I have booked a tatkal ticket from madurai to chennai on 18th march. While booking amount got deducted from my bank account, but ticket is not generated. I have immediately informed irctc customer care and sent mail to [protected]@irctc, and attached my bank statement copy, and all the details. I am following for past 2 months no response from irctc. Every time when i call they are telling to send mail, till now i have sent more than 15 emails. My user id marirs_85, ticket id:assigned ticket id [irctc #8655110], your email has been assigned ticket id:-185950
