We have strongly disagree of your seat allocation technique. We have faced problem of your seat allocation technique. First two passenger have allocated seat in s6 and last one female passenger have allocated seat in s3. Due to this we faced problem.
I request you to solve this type o[censored]nfair seat allocation technique. And we hope next time not faced this type issue.

    As on 2 january 2018 pnr [protected] train no12427 pritu singh not travel only rajjan singh travel because train is late for 40 hours and am file the tdr against pritu singh am following the case from january on words first they said refund will initiate in 90 days then said mail on irctc now they said no money is refunded [protected]i call alot of time in this customer care no but always they said service issues call after 2 hours and then disconnect the call i need my money back.

      I booked a ticket from irctc rs.240, paid through paytm wallet but ticket not booked and same amount has been deducted from my paytm wallet..

      Showing_ pending from the bank end _
      Irctc customer care service isn't convenient, there employees not corporative
      And suggesting use paytm customer service and same response from them as well..

        I was traveling from mumbai to howrah by howrah mail superfast express (12809), i ordered regular veg meal for lunch but was shocked that i was charged rs90 but according to irctc food catering chart it's only cost rs50. Even after getting the meal curd and water bottle was missing and they didn't even provide. The quality of food was pathetic and tasteless. Standard of rice was very bad looks like 3rd class quality. Even though they provide two types vegetables but chappati were missing too. And after enquiring and showing the irctc menu they said we provide you two types of veggies and lit bit more rice so that adds upto 90 rupees. So plz looks into this case and act on pantry vendors.

          I have added 2000 amount into my e-wallet, while trying to do tatkal tkt, it was asking me transaction password, some time ago may be i have registered into e-wallet, whose password i have forgetten, when trying to click forgot transaction password from my profile, i am not getting otp to the registered mobile number.

          Please help, its been more than 3 weeks,

            I booked ticket through irctc on 18.04.18 and transaction got got failed due to some technical glitch.in irctc site it shows that your amount was already refunded in paytmg but paytmg not credit in my account. It is already more than one months is passed.

              Dear sir we have booked a tatkal railway ticket through irctc, unfortunately pnr generated with one confirm ticket and other one in wait list. The second pax ticket was not confirmed at the time of chart preparation. Immediately i file tdr (Well before time limit) for full refund under reason for tdr: 'party partially confirmed/wait-listed and all passengers did not travel'. Today i came to know that south central railway repudiate the tdr giving reason that 'more than one reason'. This is totally unfair of indian railway and it is also simply understandable how two person travel a long distance in one ticket in allotted side upper birth. Other details are :

                      When i boarded this train from dadar, the seats in my coach were all dirty, each one was cleaning and complaining about irctc services. So on behalf of all of them, i am raising this concern.
                      Please improve your services. Next time before booking, sandly i have to think twice.

                        Sir my self deepak travelling in rajdhani train no. 12244 all menu has been really change or here only going something wrong.
                        1.in lunch in place of toor daal they provide black daal and in desert sweet in place of ice cream or gulab jamum they provide one cup of hand made kheer.
                        2.in evening breakfast in place of providing sohn papdi cup as sweet they provide one sugar candy type one piece, no namkeen provided and hand made tea provided with only one samosa one sandwich,
                        After asking from catering maneger the told menu has been changed.
                        As the told his company name is vrindavan caterer and maneger name is mrs. Pradeep singh.
                        Kindly take necessary and immediate action because service is really very pathetic.

                          I have booked 1 ticket on 04.05.2018 in tatkal through irctc. But the booking status is tqwl/8 and i have cancelled the ticket. Total ticket cost is 2175.00 and total refund amount is 2110.00.
                          But refund amount is not received in my bank a/c.
                          Request you to kindly resolve this as soon a possible.

                            Inspite of paying the 2nd AC fare charges the facility and hygienic condition of coach A1 of train no 15065 (Gorakhpur Panvel Exp.)is very pathetic. There is no water supply and cleaning in any toilet since Jhansi.

                            Even after asking the complaint book from onboard coach TTE and coach tender, they are not providing the same.
                            Some pics are attached for your perusal and you can imagine the actual scenario of the coach.
                            It is shameful for IRCTC to maintaing the condition of second AC coach.

                              I booked four tickets on irctc.co in tickets on 17th may and had to cancel them.
                              I got a message that the money will be refunded but i still have not got it. The status of refund shows that it is done. The bank name was PAYUMPP.
                              I need to get refund of Rs. 1200
                              Attached witb this are the screenshots of the messages i got along with the transaction ID of each done.
                              Kindly look into the matter and refund the money as soon as possible.

                                Train no. - 12187 jabalpur mumbai garib rath
                                Boarding station - jabalpur
                                Reservation / journey upto - mumbai.

                                Waitlisted window ticket canceled online on 14th may for jabalpur garib rath train.

                                My younger brother reached prs counter for the refund at 7.50 pm on the same day, 20 mins after the departure of the train.

                                He was denied refund by saying that no refund is given after departure of the train.

                                Got a revert of a tweet to drm in this case as "as per rule web cancel ticket will be refunded within 3 hrs after actual departure of train in same location."

                                If the refund is given even after 3hrs after departure then why we were not given a refund.

                                We have canceled the ticket more than 4 hours before train departure and reached to collect refund 20 mins after train departure but still, we were denied refund on a canceled waitlisted ticket.

                                Please register this as my complaint against indian railways.

                                  First of all i have to say that please make your customer care service better... I was trying to call on irctc customer care number they are busy all the time 24 hours... [protected] & [protected] both the number are busy every time...139 are showing technical error. I had cancelled my ticket on 11th may.. But still my payment not credited to my account... How i can contact with the irctc customer care.. This is third time i facing this problem... When will you make it better.. Why are you providing us this type of third class service..

You can go through it and understand that tatkal ticket can only be booked a day before the travel. I am booking on 18th and I am expecting the ticket issued to be for 19th, NOT 20th

                                      With referrence to pnr number - [protected], i booked ticket from irctc for ambala cant to guwahaty in lohit express, which get cancelled on 4th may 2018 at 13:24:35. And today its 18th may 2018, still not refunded. So here i want to know where is my money? Do irctc really takes this long to refund? Whats the refund process progress? All the irctc customer care number are busy 24×7. Is this how irctc serve customer??? This is how irctc are providing service??
