I cant understand why the tt of this train are behaving with the passenger so rudely
. I m travelling from rameswaram to chidambaram. Unfortunately my tickect got on waiting. As i took the tickets from counter i can travel in train. I said the same thing to tt but he said u go and seat down u are not allowed here. Seriously if you cant help someone please dont offened like this to someone
Govt. Should take some serious action towards this kind of antisocial activities

    I had two failed transaction with irctc where the amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not booked on 16 may 2018. But till now i have not received any information for the refund. Below are the information about failed transaction. I request you to initiate the refund process.

      Dear sir, I am Siddaling Kattimani.
      I cancelled my train ticket on 27.04.2018 containing PNR no. [protected] but still refund amount not credited to my SBI account.
      In irctc website it's showing that refunded but in account it's not credited.
      Kindly do credit in account as early as possible.

      Sir I'm urgently need amount so
      Please credit my refund amount very soon sir.
      So I waiting for your credit to my bank account.

        Hi sir,

        I have forgotten my irctc user id that is linked to my email id: [protected]@gmail.com

        I tried creating new user id but it is not allowing me to do so saying that email and phone number already exists.

        I have used my user id very long back. So i am unable to remember my user id. Your help is greatly appreciated.

        Could you please send my user id to my email as soon as possible.

          Dear sir/madam,

          The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore i am not able to log-in into the irctc website when i am trying to book the railway ticket.
          How ever when i am trying to book air ticket with some user id and password it’s working absolutely fine.

          Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as i have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

            I have booked a tatkal ticket from madurai to chennai on 18th march. While booking amount got deducted from my bank account, but ticket is not generated. I have immediately informed irctc customer care and sent mail to [protected]@irctc, and attached my bank statement copy, and all the details. I am following for past 2 months no response from irctc. Every time when i call they are telling to send mail, till now i have sent more than 15 emails. My user id marirs_85, ticket id:assigned ticket id [irctc #8655110], your email has been assigned ticket id:-185950

              I did online reservation in irctc and paid money through paytm wallet, the amount has been deducted and ticket is not confirmed. But i did not get the money back. I complained to paytm customer care and they say that, it is not their fault.

              I tried my best, but im afraid that my 1782rs. Will be lost. Please do kindly check out the details and refund my money back. I don't know how to contact with irctc.

                I tried to book tickets on may 11, 2018 from nzm to pune in train number 12494.
                I booked the tickets two times and it failed both of the times with deduction of rs 2925 from my account.

                2nd transaction id: [protected]

                Its been more than a week and the amount has not been refunded.
                Look into the matter quickly as 6000 rs is not a small amount.
                I'm very disappointed with the services provided by the irctc website.
                I'm not likely to book any more tickets through the website.

                I want my money refunded as quickly as possible so that i can carry on with my daily work without any tension of this meaningless problem.

                But the counter staff told that the rooms are used with pesticides to prevent 'mootta'
                so only get non AC room

                The room and toilet are very bad condition

                Behind the pillow we can see a under garment of somebody

                  I was trying to book a Railway ticket on 5/19/18 using my CITI Bank debit card, but I was not successful 3 times, and all those 3 transactions were declined. However, The amount got deducted from the my CITI bank account. Received messages from the IRCTC that the amount would be refunded as the ticket was not booked.
                  After that I checked my account there was a reduction of RS. 10, 140.
                  I am trying to calling IRCTC helpline number but there is no response.
                  what should I do?
                  Please help me.

                    Dear sir/mam,

                    I am continuously mailing at [protected]@irctc.co.in but this mail id is not able to generate ticket id for my complaint. I contacted irctc customer care they ask me to change my email id and activate the same with OTP, i did the same and mailed you with my fresh mail id but then also your system is not generating an ticket id..due to this non generation of ticket id i am not able to get my refund amount which is pending from 11 days.

                    Kindly look into the matter.

                      I booked a Tatkal ticket on line on 06/05/18, with PNR no [protected] via payment gateway PAYTM. Due to some system fault I paid thrice for the same ticket of amount RS 1080/. Till date I have not received any refund. Please refund me the balance of RS 2160/ at the earliest.

                      I Pritha Pandit booked a ticket on 23 March, 2018 April, PNR No .[[protected]], date of journey 10 Apr, 2018, due the some reason I cancelled the ticket on 04 Apr, 2018 cancellation id : [protected], but I did not get my refund amount still now. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
                      This is the second time am facing this problem. When ₹10 coin is given the vendors do not accept it.A few months back I wrote a complaint in the complaint book but I feel the matter was not looked into. As ₹10/- coin is still valid by govt.of India please give necessary instruction to Pantry staff and vendors to accept the same at the earliest.

                          My pnr tickets cancelled but i don't get my money to my bank credited. Kindly provide the amount into my bank immediately as it is already very delayed. Pnr numbers are [protected] & [protected]. It was booked online irctc website and moreover on website it is showing that it refunded but it doesn't reflect in my account. Kindly look into the matter. It is first experience with irctc that amount not come to account till 10 days passed.

                            I am travel on 21/5/2018 thane to kankawali in 12051 janshtabdi express. I told ticket counter for give me 12051 janshtabdi express ticket from thane to chiplun he give me normal express ticket. I have chiplun to kankawali confirm ticket. I am travel with this and tt check out the ticket and fine me with 305/- for without ticket.in this whose fault.
                            Sir if i told he to give janshtabdi express ticket then how will he give me normal ticket and after he didn't get back. So i have no chance to change it. Tt also not shown any interest towards this.

                              Booked a ticket payment is done but yet confirmation is not received..
                              Status is showing that pending from bank end..

                                Refund not received even after doing all the procedure told by irctc customer help line (Mailing with passbook pdf) and its been15 days since complain and now irctc customer executive saying they can't do anything regarding this and they are saying to file *tdr* which is not possible in my case, refund amount is 3270 rupees.

                                So i request the concerned authority to look into my matter

                                  I booked two tickets from gaya jn to new delhi, in rajdhani express and payment was done through paytm which shows payment was successful. But in fact tickets could not be booked. When i click on my 'last transaction' it shows 'pending from bank end' but when i go to tag 'failed transaction' it shows 'failed'. Now problem is only two tickets are left and i am in a fix that when it is surely failed or the status can turn in to 'successful'. Should i book tickets afresh or should i wait for final status of previous booking. My transaction no. Was [protected] and amount was rs. 7420/-, date of booking 20.05.2018

                                    We have strongly disagree of your seat allocation technique. We have faced problem of your seat allocation technique. First two passenger have allocated seat in s6 and last one female passenger have allocated seat in s3. Due to this we faced problem.

                                      As on 2 january 2018 pnr [protected] train no12427 pritu singh not travel only rajjan singh travel because train is late for 40 hours and am file the tdr against pritu singh am following the case from january on words first they said refund will initiate in 90 days then said mail on irctc now they said no money is refunded [protected]i call alot of time in this customer care no but always they said service issues call after 2 hours and then disconnect the call i need my money back.

                                        I booked a ticket from irctc rs.240, paid through paytm wallet but ticket not booked and same amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet..
