I have cancel the irctc e-ticket online. My journey date is 12 may 2018 and i cancel the ticket 28 april 2018. After some days i have received email that irctc refund the amount to zaakpay pg but not my bank account. When i booked the ticket i pay through sbi net banking but they refund amount to zaakpay pg. I have email the irctc customer care but they dont respond. My ticket details are below..
