We had booked e-ticket for outward journey from mysore city jn to hubli city jn on 18.04.2018 in ac-3. It was in waiting list 4.
On 18.4.18, i went to railway station by a taxi and boarded the train only to be told by tte later that the e-ticket has not been confirmed and that i should ger down and buy a general ticket and travel, if at all i wanted to travel. He expressed his inability to help me out in any other way. When i asked about the refund of my e-ticket amount, i was told that the ticket will automatically get cancelled and that the refund will be credited to the account from which payment was initiated.
But till date, amount is not credited to the account.
The pnr no was [protected], trn-17301, doj -18.04.2018, mys-ubl dep22.30 fare rs.465. Manjunath, wl 10, moved to wl-4 by dt of journey.
Please resolve the issue and get my redund.
