I was cancelled my ticket on irctc web site 06/06/18 and 07/06/18, till date i have not receive my refund amount.
I was booked ticked on 05/06/18 and 06/06/18 on irctc web site using net banking. I was mailed to irctc with full detail

    I took train from hapa to mudgaon train no is 22908 on 14/06/2018 my ticket was of 2nd ac but i got shifted to 3rd ac my pnr no is [protected].
    In train ticket collector gave me refund slip of no b 012204 when i went to take my refund at hapa station they are not giving me refund and asking me to take it from church gate (Cst) bombay station. Sir i am from jamnagar gujarat how can i take refund from cst station pleas do take necessary step in this case.

Then i contacted with bank but they told to contact with irctc then i contacted with irctc then they told to conctact to bank. So what am i do now . Please help me i want my money only .

      Dear sir

      I have cancelled the tickets on 8 june and 9 june, but no any refund have been credited by you in my bank account yet. The refund status are showing blank in irctc site. As i also have confirmed by the bank that no amount regarding cancelled transaction is received till date.
      Kindly refund the amount at the earliest, as the 16 days have already been past away and no action has been done yet.
      The copy of refund status is enclosed herewith for doing the needful in the matter.

      I have booked a train ticket from Tiruppur to Chennai in 12680 Chennai express. After booking ticket, I have checked the booking ticket history. My ticket is missing. In both IRCTC app and web. I have refreshed both app and web. Still I am not able to see my tickets. There is a bug in it
      From day before yesterday I couldn't get my booked history.

        Today at early hours of 28th june 2018, i parked my car and while on the return, the guy asked to pay 30 ra per hour for 4 wheeler. When i asked him to clarify on it, he started speaking in demean manner and suggesting me to rather buy a bicycle than going on car. When i raised my voice, he started to call near auto drivers and with their support, he didn't allow me to come out unless i. Oay 30 rs. This is really a pathetic situation where customers are squeezed for money and for questioning they are being insulted. Highly not acceptable and strict action requested.

          I cancelled e ticket on 13 june 2018. The journey date was 18 june 2018. Pnr no. Was [protected]. The ticket was rac. The message on cancellation mentioned that the refund amount will be credited directly to account. I have not received the refund amount as yet. I had also cancelled two other tickets on 13 june 2018 of which refund was received on 25 june after complaint. But the refund for said pnr is still not received.               I was trying to cancel an e-ticket (Booked from merta rd jn to ernakulam, boarding at ahmedabad) since yesterday evening for pnr no. [protected] because the passengers are not traveling. However, i had difficulty in getting login into my account, maybe due to the recent changes in the website of irctc. Finally, i managed to file a tdr today morning at 9.30am, but the train is bound to reach ahmedabad at 12.30pm. I was surprised to see the reason of "login problems/connectivity problems" missing from the reason for cancelling e-ticket for filing tdr. I remember availing tdr in 2015 when a similar incident happened and the reason like "login problems/connectivity problems" was available in the website for filing tdr.

              This is just to bring in the notice of irctc that i had to file tdr morning due to slow website and login problems probably because of the recent changes made in the site, but i had to select a different reason that "all passengers not traveling".

                I was traveling from vapi to jaipur and ordered food online to be delivered to my ac 1st class pnr no..[protected].
                The guy called me at about 10.00 at night to confirm the order.
                The food delivered was pathetic... It could be better if he didn't deliver the food.. I don't mind for money he took... The puri and paratha were preapred at night and sabji was like water... I don't know why railway has enrolled such food outlets for delivery of food... I have never tested such food in my life even when there were complaint about railway food in past... This was the worst... [protected]

                  Hello sir,
                  I wanted to upgrade my railway ticket from sleeper to second or 3rd ac, but since i don't have money in cash, i am unable to do so, as ticket checker rejected the idea o[censored]p-gradation even when i am happy to go for digital cash. I wonder if railway is in the support of digital cash. There should be a way out as people won't be travelling with a lot of cash now.

                    Sir i was booking a ticket on irctc. While booking my ticket the money got deducted two times but ticket was not booked. It is now over 10 day and i am not satisfied with the effort irctc. Please help me as soon as possible.. I am giving pdf of my transaction. Also my transaction i'd was [protected] and[protected]. Please help sir. My money was debited on 17/06/2018.
                    By irctc mobile app. I have logged a complaints on irctc. But they do not have satisfactory reply. So i came across to u to solve my problem quickly i was booking my ticket through rupay debit card. User i'd of my irctc is sid_rth12.
                    The transaction amount was rs 1570.66 which was deducted two time. I am giving you the transaction details of my bank account.

                      Customer care told me that about 5-7 days to receive refund but 11 days are gone refund not received.

                        I have booked the ticket on 3-4-18 vide pnr no.[protected] for bvi to jodhpur for 4-7-18, My parents (Father and Mother) are sr.citizen but no lower seat were alloted to any one. As per the govt policy a sr citizen will be alloted with a lower birth in trains. I am attaching the copy of ticket booked by me.
                        I have an I'd in IRCTC. I am using this I'd since long and booked tickets for my journey. It was easy to get to IRCTC old version website. In New version booked tickets history is not showing. I am facing problem to reach to view booked tickets. Help me please

                          I have booked a ticket from howrah to new delhi on 12.06.2018 but due to some reasons
                          I cancelled the ticket having pnr no.[protected] from howrah to delhi on 12.06.2018. my refund status in irctc is showing refunded amount of rs.2710 by refund transaction id.[protected]. but my account is still not credited. let me know where are the funds and when it will be credited.

                            Train was diverted and when I reached my boarding station, then I came to know that train diverted and and nearest station was howrah from my station and it about 4 hours journey, and I had mentally disabled patient, and journey was at late night.
                            I discussed railways enquiry staff and he advised cancelled the ticket and I will get full amount
                            But when cancellation from counter, railways staff told me REFUND not showing how much amount refunded, may be full amount charges as cancellation.
                            Staff agreed that there may be some problem, he suggest me to come next day and discussed senior person, he also told me that counter staff is 12 days leave, I have come after that, then I ...

                              I booked ticket for new delhi to ferozepur today, for 8th july in 3rd tier ac by punjab mail according to availability. As money is deducted from my account but i didn't receive any kind of confirmation for my ticket. I checked in booking history but it is not showing me anything.
                              Its a emergency, i requested to resolve this problem and give me a positive confirmation for my train.

                                कालका मेल में चाय जरूर पीना चाहिए – जो साधारण भारतीय जनता को बेचा जाता है i रेल रेट है सात रूपया – किस चाय का? मगर यहाँ कालका मेल में कीमत है दस रूपए – जी हाँ दस रूपए!!
                                तीन घंटा पहले का ठंडा सफ़ेद मीठा पानी — कागज के कप में आधा डाल कर सबसे सस्ती कोई dip चाय बैग को “चाय” कहते हैं i कीमत दस रूपए i
                                बेचने वाला खुश होगा तो साथ में दो सस्ते बिस्किट भी मिलेंगे – अगर उसने नहीं दिया और आपने आधा कप ठन्डे पानी के साथ बिस्किट की मांग किया तो वह आँख तरेर कर कहेगा “ बिस्किट ख़तम है – पैसा दस रूपए ही लूँगा क्योंकि यह बिस्किट आपको free मिलता है – जो करना है कर लीजिये – हमारे मालिक को पता है कि आप कोई vip नहीं है i”
                                इस ट्रेन में डायबिटीज के वयस्क मरीज [ मै- 58 वर्ष, एकल महिला ] को बिना चीनी की चाय के लिए पांच - छः बोगी चलकर पैंट्री जाना पड़ता है – मालिक / मनेजेर वायदा करते हैं – “ आपकी सीट तक पंहुचा देंगे” और फिर वह भूल जाते हैं – स्पेशल चाय का फ्लास्क ले कर कर्मचारी सामने से बार बार गुजरते हैं – बुलाने पर उत्तर मिलता है “यह चाय tt लोगों का है” tt किधर हैं? Ac-2 में हैं और आप तो थर्ड क्लास ac में बैठे हैं – क्या करे बेचारे??
                                भोजन के बारे में अधिक समय आप लोगों का नहीं लेंगे – जो सादा veg thali पूरे देश में प्रत्येक स्टेशन प्लेटफार्म पर 50 रूपए में मिलता है वही भोजन ट्रेन के अंदर 120 रूपए से कम में नहीं मिलता – इस थाली में चार पांच पतले पनीर के टुकड़े मटर या चने के ऊपर रखे जाते हैं जो स्टेशन प्लेटफार्म के थाली में भी होते हैं i कोई हरी सब्जी नहीं होती न ही कोई सलाद, न दही न मिठाई i

                                  1. Ticket refund not received in account. Have already submitted bank statement as requested by IRCTC but no response since then.
                                  2. Failed transaction from UPI . Money deducted but no refund recieved.
                                  Customer care never replies.
                                  1st phone no. Out of service 2nd always busy
                                  Customer service says complaint on email, can't be verified on phone.

                                    I have booked a ticket from hwh
                                    To lko for kumbha express on 22/04/2018
                                    And date of journey was 23/04/2018
                                    For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                                    The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                                    For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                                    Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                                    Amount was not refunded yet.
                                    I am not sure what else i might be missing to
                                    Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

                                      I am registered user since last 5-6 years and was happy with user friendly services all the period. However, after new revamped system has been installed, we do not get access to other services like booked ticket history etc. Even login system is also not available on front page.
                                      I have booked one ticket from thane to pune on 23rd june. Ticket is confirmed but i haven't received sms. I can't view booked ticket history as well request to send again sms also.
                                      Irctc must address this issue on priority and make the access or login system user friendly. Pl also put a write up on how to access/use new system effectively.

                                        This is very shamefull and painful to say to irctc authority that i was cancel my rail ticket through irctc app on 18/05/18 and till now i have not received any refund in my sbi acctt. No. [protected]. The details are given below.
