Hello,
I have cancelled 3 tickets on 19th april, 2018, which i had booked from my irctc account and the payment was done by rupay debit card powered by kotak mahindra bank (Kmb). The details of the cancelled tickets are as follows:
1. Two tickets from mumbai to gandhidham dated 25th april, 2018.
Pnr no: [protected].
The refund amount of these tickets is rs. 690.
2. One ticket from gandhidham to dadar dated 27th april, 2018.
Pnr no: [protected].
The refund amount of this ticket is rs. 335.
Upon checking, it said that the refund is given. It's almost been a week but i still have not received the refund amount in my bank account.
I request you to look in the matter and help me out with this refund issue asap.
