In sealdah rajdhani express me and my 3 and half year baby is travelling. I asked to the service provider to provide some extra sandwich or baby milk for my child also but he denied. I was travelling on 23 of feb 2018 b8 birth seat no 5. Some how i have to mange and i paid extra without any bill for one-litre rail neer to cost of rs 15. My question is if irctc can charge dynamic fare rs. 2121 to 2825. And i booked the ticket at 2825. Irctc rajdhani can charge extra but why we can't. If we can then why he denied. We can demand extra food for babies and extra one litter bottle of packaged drinking water.

    I have booked tickets online using irctc. I have to travel from ahmedabad to mumbai. I have selected window side as my wife is carrying. But on paying the seats confirmed as middle of the three chairs. What should i do now? If i cancel the tickets i have to lose some amount.. Why should i lose when it's not wrong from my end. Please suggest me to get actual berth allocation.

      Sir i am travelling from vishakhapatnam to new delhi in train no.12807 and pnr no. [protected].
      While the train was in bhopal i bought two sandwiches on the platform and i came into the train and opened to eat then i found those are already spoiled. I was unable to eat these sandwiches so thrown out. I lost my my money and time and opportunity to take food again until 4 hours because the train is super fast it's next stop is jhansi to take food.
      Until then i and my colleague waiting with hungry.

      So kindly take a suitable action against the fraud and corruption.

          I am highly disappointed from your side as consumer complaints are not being resolved!!!
          I am posting this complaint for the 3rd time and this still remains unresolved

          On 16th feb, 2018i have booked a ticket from jaipur to pune but the transaction failed. Money is being deducted but no money has been credited to the bank.
          The irctc site is showing refund status as "refunded" but no money is credited from irctc to the bank.

          Please let me know what is the issue and till when the amount shall be credited to bank.
          And irctc has also assigned ticket id [irctc #8143446]

            Hi team,

            I have booked a tatakal ticket (Sleeper) on[protected] for bangalore to guwuhathi and train number is 12509 but the ticket is in waiting listing and train departed at 11:30 but ticket still it was in waiting list so i was not confirmed and we dint cancel the ticket because network issue but when we logined at 11:30 to portal to cancel the ticket we were not able so we have connected the tatakal chief officer and they told you cant cancel the ticket after the train departures and should be cancel before the prior of train leaves but the ticket is in waiting list i need my money return back and system is not accepting to cancel the ticket. How can i get to refund my money from irctc.

              I have booked one ticket from my user id krneeraj23 on 15-jan-2018. The pnr was not generated and the booking status was payment requested. Now it is showing in my failed transaction. I spoke with customer executive and he told me that refund will be done within 2 weeks. Its been more than a month and have not received the refund.

                          I was booking a ticket on 29th jan for a train from gorakhpur to hajipur dated 9th feb, 18 .
                          i made the online payment of Rs 700, the ticket wasnt booked and the amount was deducted but it wasnt credited back.

                            I have raised tdr for pnr [protected] but always repudiated. Actually pnr status is changed to 'reld' on chart preparation and unable to get any seat number for this pnr. Then received a new pnr [protected] immediately that was linked to original pnr and that was in lower class so i haven't travelled and filed the tdr on time before 4 hours after departure of traind but every time it's repudiated.
                            Please advice/help to get refund the money from irctc as they have to cancel the ticket if seats was not available in same class instead providing in lower class and every time original pnr should be given seat number and should not generate new pnr that we can't cancel. It shouldn't be downgraded. Every time repudiated saying 'coach not short'. If coach/seat was available then why not cleared with same pnr as confirmed and why status of original pnr was changed to 'reld' and new pnr with berth number is released on chart preparation.

                                It is to inform you that my mother is traveling alone on pnr [protected] from visakhapatnam to secunderabad by train no 12783 on date 18 feb 18.
                                I had ordered food from irctc e catering food on track at around 1900 hrs by order id 144250. The food was to get delivered in rajmendry station but food was not delivered due to which my mother was unable to get dinner.
                                It is therefore requested that licence of the respective tender should be cancelled. Necessary compensation be accorded to me & necessary action against the dealer.

                                  During the online tatkal reservation of mumbai amravati train there are 97 available seat show and during my process it is available and when i book my ticket it is in w/l 7 after that i go and check for another ticket there are 50 tickets more available how it is possible there is something problem or any fraud thing.                                   First, you should have the access of mobile number and email id which you had provided during IRCTC Registration.

                                  If you dont remember IRCTC username.
                                  Search your email box by keywords “ticketadmin”, you can find the registration mail sent by IRCTC when you had registered. This mail will be have your IRCTC username. In case, you have deleted the mentioned mail, you can simply request IRCTC [email protected] to provide the details by sending a mail through your email id.

                                  2. If you dont remember password, you can use forgot password link of IRCTC IRCTC Next Generation eTicketing System to create new password. This can be done in two ways a) by submitting your security answer OR b) getting OTP on email/mobile number registered with IRCTC.

                                    On 17 feb 18, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account.

                                    I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money.

Its 12th february today, and i still didnt recieve my deducted amount.
                                      Train number 16794 coach s5 where toilets are dirty in a way you will vomit out if you go nearby, and tap outside is broken so you cannot even wash your hands. Toilet smell come to the berth where you cannot even sleep. Full of garbage under seats

                                        I am traveling from BADNERA JN to KALYAN jn on train no12102 Date 19/02/2018.train will be late 1hours. Train arrived at 8.00 p. M. I will catch train. I will traveling 1ac coach H1 B cabin. I will call to coach attendance and catering service provider for food order so many times. But not single time attend by any service provider.
