I am traveling from ndls to raipur in bilaspur rajdhani with train number -12442. Pnr number is pnr - [protected]. My father and myself has back problem. There is so much if jerking in the train that, the problem has raised very much. The laptop in my hand also dropped from my hand due to the jerking. I had a word with attendant in the coach, but he told this not his duty you go and complaint online.

Moreover, the toilets are not cleaned at all and there is no water supply in some of the toilets. This is what we are paying a higher amount for the journey to get more pain.

Train like rajdhani are delayed and not covered during the overnight journey which is strange.

I need full refund of my ticket and also need compensation of the damage of my laptop and treatment for my back.

    Date of incident: multiple (Latest being today)

    I can understand a website taking time to develop granting when it was created. But then, after more than 15 years, when it is the main stream regarding india's main transportation - indian railways, the services going down is a joke..

    Exact problem is "server error" at 4:30 pm ist - apr 21, 2018.

    And as a side-note: enter key is supposed to act as login button press for the information of whoever is the newbie programmers who designed it.

      I have booked a train ticket mumbai to kudal of journey dated 13.04.2018 and kudal to mumbai of journey dated 23.04.2018. Due to personal reasons i have cancelled the both tickets on 13 april 2018 and 14 april 2018. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, and in the cancelled ticket option it is showing "refunded" but amount still not refunded back to the account. What should i do to get the money back?

      Kindly help me the needful things.

        The tdr filed against pnr number [protected] with reason train late more than three hours and passenger not travelled. Has been repudiated by system why it is repudiated by the system as if the passenger is not travelled & train is late by 6 hours,
        It is clearly chked online that train is late by more 6 hours and i am having proof that psg not travelled then how railway says wrong for refund of amount.
        Kindly chk & do the needful,...

          I have booked ticket in tatkal quota on 14 april 2018. Pnr no. [protected] on train no. 12658 for the date 15 april 2018, it went for waiting list till date refund amount was not received in my bank a/c. I have paid online through icici bank. Rs. 1080/-
          In irctc website is showing that rs.900/- was refunded on 18 april 2018, through zkpy bank.

          Sir, please resolve the issue and send refund amount to my registered icici bank a/c.

          I have cancelled my ticket on 14 april 2018 bt still nt credit in my account. I request u to solve my problem as fast as possible . Ther are two transaction that is to be refunded.

          On my irctc account whenever I book a ticket, I donot receive message on any mobile number mentioned while booking the tickets. So kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

              I had cancelled the ticket. But my money is still not refunded to my account but in irctc website it shows refunded on 16/04/2018 in payumpp bank. But in my account still the refund money is not credited. I called your customer care number lot of time. You did not pick up the phone. Please refund my money.

                Hi support team,
                I have booked a tatkal ticket from ald to anvt for 'rnc anvt special' on 19-feb-2018 and date of journey was 04-mar-2018. For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and the passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr on 03-mar-2018 because train was coming from another station and it was 15 hours late already so i decided to travel with another train.
                For the same in irctc against my ticket, the status was turned to cr registered, but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else i might be missing to get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

                    No one is working on it, no reply over mail and even on call i am getting any answers, its already 12 days are passed

                    I have called from [protected] to [protected], initially call was not getting connected whole day executive said i am transferring your call to seniors, call keeps on ringing for 10 minutes and no one picked up.
                    They said we are looking into this, but refund is not yet processed.
                    Also i am also not getting any reply on mail too.

                            Sir, today i book ticket from dee to ypr vide pne no [protected] i request for lower birth but when 186 are awailable we got upper& middle, &we both areof age 67/61 senior citizen so kindly adjust us in lower birth as per irctc rules & regulation & central railway minister guide lines that the lower birth will give first prefence to senior citizen male &female passengers so i request you to allot us lower birth when still above 180 seats are available in thirdac train no. 12214 of dt 30/04/2018

                              IRCTC के माध्यम से में 1 अप्रैल को RANCHI से Anvt के लिए टिकट बनाने के कर्म में मेरे बैंक एकाउंट से balance काट लिया गया और मेरा टिकट भी नही बना।
                              जिसके बाद मुझे massage भी मिला कि आपके account में 5 दिन के अंदर आपको पैसा refund मिल जाएगा।
                              मगर अभी तक मुझे मेरा पैसा नही मिला है
                              Mail भी करता हूँ मगर कोई Reply नहीं मिलता है।

                                To whomsoever it may concern,

                                I booked a tatkal ticket for which amount had been deducted from my account and the transaction got failed.

                                It is urgent for me to go and due to your faulty systems i have missed booking the tickets. Now when i go to book again, it is showing a huge waiting list.

                                I will have to travel no matter what and if the issue is not resolved on a priority basis, i assure you, i would travel ticketless and would not pay any fine that i would be liable for. I want a confirmed reservation for the same.

                                  I booked aticket from visakapatnam to vijayawada PNR NUMBER IS [protected] cost of the ticket is 275 .but next day booking same train same date the cost is 345.train numer and name 08501 / VSKP SC SPL.
                                  please respond to this unfair rates very from day to day..and also I booked another ticket in tatkal the ticket cost is 426.80 the ticket in TQWL/4 after ticket is cancelled by IRCTC after chart prepared.in this case 355 is refunded it is not fair I payed 426.80 rupees but ticket is not booked and refund is also cut 72 rupees .there is no use to travew in railways and book railway ticket .it is better to travel in private travels.

One co passenger found it and handed over to tte. He had submitted the same in jhansi station. Very next day i collected the bag except cash.. It was deposited in jhansi station. I applied for refunding in ncr allahabad through speed post. Till date cash is not refund. I have already done mail ticketid8622883.

                                      We were travelling in train 16032dt on21/2/18.pnr no [protected].Birth no B2 42, 43, 45. Unfortunately my daughter had left her bag in the train. One co passenger found it and handed over to TTE.He had submitted the same in Jhansi station. Very next day I collected the bag except cash.. It was deposited in jhansi station.I applied for refunding in NCR Allahabad through speed post. Till date cash is not refund. I have already done mail ticketid8622883.

                                      I m unable to open irctc .co.in on my android Panasonic 55 with err.net.cer.authority.

                                      I had booked a train tickiet on irctc connect app on 03 april 2018 from akola to kalyan.Due to some reason, I had cancelled it on the same date.I had not recieved amount of cancellation of tickiet in my sbi account.My cancellation id is [protected].And trnsaction id of tickiet is [protected].Refund amount is rs.220.00 only.

                                        I had cancelled my ticked on 17th mrch 2018 but still not get refund of it.

                                        Refund amount - rs. 3525

                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        1st april booking ticket and cancel the ticket on same date. CANCELLATION ID/RefundID: [protected].the refunded amount is Rs.1480. railway mail to me and inform that refund process on 3rd april.
                                        When I sing up to irct accounts i entered email as a [protected]@yahoo.com but it is wrong, correct email is [protected]@yahoo.com
