I had booked a ticket (of Rs 3425) having PNR No: [protected] on Suvidha Train with train number/Name 82642/KCVL GHY SUVIDHA from Kottayam to Guwahati on 21st May 2017.

But the train was delayed by 36hrs. So when I contacted the customer care for cancellation of the ticket, he told me to file TDR, but later I received an email that refund can't be made for Suvidha Train without giving the proper explanation.

Now I want my refund back. Please do the needful as it been one year. I am enclosing the communication made with IRCTC.

    I booked a ac 2 sleeper ticket by amritha exp. For journey from trivandrum central to palakkad pnr no.[protected]train no.16343 w/l 13 and 14. Could not cancel it despite several attempts. I want refund to be credited to my bank account. Now that the window of irctc does not open i feel insecure that my fare will be lost. The names of passengers are: ramaswamy thanu 84, mrs. Bala ramaswamy 74

      We have purchased 13 bottle of water @20per bottle
      In in pawan express (11061) but 1 ltr. Water bottle actual price is printed on
      Bottle rs.15/bottle, we told to sales man but he has not given water in printed price
      Then we talk to canteen incharge (Mr. Guddu kumar shah) but he has not taken any action so please help me.

        Hi team,

        Please be informed that i cancelled my ticket with pnr: [protected] and [protected] on 4/5/18 however till now i haven't received any refund amount.
        I booked the tickets through debit card, but as per their mail they said they would refund in paytm wallet.
        It's been more than 12 days there is no response to my mail at [protected]@irctc and whenever i call they always give the # answer due to technical issue they cannot check the details.
        My question are:

        Why my refund is not credited?
        Why they are saying they would return in paytm wallet when i booked through debit card?
        Why they are not replying to my mail??
        Why this much of technical issue occurs in the irctc, specially when u call?
        Why after getting connected to customer care they are disconnecting the call??

        Please help me.

          Sir i have booked tickets which were in waiting list till chart preparations.
          Today i have received 150 rs as refund which is far less then actual amount that's rs 450.
          Please make full refund

            I am traveling from guwahati to new jalpaiguri by rajdhani express, train no. 12423 by pnr no.[protected] on 17.05.2018.
            As per my knowledge we are paying for the services charges also while taking the ticket for rajdhani express.
            But i feel ashamed when i experienced that theservice boys are seeking bakshish (Asking money) from every passengers for their services.
            I think they were paid by the contractors of railway catering services.
            Please take action against them, it is a very shameful issue.
            Why should we pay extra.

              This is to complaint about train no. 12245- howrah-yesvantpur duronto express-
              1. The coach number b4 is in a horrible condition, with nails sticking out from the berth, making it impossible to lie down.
              2. Water continuously drips from the ac, due to which four passengers fell down, out of which 3 were senior citizens.
              3. On asking the cleaner to call for the mechanic, he said such problems will not be solved on journey.
              4. It was also mentioned that complaints in complain book is never accepted, and the page is torn off once the passenger writes in the same.
              5. I would also bring to your notice that the attendant was not available during the whole process, and later had come to say no one told me about it.

              Such a horrible travel experience was never expected. I would be grateful if you do the needful for the above problems.

                  Ticket has been auto cancelled by irctc, and i check the status of payment it shows as "amount sent to bank" (Payumpp). But amount has not been credited to my bank account.

                    I have cancel the irctc e-ticket online. My journey date is 12 may 2018 and i cancel the ticket 28 april 2018. After some days i have received email that irctc refund the amount to zaakpay pg but not my bank account. When i booked the ticket i pay through sbi net banking but they refund amount to zaakpay pg. I have email the irctc customer care but they dont respond. My ticket details are below..

                      I have booked a ticket to new delhi from bettiah on 25 apr 2018. Due to train delays i have cancelled the ticket on 26 apr 2018. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, and in the cancelled ticket option it is showing (Still) "sent for refund" but amount still not refunded back to the account. I have contacted to the irctc customer care many times, but could not get any reply.

                      What should i do to get the money back?

                      Kindly help me the needful things.

                        I have tried to book a train ticket from and it was not reserved, but cash got debited from my account.
                        Transaction id: [protected]. Transaction details shows that pending from bank end. This is for the second time happening like this. While booking for tatkal tickets irctc website seems to be very slow now a days and note getting access to the account sometimes.

                          10 may 2018 i book tickets but transactions are failed regarding refund not received. Response received by them that it is already granted & we need to chek it with our bank. When i contacted bank of baroda, manager told me that refund is not received by them yet ticket details given below please solve my issue urgently.

                            I have booked railway ticket for the journey form chalakudi to calicut on 13 th april 2018 with pnr number [protected] for train number16307 through irctc web site for 2 person (160 rupees)
                            Ticket was under waiting list and never confirmed.
                            So after chart preparation the ticket was automatically canceler by railway.
                            They only reimburse 40 rupees instead of 160 rupees and i forced to take new ticket for the passenger.
                            Railway is looting the people on waiting list ticket.
                            Please take necessary steps to stop this.

                              Dear Sir,

                              I have requested the TDR for the PNR No.: [protected]. And I received the mail regarding rejection of TDR as the passenger has travelled as per the chart which is completely wrong. I haven't boarded the train. Either the ticket collector has not checked properly or is not doing the duty properly in trains getting late.

                              I request you to kindly reopen the TDR and also put an inquiry into it.

                              On the same day same time I took another train with PNR No.: [protected]. How the same person can travel in two trains at the same time. I am attaching the ticket snapshot.

                                  While booking my ticket thro. Irctc website on 1st may2018 from rajdhani express for karwar to h. Nizamuddin (Date of journey[protected] transaction was failed but amount of rs.3365/ was immeditely deducted
                                  From my account just after clicking'submit' (After completing all payment formalties thro. Debit card) without generating pnr number. Inspite of clear
                                  Statement in irctc website that in case of failed transaction refund will automatically be credited within 3-4 working days, my refund of rs 3365/ not yet been credited in my account. Kindly look into it &arrange to send it at the earliest.

                                    I happened to travel in rajadhani express yesterday pnr:[protected], trn:12432, doj:14-05-18, 3a
                                    B5 30, b5 31,
                                    Fare:6360
                                    An awful experience it was.
                                    Charging 6360 for 3rd a/c ticket and giving such a bad service is condemnable
                                    The food served was stale
                                    The quality of everything served was pathetic
                                    The blanket n sheet provided were damp
                                    And most importantly the toilets were extremely dirty
                                    It seems as if the toilets weren’t cleaned for months
                                    There was no water in the washroom
                                    My fellow passengers conveyed their dissatisfaction to the tt, as well as called up the canteen manager and wrote a negative feedback in his feedback book

                                    I would request the concerned authority to look up to the matter seriously and do the needful

                                    जयपुर रेलवे स्टेशन पर मैने एक रेल नीर की बोत्तल खरीदी । स्टेशन ठेला केंटीन वाले ने ऊपर ठेले में नई बोत्तल सजा रखी और मैने मांगी तब नीचे बर्फ के कैरट से एक बोत्तल मुझे दी ।
                                    जो कि बिना सील पैक थी और साथ ही पीने पर पता चला यह सादा मोरा पानी है ।
                                    मेने बोत्तल बदलने को कहा तो मन कर दिया

                                      Please change the name of veg biryani the worst food we have ever eaten it was very bad and not even good. Many passengers including us threw the food
                                      They name it veg biriyani but its just tomato rice.

                                      Food is very very bad is giving tomato rice is taking 60 rupees its not worth 60 rupees

                                      You can take 70 or 80 please give good food for passengers

                                      Irctc food service is very very bad
