SIR,

I have booked 4tickets from IRCTC website through ID Pratik khare.The details of tickets are :
1) from jabalpur to kalupur ( transaction ID[protected])

I cancelled the tickets but didnt receive refund in my SBI bank, now IRCTC refunded the amount to paytm bank instead of my SBI bank through which have booked my tickets.

Please TRANSFER MY AMOUNT TO SBI bank ( source from where payment is deducted).

IRCTC can track the refund amount through this registered mobile no. of IRCTC [[protected]] and IRCTC id Pratik khare

    Dear sir,

    This is related to above subject matter that i have filed tdr on 28 april 2018 as our train was late for more than 3 hrs and i have not travelled by that train. My pnr no. Was [protected].
    I have checked on the link about the status of tdr file which has been sent by irctc care, i am shocked to see that my tdr refund status was repudiated without any valid reason mention. And let me clearly tell you that the train was late that why i have filed tdr. My heard earned money of rs.1510 was not refunded by irctc as i am eligible as per tdr filing rules.

      Hi,

      I have tried to book tickets but the transaction failed. Transaction id is [protected]. I have written multiple emails to irctc but no concrete responses for last 4 months.
      Latest ticket # is 8463279. Earlier and related tickets opened are : #8603627, #8533847

      Please give me rs. 6510 back to my account. I am a senior citizen and no income.

      I cancelled my 2 tickets on 13th May in IRCTC website. In IRCTC it is shown as refunded ur amount to ur bank on 14 th May. IRCTC gives me Reference number, Refund date, Refund amount, Refund ID and Bank Refund Transaction ID. But till I am not received my amount. Pl give ur valuable suggestion.

        I have filed tdr for the train number 13308. I have booked 3rd ac ticket in 13308 for the journey on may 20, 2018 from shg to dhn, but the ac of the coach was not working from the source station (Firojpur cantt) and also train was late by more than 16 hours. So i filed tdr under ac failure and it is showing cr registered in my account, but till yet i did not get refund.

          On 01.03.2018, i had some failure flight transaction id's, i. E, [protected], [protected], [protected] of irctc e-ticketing. It was a ticket from kolkata to agartala, amounting rs.6, 184/-. After deduction of the same amount from my icici bank account, no information delivered to my e-mail. After several complain and submission of my bank statement on 06.04.2018, i only got false assurance from irctc e - ticketing portal. So, i am complaining in this consumer court.
          Secondly, another failure transaction id - [protected] is also not returned to me, amounting rs.1, 654/-, booked on18.05.2018, from agartala to kolkata.

          there are two lady along with child. they are demanding for two bed kit. They have been provided only one bed kit. and overall they have been told that RAC passengers are not allowed to get these services.
          Ac is not working in B-12 coach of champaran humsafer (15706). my father Mr. K.B Tripathi (retd. Senior inspector from legal metrology)is travelling today & he is suffocating due to dis problm. Pls take appropriate action so dt ac can work asap.
          Air conditioner not working in wl13 coach
          I cancelled my booked tickets on 11th May 2018, After the period of 10-11 days I am still not be able to receive my cancellation amount as the mail received from irctc clearly stated that You will get your refund amount & cancellation money within 5-6 days...
          This is very casual approach of irctc towards Customers...Need to improve this policy.

            Hi support team,
            I have booked a tatkal ticket from koaa
            To pnbe for koaa lko special on 05th may'2018 and date of journey was 08th may'2018.
            For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
            The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
            For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
            Status was turned to cr registered, but the
            Amount was not refunded yet.
            I am not sure what else i might be missing to
            Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

                Sl class compartment is completely outnumbered with more than 200 peoples per bogie. Sl compartment has 72 berths and is reserved. I have booked 23-may-18 journey in train 12835 hatia - yeshwanthpur sf exp boarding from tpty to ypr. Already train ran late by 1:45 min, so we are waiting for the train and attempted boarding upon late arrival only by 23:45. We are shocked to see no one allowed us to get into our s4 compartment, as it was over crowded with unreserved people. With female senior citizen (70yrs age), my wife (34 yrs) and my kid (8 yrs) and luggages, it became nightmare to even enter into the train, as no one gave us way to get in itself. Second shocker came when i saw atleast 4-5 rude peoples already have occupied in each berth of the train, not ready to even occupy our reserved seats. Even efforts by ttr is also of no great use. It was a harrasing experience in spite of reserving tickets 2 month before and not getting our reserved berths for night journey too. Finally we inspite of booking 4 berths travelled in 3 berths; my elderly mom did not even got way to go rest room and was suffering like anything. Really wonder what is the use of going in reserved compartment, where it is like a unreserved compartment, and ttr claiming like he has put fines for everyone and cannot do further.in a compartment alloted for 72 passengers, how it is permitted to travel for more than 200 passengers; seriously speaking govt, makes money by issuing tickets, putting fine, but what is the use of travelling in highly discomforted and in secure way.

                Really would any one come for our rescue, scared to travel in train even in reserved compartments. Will we get justice... Or will this be continuing, with govt bothering only for revenue, but not about passengers discomfort and illegal travel by open ticket passengers over crowding even in reserved comparments.

                Is there any solution to this continuing harrasement in trains.

                No reply from IRCTC for similar email complaint. What would be the resolution for this.
                If in groups, are they empowered to invade any reserved compartments with unreserved tickets... Requires clarification

                    Hi this is to bring to your notice the massive fraud being done in indian railways. We booked a ticket counter ticket for delhi ti hyderabad. Pnr [protected]. Chart git prepared at 3 am and it was waiting listed ticket. When we went to counter irctc said rs 0 refund.
                    So i soulf like to know for what was i charged by indian railways. How much money in total has railways accumulated under this section and for what service.

                      My tatkal ticket pnr no [protected] get automatically cancelled on 29-4-18 intimated by sms & amt of rs 5170 refund in my account from which ticket was booked. I have sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in (Ticket id - 168342) they always tell me to wait 2-3 days. It has been 20 days.
                      Till now i have not got my refund of amt rs.5170/-
                      You are requested to please expedite the process or i will have to go to higher authority.

                            On sunday 20th, we travelled from nilgris express, cbe. At that time we purchased 1 banana chips packet, and 2 chapathi parcel from irctc cbe. When we opened the parcel and started to eat, the food was spoiled. Then v thrown outside. No quality,... Totally disappointed.. My son 1 1/2 years old had chips. After 2 or 3 hours, he had food poison.. I kindly request irctc to take necessary actions against from irctc cbe. Check whether they cooking properly.

                              Hi,
                              I am getting "You are permitted only 2 Tatkal Tickets between 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM per IP Address" even before selecting passengers. Also i never booked any tatkal or general tickets from my home connection. This happens me a lot and getting irritated of this error.
                              I booked two RAC tickets through IRCTC app.PNR no. - [protected]. On that time the status of two tickets were RAC 94 and 95.But when the tickets were confirmed the seats were alloted in coach S4 having 31 and 63 as berth numbers . So my question is why to allot berth in two distant position . I am facing so much difficulty with all this .

                                I was booking a tatkal ticket for the amount Rs 385 on[protected] for the journey from Lucknow NR to Chirgaon but the ticket was not booked and the amount was debited twice from the bank account.I request you to look into the matter and refund the money back to the account.

                                      I booked a ticket through irctc on 6th feb 2018 using your payment gateway with transaction no. Being [protected] and the same ticket i cancelled on 13th may 2018 and the refund was to bank name zaakpay pg and its refund id was [protected] with amount of 2865 rupees. But still you haven't refunded the amount to my account.
                                      I request you to please sort this problem.

                                        Hi,

                                        Booked ticket on irctc using razor pay amount debited inr 1530 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i inquired at my bank and they confirmed that money has been debited and there is no problem at bank end. Irctc anyway unable to sya anything as their system is always problematic. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to book new ticket nor i am able to get the status of the booking. The messagew recived from my bank as below:

                                        Dear customer, you have paid rs. 1530.00 using paytm rupay debit card at irctc paytm mumbai mhin on[protected] at 17:58:32. Updated balance: 892.88.
                                        In case o[censored]nauthorized use, block your card immediately.
                                        Queries? Write to us at http://m.p-y.tm/care

                                        I did my transaction on 4th may to book a ticket but that transaction fail and the money has been debited from my account. Till now i did not receive my money back.
