I did not get any refund eventhough TDR accepted on IRCTC website. Ticket had been booked through ixigo app.

I had booked irctc train ticket (RS 340) through ixigo whose pnr no. [protected] journey was from ahmedabad to morbi on 14/02/2018., however train was more than three hours late and i had not do my journey and filed TDR on[protected]. TDR accepted on irctc website and status is also positive. TDR result show status like "CR Registered". however money has not been refunded by IRCT and ixigo. please refund the money. train ticket information is given in photo attached.

    I am subhash singh. I was book ticket by irctc app at 05 Mar 2018 but ticket is not booked and money deducted in my account.
    Last 10 days completed but refund not receive in my account.I am already Compalin in IRCTC Email.[protected]@irctc.co.in.with Ref(#8370385), Ref(#8370455).Now IRCTC is not responding to me.I am also Compalin in SBI Customer Care Exc.but they said money deducted to IRCTC app.Please Contact IRCTC website.No One Help Me and complete query.
    Please give me refund in my account as soon as possible.

        I was trying to book tickets on irctc through sbi debit card on 11th of march 18 but tickets didn't booked. Amont deducted from the sbi debit card. Irctc website is showing amount 645 rupees refunded to the bank name PAYTM M on 11th of march 18. But the amount 645 rupees not received till now.

          I have booked ticket via IRCTC Rail connect mobile app on 9 march 2018. pnr no. [protected] on train no. 18645 for the date 1 April 2018. But i cancelled the ticket on 10 march 2018 and IRCTC has refuned that amount on 12 march 2018. But it has not been transferred to my account. The total refund amount was 1215 rupees. my Transaction ID is [protected] and Cancellation ID is [protected] .I want u to immediately look into it and return my refund as soon as possible.

            I was booking ticket through irctc android app on 12 mar 2018. For the booking i was making payement thorugh mobikwik. Ticket didn't get booked however money has been deducted. The ref no for the same transaction is igadcfwsp2. Due to some technical problem it said session expired. When i checked my passbook it said money has been transferred to mobikwik. It is even registered in irctc failed transaction. I raised ticket to mobikwik as well as irctc but there is no response from any one of the merchant regarding the refund.

              Dear sir,
              I am avinash from amadalavalasa srikakulam road (Che)
              There are two e-ticket machines in ticket counter which were not working. On the other side that is mettakkivalasa, there is one e ticket counter which they are not at all opening. At the time of announcement of train status, as there is a single counter, lots of passengers were fighting at the counter. Earlier it used to be very easy to take the tickets but now it became too worst..
              Look into this and do the needful at the earliest

                  Hello sir,

                  This is madhav, i was travelling with my family from hospet to bangalore in hampi express train (Train num: 16591), in sl, s5 65 and 68 seats, on 12-mar-2018 (Yesterday).
                  My ticket details are with pnr nunm: [protected].

                  I was wearing a gold chain which was 1.5 tola (15grams).
                  At night i was wearing it, and by the time i woke up at yelankaha, in bangalore, i realized that there is no chain.
                  My gold chain was stolen.
                  Night just after train started police men came to s5, and informed to keep the windows closed (As they were supposed to inform passengers about it), they informed and took my details like name and phone nume, as a prrof for them self/their records. We closed windows and slept. But still this incident happened.
                  So kindly help me, with this case, to get back my valuable chain.

                    I took a kinley water bottle on train 17310 departed from vasco on 12th march 2018, which mrp is written ₹15 but railway people charged me 20₹ saying that this is the cost. If want to buy then buy. I think this should not be happen, they are charging excess amount just because people need have no other option and even that train was late on that day, so these is compelete fraud . I Request you to kindly take strict action against . Even a cup of tea costs me ₹10

                      Travelled by dd sbc-mas on 12/03/2018. Bought milk bread (Made by mr. Nanda’s mr. Bready) from shop on platform no. 6. Later on opening the pack at chennai yesterday., found that the use by date was 08/03/2018. Fungus had formed on the bread slices. The vendors should be warned not to sell products marked beyond use by date. Gullible passengers should not be taken for a ride. Fit case for consumer complaint?

                        Traveling by coimbatore tirupati express and there is no provision for drinking water either on the platform (Since it's too early 6 am) or on the train. The train does not have a pantry so i came thinking i could buy water on the platform. Asked the tt's and they simply shrugged. I was told i will get it on the next station. The train halts for a minute or 3 at the most. Am not sure if i have to get off and risk missing the train. Can't the indian railways ensure drinking water, at least, on trains without pantries?

                            Dears,

                            My user name in IRCTC is "easorey". I have paid INR 122 because my phone number is from Argentina but the website is not sending me the mobile verification code on my mobile. And, therefore I am not able to log-in into the IRCTC website.

                            Nobody answer me by e-mail and your phone is always busy, and when someone aanswers me the say the doesn't understand me and passed my call to another number where nobody answer!!!

                            Kindly check and resolve as soon as possible, as I have to make online booking.

                              I booked tickets twice on IRCTC through PayTm. The first time I cancelled my ticket, the amount to be refunded for that is 2450/- and the second time the transaction failed but still the amount got deducted from my PayTm balance, the amount to be refunded being 4600. It has been 24 hours but the amount has not been refunded. I want my money to be refunded back to my PayTm or bank account as soon as possible. The refund status in the given screenshot says sent to bank but there is no refund date. I have checked with my bank. The details are given in the screenshot. I booked my ticket on 11 March 2018(Sunday) at around 12 P.M. The transaction i.d. for both the transactions and futher details are given in the file attached.

                                    When I was trying to book ticket on irctc on 10 march 2018 journey from gaya to kolkata and journey date is 21 april 2018 there is some network issue so that it had failed and status of payment will be settled (money will debited from account but my ticket has not booked) my transaction id[protected] sir I humbly request you to solve this problem

                                      Hi Amount has been credited into my account on 12 march 18 exactly 7 days after the event .
                                      Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I have booked ticket today (7-Mar-2018) and my PNR is [protected]. My travel date is 16-Mar-2018. when i checked my PNR status, it is mentioning as "PNR Flushed / PNR not yet generated". Please help me whether my ticket is valid or not.

                                      Current Status : RAC 65.

                                      I m a user of ictct i have an account on irctc web site from a long time. i book many ticket without any problem. today(06.03.2018) i booked my ticket on my account from visakapattnam to chennai on 14.03.2018 but its not shown by irctc. so i m confuse about this, i want my pnr number

                                      when you created the profile an email id is given by you .You can search your email for mail containing IRCTC account formation .

                                        I was travelling from mangalore central to erode junction in train no 17605, maq kcg express, in b2 coach on 8/3/18. When i got down from the train i forgot to take my purse (Red colour) which has usb drive 16 gb (Sandisk) and also my bp tablets. The purse itself has my name in it (Sivaselvan).                                         Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I had cancelled the ticket on 21.02.2018. And amount of 365 has to be credited to my account. But after 6 days also it is not done.in the website it is showing refunded on 15.07.17 and bank name as payumpp. Details as below,,

                                        Please look into the matter.
                                        By using IRCTC app to booking train ticket payment was approved in BHIM APP but ticket is not confirmed. If ticket was confirmed then money should refund as the Same account. It's already more than 7 days still they did not refund money. I request you plz solve the this problem.
                                        Hi Sir,

                                        I filed a TDR on 12-Jan-2018 for the reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled".
                                        My TDR Status is CR Registered still.
