It is to inform that, i was cancelled my tickets against pnr numbers: [protected] and [protected] on[protected] around @ 11:06 am, the actual date of journey is on[protected] and also i have been received a confirmation mail for refund of an amount of rs. 1950 and rs.200 respectively as it is stated that "it will be refunded back to respective account shortly". But where in, when i have been checked at refund history in my login, the refund status is showing as "refunded on 02-feb-2018". The same has been herewith enclosed.

Further i have been changed my maid id from: ([protected]@yahoo.co.in) to ([protected]@gmail.com), so please take an early action accordingly for refund of my amount in respective accounts.

    Refund of cancelled ticket has not been recieved yet

        I have cancelled my e-tickets from irctc but i haven't received my refund amount of e tickets cancellation but when i check my refund status it shows amount sent to bank but the amount is not credited to my account yet.           Today I was booking three tickets from TPTY - MAS in 2 seater compartment.
          Unfortunately I submitted all my details and paid the amount, but there was no ticket generated on those details. My balance of 229/- was also deducted. Kindly look into the issue and request you to refund the desired amount.

            Respected authority,

            This is in reference to the ticket number [irctc #7795163] which i received after writing mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in.

            When inquired about the issue with the customer care executive on call, i was informed that my account was suspended as i have used the auto-fill option... But as i understand it was a provision in the website itself to add the family members to the master list and use it when booking.

            Can you please confirm me if i understood incorrectly and should never be using the master list of family members to fill the form while booking the ticket??

            I have been using the same account for more than 10 years now. Can i please request you to active my account and allow me to make further booking.

            If i shouldn't be using the auto-fill option or if there are any restrictions on using the auto-fill option, please let me know the same.

            Appreciate if you can please help to activate the account and allow me to book the tickets.

            Can i please request if you can help to active my account and allow me to make further train ticket booking.

            I have kept mailing for a month now and each mail responds with a new ticket number asking to mention as a reference number in the next enquiry mail i should send.

              I have booked tickets from irctc mobile application and the payment was made though mobikwik wallet. The wallet showed a charge of 0.9% + gst on payment gateways but they were actually deducting more than 2% on it. I complained to mobikwik but in vain. Hence i request you to look into the matter and reverse all the extra charges deducted from my account in all the tickets i have made through mobikwik.. Since it shows that irctc has no check on this charges actually deducted from the customer's account by the payment gateways, it’s possible that payment gateways would have charged much higher to the gullible customers than their charges actually displayed on the irctc site. I am attaching the screen shots for your reference.

                    Hi support team,
                    I have booked a tatkal ticket from bsl
                    To cstm for 12138 punjab mail express on 5th jan 2018 and date of journey was 7th jan 2018.
                    For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                    The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                    For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                    Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                    Amount was not refunded yet.
                    I am not sure what else i might be missing to
                    Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

                        I have been observing a vast difference on the status of reservation displayed and the status after booking the ticket.
                        Today i booked a ticket with pnr no. [protected] for journey from ern to ltt. At the time of booking at 7.30am, the position on screen was wl6 but the reserved ticket showed wl24/25.
                        After some time at 7.42am when i tried for another ticket in the same train and stations, the position displayed was wl9.
                        On contacting your customer care on staff by name suman informed me that the position shown is of irctc and not of railways. If this is the situation, certainly irctc is misguiding the customers with wrong information there by prompting the customers to book on their site and levy cancellation charges if the customer wish to cancel ticket realising the actual waitlist position.
                        When irctc is the part of railway and the customers are encouraged to book through irctc, providing wrong status to the customer is highly irregular and need attention of the concerned authorities to provide correct and reliable information to the customers.

                          I made attempt to book ticket on 05/02/2018 through irctc official website. Thrice it got failed (2 attempts from kotak and one from hdfc). The final attempt payment i got back in my kotak account the remaining two status is shown as refunded to zakpay (I dont understand what it is) when i paid from my kotak and hdfc.

                              I have paid to irctc through tez upi from razorpay gateway.in tez app it shows money had successfully transacted, but ticket was not booked. It shows bank payment not completed in irctc app. Transacted among is rs180.

                                  Dated 20 Jan 2018 I tried to book a ticket from RNC to JHD but unfortunately transaction failed... Transaction ID -[protected]...after that I called to IRCTC customer help line number and they assured me that the amount will be refunded back to my bank account, but till now no money has neither refunded nor initiated inspite of calling customer care

                                    This is not the first time, but most of the time when i book ticked for my parents, we are unable to get lower berths, even after total available berths are 231 nos.
                                    I booked a train ticket for my parents on 07.02.2018 in the train no. 12314 sealdah rajdhani, from new delhi to howrah, place choice lower for passenger 1 and middle for passenger 2. At the time of booking total seat available was 233. But i got middle and upper berth.
                                    My mother 67 years old allocated upper berth. It's very surprising, how can you think a senior citizen woman will climb to upper berth. If during so any mishappening, who will be responsible.
                                    My request to improve the system and reallocate lower berth for my parents.

                                      I cancelled my ticket pnr no [protected] on 15th jan 2018. But my refund, money of rs.1600 has not been credited to my bank account. Iorct claims that their receipt no. [protected] that they refunded the money but the same has not been credited in to my bank account. Daily i am calling irctc sutomer care no use and daily i am writing mail irctc service in the matter of refund is not at all satisfactory. Request speedy action

                                      My name is sbooma I cancelled ticket PNR No. [protected] on 15th Jan 2018. My refund money of Rs.1600/- has not been credited to my account till date. But IRCTC claims that they refunded the money on 17th Jan 2018 vide their ID No.[protected]. In this connection I regret to inform u that in my bank account money has not been credited till date. I am daily making calls in IRCTC customer care they are always busy and daily i am writing mails to them n o use whether I will get back my money or not irctc service in refund matter is very very poor they should be penailsed for the unnecessary delay i n refund matters
                                      I booked train ticket on 27th jan 2018 through irctc website. Amout of 600.80rs was debited. But the amount was not refunded till today

                                      Sir, On 1st Feb 2018, I try to book train ticket of Taj Express(Train no.-12280) from New Delhi to Raja ki Mandi on IRCTC mobile app.I made payment through BHIM app .Rupees deducted from my account, and Payment also approved. But tickect is not booked. so Please resolve my complaint. (transaction id :[protected]payment gateway :- Razorpay).

                                      registered IRCTC website.

                                      This is my cancletion id - [protected] Icanceled my ticket on[protected] but still not credit amount in my account .and status show Refunded.

                                        Ticket amount:3180.0 ticket type:e-ticket

                                        Reason for tdr: train diverted and train not touching boarding station.
                                        Tdr filing date: 03-jan-2018 10:22:49 hrs tdr status cr registered cancellation id: [protected]
                                        Tdr zone: north central railway (Nc) registration no:[protected]

                                        But amount not refunded in paytm wallet /pnb a/c
                                        Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        Cancellation ID's for which ticket refund has not been received. [protected], [protected]
                                        Kindly look into the matter. I've not received the required refund in my bank account. My irctc username is naikatman. It has been more than 1 week.
