Dear team,

This is inform to you that, i have book my indian railway ticket from irctc of i-ticket on 05/02/2018 and journey date is 19/02/2018 but still my ticket in not delivered. I have still not received my railway ticket for my journey scheduled for tomorrow morning.
I called irctc 24x7 customer service many times. The first time they provided me the overnite express courier contact number to track my ticket. The number provided is switched off since 10th feb. The second time i spoke with irctc 24x7 helpline, they said their system is down so they cannot help. Today i am trying to call them, no one is answering their 24x7 help line or any other customer service number provided in their website. I have to travel tomorrow and i dont have my ticket yet. So can you please give me the current status and i request you to deliver my ticket as soon as possible. This is my ticket pnr no. [protected] and transaction id is :- [protected]. Below mention my personal detail.

After that i verfied my bangladeshi mobile number, but faild to verify my email account. I am trying for last 10 days to contact you, but from your ending no response for me. Whats the problem?? Would you plz help me regarding this matter

      I had booked a ticket on 11th feb with transaction id [protected] on irctc. I cancelled the ticket on 13th feb. Irctc is showing that the amount of rs 1500 is refunded on 14th feb and the bank name it is showing payumpp but i have not got the refund yet. The cancellation id is [protected] and i had used boi debit card for transaction. Please do the needful at earliest.

        Ordered chicken biryani in jhelum exp (11077) : quality of rice as well as the meat was unbearable, both rice as well as meat was undercooked
        Non veg meal appears to be lacking all the items that are mentioned in the menu, all the items that were mentioned were not provided (In my case as well as fellow passengers, they failed to provide curd or sweet as mentioned in the thali) therefore a strict action is requested, otherwise the quality of food will go on degrading day by day

          And i want to cancel my booked train for tommorrow (18.02.2018)
          Unfortunately i forgotted my login password, so i given forgot password, and i mtried many times to create new password, but i cannot still, how to tough for this way. Kindly help me

            You charge us ₹775 plus tax for absolutely nothing special, the seats are just as uncomfortable as the seats in the less expensive compartments in the same train.
            The recliner lever does not work, it requires us to push the seats front or back ourselves, you offer “wifi termed as a magicbox” which is certainly just a joke, it does not work!

            But there is an other compartment with a display and better seats which costs just the same as this one, we have been told by the staff that the irctc website bifercates it’s customers as to who gets the better compartment and who gets the worse. This is a cheap way of ripping off the travellers who have no choice but to travel through the indian railway.

            The Chennai mysuru shatabdi train no. 12008 has name boards only in Tamil. Ideally the display of train name and destinations should be in English and Hindi and local language. It it very depressing to note this. I noticed this during my travel 8n shatabdi 12008 from mysore to Chennai. So many passengers from North were finding it difficult to identify the train. The train Number displayed is too small. Pls appeal to the concerned authorities to act in an impartial way and display boards in English and Hindi also.

              I had booked train ticket using your gate way via irtc app but my train ticket was not booked because of no responds from bank but my money was taken from my bank account. The transaction details inb/[protected]/zaakepayment service pvt ltd. The amount is rs:870.90 on 17, feburary 2018. Please refund my money. I'm looking forward from your reply.

              I had booked train ticket using irtc app via zaak epayment service pvt ltd gate way. My ticket was not booked but my money was taken from my bank account. The transaction details inb/[protected]/zaak epayment services pvt ltd. The amount is 870.90 inr on 17, feb 2018. I had contacted my bank and they had confirmed the money was taken from my bank account. Please refund my money back. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. My contact no [protected]. I'm looking forward from your reply.

                  I have to travel by sj rajdhani as it has no booking in general quota between my stations, but from last few months every time i book in tatkal, it shows error that booking not allowed while there is seats available and money got debited from account. I have to suffer as i have no other option to travel. I have contacted customer care but there was no satisfactory reply from them. Kindly resolve this issue.

                    As i have given a complain dtd 09.02.2018 on irctc about the tickets i havebooked on dec 2017 from nugalsarai to buxar and another was from buxar to howrah sir till now no one has informed about my complaint.. Please take action about it and its too late to solve it... As the customer of irctc its very bad that one problem gets so much time to get solved... As my registered number has been provided to irctc they can messege me on that number

                        I had ordered as order no. 1508154 at khurda road jn. (Kur) on dt 01/02/2018
                        But it was not delivered inside the train i. E seat:s6/8 and same was intimated earlier through the irctc feedback procedure. Till the date i have not get any assurance and return of my money from irctc though it was seems to be wrong decision of order of any type food from irctc which was made me completely hungry in that day to me and my family inside the train.
                        Therefore kindly request you to please consider my case.

                          Paytmsdk — IRCTC refund issue on cancellation

                          On cancellation of ticket booked on 03.02.18 for journey date 12.03.18 in Howrah Duronto exp (12221) pnr no. [[protected]] from Pune to Howrah, transaction id [protected], irctc is showing that rupees 2740 has been refunded to bank paytmsdk. But the amount has not been credited to my bank account yet. Refund date is showing as per irctc 15.02.18. Let me know the reason for this inconvenience. plz deposite as soon as possible.

                            Against below transactions i have not yet received refund from your side. Kindly look into the matter on most urgent basis. It shows that refund was made on 27th january 2018, but no money has been credited in my account yet.

                              On 10th January 2018 I booked ticket for Journey from Kolkata to NJP which PNR NO is [protected]. Later I booked return ticket on on 14th Jan 2018 which PNR no is [protected]. Both ticket I partially canceled on 9th Feb 2018. Among them I received only refund amount of PNR NO [protected] and transaction id is [protected] but did not receive any amount for PNR NO [protected] transactiion id is [protected]. It is showing status refunded to bank PAYUMPP. What the hell is PAYUMPP ? I never paid through this. So help me to return back my money.

                                When i went to the irctc food plaza and asked cashier for a normal plate he told me to give change by saying that he doesn't have change for 500 rs. I waited there for some time to let him having change for 500 rs and i saw him to have change for 500 even he did not gave tocken for plate and then after some time when an uncle came there he gave him change of 500 rs. When i asked about this partiality he replied uncle is having total bill of 132 rs but you have bill of only 85 rs. I thought railway is having first come first served but it is just depend upon your bill to be served first.

                                      Otp is received on my mobile number. I've tried to verify my mobile number by using received otp but it's not working.

                                        Today on 14 feb 2018. I'd made a booking for meal of one combo in which are paneer and 4 roti and a lachchha paratha and a butter nan on jalandhar city stn with your catering partner ddr group and total charge was rs 257. But they gave me only one roti very small and burnt instead of 4 roti. And the size of paratha and nan was too small as they charge me of rs 260. And did not return my rs 3. And ran away.
