Dear concern,
After talked with irctc customer care executives and mailed in [protected]@irctc.co.in several times, till date, i have not receive my money back for retiring room cancellation. The details are given below:
I have booked a retiring room in chennai egmore (Ms) for my parents (Mr. Sunil kr. Pal & mrs. Nanda pal) for 11th december, 2017. The booking id of retiring room is msrr948373 and transaction id is [protected].
The pnr no. Of train (12663) is [protected]
.
I have cancelled the train ticket on 4th december, 2017 and the cancellation id is [protected]. The one of customer care person of irctc told me that booking of my retiring room will be canceled automatically and money will be credited to your account no within 94 hours.
Sir, till date no money is credited in my account against the retiring room cancellation. I have already spoke to irctc customer care persons regarding this and he suggest me to mail the details.
Kindly do the needful regarding the issue as earliest. Look forward for your kind cooperation.
Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
