducted but no ticket was booked.i waited for a full day but no refund or response got from the end of IRCTC.

    I added RS 2500/- in IRCTC wallet to avoid the hassle of booking tatkal ticket online as I need to travel a lot every week due to my job.
    Whenever I tried booking a tatkal ticket through IRCTC wallet the OTP never came.
    My hard earned money is sitting idle with the railway and my purpose is not at all served.

        Hi,
        I had booked tickets from irctc. The ticket was cancelled later on. But the account from which the ticket was booked has been closed before the cancellation. I had emailed several time to [protected]@irctc.co.in but not getting any solution for that. The ticket id is 7798696. Please refund my money. Everytime i reply to the email, i get a new ticket id.

          I have cancelled the tickets (Pnr [protected]) booked under tatkal quota in the train no12591 between malm-ypr due to train delay by more than 12 hrs. I have tried to file tdr through online. But the transaction did not appear on the tdr page. I checked with enquiry cell at bangalore junction and they replied that if train delay then automatically refund will come.

          I have not got any refund from irctc.

          Kindly guide me to get refund.

          I mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in and they alloted ticket id 12813. Afterwards nothing happened.

            Sir/madam, i tried to book ac dormitory for four times since yesterday. But everytime the website displayed some error in the end after the transaction and i could not book the dormitory for myself. No one is even bothered to pick up the calls at their customer care call center. Please look into the matter and provide me the refund as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              My train was late for more than 3 hours on 31st may from hx to mas. I have filled a tdr mentioned the same reason and now irctc has rejected my tdr stating you have filled the tdr few minutes late. This shouldn't be the reason for train late. I had a flight to catch in chennai

                Water vending machine stall keeper gives water 5/- per liter & 10/- 2 ltr. They keep 2rs.in their pocket for 2 ltrs from every customer. I faced this at ratlam jn. Rtm plateform no.5-6 vadodara brc side. I faced many times but he argued me & said that water is 10rs. Per 2 liters. They make fool irctc customers. Action must be done on cuurruptor stall keepers.
                I really disappointed by the itctc services.

                      I, sagi sankar processed a booking of room no 10 deluxe at trivandrum railway station retiring room on 01.06.18 at about 3.54 pm for the date on 21.06.18. Payment was taken from my canara bank account vide transaction id no.[protected] dtd 01.06.18 at 3.54 against my pnr - [protected], and amount was deducted from my account. But during the process due to power failure i cant take the print out from my computer and after rectifying the power failure, i was noticed that, the reservation status showing not booked ". Till date the booking amount rs.982/- was not refunded to my account. Request to refund the amount and rectify the issue on priority please. (Copy of the bank statement attached for your ready reference please)

                              To lko for anvt bju spl on 11th march,
                              2018 and date of journey was 11th march, 2018.
                              For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                              The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr

                                I have booked the irctc tickets for 3 passengers & all of the tickets booking status was in waiting list at the time of booking. When the final chart got prepared only 1 ticket got confirmed & remaining 2 tickets got automatically cancelled as they were in waiting list. Its been more than 20 days, i'm still waiting for refund. Support staff is too low qualified to understand plain english & hindi language & dont have qualification to answer user queries. We have already requested tc to give non-travel certificate as 2 ticket already not got confirmed. But he refused to give it back as said that its not required. I want my refund for tickets which didn't got confirmed.. For reference purpose i'm attaching my irctc itinerary ticket. Also i had filed the tdr refund case has been registered with[protected] on[protected]:20:32.303 but still havent got any response & since staff is low qualified doesnt understand my query properly

                                    Normally the banks take time to process refund in
                                    (I) for net - banking/wallets/cash cards transaction: 3-4 business days,

                                    Whenever I try to book a tatkal ticket. The IRCTC website just freezes before transaction page (for a minute) and when it come back to normal, all the ticket in all the trains are booked. This is not my internet issue( I have a 100Mbps plan with the fastest dns server) and it had happened more than 15 times(not a coincidence).

                                      Tatkal booking is a nightmare with irctc. Always error after deducting cash. An amount of about 11500 is pending in refunds to me. When will arctic give me the amount. I'm not getting cash from tree here.

                                      1. An amount of 3175 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 28 may 2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked/service not rendered.

                                      2. An amount of 3175 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 28 may 2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked/service not rendered.

                                      3. Pnr : [protected] trn: 12270 doj:[protected], 2a, nzm - bza, pranoy gopal, tqwl 5, fare 4845/- didn't get confirmed even after chart preparation. I didn't get the refund for that too.

                                      4. Pnr [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 1105 will be refunded in your a/c within 3-4 days (Message received on 21st may). Didn't get the refund yet.

                                      Isn't there a provision to extend a sleeper ticket of island express(16526) in trivandrum mail, 12623? I took a ticket from chengannur to kazhakootam and trivandrum mail has stop only at pettah, which is after kazhakootam. Can i extend ticket till pettah?

                                      Dear sir/madam I am traveling from Savanur to Hubli through fast passenger train train no 56515 and I have connecting train from Hubli to Solapur at 10:30

                                      This is what we are getting service from Indian railway worst, very bad poor service

                                      Needs lot of improvement there is no sense of time management in Indian railway

                                      I Booked a ticket with PNR no-[protected] and train got cancelled on my journey date .till now no refund reflecting in my account neither credited whenever I called IRCTC they are not giving me solution .even I attached my bank statement 50 times please solve and refund my money

                                        Hi, today morning i booked 3rd ac ticket. Even my internet was working fine, and after successful payment, i was looking for my ticket in booked ticket history, but i did not find there anything. So i searched it in "my transaction" tab. I found this status message like this. "pending from bank end".

                                        What should i do now? Please help.
