Hi,
I am getting "You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address" even before selecting passengers. Also i never booked any tatkal or general tickets from my home connection. This happens me a lot and getting irritated of this error.
I booked two RAC tickets through IRCTC app.PNR no. - [protected]. On that time the status of two tickets were RAC 94 and 95.But when the tickets were confirmed the seats were alloted in coach S4 having 31 and 63 as berth numbers . So my question is why to allot berth in two distant position . I am facing so much difficulty with all this .

    I was booking a tatkal ticket for the amount Rs 385 on[protected] for the journey from Lucknow NR to Chirgaon but the ticket was not booked and the amount was debited twice from the bank account.I request you to look into the matter and refund the money back to the account.

      Today is 23rd May2018, the last date of Renewal of my e wallet account but when i click on renew it ask me for PAN No. and first name which i enter correctly but as soon as i click on Renew, i get logged out from the website and i have to again login.
      i have contacted to the customer care also @ [protected] but they told me to send email about the problem at [protected]@irctc.co.in, which i have done, but no action taken. i again contacted the customer care but i got the same answer, i request you to please do the needful my account details are as below.

          I booked a ticket through irctc on 6th feb 2018 using your payment gateway with transaction no. Being [protected] and the same ticket i cancelled on 13th may 2018 and the refund was to bank name zaakpay pg and its refund id was [protected] with amount of 2865 rupees. But still you haven't refunded the amount to my account.
          I request you to please sort this problem.

            Hi,

            Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 1530 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The messagew recived from my bank as below:

            Dear customer, you have paid rs. 1530.00 using paytm rupay debit card at irctc paytm mumbai mhin on[protected] at 17:58:32. Updated balance: 892.88.
            In case o[censored]nauthorized use, block your card immediately.

            I did my transaction on 4th may to book a ticket but that transaction fail and the money has been debited from my account. Till now i did not receive my money back.

              I cant understand why the tt of this train are behaving with the passenger so rudely
              . I m travelling from rameswaram to chidambaram. Unfortunately my tickect got on waiting. As i took the tickets from counter i can travel in train. I said the same thing to tt but he said u go and seat down u are not allowed here. Seriously if you cant help someone please dont offened like this to someone

                I had two failed transaction with irctc where the amount has been deducted from my account but ticket not booked on 16 may 2018. But till now i have not received any information for the refund. Below are the information about failed transaction. I request you to initiate the refund process.

                  In irctc website it's showing that refunded but in account it's not credited.
                  Kindly do credit in account as early as possible.

                    I tried creating new user id but it is not allowing me to do so saying that email and phone number already exists.

                    I have used my user id very long back. So i am unable to remember my user id. Your help is greatly appreciated.

                      The website is not sending mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore i am not able to log-in into the irctc website when i am trying to book the railway ticket.
                      How ever when i am trying to book air ticket with some user id and password it’s working absolutely fine.

                      Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as i have to take printouts of my booked tickets and make another online booking.

                        I have booked a tatkal ticket from madurai to chennai on 18th march. While booking amount got deducted from my bank account, but ticket is not generated. I have immediately informed irctc customer care and sent mail to [protected]@irctc, and attached my bank statement copy, and all the details. I am following for past 2 months no response from irctc. Every time when i call they are telling to send mail, till now i have sent more than 15 emails.                           I did online reservation in irctc and paid money through paytm wallet, the amount has been deducted and ticket is not confirmed. But i did not get the money back. I complained to paytm customer care and they say that, it is not their fault.

                          I tried my best, but im afraid that my 1782rs. Will be lost. Please do kindly check out the details and refund my money back. I don't know how to contact with irctc.

                            I tried to book tickets on may 11, 2018 from nzm to pune in train number 12494.
                            I booked the tickets two times and it failed both of the times with deduction of rs 2925 from my account.

                            Its been more than a week and the amount has not been refunded.
                            Look into the matter quickly as 6000 rs is not a small amount.
                            I'm very disappointed with the services provided by the irctc website.
                            I'm not likely to book any more tickets through the website.

                            I want my money refunded as quickly as possible so that i can carry on with my daily work without any tension of this meaningless problem.

                              I was trying to book a Railway ticket on 5/19/18 using my CITI Bank debit card, but I was not successful 3 times, and all those 3 transactions were declined. However, The amount got deducted from the my CITI bank account. Received messages from the IRCTC that the amount would be refunded as the ticket was not booked.
                              After that I checked my account there was a reduction of RS. 10, 140.
                              I am trying to calling IRCTC helpline number but there is no response.
                              what should I do?

I contacted irctc customer care they ask me to change my email id and activate the same with OTP, i did the same and mailed you with my fresh mail id but then also your system is not generating an ticket id..due to this non generation of ticket id i am not able to get my refund amount which is pending from 11 days.

                                      My pnr tickets cancelled but i don't get my money to my bank credited. Kindly provide the amount into my bank immediately as it is already very delayed. I told ticket counter for give me 12051 janshtabdi express ticket from thane to chiplun he give me normal express ticket. I have chiplun to kankawali confirm ticket.
