Hi support team,
I have booked a ticket from anvt
To lko for anvt bju spl on 11th march,
2018 and date of journey was 11th march, 2018.
For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
Status was turned to cr registered, but the
Amount was not refunded yet.
I am not sure what else i might be missing to
Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i
Can do further or else you can drop a mail to [protected]@gmail.com

    I have booked the irctc tickets for 3 passengers & all of the tickets booking status was in waiting list at the time of booking. When the final chart got prepared only 1 ticket got confirmed & remaining 2 tickets got automatically cancelled as they were in waiting list. Its been more than 20 days, i'm still waiting for refund. Support staff is too low qualified to understand plain english & hindi language & dont have qualification to answer user queries. We have already requested tc to give non-travel certificate as 2 ticket already not got confirmed. But he refused to give it back as said that its not required. I want my refund for tickets which didn't got confirmed.. For reference purpose i'm attaching my irctc itinerary ticket. Also i had filed the tdr refund case has been registered with[protected] on[protected]:20:32.303 but still havent got any response & since staff is low qualified doesnt understand my query properly

      I and my husband are settled in hosur. My in-laws are refusing to remove my husband's name from family card. They r in nagercoil. We need to include our child's name in ration card. But my in laws are demanding a sum of 3 lakhs as dowry to remove my husband's name from their family card n to provide deletion certificate. Is their a possibility to get a ration card for our family?

        I recieved the below email from irctc.. But not recived the amount yet.
        Please expedite

        Dear customer,
        We wish to inform you that, with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 280.0 has been processed as per below details:
        Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:08-may-2018
        Refund processing date:10-may-2018
        Refund amount:280.0
        Refund reference no:[protected]
        Payment option used : paytm wallet

        Normally the banks take time to process refund in
        (I) for net - banking/wallets/cash cards transaction: 3-4 business days,
        (Ii) for credit card/debit card transaction: 6-7 business days

        Whenever I try to book a tatkal ticket. The IRCTC website just freezes before transaction page (for a minute) and when it come back to normal, all the ticket in all the trains are booked. This is not my internet issue( I have a 100Mbps plan with the fastest dns server) and it had happened more than 15 times(not a coincidence).

          Tatkal booking is a nightmare with irctc. Always error after deducting cash. An amount of about 11500 is pending in refunds to me. When will arctic give me the amount. I'm not getting cash from tree here.

          1. An amount of 3175 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 28 may 2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked/service not rendered.

          2. An amount of 3175 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 28 may 2018 will be refunded as your ticket could not be booked/service not rendered.

          3. Pnr : [protected] trn: 12270 doj:[protected], 2a, nzm - bza, pranoy gopal, tqwl 5, fare 4845/- didn't get confirmed even after chart preparation. I didn't get the refund for that too.

          4. Pnr [protected] ticket cancelled, amt 1105 will be refunded in your a/c within 3-4 days (Message received on 21st may). Didn't get the refund yet.

          These 4 refunds are yet to be credited in my account and i'm a common man. I need my cash back.

          Please do the needful

          Isn't there a provision to extend a sleeper ticket of island express(16526) in trivandrum mail, 12623? I took a ticket from chengannur to kazhakootam and trivandrum mail has stop only at pettah, which is after kazhakootam. Can i extend ticket till pettah?

          This is what we are getting service from Indian railway worst, very bad poor service

          Needs lot of improvement there is no sense of time management in Indian railway

Even my internet was working fine, and after successful payment, i was looking for my ticket in booked ticket history, but i did not find there anything. So i searched it in "my transaction" tab. I found this status message like this. "pending from bank end".

            What should i do now? Please help.

                I booked my tickets from irctc website and at that time 009 seats are available in sleeper (Tatkal) in 15657 kanchanjunga express so i booked my three seats and all my tickets get confirmed and i got seat number 104, 106 & 107 (Not exist) in d4 coach and because of that i had faced many difficulty in my journey.in second class settings the capacity of coach is 1-106 only then why irctc given me seat number 107. I want my money back for that reservation. And please take action in this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.

                    Today on dated wrong information train no.11303 and 12792 train arrival time on secunderabad station

                    This is very sad to say that irctc app is showing wrong information causes we are very trouble jouney from chandrapur to secunderabad, we have connected train from secuderabad - 11303 to toranagallu, your app was showing is 50 min late we suppose to miss the train as per your wrong information fortunately we reach there at last moment just before 1 minute, you people can not imagine how the family suffered and what are the mental losses, physical losses to common people, your government system is very hopeless tell the raiway minister seating in ac room just feel the pain of common man, you cannot understand the problem of common man. Dont think about bullet train plan first improve the existing system, send this message to railway minister and prime minister of india.

                      This is regarding the tdr filed for the pnr [protected]. The train was delayed by around 6 hrs. Due to which i travelled by bus. I filed a tdr but it is rejected saying that the passenger traveled as per the chart, but i did not travel on that date through train. Please look into this and provide my refund for this journey. Please see below the details:

                        Today i booked the ticket of 2 senior citizens for 17th june 2018 cstm to nagpur of duranto, however post booking the message was not received hence i called up customer care number and i explained them the entire story the customer care executive told me that the ticket has not been booked and hence i shall have re book the tickets. Based on the discussion i again booked the tickets where the confirmation sms was received. Post 3 hours both the tickets were reflected in the system. Now when i cancelled the first ticket my rs.487/-n were deducted which was not due my mistake. I have kept the screenshot of where it shows the failed transaction.

                        Please refund my rs. 487/- immediately.

                          I booked the ticket in paschim express pnr no is [protected]. Total pessagers are 6. After charting 5 tickets were waiting and 1 as rac. But no refund amount reflected in my account. Wait listed ticket is automatically cancelled and refund process is initiated as per my understanding. Means railway promised me to provided the birth and against the birth i paid amount to railway. But railway was unable to provide me the birth, then amount needs to be refunded as i paid for the seat which railwayno allocated to me.

                          Also want to bring your notice that the some of customer care on your site is not working on only one is working and its busy since long time. I am also not getting any help on call also through irctc. Below is my ticket details.

                            I'm highly unsatisfied with the services... Including ac, meals, staffl. I'm a traveller for duronto express mumbai hyd sector for past 5 years. Only change i can observe is the pricing increase and decline in services. There is no food being supplied to kids with no berth. Pathetic.
                            Inspite of no tipping instruction.. Everybody come asking for it.

                              I travelled via rajdhani express 12952 starting on 30th may from delhi to mumbai. My coach was b10. My pnr no. Was [protected].
                              My grievances:
                              Food served was stale.
                              I complained to the caterer, he changed paneer dish, but dahi provided again was stale. He refused to provide the fresh one. He also told me that dahi has been kept here for 2 days, it is not his problem that it has gone bad.
                              Not even me, other passengers were served stale food as well. Many didn't eat and slept hungry.
                              On demanding feedback form, same wasn't provided.
                              I asked for his superior, but he refused to entertain and told me that his superior doesn't like talking to passengers.
                              No grievance redressed by the railway staff.

                                  Hello sir/mam,
                                  I have two irctc account now, both has different email id and mobile number and they are one personal user id and another agent user id.

                                  My personal user id is old so i linked aadhar with this user id. Recently, i have created an agent id which i need to link aadhar.

                                  Problem is i sent too many mails jus they reply the same that the email id can be deactivated by their side. It is ok then deavtivate id. I confirm in reply to deactivate the id.

                                  They again sent me the same mail instead of deactivating the id.

                                  I have business. I need to use my agent id so i can not use it wihout aadhar linked. And they are not deactivating the account.

                                  Till they not deactivate the 'yogiraj180' id, i am not able to use my aadhar number with agent id.

                                  Thank you very much. I need solution.

                                    Ecr has convey this wrong info about my tdr on irctc. Becouse the passanger is my sister and i drop her by another train ganga gomti exp. On same date ar departure time is 6 pm.
                                    And i am filed tdr train was triveni exp whose correct departure time is 4:10pm but it is late more than 3 hr.
                                    You are giving me wrong info about passanger traver according to chart.
                                    Please correct it and refund my money.

                                        Hi, i found one bug. When user try to book a ticket of two person one is eligible for senior citizen and other is non senior citizen then its automatically booking ticket of general quota without giving any warning message about it.
                                        Step:
                                        1. Select senior citizen quota in select quota option.
                                        2. Add two traveler detail (One with age above 65 for male and other below 45 age male/female)
                                        3. Book the ticket
                                        4. At the end ticket is getting booked on general quota.
