I was travelling from mangalore central to erode junction in train no 17605, maq kcg express, in b2 coach on 8/3/18. When i got down from the train i forgot to take my purse (Red colour) which has usb drive 16 gb (Sandisk) and also my bp tablets. The purse itself has my name in it (Sivaselvan). I had cancelled the ticket on 21.02.2018. And amount of 365 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 15.07.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

Please look into the matter.
By using IRCTC app to booking train ticket payment was approved in BHIM APP but ticket is not confirmed. If ticket was confirmed then money should refund as the Same account. It's already more than 7 days still they did not refund money. I request you plz solve the this problem.

I filed a TDR on 12-Jan-2018 for the reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled".
My TDR Status is CR Registered still.

[protected] on 5th feb 2018, journey date was 19th feb 2018, but the till date i don't received my i - ticket also written to [protected]@irctc.co.in & [protected]@irctc.co.in & also written on railway ministry & irctc twitter page many times, but there is no reply.

    Now i want my money back. Please help

      Respected sir/mam,
      My complaint is against irctc as they deducted money from my account two time but they didn't have me any confirmation of the ticket and gave me any kind of message and showed that transaction is failed two times but everytime they deducted money but didn't gave me any ticket. My name is vinod kumar and i would like to request that please gave my money back my id on irctc is khaiwalvin so pls provide my money back

        I mamta rani traveled on 7th march 2018 from bokaro to new delhi by ranchi rajdhani express (12439). My coach no. A2 and seat no. 24. As i am pregnant lady doctor advice me not to lift any luggage so i request to my coach waiter when i reached my destination u just help me and unload only 1 luggage which i have and he ask me 50 rs. For that which i paid. But when i reached my destination i was disappeared without unloaded my luggage. This kind of your railway workers are doing.
        This is very normal and particular habit of your railway staff...

          We have booked our tickets (Two) for travel to bhimavaram town from secunderabad junction for april 11, 2018 jouney by narsapur express. An amount of rs.1, 115/- was deducted thro' my hdfc debit card. However, we have not received our confirmed tickets. Please immediately let us know the status of our tickets. If the tickets are not booked, please immediately refund the amount deducted.

When i saw irctc site u already refund amount to my account but still not refund in my account. Please revert asap. Please refund my amount in my account,

              Sir, i have cancelled my ticket and the money is not refunded to my bank account. Refund status shows that the money is successfully done but still i don't see the refunded money in the bank statement of my account. So, i request you to please solve the details...

                I forgot my irctc password.. I know i can recover through my registered mobile number.. But the problem is my registered mobile number is not working now.. Im trying a iot to open through email but i can't see any option to recover through mail.. Before i was using mobile app in that regularly i can't use my user id and password i was just log through pin.. But after restarting my mobile i was confused of my password.. So help me???

                  Hi, surprise to see situation of 1st class category of this train, i have travelled in same category in other' trains but this is worst.
                  1) no water in toilet, it is worst as you as much can think.
                  2) a lot of smell in cabins.
                  3) other people use 1st class toilet s and thats too without water.
                  4) while complaining to caretaker he said he msg. To tt twice but complaint is still pending.
                  5) no snack food in this category.
                  6) tt too told me that if there is no water that i have to complaint on prior.

                    Dear sir, i have cancelled the following railways tickets booked through my atm card from counter window on 31 jan 2018 as per details given below :-

                    Train no 12953 from bct to h nizamudin pnr[protected] journey date 03 feb 2018 amt refundable rs. 5510/-
                    Train no 12952 from ndl to bct pnr no[protected] journey date 10 feb 2018 amt refundable rs. 5510/- (Total amount rs. 11020/-)

                    In my bank account only rs. 5510 has been transferred on 02 feb 2018 and one ticket amount i. E rs 5510/- is still pending. Please check and intimate me accordingly.

                      Hi support team,
                      I have booked a tatkal ticket from mgs
                      To dli for avadh assam express on 17th feb,
                      2018 and date of journey was 19th oct, 2018.
                      For reason train delayed more than 3 hours and
                      The passenger has not traveled, i filled the tdr
                      For the same in irctc against my ticket and the
                      Status was turned to cr registered, but the
                      Amount was not refunded yet.
                      I am not sure what else i might be missing to
                      Get amount refunded. Please let me know what i

I am not traveled in train why because train running status much more late. So am booked tdr filing before 3 hours. Now my reservation status is cr registered. What is my tdr status and when my refund money added.

                          Its a waste service of irctc website they not provide any chat online service to consumer.

                            I shikhar sahu booked the tickets through prn no. [protected] and cancelled the same on 27 feb 2017. Refund of rs 320 has not been credited into my account till yet and the refund status is appearing as refunded.
                            I am attaching a screenshot of the ticket i cancelled for further details..
                            Payment was made through the tez app based on upi. Irctc helpline are not at all helpful.

                                A tdr was filed mistakenly and i contact them to remove tdr befor the departure of train and i made a call to their customer service (I have recording) they told me not to board the train otherwise i will be fined. I did not travelled and later the tdr was repudiated by them.
                                I want my money back because train was late by 5 hours and passengers did not travelled. And tdr also filed on time.

                                  how we can go now.

                                    Dear sir
                                    I am travelling in train no.22808. The rate of meal charged is rs 120 instead of rs 50. They r saying both r availaible in 120 matar paneer is extra. I dont understand why we passengers are facing this problem again and again. Last time in one train i was being charged rs 100.
                                    The cateters are sanraj caterers.
                                    I dont know whether any action will be taken or not. But i as a citizen of this country felt that i should lodge a complaint.

                                      I have booked a ticket to mumbai cstm from ratnagiri on 31. May, 2018. Pnr number: [protected]. The refund amount of rs. 420due to personal reasons i have cancelled the ticket on 05-march-2018. The ticket has been cancelled successfully, and in the cancelled ticket option it is showing (Still) "sent for refund" but amount still not refunded back to the account. I have tried to contact the irctc customer care number[protected]. They have told me to send an mail with the details. I have sent it long back, but could not get any reply.

                                        Sir i booked 4 tickets of my family on 1st march 2018 of dated 4th april 2018 in train LJN CDG EXPRESS (15011) from lucknow to roorki. When i completed payment process from debit card my account was debited but due to server problems payment could not be completed and tickets were not booked. Sir i want to request to refund my paymemt soon.
