I am an old customer of irctc and use to book my tickets on line. On 26th june 2018 when i opened the irctc i was surprised to see a new format where log in is not required. After selecting my booking preferences when i clicked book button then the log in page appeared and further booking was done easily. But there was no sms or e mail confirmation. I donot know how to cancel the ticket or to make changes to my profile. There is no guide/ tutorials. You should not make sudden changes without proper information and guidance. No update is available about this change in internet. Kindly provide details of how to operate the new system.

    I have booked 2 railway tickets through IRCTC mobile app but after the confirmation of payment page got blank for 15 min and my money got debited INR 721/- from my account but my ticket was not booked and when I was checked my account statement the I got remarks in narration column ''[protected]- PAYTMIRCTCECATERING'' and reference number not received on mail and transaction date is 01/07/2018. Train name is Devagiri Express from Kalyan to Nizamabad but still my money is not credit back so please arrange refund as soon as possible...

      I booked a dormitory at vskp vide pnr no [protected] on 14.6.2018. For 20.6.2018. Three (3) times my amount was deducted each rs. 155 /_ (155*3=465/-) but room not booked. On 26.6.2018 amount of rs.155 /-was credited in my account. Balance of the due amount rs 310 /- is not credited to my account till now. Please expedite mmediately

        Sir i was booking a ticket on irctc. While booking my ticket the money got deducted two times but ticket was not booked. It is now over 15 days and i am not satisfied with the effort irctc. Please help me as soon as possible.. I am giving pdf of my transaction.. Please help sir. My money was debited on 16/06/2018.
        By irctc mobile app. I have logged a complaints on irctc. But they do not have satisfactory reply. So i came across to u to solve my problem quickly i was booking my ticket through rupay debit card. User i'd of my irctc is priakku and ratneshgin
        The transaction amount was rs 920x4 transaction which was deducted. I am giving you the transaction details of my bank account.

          I was cancle my irctc ticket. And ticket also cancle through irctc. Irctc refund my money on 24th jun 2018. But monet is not transfer my account through your bank. Pleaze refund my money.               The food quality was miserable and it should be improved. It is not at all worth it. Also, i would like to know how can a real estate company provide catering services. Totally unacceptable. Please take some actions to better it. Also, when asked for complaint book it was delayed so that we can not raise this. I would like to know what action is taken.

                Hi support team,
                I have booked a tatkal ticket from cpr
                To dli for abadh assam exp express on 2nd may,
                2018 and date of journey was 1st may 2018.
                For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                Amount was not refunded yet.
                I am not sure what else i might be missing to
                Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

                      I'm currently travelling (1st july, 2018) in train no. 12504, humsafar express, coach b6, 3ac. It has departed from howrah at 12.40 pm. The air conditioner of this coach is not working properly and it has not been fixed despite several complaints raised to the worker. It's a 28 hours long journey and even more for some other passengers. This kind of inappropriate service does not justify the expenses we have spent for the ticket.
                      I request for prompt action to the authority.

                        Refund amount is not credited to my bank account although it's showing it is credited when i am checking refund status in cancelled ticket option on irctc app

                          I had booked a ticket from haridwar to varanasi for 19 june 2018 and train got late by 10 hours. The status of tdr showing cr repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much so i have filled the tdr little late. For some time i waited but it got more late so i filled tdr. Amount is not refunded and it showing cr repudiate.

                            Hi team,

                            While irctc has upgrade its website near june 2018. I was trying to correct my e-wallet registration and associating it with my aadhar card. However it did not accept the changes. So i de-registered e-wallet account and registered it back by paying inr rs 50 excluding service taxes. The wallet got renewed but somehow they suspended my irctc login account. Its a technical glitch from the site. As they should not have renewed my ewallet if the account status got suspend.
                            Now i am not able to do any transactions from irctc and nor able to get my refund back.
                            They have logged ticket id 553915 and had sent email for resolving shortly on 17th june 2018 but so far no reply from there concert team.

                            Kindly help me to get the resolution.

                            My registered email address and phone number are same as registered in this forum.

                              I had booked 03 ticket in train number 01093 in three tyre from mumbai central to lucknow.
                              It was suppose to reach at 20:40hrs but it reached in the morning at 02:30hrs almost 06hrs late.
                              I hard from the passenger that it's not the first time, it's happen every time, never reaches at proper time.
                              Requesting railway to note that passanger traveling from trains have plans to reach at specific time - for functions, interview etc.
                              Some may have plan to take flight from lucknow.
                              When trains get late, there are 100% chances that they might missed the flight.
                              Everyone keeps buffer of alleast of 2 to 3hrs but 6hrs are huge.
                              Tickets price are high, but kind of service is pathetic.
                              Food sold by pantry car was of low quality. Tea had water and sugar, milk were added for name.
                              Cleanliness was major issue, non of the staff turned up for cleaning the boogie, though i complained on the customer care sms system.
                              I got reply sorry this facility is not available in this train.
                              Note: sirf paise mat dekho, service bhi dekho.

                                I tried to contact the support of IRCTC but they dont reply on mails and the customer care phone number is the waste of time.
                                If you work on your words then please kindly look into this issue and reactivate my account.

                                  Senior Citizen & Physically challenged provide Upper & Middle Birth. I have tried to find at lease 2 lower birth for my Family for travel to Puri.
                                  Tried from IRCTC portal twice Transaction ID: [protected] & Transaction ID: [protected]. But IRCTC declined the booking saying Failure Reason: Choice of at least 1 lower berth not met . Not only that they have deducted RS 15, 580/- for this two transactions. I think they believe we have Money Printing Machine and sit with unlimited money to do this transactions.

                                  The matter not ends here. I still went to Railway Counter for this tickets. When I receive the tickets(PNR No - [protected]) I saw all tickets are confirmed with UPPER & MIDDLE BIRTH & they informing me that Birth Preference in not considered. There are 75 tickets still available and I was not provided with a single lower birth. Believe that. And the fallacy is will be again penalized to cancel this tickets @ Rs. 180 for AC 3 Tier/AC per ticket.

                                  again the same problem. I again tried to book tickets in different Train and faced the same issue.
                                  While booking for the third time I got the tickets but with wrong Births. I cancelled the tickets and IRCTC reducted Rs 720 for General Booking

                                    I booked tickets twice in waiting list and both times my tickets were cancelled in waiting list due to no seats available n they charged me 120/- (60*2) this is disgusting i want my money back. My pnr no is [protected] and [protected]. I need a full refund. This is always an issue with the railways why do they allow so many waiting lists if they are likely to get seats or make alternate arrangements i want my money back or i will take it much higher. Give me my money back
