Sir, i myself sukanta ku kar online booked a ticket from jagdalpur to bhubaneswar on 06-mar[protected]mar-2018) through your web site irctc but after deduction of amt server of internet slow or stopped. Hence confirm ticket not settle for journey on dated 23/03/18.in these case to transfer amount of rs. Vide these reference may by refunded me earlier please.     I hv cancelled my i ticket and they give me 0 rs.. When i called him on their given numbers all nos were fake i don't know why they are doing this... Now how to contact with irctc complaint number... When ever i called always buisy i have tried minimum 100 of times during 100 times of call the answering machine receives my call for three times and put me hold for 5 minutes after that line cut...

    I travel in amritsar express in 3 rd ac.I put the bag safe below the seat b2/34 at night on 04/03/2018.in the morning when i reached, i see my bag has been damaged by mouse (Cost of bag is rs 4000) and other food items also cuts. What the hell is this the presence of mouse in ac. Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

      I booked an e-ticket on 26-Jan-2018. Journey date of the ticket is 19.02.18. but the ticket was not confirmed and the money was deducted from my card. after the lots of time contact with customer care then he sent me an email to registered mail id on date 12.02.2018 at 19:46 refund of Rs. 1305/- to my account. But when I checked my account the amount was not credited to my account. I contacted my banker SBI enquiring about the refunded money but they told no money received from IRCTC.

      Then I wrote an e-mail to IRCTC complaining non-refund of money against of ticket. They informed me that the money refunded to my a/c vide settlement id.
      I sent updated passbook print copy. but there not response any further.

      When I wrote e-mail again, they asked me to submit my account statement which I did but no response came from IRCTC.

      Then I called their helpline no.[protected] few times. Every time they asked me the details regarding the ticket & told they forwarded my complaint to the higher authority.

      But they did not let me speak to their higher authority to whom my case was referred.

        Myself sumant sharma traveled from new delhi to mumbai via 12952 mumbai rajdhani in coach no a1 (Two tier ac:) on berth no 12 on 04th march, 2018.

        The dinner served in coachcaused food poisoning to me that led me to take medical help and causing me physical, mental, emotional, financial loss.

        This is my worst experience traveling in mumbai rajdhani for which i paid more than the flight ticket available on same route.

        Please don't conure through this train
        On this route or if you must avoid food being served at all costs.

          I sought your intervention as Irctc was responding for the last 6months. You have just forwarded my complaint on 15feb and given an Id as was being done by Irctc. You have shattered my hope by not taking any tangible actionin solving the problem. some agency has to take responsibility to restrain Irctc from looting customers.SBI has given a transaction Id by which they have credited money to Irctcfrom my savings acct and why IRCTC could not tell SBI that they have not received money under that transaction Id. Sir, in case you are helpless please advise details of next higher authority I should approach for redressal of my grievance.

            On 24 feb around 11.05 am i was just trying to book a tatkal ticket from kalyan to gulbarga station and done all the filling of details required for booking and then i choose patym option for money transaction purpose and the irctc app direct me to the paytm website where i login to my account and pay the amount but due to some network failure or what but the amount get deducted from bank account but cant reach to irctc then my whole transaction was failed but amount is still not get refund

              I had cancelled the ticket on 21.02.2018. And amount of 365 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 15.07.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,

                I booked a railway ticket (Talkal) using irctc website (Train no :16316 kcvl - sbc, sleeper class) on feb 25 2018. While payment is made through my debit card via using credit card/ debit card / wallet (Powered by ict payumgis). Payment process result in failure due to your server, and an amount of 530 inr is deducted.

                According to your refund rule, for failed transaction (If amount is deducted)
                It will automatically credit in customers account within 4 working days.

                I donnot get refund till after completeing 7working days. I already contact irctc care regarding this issue, but still no response

                I have PNR (PROTECTED) I book a ticket 25/02/2018 from SURAT to KOTA and it got cancelled and it says it has been refunded on 26/02/2018 on bank called PAYUMPP, From where i could get my money in my bank account from the PAYUMPP BANK to ORIGINAL BANK
                And the amount was 385 out of which they said refunded amount is to be 325

                  I had purchased two tea (Tea bag) at old delhi railway station at platform no 16 on 04.03.2018 at 18:10 hrs.. The picture of the stall is attached. I had complained about the unpleasent taste of the tea to the vendor. The reply given by the vendor is totally foolish and they had not accepted their fault and shown me the packet of brook bond premix (May be milk) and said that they used that brand. I thrown up the both cup of tea and filed this complain.

                  As threre is no other mean available to complain about taste of tea, hence i am complaining online. I hope so this complain may be treated at par and an action may be taken accordingly.

                      Sir i travel on train no 12649 on 3 march 2018 PNR [protected] while traveling the vendor gave me local water bottle instead of rail nir i got dehydration by drinking that water they were also selling items more than MRP I complained to ircatering but no action was taken on complained they are playing with the health of passengers and making money
                      H I booked the ticket from Chennai to hyd last week.. i booked twice on 22nd and 24th Feb.. both the time, the money was deducted, but ticket was not booked. Pleas check this.

                        The vendors roaming in the train openly sell tobacco products like vimal, pan masala and what not. As these products are being sold on the trains people purchase them and pollute the surrounding.
                        Seeing a person sitting next to you and chewing some tobacco product and spitting it here and there, is very unpleasant for all the passengers.

                        I request you to take necessary action against these products and stop the sale of these products in the train. This not only is a problem for the co-passengers but is also a problem for the rail department. As these people spit everywhere, soon we will find red drawings all over the train.

                        Please take this into consideration and do the necessary else soon this will lead to a very unhygienic rail network and trains will get converted to some spitting area just like the st bus service.

                          I have been a regular traveller of south indian railways. On 3 march while traveling from calicut to thalassery in parasuram exp 16650 c1 coach seat number 12 and 18 (Pnr no:[protected]) with my elderly mother an equity to ttr for consequtive seats was returned with arrogant and provocative responses.
                          Not expecting such arrogant ttrs in service.

                            Pnr number -[protected] dt 30.04.18 from pune to palakkad train number 16331.

                            I have cancelled these tickets on 20.02.18 but i have not received my refund amount.

                            The system is showing refunded but as displayed the bank name is citi but the payment done by me is bank of india.

                              I got 2 deduction (830 each) for 1 tickets on 3 march 2018. It should be only 830 rupees, but deduction was 1660 (830 + 830)

                                Due to lack of adequate no of online reservation, passengers are taken for a ride by unscrupulous ttes inside running train. Cctv should be installed inside every coaches. Honest mobile inspectors should be deployed and sudden check be carried out by them and nab the dishonest tte
                                & recover cash from their pocket & no of online tickets be increased.

                                  I have booked reservation at 1.23 pm today, from KARUR TO CHENNAI CENTRAL for 5 (2male, 3female) member on 6th june 2018 for train number 22652 PGT MAS Express through transaction id [protected]. Amount Rs.1400 debited automatically from my account but e-TICKET not generated at that time in IRCTC app. So i kindly request for refund my money in my account.

                                    Tea vendors are charging 10 rs per tea. Even when its printed on irctc tea cups 7 rs per tea.

                                    Tea is only for name sake. It is only tea colored hot and tasteless water.

                                    Very poor way of treating passengers and very low quality of service.

                                    This will come to you when u will come insuch situation. This is mere loot of passenger.

                                    If you charge ample of amount on tickets so its your duty to provide good service. Indian railways are loosing its dignity due to this.

                                    I will request Rail minister to seriously take their responsibility and look forward to provide good service.

                                      Pnr [protected] train no 12262. Diarrhoea and black vomiting started in night post consuming irctc served dinner. Acute diarrhoea and dehydration leads to hospitalisation. Patient is still in hospitalised. If the railways fail to take the action against corrupt and immoral caterer, then will file the complaint to state consumer forum.
                                      Dr's certificate hospitalisation report and entire symptoms and diagnosis directly related to the food poisoning. Railways must take harsh action against such negligent caterers who cheat the consumer by spurious quality of served inside prestigious train viz:-, duronto.
                                      I hope that this complaint will be addressed to save other irctc consumers from falling ill.
