    I have booked a railway ticket on 17 jan, 2018 for 6march 2018 but ticket cancelled by me due to some reason on 4 mar. I have paid through kotakdebit card and payment gateway is mobikwik. Irctc says payment refunded on 6 march 2018 in zaakpay not send refunded moneyin my bank. Plz resolve this.

      Kindly let me know the status of my two transactions made on 24th feb-18 bearing amount 6130.20x2 = 12260.40 as transations has been debited from my card but ticket was not book. Even after 7 days the amount has not been received. no one is still responding after more than 10 days same has been raised by email at [protected]@irctc.co.in.
      Hence requesting you kindly share me the status of my transactions.

        I haven't received my refund money, i have cancelled my ticket on 28 feb 2018 before journey date. On cancellation of ticket irctc is showing that 215 has been refunded to bank "paytmsdk" but amount has not been credited to my bank account.

          On 25th feb 2018 i book train ticket from mumbai to new delhi from net banking .Train no. is 12951/Mumbai Rajdhani but it was not successful, after that i checked my SBI bank account and there was 7245 Rs debited from my account. I want to know that when these account will come to my account.

            I have booked railway ticket through irctc, the journey was on (2/03/2018) from mirzapur to indore. And returning on (8/03/2018) from indore to mirzapur. But due to some reason i have cancelled both the ticket. But the total amount of rupees 1320+1320 is not redunded successfully in my bank account. But irctc portal says payment is refunded through zkpy. But cash not received in my bank account. Please resolve this as soon as possible.

              I booked 2 tatkal ticket from badnera to dadar (Train no 12102) jnaneswari supdlx, on 7th march, at the time of booking it shows 3 available so i did payment through net banking the transaction ref no. Igadbdkpq2 for rs. 2630 and the transaction was successful but i did not receive ticket on my email or confirmation message on my mobile.

              So please do the refund to my respective account.

                We have purchase minral water in sachkhand express 12716 by catring boy today on 7/3/18 firstly he sold us above mrp rate wás 15 but he sold on 20 rupees and also misbhaving with us and spoken very rudely as well as they charging 120/- rupess for a worst meal we had in train really a shoking its not acceptable.
                Its impact on name of indian relway as well as on trust of millions peoples who is traviling in indian railway
                Govt shold take strict action these people who impacted the reputatiom of relway

                  I recently traveled from mysore to bangalore in shatabdi express that starts at 2:15pm and reaches at 4:15pm. They have only given one water bottle and juice for a fare of 305. The same train from bangalore to mysore at 11am has same fare but provides food. I see base fare is 129 + catering (80) but here they increased base fare to 196 and rs 10 catering charges for 2:15pm train. If you were not to provide the food and catering was not provided then why was the option asked for veg/non-veg at the time of booking, and why the 70 rs being added to base fare when the travel distance and time taken is same.
                  I need an explanation for the same.

                      but problem is not solved by consulting department.Every time, when I call to customer care, they have same repeated reply, Sir, we have forwarded your matter to consult department.You will get reply soon.

                        I sagar javery, on 13 sep 2017 irctc deducted 1210 rs from my SBI account with heading of Reversal IRCTC . from last 6 months i am calling them and asking for reasons. even i sent 8-10 Email also. SBI bank manager sent a Email to IRCTC with attachment which shows 1210 rs deducted. i have not booked any ticket of that amount. but customer care is not at all providing details of that charges to me & bank also.

                          Sir, I booked two tickets for 2nd jan
                          PNR No. [protected] from Amritsar to Delhi but as train was running very late, I got my tickets cancelled and filed tdr. Few days back I got mail from railways that my tdr got rejected as I travelled but I didn't travel and have send my bus tickets as proof of that day travel as a proof indicating that we have not travelled through train. Also you can check the cctv footage of Delhi metro, as after getting down from the bus on 03/01/2018 at around 8.30 am we travelled from jahangiri metro station to huda city center metro station. Kindly refund our money. I have send multiple mails at [protected]@irctc.co.in and also at [protected]@icrtc.co.in but no reply.

                                I hv cancelled my i ticket and they give me 0 rs.. When i called him on their given numbers all nos were fake i don't know why they are doing this... Now how to contact with irctc complaint number... When ever i called always buisy i have tried minimum 100 of times during 100 times of call the answering machine receives my call for three times and put me hold for 5 minutes after that line cut...

                                  I booked an e-ticket on 26-Jan-2018. Journey date of the ticket is 19.02.18. but the ticket was not confirmed and the money was deducted from my card. after the lots of time contact with customer care then he sent me an email to registered mail id on date 12.02.2018 at 19:46 refund of Rs. 1305/- to my account. But when I checked my account the amount was not credited to my account. I contacted my banker SBI enquiring about the refunded money but they told no money received from IRCTC.

                                  Then I wrote an e-mail to IRCTC complaining non-refund of money against of ticket. They informed me that the money refunded to my a/c vide settlement id.
                                  I sent updated passbook print copy. but there not response any further.

                                  When I wrote e-mail again, they asked me to submit my account statement which I did but no response came from IRCTC.

                                  Then I called their helpline no.[protected] few times. Every time they asked me the details regarding the ticket & told they forwarded my complaint to the higher authority.

                                  But they did not let me speak to their higher authority to whom my case was referred.

                                    Myself sumant sharma traveled from new delhi to mumbai via 12952 mumbai rajdhani in coach no a1 (Two tier ac:) on berth no 12 on 04th march, 2018.

                                    The dinner served in coachcaused food poisoning to me that led me to take medical help and causing me physical, mental, emotional, financial loss.

                                    This is my worst experience traveling in mumbai rajdhani for which i paid more than the flight ticket available on same route.

                                    Please don't conure through this train
                                    On this route or if you must avoid food being served at all costs.

                                      I sought your intervention as Irctc was responding for the last 6months. You have just forwarded my complaint on 15feb and given an Id as was being done by Irctc. You have shattered my hope by not taking any tangible actionin solving the problem. some agency has to take responsibility to restrain Irctc from looting customers.SBI has given a transaction Id by which they have credited money to Irctcfrom my savings acct and why IRCTC could not tell SBI that they have not received money under that transaction Id. Sir, in case you are helpless please advise details of next higher authority I should approach for redressal of my grievance.

                                        On 24 feb around 11.05 am i was just trying to book a tatkal ticket from kalyan to gulbarga station and done all the filling of details required for booking and then i choose patym option for money transaction purpose and the irctc app direct me to the paytm website where i login to my account and pay the amount but due to some network failure or what but the amount get deducted from bank account but cant reach to irctc then my whole transaction was failed but amount is still not get refund
