I booked a ticket in kotak mahindra bank app mstore irctc on 10th apr for 3rd may journey. I cancelled the ticket on 19th april till now i didn't get any refund. I sent a mail to irctc ([protected]@irctc.co.in) but i didn't get any reply. I called to irctc but there is no use. And even i called to kotak mahindra bank customer care also but they saying that to call irctc.
The ticket cost cost is ₹710 and my refundable is ₹650

    Kindly refer pnr no[protected] ticket no41577384 from new delhi to lucknow, train no 12430 in a/cthree tier. The ticket was purchased from window. The second passenger ie attendant of blind. His details are written wrong. As such i had to purchase another ticket from running tt. He charged rs 1306/-. The ticket slip no is bq 357843 dt 11/03/2018. Besides being attendant i am a sr. Citizon. Tt charged full ticket value.in addition tt did not returned rs 100/-. He told he is not having change, will return at another station. He did not returned. Further also enquire why mistake in the ticket occured. Kindly get the reservation form checked. On the day same seat has been booked twice. One has to be returned to me.

    I am travelling in rajdhani express from Bangalore to Bhopal. It's 10pm in the night and the dinner has not been served yet, we are doing in hunger here. When I asked the staff, he said very rudely that you are not there only one.

    I have never seen this happening before, food used to get settled by 9pm max. please look into the issue.
    I am not receiving the OTP for the mobile number verification. At the time of sign up i had given this number [protected], but while applying for otp error says "number already in use". How to verify my number in this situation ?

      21 apr 2018: train from chandigarh to jaipur (12984), i want to complain about the poor quality of the food which is served by indian railways. The caterer does not seems to bother whether the food he prepares are of a certain standard. I suspect that some of the food-poisoning cases we have had may have arisen out of consuming contaminated food in train. I cannot say for sure unless i investigate further.

      I rather not do any such investigation for that is not my job. I am attaching image of food served to us in train, we were not aware that by opening up the food packing, cockroach will welcome us in train. I expect that the management will take strict action and make sure that things are running properly.

      Me and my father traveling from Kolkata to Chennai train no 12839 Howrah mas mail PNR no [protected] coach no B3 seat no 23 and 24 . It's near about 2.15 pm but still we are not get our lunch . When my father asked them they told that they are in lunch .After complete their lunch they can serve ...pls do something ..
      The quality of food served in Rajdhani Express is worst. Roti served in dinner was not at all soft and seemed to be cooked in the morning. Dal was also tasteless.

      If this is the case in Ahmedabad Rajdhani Express, Train No. 12985, what would be the situation in any other train!?

          I booked tatkal ticket of maharashtra train (11039) from pune to badnera for 2 may 2018, i got waiting of tqwl65 but later i check availability for pune to badnera for same train i. E 11039 on same date i. E 2 may 2018 they show tatkal availability is 31 available before booking availability is 33 available. I came to conclusion that irctc produce flush pnr. They took money from us and gives the waiting ticket and refund after 4-5 days it means they use our money for 4-5 days. Please check the timing and availability along with time in photos.

          By no means this train is a super fast train, plus the hygiene factor is compromised on high notes. Toilets are dirty and coaches contains a lot of small insects and flies.

            Still i didn’t get any refund with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 860.0, but in “ticket refund history” under my transaction tab in your irctc profile after login at www.irctc.co.in it showing this below message.

            The refund is issued by zaakpay pg.

            The amount got refunded. Here is the screenshot of my transaction history.

            I have added my screenshots of irctc mail and the ticket refund history. Kindly go through this and resolve this issue.

            I have cancelled my ticket with reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] /IRCTC Transaction ID [protected], an amount of Rs. 860.0, but in “Ticket Refund History” under my Transaction tab in your IRCTC profile after login at www.irctc.co.in it showing this below message.

            The Refund is issued by Zaakpay PG.

            The amount got refunded, but I didn't get any refund on my bank account till now. The amount is refunded by the above mentioned bank by IRCTC. Here is the screenshot of my Transaction History.

            I have added my screenshots of IRCTC mail and the Ticket refund History. Kindly go through this and resolve this issue.

              Kindly refer to irctc txn#075864 for booking a ticket online irctc. An amount of rupees seven hundred had been deducted while using a debit card ending 7929 on 06.04.2018 on pos irctc85505 at ptm. But no ticket was booked. The amount of money had been debited fraudously from bank.
              Hence the money must be credited to sbi bank a/c no. [protected] immediately through neft within a day please.

                Look at the video of the hawkers selling toilet water in tea containers attached here. My question is if i'm paying a lot of taxes then how are those people allowed to sell such things in the train openly. He is filling water from the freaking toilet! I need a review of the complaint and this is railways job to ensure healthy food to the people of the nation traveling in trains.

                thanks a lot mr. sameer for your information to share. thats why i never take tea in train they provide previous days food by making them hot. tea's taste like too many days before according to my friends experience. it burns in stomach after having tea cough occurs. samosa's potatos also are not good qualities. mineral waters are filled from platform and sold. prices of every food on train is 5 to 20 rupees higher than market sell price. they provide partial stomach food when ordered on afternoon or night and take 200 to 400 rupees which is the price of family packs meals in hotels and resturents. food amount is becoming less and price is increasing day by day in trains. we eat 2 big samosa in 10 rupees in market but same less bigger 2 samosa in train prices 25 to 30 rupees which is loot.

                  I was booking tatkal ticket today, but 3 times my booking was cancelled after payment deduction. Error was "no seats available : transaction dropped". After all 3 failure i had checked again & seats were available.
                  Yesterday also just before payment i was logged out automatically 2 times. It shown that you are using any software which i not used.

                    I was charged standard breakfast of 3idly and one vada at ₹40/-, i enquired with the coach catering supervisor he said if 2 idly one vada costs ₹ 30
                    If its3 idly and one vada then charge is ₹40/-
                    Readymade tea is only served between 75ml and 100ml and charged ₹10/- instead of ₹7/-
                    A copy of this complaint is also being forwarded to the railway minister in open circle group.

I want to complain about the irresponsible behavior of the coach attender. No one has attended me yet and no necessary accessories has been provided yet. I tried to contact the attender but he denied his duty. I hope immediate action will be taken.

                        Sir mr arjun singh TT from kota to mathura on 30/4/2018 train no 13238 have sell many of seat to other person and i have reservation ticket pnr [protected] and [protected] but he did not give me seat. He say me too much seat available i gave you but he sell many of seat. He sell 2 seat in front of me seat no 31 32 in B2. I give no money then he did not give me seat. Tell me what i do i have many of the problem. TT first duty is if seat available then give seat to having RAC and the waiting. Please take action to this type of TT. When he say me no seat available then i leave the train. But he say seat available and sell seat to other.

                          Had booked my ticket in IRCTC mobile app for the journey of Mangalore Central to Chennai Central, payment through Payumob using my debit card

                          The ticket was on Wait list, so I cancelled the ticket

                            I booked an e-ticket from saharanpur sre to tilda tld in train 18238 on journey dated 10/03/2018 against pnr number [protected]. I got waitlisted ticket after booking but after chart preparation my ticket converted to rac. I didn’t want to travel in rac and i filed tdr as per railway rules on dated 09/03/2018. I not received any refund amount till 08/04/2018.
                            When i emailed my query to railway at [protected]@irctc.co.in, they replied that the refund rejected with reason no edr has been fed against the particular pnr as party has travelled. I shocked seeing this reply as i didn't travelled on that ticket and railway saying i travelled, how it’s possible?? It’s totally disappointing as it’s a matter of trust we have on railway.
                            Further to this i request you to kindly look seriously in to the matter and do needful.

                                  I booked a ticket for 20/04/2018 for train 55615 (Ghy to scl express). But the train was cancelled & i was unable to go. I had a very important exam the veey next day. So i had to manage another means by spending some 1k. After having had to go through such sufferings, railways are not bothering of passengers money. Never expected thr same from irctc. It has been more than a week since but i have not yet got the refund. Refund me as soon as possible.

                                    On 17th april 2018, my son and mother where supposed to travel to mangalore for which ticket was booked, by mistake they got into a different train and alighted in majestic. The ticket collector/checker near the exit gate fined them rs 620 though they explained the situation and also had the valid ticket for the same day,.

                                      Dear Sir,
                                      My mobile is lost/stolen in running train no. 19580 from my reserved seat in S9, seat no. 29. I had gone to Jaipur for official work and from thereon I was travelling from Jaipur (Rajasthan) to Botad(Gujarat) in sleeper coach reserved compartment. I started my journey from Jaipur on 27th April, 2018 and reached Botad on 28th April, 2018. I met with an unfortunate event, whereby my mobile got lost / stolen at abu road railway station (Rajasthan). I had gone to sleep by around 11 pm. When train was approaching Abu road, I woke up and found that my mobile is missing/lost/stolen.(in early morning hours of 28th April, 2018). I immediately approached my co-passengers in the coach and asked them if they had seen my mobile. Post discussions with them, I came to know that an unknown and suspicious person was seen some time back in the same coach with suspicious activities. Mobile of another co-passenger was also lost/stolen around same time. It is unfortunate to learn that the safety of the passengers are at risk, including their belongings in such a reputed railway organisation.

                                      None of the railway personnel were found in the train. In the morning, I then approached the Guard, who advised me to report the matter at Botad Railway station. He himself did not gave any FIR copies, etc. Some railway personnel came at around 10 am for general inspection of the entire boogie, to whom this matter was also reported. I then approached the GRP (railway police) staff at Botad Railway station who were very co-operative, but they said this matter does not come in their jurisdiction. I however have submitted a letter to them as well and they said they will forward the same to Abu Road GRP. Since I was not provided with any acknowledgement, I decided to sent a registered post AD as well to Abu Road Railway station (Rajasthan).

                                      I strongly urge and request GRP staff(Abu Road) to look into the matter and help me find my mobile. As stated, Model no. Samsung Edge S7 Edge (IMEI [protected] and [protected]) with dual sim cards. Sim 1 – Reliance Jio(Mumbai circle) – [protected], SIM 2 – Vodafone (Mumbai Circle) [protected] has been lost/stolen at Abu Road Railway station. I stay in Mumbai and hence it would not be practical to travel to Abu Road personally again. I had a return train from Botad to Mumbai on 28th April, 2018 at around 10 pm. I decided to go back to Mumbai, so that I can obtain duplicate / another SIM Card of Vodafone. I had blocked SIM card of Vodafone only ([protected]) and will obtain a duplicate / another SIM shortly. I have not blocked my another SIM (SIM 2 in that mobile -, which is Reliance Jio number [protected]), in case it would help track my mobile/SIM.

                                      I have bought a new SIM card of Vodafone and would be reachable on the new number ([protected]) from 30th April, 2018.My alternate contact number is [protected]. (which is brother’s mobile number).
                                      Attached herewith copy of the Mobile bill, snapshots of mobile box ( 3 sides), railway ticket copy which will help to expedite the process.Please help in getting my mobile back. I stay with my family at above mentioned address and my alternate mobile number is [protected]. My email address is amit.[protected]@gmail.com

                                        I have booked tatkal ticket from ahmedabad to muzaffarpur, pnr no was not generated and in transaction history it was showing transaction id:[protected], i called irctc, they said your ticket is not booked, you will receive refund in 5-7 days.
                                        I booked another ticket, thinking this ticket is not booked, but next day as chart prepared i got sms saying my 1 seat is confirmed and one is waitlist (Partial confirmation).
                                        I filed tdr selecting reason as partial ticket confirm, now its showing cr registered from more than a week, when i will receive my refund.
