I recently booked tickets through upi where my money got deducted but the ticket didn't get book. Irctc saying they didn't receive money and upi saying they successfully transferred they money to razorpay. Kindly refund my money.

    Money for irctcs e-ticket waiting list pnr no. [protected] has not been refunded. Which had w/l 29, w/l 30, w/l 31, w/l 31 and the date of journey was 09 june 2018. We had reservation in sleeper class from jasidih jn to barddhaman jn. The train name was jsme koaa pgs, train no. 53140. The fare was rs 440. After the chart was prepared the ticket was still in waiting list so we didn't boarded the train. And the money is still not refunded.

      In connection with the above it is brought to your kind notice that i have cancelled (On 10/[protected] the following retiring rooms at different
      Locations as per below mentioned details by online site of irctc retiring rooms:-

Please look into the matter arrange to do the needful.

        I complaint same issue to [protected]@irctc.co.in . they are reply to me same matter (matter ;- check your refund status ) again and again, but not try to resolve the issue ...what a responsibility

            Hi sir / madam, there is right information about 18520 from pune station. Always this train late. Last month may 28 same train too much late. No proper information from pune station. We are not getting information abt delay traund from your irctc. Please send train arrive correct time or delay details to passenger mobile number then we dont wait in railway station. Based delay time will come to station.

              I have my e ticket from jabalpur to yeshvantpur for journey date[protected] on dated[protected] second ac class. The charges rs. 1624.8 were deducted from my union bank account but i am unable get my e ticket nor pnr number from irctc web site. Even sms has not been received in my mobile number. Please help me to get my pnr number, e ticket and message in my mobile. If ticket is not booked then inform me or refund my amount.

                I dr shrawan kumar mangawa travel in chetak express train no. 12981 from delhi sarai rohilla station to ringus junction with my wife. I ask to tc for a vacant seat.
                He is in coach no a1. His name is vipin yadav as he told to me. I want to complain against him regarding his behaviour. He misbehave with my wife and me. He used sluggish language with me in the coach. He pull my collar and push me. I realy embrace with his behaviour.
                I request to you please enquire his behaviour otherwise i will coplaint to higher authorities asap.

                  During the booking ticket by irctc app after make payment balanced deducted from my account and ticket not booked written cause of failure razorpay not responding end. When i was called to irctc, said that goto bank branch after met through bank. Bank said payment complete. During booking the ticket l found that after otp given in the otp box clicked on make otp. Then irctc app again ask pin from me.

                    I have booked from ernakulam to udupi the money has been deducted from my bank but but the irctc website shows that it is pending from the bank i have neither got a message of refund nor booking has been completed i have been trying to contact irctc but they are helplines seems to be busy i have already sent an email but no one has responded to it.                       While booking tickets on 23/0618, two times transactions failed. Rs8500/-x2 have been debited from my bank account but tickets could not be booked stating failed transactions. My tarnsaction ids are:

                      So the total amount of Rs17000/- should be refunded to my account soon.
                      Why this is happening? I did not have such experience before. IRCTC should resolve this problem soon so that I can book the tickets. Since the booking has been failed for two times now I am scared to try again because money is debited from my account.

                          Pnr :- [protected] has rampurhat to howrah with sahid express the train has arrived at bolpur shantiniketan my tte has checked my tickit its ok so tte has no more talk but when i arrive at howrah to walt to travel my home at car again other tte has checked my tickit and say please show your id proof i have seed my id proof but tte has say it is false tickit you have charged a 1000 penalty so i asked why i payed the tte said if pay so are good another your are harasment... So i haved payed 500 rs cause i haved in a emergency so i requested please refund my penalty balance and step to of tte.. My contact number -[protected]

                            Everytime now i try logging in to irctc website & it keeps loading up the page & nothing comes up. I had no issues logging on to to the website before however not sure what they have done it, it's not loading the log in page. Let me tell u i have excellent network in my are &dont have any problem. Pathetic! Frustrating.
                            Please don't want any excuses like.. Please clear cache & cookie or u have network issues.
                            In addition to that i had to cancel a ticket & because i was unable to access log in page couldn't do it. Really frustrating
                            Just fix it asap.

                              I have purchased two e tickets pnr nos:[protected] and [protected] for my travel on 4.7.2018 and 5.07.2018 respectively. No sms came to my mobile and i want to print the e tickets to carry with me. But this new web site not showing any option for booked ticket history or print option. It is not customer friendly option as it was in the old website. Kindly send me either mail or sms which i can show on boarding the train.

                                There are just two trains for delhi from gurdaspur and the qualtiy of both the trains is pathetic. I m a student and traveling in these trains is the worst part. Today right after entering the coach me was able to see coackraches all over in the coach; and not only that the blankets, sheets, pillow and everything was stinky and dirty and even after complainting about it to the attendent and the helper no one took the responsibilty and ignored me on my face.
                                Train is going to reach amritsar but still the tt is not here to whom i can complaint about the same. Feeling really helpless.

                                  I can not go to Kolkata for health check up. In SSKM Hospital my patient, my son, Ani Prince had been appointed one year ago for MRI of Brain. But I am sorry to say that for the negligence of Indian Railway Department, I have to be deceived from getting MRI scan of brain of my son, Ani Prince, though, I had booked my ticket 17 days ago on 4th June, 2018. This is my country India for whom our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Damodardas Modi dreams of a digital India. But his dream will remain dream just for your negligence in duty. This is my deep grievance, i think, it will also be neglected and overlooked by you.

                                    My irctc user id is ramz5026 and my e wallet got expired and while trying to renew e wallet after providing details pan card no and name as on pan card site is not processing information, it is not taking me to next step. I have got 8k balance in wallet. I have mailed to irctc about the problem along with screen shot and i didn't got any reply. A month has passed and i'm still waiting for reply. Pease help me

                                      Dear concern officer, train no 11301 & 11302 udyan express all coach s are too old. No proper lighting seats are uncomfortable hence its not safe. Am traveling frequently from past 14 years in this train. Kindly take necessary action to provide safe and healthy journey... While sleeping train vibration getting more its not able to sleep... Most thing is heavy noice. I hope now a days ralway deparment responcing very quick. This is not dmall to correct in short period. But u can solve the issue. Thanks.. Belli

                                        Hello irctc,

                                        This very rude an unofficial behavior i have faced today by the indian railway government.

                                        They are making indians to work in digital environment or dependent on others with an indirect way of corruption.

                                        I needed to book ticket in tatkal from jalandhar to barddhaman, but the site was not at all working.

                                        Being a girl its not possible for me to stand in queue and book the tickets offline.
                                        And being a student, i was having training in college and wasn't sure when it will be ending so i have only one option left and that was the tatkal portal.
                                        The earlier irctc site used to work in an amazing way, but from the day when the site has been changed, it is creating problem for lot of students like us, but we can't help.

                                        I just don't understand the need of changing the site suddenly.
                                        Kindly go through this matter and change the portal as earlier or please make it available for everyone not for the booking agents only.
